Abstract

バッテリパックの車載構造において、バッテリケース(24)の上面には車幅方向に延びてクロスメンバ(20)が嵌合する凹部(39b)が形成されるので、バッテリパック(31)をクロスメンバ(20)と干渉することなく車体に搭載することが可能となり、クロスメンバ(20)の位置を高くしたりクロスメンバ(20)に切欠きを形成したりする必要がなくなることで、バッテリパック(31)の最低地上高を充分に確保してバッテリ(42)の被水を防止しながら、車室(25)の容積の確保とクロスメンバ(20)の強度の確保とを両立させることができる。また前記凹部(39b)はバッテリケース(24)の上面に形成されるので、バッテリ(42)の下方に配置された冷却通路(45A,45B)を狭めることがなく、これによりバッテリ(42)の冷却性能が確保される。

Description

バッテリパックの車載構造
 本発明は、複数のバッテリを収納するバッテリケースと、前記バッテリケースの内部に形成された冷却通路に冷却空気を吸入する冷却空気吸入部材と、前記冷却通路から冷却空気を排出する冷却空気排出部材とを備えるバッテリパックを、フロアパネルおよび車幅方向に延びるクロスメンバの下方に配置するバッテリパックの車載構造に関する。
 電気自動車のバッテリパックのバッテリケースの上面に車幅方向に延びる溝状の凹部を形成し、バッテリパックを下方から車体に搭載するときに、車幅方向に延びる車体のクロスメンバを前記凹部に嵌合させるものが、下記特許文献1により公知である。

 ところで上記従来のものは、バッテリケースの内部における冷却空気の通路を構成するトンネル部がバッテリケースの凹部を横断するように上方に隆起しており、このトンネル部との干渉を回避すべく、凹部に嵌合するクロスメンバの下面に凹状部(切欠き)が形成されており、この凹状部によってクロスメンバの強度が低下する問題がある。これを回避するために、クロスメンバの位置を高くすると車室の容積が圧迫されてしまい、逆にバッテリパックの位置を低くすると、最低地上高が減少してバッテリが被水し易くなる問題がある。またトンネル部を凹部と干渉しないように下方に移動させると、バッテリケースの内部に収納した物品との干渉を避けるためにトンネル部の流路断面積を小さくする必要が生じ、そのためにバッテリの冷却性能が低下する可能性がある。
 本発明は前述の事情に鑑みてなされたもので、バッテリケースとクロスメンバとの干渉を回避しながら、バッテリケース内の冷却通路によるバッテリの冷却性能を確保することを目的とする。
 上記目的を達成するために、本発明によれば、複数のバッテリを収納するバッテリケースと、前記バッテリケースの内部に形成された冷却通路に冷却空気を吸入する冷却空気吸入部材と、前記冷却通路から冷却空気を排出する冷却空気排出部材とを備えるバッテリパックを、フロアパネルおよび車幅方向に延びるクロスメンバの下方に配置するバッテリパックの車載構造であって、前記バッテリケースの上面には車幅方向に延びて前記クロスメンバが嵌合する凹部が形成され、前記冷却空気吸入部材は前記クロスメンバよりも後方に配置され、前記冷却空気吸入部材の前方において前記フロアパネルの下面および前記バッテリケースの上面間には空間部が形成され、前記複数のバッテリの下方に形成された前記冷却通路は、前記冷却空気吸入部材から前記クロスメンバの前方へと延びる上流側冷却通路と、前記上流側冷却通路の下流側から前記冷却空気排出部材へと延びる下流側冷却通路とを備えることを第1の特徴とするバッテリパックの車載構造が提案される。
 また本発明によれば、前記第1の特徴に加えて、前記冷却空気吸入部材は前記冷却通路よりも上側に配置されることを第2の特徴とするバッテリパックの車載構造が提案される。
 また本発明によれば、前記第1または第2の特徴に加えて、前記バッテリケースは前記空間部内に上向きに突出する凸部を備えることを第3の特徴とするバッテリパックの車載構造が提案される。
 また本発明によれば、前記第1~第3の何れか1つの特徴に加えて、前記クロスメンバはフロントシートの下方に配置されることを第4の特徴とするバッテリパックの車載構造が提案される。
 また本発明によれば、前記第3の特徴に加えて、前記凸部はリヤシートの下方に配置されることを第5の特徴とするバッテリパックの車載構造が提案される。
 また本発明によれば、前記第1~第5の何れか1つの特徴に加えて、前記下流側冷却通路は、前記クロスメンバの前方において前記上流側冷却通路に接続され、前記クロスメンバの後方において前記冷却空気排出部材に接続されることを第6の特徴とするバッテリパックの車載構造が提案される。
 また本発明によれば、前記第6の特徴に加えて、前記冷却空気吸入部材および前記冷却空気排出部材は、車幅方向に沿う直線上に配置されることを第7の特徴とするバッテリパックの車載構造が提案される。
 また本発明によれば、前記第6または第7の特徴に加えて、前記上流側冷却通路は車幅方向中央部に配置されるとともに、前記下流側冷却通路は前記上流側冷却通路から分岐して車幅方向両側部に配置されることを第8の特徴とするバッテリパックの車載構造が提案される。
 尚、実施の形態のミドルクロスメンバ20は本発明のクロスメンバに対応し、実施の形態のバッテリモジュール42は本発明のバッテリに対応し、実施の形態の上流側冷却通路45Aおよび下流側冷却通路45Bは本発明の冷却通路に対応し、実施の形態の吸入ダクト48は本発明の冷却空気吸入部材に対応し、実施の形態の排出ダクト49は本発明の冷却空気排出部材に対応する。
 本発明の第1の特徴によれば、フロアパネルの下面およびバッテリケースの上面間に形成された空間部の空気は、冷却空気吸入部材からバッテリケースの内部に吸い込まれ、クロスメンバの前方へと延びる上流側冷却通路と、上流側冷却通路の下流側から冷却空気排出部材へと延びる下流側冷却通路とを流れる間に、その上方に配置されたバッテリを冷却することができる。バッテリケースの上面には車幅方向に延びてクロスメンバが嵌合する凹部が形成されるので、バッテリパックをクロスメンバと干渉することなく車体に搭載することが可能となり、クロスメンバの位置を高くしたりクロスメンバに切欠きを形成したりする必要がなくなることで、バッテリパックの最低地上高を充分に確保してバッテリの被水を防止しながら、車室の容積の確保とクロスメンバの強度の確保とを両立させることができる。また前記凹部はバッテリケースの上面に形成されるので、バッテリの下方に配置された冷却通路を狭めることがなく、これによりバッテリの冷却性能が確保される。
 また本発明の第2の特徴によれば、冷却空気吸入部材をバッテリケースの冷却通路よりも上側に配置したので、冷却空気吸入部材の位置を高くしてバッテリパック内に水が吸い込まれ難くすることができる。
 また本発明の第3の特徴によれば、バッテリケースが冷却空気を冷却空気吸入部材に導入する空間部内に上向きに突出する凸部を備えるので、冷却空気と共に前方から飛散してくる埃や水を凸部で遮って冷却空気吸入部材からバッテリケース内に吸い込まれ難くすることができる。
 また本発明の第4の特徴によれば、クロスメンバをフロントシートの下方に配置したので、フロアパネルの一部がクロスメンバによって高くなっても、その位置がフロントシートの下方であるためにリヤシートに座った乗員の足元が狭くなることが防止され、リヤシートの居住性が向上する。
 また本発明の第5の特徴によれば、凸部はリヤシートの下方に配置されるので、凸部を設けたことによる車室空間の圧迫を回避することができる。
 また本発明の第6の特徴によれば、下流側冷却通路は、クロスメンバの前方において上流側冷却通路に接続され、クロスメンバの後方において冷却空気排出部材に接続されるので、上流側冷却通路および下流側冷却通路の長さを最大限に確保してバッテリの冷却性能を高めることができる。
 また本発明の第7の特徴によれば、冷却空気吸入部材および冷却空気排出部材は、車幅方向に沿う直線上に配置されるので、冷却空気吸入部材および冷却空気排出部材を設けたことによるバッテリパックの前後方向寸法の増加を最小限に抑えることができる。
 また本発明の第8の特徴によれば、上流側冷却通路は車幅方向中央部に配置されるとともに、下流側冷却通路は上流側冷却通路から分岐して車幅方向両側部に配置されるので、比較的高温になり易い車幅方向中央部のバッテリを上流側冷却通路を流れる比較的低温の冷却空気で冷却するとともに、比較的低温になり易い車幅方向両側部のバッテリを下流側冷却通路を流れる比較的高温の冷却空気で冷却することで、全てのバッテリの温度を均一化することができる。

