如图 1至图 5所示, 外筒 1, 内筒 2, 颗粒 3, 提升筋 4, 衣物 5, 外壳 6, 侧壁 7, 端 壁 8, 顶壁 9, 底板 10, 透水孔 11, 凸起 12, 折边 13, 安装孔 14。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例一:
本实施例以滚筒洗衣机为例做详细说明。
如图 1所示, 洗衣机包括一壳体 (图中未示出) , 在壳体内设置有用于盛水的外 筒 1、 用于洗涤的洗涤筒即内筒 2, 其中, 外筒 1是固定不转的, 内筒 2设置在外筒 1的 内侧, 内筒 2通过驱动装置驱动转动, 在内筒 2的筒壁上均匀设置有若干用于透过洗 涤水的通水孔 (图中未示出) , 通水孔的形状可以为圆形、 矩形、 多边形等。
在外筒 1的上部设置有进水口 (图中未示出) , 用于洗涤和漂洗过程的进水, 洗 涤水穿过通水孔进入内筒 2内参与洗涤,在外筒 1的下部设置有排水口(图中未示出), 用于脱水后的排水。
在内筒 2的内壁上, 沿内筒 2内壁的周向均匀设置有多个提升筋 4, 提升筋 4沿内 筒 2的轴向设置。 提升筋 4为中空结构, 提升筋 4由作为洗涤介质的聚合物吸附材料注 塑成形, 作为洗涤介质的高分子聚合物洗涤颗粒 3填充在各个提升筋 4的空腔内部。
聚合物材料包括 PP, 或 PE, 或 PS, 或 PVC, 或 EVA等, 或者可以选择上述多种材 料的混合物, 材料中含有亲水性和亲油性成分, 还有表面活性剂的成分, 对污垢具 有较强的吸附能力, 在与衣物 5和水接触的过程中, 完全可以实现吸附污垢去除大量 污渍的能力。
提升筋 4的数量越多、 高度越大, 则提升筋 4和颗粒 3与衣物 5和水的接触面积越 大, 吸附的越充分, 但提升筋 4的数量越多、 高度越高, 占用洗衣机内筒 2的有效容 积就越大, 但提升筋 4的数量太少, 又会影响提升筋 4的吸附污垢的效果, 所以, 本 实施例中, 优选采用设置 3-5个提升筋 4, 特别优选采用 5个提升筋 4。
如图 2和图 3所示, 本实施例中, 提升筋 4包括一外壳 6, 外壳 6由两个侧壁 7、 两 个端壁 8、 顶壁 9组成, 在外壳 6的底部还设置有底板 10, 两个侧壁 7、 两个端壁 8、 顶 壁 9及底板 10共同围成提升筋 4的中空的空腔, 颗粒 3被围在提升筋 4的空腔内。 提升 筋 4和颗粒 3作为一个整体可以拆卸, 方便日常维护。 侧壁 7、 端壁 8与顶壁 9之间均为 流线过渡, 且两个侧壁 7采用弧形设计, 使外壳 6整体形状为流线形, 且为中心对称 结构, 这样更有利于衣物 5在内筒 2内的翻滚, 提高洗净率。
在外壳 6的顶壁 9上开有若干个透水孔 11, 在底板 10上也同样开有若干个透水孔 11, 以便洗涤水可以自由的穿过内筒 2和提升筋 4之间。 透水孔 11的直径小于颗粒 3的 最小直径, 仅供洗涤水通过, 在整个洗涤和漂洗过程中, 颗粒 3始终保存在提升筋 4 内。 底板 10为平板结构, 内筒 2的内壁为弧形结构, 底板 10与内筒 2的内壁之间存有 一定的间隙, 这样有利于洗涤水的进入和排出。 除顶壁 9外, 还可以在提升筋 4的侧 壁 7、 端壁 8上也设置透水孔 11。
在提升筋 4的内部设置有起支撑作用的加强筋 12, 加强筋 12在提升筋 4内纵横交 错设置, 以提高提升筋 4的整体强度。
如图 2和图 3所示, 在外壳 6的两个侧壁 7的底部向两侧各延伸出一用于固定安装 的折边 13, 在折边 13上设置有安装孔 14, 用螺钉等紧固件穿过安装孔 14将提升筋 4固 定在内筒 2的内壁上, 提升筋 4可以拆下更换清洗, 方便日常维护。
