发明内容

在脱水过程中, 内筒 2高速旋转, 带动提升筋 3高速旋转, 依靠高速离心力将附 着在提升筋 3表面的污垢随着水流一起排出洗衣机外, 以此实现聚合物材料吸附能力 的再生, 再生过程简单方便。
下面结合图 1对使用上述滚筒洗衣机的洗涤方法进行详细说明。
该洗涤方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一: 将待洗衣物 8加入至洗衣机的内筒 2内, 同时打开外筒 1上方的进水口, 向外筒 1内注水, 洗涤用水和洗涤剂混合后进入外筒 1内, 水穿过内筒 2上的通水孔, 进入内筒 2内与待洗衣物 8充分混合, 此过程, 只需要加入适量的水和洗涤剂, 保证 水能浸泡过衣物 8。
在注入洗涤水浸泡待洗衣物时, 使待洗衣物静置, 浸泡一定时间, 使水与衣物 8 充分浸润, 以进一步提高洗净的效果。
步骤二: 通过驱动装置驱动内筒 2旋转, 内筒 2正转一定时间, 停止, 再反转一 定时间, 提升筋 3也交替地正向旋转和反向旋转, 衣物 8在提升筋 3的作用下在内筒 2 内不断翻转, 同时具有吸附性能的提升筋 3不断吸附洗涤水中的污垢。

与实施例一不同之处在于, 如图 4和图 5所示, 本实施例中, 在外壳 5的外表面上 设置有若干个凸起 13, 本实施例中, 在提升筋 3的侧壁 5、 顶壁 7、 折边 11的外表面上 均设置有凸起 13, 凸起 13与外壳 4为一体成型结构, 凸起 13也为聚合物材料, 凸起 13 的形状可以为半圆形、 半椭圆形等。
凸起 13不但增加了具有吸附性能的聚合物材料与衣物 8和水的接触面积, 同时也 增强了与衣物 8之间的摩擦, 使衣物 8上的污垢更容易脱落, 进一步增加了提升筋 3的 吸附性能, 提高了的洗净率。

7、 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的洗衣机提升筋, 其特征在于: 在所述提升筋 的外表面上设置有凸起。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的洗衣机提升筋, 其特征在于: 所述凸起与所述提升筋 一体成型。
9、 一种洗衣机, 包括洗涤筒, 其特征在于: 在所述洗涤筒的内壁上设置有如权 利要求 1至 8任一项所述的提升筋。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 沿所述洗涤筒内壁的周向均匀 设置有 3-5个提升筋。
