传统洗衣机的洗涤方法是采用水作为洗涤介质, 向洗衣机内加入水和洗涤剂, 进行洗涤, 洗涤后利用脱水功能将洗衣机内的污水排出, 然后重新加入干净的水, 继续进行洗涤或者漂洗过程, 洗涤全部结束后再将水排出。 这种方法只是单纯地将 水排出, 再重新注入干净的洗涤水, 水消耗量非常大。 同时, 洗涤液里面还含有较 多的对环境有害的化学物质, 而且每次洗涤过程的耗费时间较长, 耗电量也较大。
针对传统洗衣机的不足, 现有技术中出现了一种采用聚合物材料特殊制作的固 体颗粒作为洗涤介质的洗涤方法, 通过固体颗粒和衣服之间的摩擦, 吸附并吸收衣 服上的污垢, 从而实现洗涤的功能。 该洗涤方法能节水 80%以上, 另外, 该固体颗粒 洗涤介质可以回收再利用, 使用寿命长, 无需更换, 安全环保。
采用该颗粒洗涤方法的洗衣机, 一般都会在洗衣机设置有颗粒的储存空间, 并 在外筒上设置进料孔和出料孔, 在洗涤前, 将颗粒从进料孔中投放至外筒内, 在洗 涤结束后, 在将颗粒完全回收到颗粒的储存空间内, 在颗粒回收时, 需要高速旋转 内筒, 利用离心力将颗粒甩至储存空间内, 如要对颗粒进行脱水, 还需要再次投放 颗粒和回收颗粒, 洗衣机的结构和洗涤过程都较为复杂, 而且不能保证颗粒 100%的 回收率。
发明内容
本发明主要目的在于解决上述问题和不足, 提供一种简化洗涤程序, 提高洗净 率, 并有利于颗粒回收的洗衣机。
本发明的另一个主要目的在于, 提供一种简化洗涤程序, 提高洗净率, 并有利 于颗粒回收的洗涤方法。
为实现上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是:
一种洗衣机, 包括内筒、 外筒及作为洗涤介质的固体颗粒, 所述内筒由驱动装 置驱动转动, 在所述内筒的内壁上设置有向内突出的提升筋, 在所述洗衣机内设置 有用于储存所述颗粒的储料箱, 所述内筒与所述储料箱之间通过用于所述颗粒回收 的出料通道和用于所述颗粒投放的进料通道连通, 在所述进料通道上设置一吸风装 置。
进一步, 在所述储料箱与所述吸风装置之间再连通一旁通风道, 所述旁通风道 的一端连通于所述储料箱, 所述旁通风道的另一端与位于所述储料箱与所述吸风装 置之间的进料通道通过三通阀连通。
进一步, 所述储料箱与所述旁通风道的连通口位于所述储料箱的上部。
进一步, 所述储料箱与所述旁通风道的连通口处设置一用于阻挡所述颗粒的过 滤网。
进一步, 在所述吸风装置与所述进料通道之间设置一用于暂时存储所述颗粒的 暂存箱, 所述吸风装置和所述暂存箱设置于所述外筒的上方。
进一步, 在所述暂存箱的底部与所述进料通道的连接口处设置一活动挡板。 进一步, 所述储料箱设置于所述外筒的下方。
进一步, 所述储料箱为倒锥筒形结构。
进一步, 所述进料通道的入口设置于所述储料箱的底端部。
进一步, 在所述出料通道的入口处设置一用于暂时存储所述颗粒的漏斗结构。 进一步, 所述出料通道的入口和所述进料通道的出口均设置于所述内筒靠近洗 衣机门的端部。
进一步, 所述提升筋倾斜设置于所述内筒壁上或螺旋盘绕设置于所述内筒壁上。 进一步, 所述提升筋沿所述内筒轴向的投影长度与所述内筒侧壁的长度相同, 或所述提升筋由所述内筒的底部到顶部螺旋盘绕设置。
进一步, 所述提升筋的数量为 1-10个, 沿所述内筒的筒壁均匀设置。
进一步, 沿所述内筒的内侧设置有用于将衣物与所述颗粒分离的呈网状的隔离 筒, 所述隔离筒的底部和顶部分别与所述内筒的底部和顶部固定连接。
进一步, 在所述隔离筒的筒壁上向内突出设置有多个提升块。
本发明的另一个技术方案是:
一种洗涤方法, 包括如下步骤:
步骤一: 利用设置在颗粒进料通道中的吸风装置, 将颗粒从储料箱投放至洗衣 机的内筒内, 使待洗衣物、 洗涤水及所述颗粒混合并翻转, 对所述衣物进行洗涤; 步骤二: 洗涤结束后, 进行排水, 使所述衣物及颗粒与洗涤水分离;
步骤三: 利用所述吸风装置将所述颗粒沿与所述内筒连通的出料通道回收至所 述储料箱内。