在洗涤或漂洗过程中, 内筒 2内的洗涤水和衣物 8不断地与具有吸附性能的提升 筋 3接触, 内筒 2内的洗涤水也会通过透水孔 11进入提升筋 4内, 使洗涤水与提升筋 4 内的颗粒 3接触, 制成提升筋 4和颗粒 3的聚合物材料发挥它的强吸附性能, 将洗涤污 垢吸附除净, 经过颗粒 3吸附后的较纯净的洗涤水再通过透水孔 11从提升筋 4内排出, 有效的提高了洗涤水或漂洗水在与衣物 8接触过程中的纯净度, 大大的提高了洗净 率, 而且无需投放和回收过程, 减少了洗涤时间, 节约了用水量。
如图 1所示, 提升筋 4在位置 A时, 内筒 2内的洗涤水会通过透水孔 11进入提升筋 4 内, 颗粒 3浸在洗涤水中, 随着内筒 2的转动, 提升筋 4转到位置 B的时候, 颗粒 3中会 存有一部分洗涤水, 颗粒 3吸附污垢, 提升筋 4再继续转到位置 C时, 吸附后的较纯净 的洗涤水通过顶壁 9和底板 10上的透水孔 11流回到待洗衣物 5上, 以此循环作用。
聚合物吸附材料往复循环使用, 有效的提高了洗涤水或漂洗水在与衣物 5接触过 程中的纯净度, 大大的提高了洗净率。 另外, 由于颗粒 3始终保存在提升筋 4内, 无 需颗粒 3的投放和回收过程, 减少了洗涤时间, 节约了用水量, 而且, 在洗涤和漂洗 过程中, 衣物 5与颗粒 3是分离的, 有效解决了现有技术中颗粒 3与衣物 5分离难的问 题, 进一步縮短了洗涤时间。
在脱水过程中, 内筒 2高速旋转, 带动提升筋 4和提升筋 4内的颗粒 3高速旋转, 依靠高速离心力将附着在提升筋 4和颗粒 3表面的污垢随着洗涤水一起排出洗衣机 外, 以此实现构成提升筋 4和颗粒 3的聚合物材料吸附能力的再生, 再生过程简单方 便。
提升筋 4只在顶壁 9和底板 10上设置透水孔 11, 这样不但可以简化加工工艺, 降 低加工难度, 同时也有可以适当提高洗涤水在提升筋 4内的停留时间, 利于颗粒 3、 提升筋 4与洗涤水之间的接触, 使颗粒 3更好地吸附水中的污垢。
当颗粒 3使用一段时间后, 颗粒 3需要取出更换或清洗, 为了便于更换颗粒 3, 底 板 10做成可拆卸的结构, 底板 10与外壳 6的底部通过螺钉固定连接, 也可以通过卡接 的方式固定连接; 或者, 底板 10的一侧边与外壳 6的底部之间通过折页连接, 底板 10 可向一侧打开, 另一侧通过卡接的方式与外壳 6固定连接。
下面结合图 1对使用上述滚筒洗衣机的洗涤方法进行详细说明。
该洗涤方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一: 将待洗衣物 5加入至洗衣机的内筒 2内, 同时打开外筒 1上方的进水口, 向外筒 1内注水, 洗涤用水和洗涤剂混合后进入外筒 1内, 水穿过内筒 2上的通水孔, 进入内筒 2内与待洗衣物 5充分混合, 此过程, 只需要加入适量的水和洗涤剂, 保证 水能浸泡过衣物 5。
在注入洗涤水浸泡待洗衣物时, 使待洗衣物静置, 浸泡一定时间, 使水与衣物 5 充分浸润, 以进一步提高洗净的效果。
步骤二: 通过驱动装置驱动内筒 2旋转, 内筒 2正转一定时间, 停止, 再反转一 定时间, 提升筋 4也交替地正向旋转和反向旋转, 衣物 5在提升筋 4的作用下在内筒 2 内不断翻转, 同时具有吸附性能的提升筋 4和颗粒 3不断吸附衣物 5和洗涤水中的污 垢。
提升筋 4在位置 A时, 内筒 2内的洗涤水会通过透水孔 11进入提升筋 4内, 颗粒 3浸 在洗涤水中, 随着内筒 2的转动, 提升筋 4转到位置 B的时候, 颗粒 3中会存有一部分 洗涤水, 颗粒 3吸附污垢, 提升筋 4再继续转到位置 C时, 吸附后的较纯净的洗涤水通 过顶壁 9和底板 10上的透水孔 11流回到待洗衣物 5上。
在此步骤中, 内筒 2的转速在 100-200转 /min之间效果最佳。
步骤三: 洗涤结束后, 进行排水, 将洗涤水从外筒 1下方的排水口处排出。 步骤四: 高速旋转内筒 2, 对内筒 2内的衣物 5和提升筋 3进行脱水, 实现制成提 升筋 4和颗粒 3的聚合物材料的吸附能力的再生利用, 洗涤水集存在外筒 1内并从外筒
1下方的排水口排出。
在此步骤中, 内筒 2的转速以 100-1000转 /min的转速运转, 通常要高于洗涤时的 转速。
