Claims (40)
- 액화 천연 가스를 외부로부터 단열시키는 하부 단열 보드,상기 하부 단열 보드 위에 배치되어 있는 가열 부재,상기 가열 부재 위에 부착되어 있는 주 2차 방벽,상기 주 2차 방벽 위의 일부에 부착되어 있는 상부 단열 보드, 및서로 인접하는 상기 주 2차 방벽 위에 부착되어 있는 보조 2차 방벽을 포함하고,상기 주 2차 방벽과 보조 2차 방벽 사이에는 상기 가열 부재에 의해 경화되는 제1 접착제층이 개재되어 있는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가열 부재는 상기 보조 2차 방벽이 부착되는 위치에 배치되어 있는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 하부 단열 보드는 상기 가열 부재가 삽입되는 가열 부재 홈을 가지는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가열 부재는 그물 형상의 열선, 지그재그 형상의 열선 또는 서로 연결된 복수개의 원형 형상의 열선 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가열 부재는 외부의 제어기와 연결되는 연결 단자를 가지는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 가열 부재는 복수개의 제어기와 각각 연결되는 복수개의 서브 가열 부재를 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가열 부재는 상기 하부 단열 보드를 모두 덮는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 액화 천연 가스를 외부로부터 단열시키는 하부 단열 보드 위에 가열 부재를 위치시키는 단계,상기 가열 부재 위에 주 2차 방벽을 부착하는 단계,상기 주 2차 방벽 위에 제1 접착제층을 형성하는 단계, 및서로 인접하는 상기 주 2차 방벽 위의 상기 제1 접착제층 위에 보조 2차 방벽을 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제1 접착제층을 형성하는 단계 전에 상기 가열 부재를 이용하여 상기 주 2차 방벽을 가열하는 단계를 더 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제1 접착제층 위에 상기 보조 2차 방벽을 위치시키는 단계 후에 상기 가열 부재를 이용하여 상기 제1 접착제층을 경화시켜 상기 주 2차 방벽과 보조 2차 방벽을 서로 부착하는 단계를 더 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,외부의 제어기에서 상기 가열 부재의 연결 단자를 통해 상기 제1 접착제층을 경화시키는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 가열 부재는 복수개의 제어기와 각각 연결되는 복수개의 서브 가열 부재를 포함하고,상기 복수개의 서브 가열 부재에 각각 다른 온도가 인가되도록 하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
- 액화 천연 가스를 외부로부터 단열시키는 하부 단열 보드,상기 하부 단열 보드 위에 부착되어 있는 주 2차 방벽,상기 주 2차 방벽 위의 일부에 부착되어 있는 상부 단열 보드,상기 주 2차 방벽 위에 배치되어 있는 가열 부재, 및상기 가열 부재 위에 부착되어 있는 보조 2차 방벽을 포함하고,상기 가열 부재와 보조 2차 방벽 사이에는 제1 접착제층이 개재되어 있는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 가열 부재는 상기 보조 2차 방벽이 부착되는 위치에 배치되어 있는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 가열 부재는 그물 형상의 열선, 지그재그 형상의 열선 또는 회전 형상의 열선 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 가열 부재는 외부의 제어기와 연결되는 연결 단자를 가지는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 가열 부재는 복수개의 제어기와 각각 연결되는 복수개의 서브 가열 부재를 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 액화 천연 가스를 외부로부터 단열시키는 하부 단열 보드 위에 주 2차 방벽을 부착하는 단계,상기 주 2차 방벽 위에 가열 부재를 위치시키는 단계,상기 가열 부재 위에 제1 접착제층을 형성하는 단계, 및서로 인접하는 상기 가열 부재 위의 상기 제1 접착제층 위에 보조 2차 방벽을 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 제1 접착제층을 형성하는 단계 전에 상기 가열 부재를 이용하여 상기 주 2차 방벽을 가열하는 단계를 더 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 제1 접착제층 위에 상기 보조 2차 방벽을 위치시키는 단계 후에 상기 가열 부재를 이용하여 상기 제1 접착제층을 경화시켜 상기 주 2차 방벽과 보조 2차 방벽을 서로 부착하는 단계를 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
- 제19항 또는 제20항에 있어서,외부의 제어기에서 상기 가열 부재의 연결 단자를 통해 상기 접착제층을 경화시키는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
- 제21항에 있어서,상기 가열 부재는 복수개의 제어기와 각각 연결되는 복수개의 서브 가열 부재를 포함하고,상기 복수개의 서브 가열 부재에 각각 다른 온도가 인가되도록 하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
- 액화 천연 가스를 외부로부터 단열시키는 하부 단열 보드를 덮는 주 2차 방벽에 제1 접착제층을 이용하여 부착되는 보조 2차 방벽에 있어서,제1 가열 부재,상기 제1 가열 부재 위에 형성되어 있는 제1 금속 포일층,상기 제1 금속 포일층 위에 형성되어 있는 유리 섬유층, 및상기 유리 섬유층 위에 형성되어 있는 제2 금속 포일층을 포함하고,상기 제1 가열 부재는 상기 제1 금속 포일층에 인접한 상기 제1 접착제층을 경화시키는 보조 2차 방벽.