进一步, 在上述步骤一中, 驱动所述内筒正反转交替运转, 利用倾斜或螺旋盘 绕设置在内筒内壁上的提升筋带动所述颗粒在所述内筒内翻转。
进一步, 在上述步骤三中, 驱动所述内筒连续运转, 所述颗粒在所述提升筋的 带动下向所述出料通道的入口方向运动。
进一步,在所述衣物洗涤、颗粒的投放和回收过程中,所述内筒以 50-200转 /min 的转速运转。
综上内容, 本发明所述的一种洗衣机及洗涤方法, 在洗衣机的内筒筒壁上设置 有多个提升筋, 利用内筒交替的正反旋转, 带动衣物及颗粒的在内筒内的前后及上 下全方位的翻转, 使衣物与颗粒混合更加充分, 提高了洗净率。 同时, 在洗涤过程 结束后, 衣物与颗粒可以同时实现排水及脱水再生, 简化了洗衣程序, 而且利用吸 风装置实现颗粒的投放与回收, 有利于颗粒 100%的回收。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例一:
如图 1和图 2所示, 一种洗衣机, 本实施例以滚筒洗衣机为例做详细说明, 洗衣 机包括一壳体 (图中未示出), 在壳体内设置有外筒 1、 内筒 2及作为洗涤介质的固体 颗粒 3, 其中, 外筒 1是固定不转的, 主要用于盛水, 内筒 2用于洗涤, 内筒 2设置在 外筒 1的内侧, 内筒 2的筒壁上均匀地开有若干个用于供洗涤水通过的开孔, 开孔的 孔径小于固体颗粒 3的直径, 开孔的形状可以为圆形、 矩形、 多边形等, 内筒 2通过 驱动装置 4驱动转动。 在外筒 1的上部设置有进水口 (图中未示出), 用于洗涤和漂洗 过程的进水, 在外筒 1的下部设置有排水口 (图中未示出), 用于脱水后的排水。
为了方便衣物 5与颗粒 3的分离, 沿内筒 2的内侧可选择地设置一圈隔离筒 6, 衣 物 5放置在隔离筒 6内, 隔离筒 6的底部与顶部分别与内筒 2的底部和顶部通过紧固件 固定连接, 与内筒 2同步旋转。 隔离筒 6呈网状结构, 以便颗粒 3和洗涤水更容易流进 或流出, 衣物 5被隔离在隔离筒 6内, 颗粒 3则被隔离在隔离筒 6和内筒 2之间。 在洗涤 时, 颗粒 3穿过隔离筒 6与衣物 5充分混合, 颗粒 3优选采用高分子表面多孔的材料, 利用颗粒 3较好的吸附能力, 吸附衣物 5和洗涤水中的污物, 达到较好的洗涤效果。
与普通的滚筒洗衣机一样, 在隔离筒 6的内壁上设置有至少一个向内突出的提升 块 7, 在洗涤过程中, 衣服 5在提升块 7的作用下, 在隔离筒 6内不断地进行上下翻转, 提升, 然后再摔下, 循环往复达到洗涤的效果, 提升块 7的数量可选择 1-3个, 本实 施例中, 优选采用 3个提升块 7, 沿隔离筒 6的周向均匀分布。
在洗衣机的壳体内还设置有用于储存颗粒 3的储料箱 9, 储料箱 9的入口通过出料 通道 10与内筒 2连通, 用于颗粒 3的回收, 储料箱 9的出口通过进料通道 11与内筒 2连 通, 用于颗粒 3的投放。 为了简化洗衣机的结构, 出料通道 10的入口和进料通道 11的 出口均设置于内筒 2靠近洗衣机门 19的前端部。
在内筒 2的内壁上平行设置有多个向内突出的提升筋 8, 提升筋 8倾斜设置在内筒 2的筒壁上, 沿内筒 2筒壁的弧度弯曲, 提升筋 8的两端点之间的连线相对于内筒 2的 轴心线具有一夹角, 夹角可以是锐角, 也可以是钝角, 即提升筋 8可以沿内筒 2的筒 壁向上倾斜也可以向下倾斜。 提升筋 8随着内筒 2—起旋转, 带动作为洗涤介质的固 体颗粒 3沿提升筋 8斜向上或斜向下运动, 当运动到一定高度时, 颗粒 3会从提升筋 8 上掉落至内筒 2内实现翻转。