步骤五: 漂洗步骤, 重新向外筒 1内加入适量的干净水, 依上述过程对衣物 5进 行漂洗, 漂洗后再次进行上述的脱水过程, 最终完成衣物的全部洗涤过程, 将衣物 5 取出晾晒。
实施例二:
与实施例一不同之处在于, 如图 4和图 5所示, 本实施例中, 在外壳 6的外表面上 设置有若干个凸起 12, 本实施例中, 在提升筋 4的侧壁 7、 顶壁 8、 折边 13的外表面上 均设置有凸起 12, 凸起 12与外壳 6为一体成型结构, 凸起 12也为聚合物材料, 凸起 12 的形状可以为半圆形、 半椭圆形等。
凸起 12不但增加了具有吸附性能的聚合物材料与衣物 5和水的接触面积, 同时也 增强了与衣物 5之间的摩擦, 使衣物 5上的污垢更容易脱落, 进一步增加了提升筋 4的 吸附性能, 提高了的洗净率。
实施例三:
与实施例一不同之处在于, 也可以不设置底板 10, 将提升筋 4直接设置在内筒 2 上, 内筒 2上的通水孔的直接小于颗粒 3的最小直径, 此时颗粒 3被限定在内筒 2和提 升筋 4所形成的容置空间里。
如上所述, 结合附图所给出的方案内容, 可以衍生出类似的技术方案。 但凡是 未脱离本发明技术方案的内容, 依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简 单修改、 等同变化与修饰, 均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种洗衣机提升筋, 设置于洗涤筒的内壁上, 其特征在于: 所述提升筋为中 空结构, 所述提升筋由作为洗涤介质的聚合物吸附材料注塑成形, 在所述提升筋的 空腔内部填充有作为洗涤介质的洗涤颗粒, 在所述提升筋上具有将所述提升筋的空 腔与所述内筒的内部空间连通并仅供洗涤水通过的透水孔。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机提升筋, 其特征在于: 所述提升筋包括用于形 成所述中空空腔的外壳, 所述外壳由两个侧壁、 两个端壁及顶壁组成。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的洗衣机提升筋, 其特征在于: 至少在所述外壳的顶壁 上开有供洗涤水通过的透水孔。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的洗衣机提升筋, 其特征在于: 所述提升筋还包括一底 板, 所述底板可拆卸或可旋转打开地连接在所述外壳的底部。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的洗衣机提升筋, 其特征在于: 在所述底板上开有所述 透水孔。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机提升筋, 其特征在于: 在所述提升筋的内部设 置有起支撑作用的加强筋。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机提升筋, 其特征在于: 在所述提升筋的两侧底 部各延伸出一用于固定安装的折边, 在所述折边上设置有用于紧固件连接的安装孔。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 7任一项所述的洗衣机提升筋, 其特征在于: 在所述提升筋 的外表面上设置有凸起。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的洗衣机提升筋, 其特征在于: 所述凸起与所述提升筋 一体成型。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机提升筋, 其特征在于: 所述洗涤颗粒为聚合物 吸附材料。
11、 一种洗衣机, 包括洗涤筒, 其特征在于: 在所述洗涤筒的内壁上设置有如 权利要求 1至 10任一项所述的提升筋。
