1、 一种洗衣机, 包括外筒、 内筒和驱动装置, 其特征在于: 所述内筒可拆卸地 固定安装于所述外筒的内侧, 所述内筒由作为洗涤介质的聚合物吸附材料注塑成形。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 在所述内筒的外侧设置一断面 呈 U形的底座, 所述底座与所述驱动装置连接并由所述驱动装置驱动转动, 所述底座 与所述内筒通过插接装置可拆卸连接并可联动转动。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述插接装置为设置在所述内 筒的筒壁外侧和所述底座内侧壁之间的相匹配的插槽和插块, 所述插块可在所述插 槽内滑动。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述插槽由设置于所述内筒筒 壁或底座上的两排并行的凸起围成, 所述插块为设置于所述底座或内筒筒壁上的凸 筋, 所述凸筋插入由两排所述凸起围成的所述插槽内。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述插槽为设置于所述内筒 筒壁或底座上的至少两条凹槽, 所述插块为设置于所述底座和内筒筒壁上的一排凸 筋, 所述凸筋插入所述凹槽内。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述底座的高度为所述内筒高 度的 1/4至 1/2。
7、 根据权利要求 2所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述底座由作为洗涤介质的聚 合物吸附材料注塑成形或为不锈钢材料制成。
8、 根据权利要求 2所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 在所述底座上设置有供洗涤水 通过的透水孔。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 在所述内筒的前端开口处设置 有把手。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 9任一项所述的洗衣机, 其特征在于: 所述聚合物吸附材 料包括苯乙烯和二乙烯苯聚合而成的吸附树脂, 或尼龙, 或 PBT, 或 POM, 或 PP, 或 PE, 或 PS, 或 PVC, 或 EVA, 或者可以选择上述多种材料的混合物。