为了不伤及颗粒 3, 本实施例, 提升筋 8的横断面优选采用流线形, 大致呈圆弧 状。 颗粒 3的直径大约在 2-3mm的范围内, 所以提升筋 8的高度选取大于或等于 5mm, 提升筋 8的高度略小于或等于内筒 2内壁与隔离筒 6外壁之间的距离。 提升筋 8的数量 为 1-10个, 优选为 5-8个, 沿内筒 2的筒壁均匀设置, 提升筋 8的数量越多、高度越大, 所能带动的颗粒 3的数量就越多。 在衣物 5洗涤时, 内筒 2交替正反旋转, 颗粒 3会在离心力的作用下, 沿提升筋 8 斜向上或斜向下运动, 颗粒 3在内筒 2内不断的进行沿内筒 2的轴线前后方向上的运动 及翻转, 使衣物 5与颗粒 3混合更加充分, 提高了洗净率, 此时, 内筒 2的旋转速度不 需要很高, 只需要洗涤速度即可实现, 一般可选择以 50-150转 /min的转速运转。 同 时, 在颗粒 3回收时, 驱动内筒 2以与提升筋 8的倾斜方向相反的方向连续运转, 颗粒 3就在提升筋 8的带动向内筒 2的前端部运动, 最后从内筒 2的前端部流出内筒 2, 进入 与内筒 2连通的出料通道 10内, 有利于颗粒 3的回收, 此过程中, 内筒 2选择以 50-150 转 /min的转速运转。
在进料通道 11上设置一吸风装置 12, 本实施例中所采用的吸风装置 12为一风扇, 其工作原理与吸尘器相同, 用于在进料通道 11内产生负压, 从而将颗粒 3从储料箱 9 内吸出, 再投放至内筒 2内。
储料箱 9设置于外筒 1的下方, 储料箱 9为倒锥筒形结构, 储料箱 9的出口即进料 通道 11的入口设置于倒锥筒的底端部, 这样有利于将储料箱 9内的全部颗粒 3都投放 至内筒 2内。
在吸风装置 12与进料通道 11之间设置一用于暂时存储颗粒 3的暂存箱 14, 为了有 利于颗粒 3的投放, 本实施例中, 吸风装置 12和暂存箱 14设置于外筒 1的上方, 在暂 存箱 14的底部与进料通道 11的连接口处设置一活动挡板 15, 挡板 15向内筒 2的方向开 启, 其依靠吸风装置 12产生的负压关闭, 同时依靠暂存箱 14内颗粒 3的自重开启, 或 通过洗衣机的控制器定时控制挡板 15的开闭。 挡板 15与暂存箱 14的壳体之间可以采 用铰接的方式连接, 或者挡板 15采用具有弹性的橡胶片, 与暂存箱 14的壳体之间粘 接或为一体注塑成型。当颗粒 3投放时, 启动吸风装置 12,颗粒 3从储料箱 9内被吸出, 沿着进料通道 11首先进入暂存箱 14内, 此时, 在吸风装置 12的负压作用下, 挡板 15 处于关闭状态, 通过吸风装置 12产生的负压使得一定量的颗粒 3进入暂存箱 14后, 停 止吸风, 利用颗粒 3的重力打开挡板 15, 之后再重复吸颗粒 3进入暂存箱 14, 直至将 一定量的颗粒 3投放至内筒 2内。 或者通过控制挡板 15定时开闭的方式, 使颗粒 3投放 至内筒 2内。
储料箱 9与吸风装置 12之间再连通一旁通风道 16, 用于颗粒 3的回收, 旁通风道 16的一端连通于储料箱 9, 旁通风道 16的另一端与位于储料箱 9与吸风装置 12之间的 进料通道 11通过三通阀 17连通, 三通阀 17可以选择地将吸风装置 12与进料通道 11或 是旁通风道 16接通。 储料箱 9与旁通风道 16的连通口位于储料箱 9的上部, 可以避免 在回收过程中, 颗粒 3堵塞旁通风道 16, 在储料箱 9与旁通风道 16的连通口处还设置 一用于阻挡颗粒 3的过滤网 18, 避免颗粒 3进入旁通风道 16。 在出料通道 10的入口处 设置一个漏斗结构 13, 漏斗结构 13设置在位于内筒 2前端部的窗垫底部, 其作为窗垫 的一部分, 对从内筒 2内出来的颗粒 3起着暂时存放的过渡作用, 同时可以暂时存放 在洗涤过程中从内筒 2内流出的少量的颗粒 3, 漏斗结构 13的容量可以很小, 这样不 但可以简化出料通道 10与内筒 2之间的连接结构, 也更有利于颗粒 3的回收。
当需要对颗粒 3进行回收时, 启动吸风装置 12, 同时控制三通阀 17将吸风装置 12 与旁通风道 16连通, 这样, 内筒 2内的颗粒 3在提升筋 8的带动下, 首先进入漏斗结构 13内, 再在吸风装置 12吸力的作用下, 颗粒 3连续不断地沿着出料通道 10进入储料箱 9, 此时, 进料通道 11是关闭的, 颗粒 3就会存储在储料箱 9内, 完成颗粒 3的回收。