- 제23항에 있어서,상기 제2 금속 포일층 위에 배치되어 있는 제2 가열 부재를 더 포함하는 보조 2차 방벽.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 제1 가열 부재 및 제2 가열 부재는 그물 형상의 열선, 지그재그 형상의 열선 또는 서로 연결된 복수개의 원형 형상의 열선 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 보조 2차 방벽.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 제1 가열 부재 및 제2 가열 부재는 외부의 제어기와 연결되는 연결 단자를 가지는 보조 2차 방벽.
- 제26항에 있어서,상기 제1 가열 부재 및 제2 가열 부재는 복수개의 제어기와 각각 연결되는 복수개의 서브 제1 가열 부재 및 서브 제2 가열 부재를 포함하는 보조 2차 방벽.
- 액화 천연 가스를 외부로부터 단열시키는 하부 단열 보드,상기 하부 단열 보드 위에 부착되어 있는 주 2차 방벽,상기 주 2차 방벽 위의 일부에 부착되어 있는 상부 단열 보드,서로 인접하는 상기 주 2차 방벽 위에 부착되어 있는 보조 2차 방벽, 및상기 주 2차 방벽과 보조 2차 방벽 사이에 개재되어 있는 제1 접착제층을 포함하고,상기 보조 2차 방벽은제1 가열 부재, 및상기 제1 가열 부재 위에 형성되어 있는 방벽 시트를 포함하고,상기 제1 가열 부재는 상기 제1 접착제층을 경화시키는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제28항에 있어서,상기 방벽 시트 위에 배치되어 있는 제2 가열 부재를 더 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제28항에 있어서,상기 방벽 시트는상기 제1 가열 부재 위에 형성되어 있는 제1 금속 포일층,상기 제1 금속 포일층 위에 형성되어 있는 유리 섬유층, 및상기 유리 섬유층 위에 형성되어 있는 제2 금속 포일층,을 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제30항에 있어서,상기 제2 금속 포일층 위에 부착되어 있는 제2 가열 부재를 더 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제31항에 있어서,상기 제1 가열 부재 및 제2 가열 부재는 그물 형상의 열선, 지그재그 형상의 열선 또는 서로 연결된 복수개의 원형 형상의 열선 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제31항에 있어서,상기 제1 가열 부재 및 제2 가열 부재는 외부의 제어기와 연결되는 연결 단자를 가지는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 제33항에 있어서,상기 제1 가열 부재 및 제2 가열 부재는 복수개의 제어기와 각각 연결되는 복수개의 서브 제1 가열 부재 및 서브 제2 가열 부재를 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크.
- 액화 천연 가스를 외부로부터 단열시키는 하부 단열 보드 위에 주 2차 방벽을 부착하는 단계,상기 주 2차 방벽 위의 일부에 상부 단열 보드를 부착하는 단계,상기 주 2차 방벽 위에 제1 접착제층을 형성하는 단계,상기 제1 접착제층을 경화시키는 제1 가열 부재, 상기 제1 가열 부재 위에 형성되어 있는 방벽 시트를 포함하는 보조 2차 방벽을 준비하는 단계, 및서로 인접하는 상기 주 2차 방벽 위의 상기 제1 접착제층 위에 상기 보조 2차 방벽을 위치시키는 단계를 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
- 제35항에 있어서,상기 제1 접착제층을 형성하는 단계 전에 상기 제1 가열 부재를 이용하여 상기 보조 2차 방벽을 가열하는 단계를 더 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
- 제35항에 있어서,상기 제1 접착제층 위에 상기 보조 2차 방벽을 위치시키는 단계 후에 상기 제1 가열 부재를 이용하여 상기 제1 접착제층을 경화시켜 상기 주 2차 방벽과 상기 보조 2차 방벽을 서로 부착하는 단계를 더 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
- 제36항 또는 제37항에 있어서,외부의 제어기에서 상기 제1 가열 부재의 연결 단자를 통해 상기 제1 접착제층을 경화시키는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
- 제38항에 있어서,상기 제1 가열 부재는 복수개의 제어기와 각각 연결되는 복수개의 서브 제1 가열 부재를 포함하고,상기 복수개의 서브 제1 가열 부재에 각각 다른 온도가 인가되도록 하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
- 제35항에 있어서,상기 방벽 시트는 상기 제1 가열 부재 위에 형성되어 있는 제1 금속 포일층, 상기 제1 금속 포일층 위에 형성되어 있는 유리 섬유층, 상기 유리 섬유층 위에 형성되어 있는 제2 금속 포일층을 포함하고, 상기 제2 금속 포일층 위에 제2 가열 부재를 부착하는 단계를 더 포함하는 액화 천연 가스 저장 탱크의 제조 방법.