下面结合图 3和图 4对使用上述滚筒洗衣机的洗涤方法进行详细说明。
该洗涤方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将待洗衣物 5加入至洗衣机的隔离筒 6内,同时打开外筒 1上方的进水口, 向外筒 1内注水, 洗涤用水和洗涤剂混合后进入外筒 1内, 水穿过内筒 2上的开孔及隔 离筒 6, 进入隔离筒 6内与待洗衣物 5充分混合, 此过程, 只需要加入适量的水和洗涤 剂, 保证水能浸泡过衣物 5。
在注入洗涤水浸泡待洗衣物 5时, 使待洗衣物 5静置, 浸泡一定时间, 使水与衣 物 5充分浸润, 以进一步提高洗净的效果。
步骤二: 如图 2所示, 启动吸风装置 12, 同时控制三通阀 17动作, 将吸风装置 12 与进料通道 11连通, 颗粒 3从储料箱 9内被吸出, 沿着进料通道 11首先进入暂存箱 14 内, 此时, 在吸风装置 12的负压作用下, 挡板 15处于关闭状态, 当暂存箱 14内的颗 粒 3的重量达到一定量时, 暂停吸风装置 12, 挡板 15打开, 颗粒 3就会顺着下一段的 进料通道 11投放到内筒 2内。
在此步骤中, 内筒 2的转速以 50-150转 /min的低速运转, 有利于进入内筒 2内的 颗粒 3与衣物 5充分接触。
步骤三: 当所需要的一定量的颗粒 3投放至内筒 2内后, 此过程可以通过限定投 放时间来控制, 通过驱动装置 4驱动内筒 2正转一定时间, 停止, 再反转一定时间, 提升筋 8也交替地正向旋转和反向旋转, 进而颗粒 3在内筒 2内会不断的进行前进或后 退, 颗粒 3顺着提升筋 8斜向上运动, 到一定高度时, 颗粒 3向下翻转掉落至内筒 2内, 实现前后方向上的翻转。 在洗涤过程中, 衣物 5在提升块 7的作用下进行上下方向上 的翻转。
在洗涤过程中, 颗粒 3、 衣物 5和洗涤水充分混合, 并不断地在提升块 7、 提升筋
8的作用下进行提升和下降, 完成衣物 5的洗涤。
在此步骤中, 内筒 2的转速在 100-200转 /min之间效果最佳。
步骤四: 洗涤结束后, 进行排水, 将衣物 5和颗粒 3与洗涤水进行初步的分离。 步骤五: 高速旋转内筒 2, 对内筒 2内的衣物 5和颗粒 3同时进行脱水, 实现颗粒 3 的再生利用, 洗涤水集存在外筒 1内并从外筒 1下方的排水口排出。
在此步骤中, 内筒 2的转速以 100-1000转 /min的转速运转, 通常要高于洗涤时的 转速。
步骤六: 脱水结束后, 启动吸风装置 12, 控制三通阀 17, 将吸风装置 12与旁通 风道 16连通, 同时, 驱动内筒 2以与提升筋 8的倾斜方向相反的方向连续运转, 颗粒 3 就在提升筋 8的带动向内筒 2的前端部运动, 首先进入漏斗结构 13内, 再在吸风装置 12吸力的作用下, 颗粒 3连续不断地沿着出料通道 10进入储料箱 9, 此时, 进料通道 11是关闭的, 颗粒 3就会存储在储料箱 9内, 完成颗粒 3的回收。
此过程中, 内筒 2选择以 50-150转 /min的转速运转。
步骤七: 漂洗步骤, 重新向外筒 1内加入适量的干净水, 依上述过程对衣物 5进 行漂洗, 漂洗后再次进行上述的脱水过程, 最终完成衣物 5的全部洗涤过程。
此过程中, 也可以再次进行颗粒 3的投放, 使衣物 5和颗粒 3同时进行漂洗, 依上 述步骤完成整个的漂洗过程。
或者, 将衣物 5取出后, 进行颗粒 3的投放, 对颗粒 3单独进行漂洗。
实施例二:
与实施例一不同之处在于, 提升筋 8的数量为 1个, 由内筒 2的底部到顶部螺旋盘 绕设置于内筒 2的内壁上。
其它结构及工作过程与实施例一相同, 这里不再另作详细描述。
如上所述, 结合附图所给出的方案内容, 可以衍生出类似的技术方案。 但凡是 未脱离本发明技术方案的内容, 依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简 单修改、 等同变化与修饰, 均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种洗衣机, 包括内筒、 外筒及作为洗涤介质的固体颗粒, 所述内筒由驱动 装置驱动转动, 其特征在于: 在所述内筒的内壁上设置有向内突出的提升筋, 在所 述洗衣机内设置有用于储存所述颗粒的储料箱, 所述内筒与所述储料箱之间通过用 于所述颗粒回收的出料通道和用于所述颗粒投放的进料通道连通, 在所述进料通道 上设置一吸风装置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 在所述储料箱与所述吸风装置 之间再连通一旁通风道, 所述旁通风道的一端连通于所述储料箱, 所述旁通风道的 另一端与位于所述储料箱与所述吸风装置之间的进料通道通过三通阀连通。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述储料箱与所述旁通风道的 连通口位于所述储料箱的上部。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述储料箱与所述旁通风道的 连通口处设置一用于阻挡所述颗粒的过滤网。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 在所述吸风装置与所述进料通 道之间设置一用于暂时存储所述颗粒的暂存箱, 所述吸风装置和所述暂存箱设置于 所述外筒的上方。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 在所述暂存箱的底部与所述进 料通道的连接口处设置一活动挡板。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述储料箱设置于所述外筒的 下方。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述储料箱为倒锥筒形结构。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述进料通道的入口设置于所 述储料箱的底端部。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 在所述出料通道的入口处设置 一用于暂时存储所述颗粒的漏斗结构。
11、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述出料通道的入口和所述进 料通道的出口均设置于所述内筒靠近洗衣机门的端部。
12、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述提升筋倾斜设置于所述内 筒壁上或螺旋盘绕设置于所述内筒壁上。

17、 一种洗涤方法, 其特征在于, 包括如下步骤:
步骤一: 利用设置在颗粒进料通道中的吸风装置, 将颗粒从储料箱投放至洗衣 机的内筒内, 使待洗衣物、 洗涤水及所述颗粒混合并翻转, 对所述衣物进行洗涤; 步骤二: 洗涤结束后, 进行排水, 使所述衣物及颗粒与洗涤水分离;
步骤三: 利用所述吸风装置将所述颗粒沿与所述内筒连通的出料通道回收至所 述储料箱内。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的洗涤方法, 其特征在于: 在上述步骤一中, 驱动所 述内筒正反转交替运转, 利用倾斜或螺旋盘绕设置在内筒内壁上的提升筋带动所述 颗粒在所述内筒内翻转。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的洗涤方法, 其特征在于: 在上述步骤三中, 驱动所 述内筒连续运转, 所述颗粒在所述提升筋的带动下向所述出料通道的入口方向运动。
20、 根据权利要求 18或 19所述的洗涤方法, 其特征在于: 在所述衣物洗涤、 颗 粒的投放和回收过程中, 所述内筒以 50-200转 /mi n的转速运转。