 図1および図2に示すように、電気自動車の車体フレーム11は、車体前後方向に延びる左右一対のフロアフレーム12,12と、フロアフレーム12,12の前端から上方に屈曲しながら前方に延びる左右一対のフロントサイドフレーム13,13と、フロアフレーム12,12の後端から上方に屈曲しながら後方に延びる左右一対のリヤサイドフレーム14,14と、フロアフレーム12,12の車幅方向外側に配置された左右一対のサイドシル15,15と、サイドシル15,15の前端をフロアフレーム12,12の前端に接続する左右一対のフロントアウトリガー16,16と、サイドシル15,15の後端をフロアフレーム12,12の後端に接続する左右一対のリヤアウトリガー17,17と、左右一対のフロントサイドフレーム13,13の前端部間を車幅方向に接続するフロントバンパービーム18と、左右一対のフロアフレーム12,12の前端部間を車幅方向に接続するフロントクロスメンバ19と、左右一対のフロアフレーム12,12の前後方向中間部間を車幅方向に接続するミドルクロスメンバ20と、左右一対のリヤサイドフレーム14,14の前後方向中間部間を車幅方向に接続するリヤクロスメンバ21と、左右一対のリヤサイドフレーム14,14の後端部間を車幅方向に接続するリヤバンパービーム22とを備える。
 電気自動車の走行用駆動源であるモータ・ジェネレータ23の電源となるバッテリパック31は車体フレーム11の下面側から吊り下げ支持される。即ち、バッテリパック31の下面には車幅方向に延びるフロント吊り下げビーム32、ミドル吊り下げビーム33およびリヤ吊り下げビーム34が固定されており、フロント吊り下げビーム32の両端が左右一対のフロアフレーム12,12の前部に固定され、ミドル吊り下げビーム33の両端が左右一対のフロアフレーム12,12の後部に固定され、リヤ吊り下げビーム34の両端が左右一対のリヤサイドフレーム14,14の前部から垂下する支持部材35,35の下端に固定される。またバッテリパック31の前端の車幅方向中央部が前部ブラケット36を介してフロントクロスメンバ19に支持されるとともに、バッテリパック31の後端の車幅方向中央部が後部ブラケット37を介してリヤクロスメンバ21に支持される。更に、バッテリパック31は、フロント吊り下げビーム32およびミドル吊り下げビーム33の中間位置において、ミドルクロスメンバ20の下面に支持される。
 バッテリパック31を車体フレーム11に支持した状態で、バッテリパック31の上面は、車室25の下部にフロアパネル26を介して対向する。即ち、本実施の形態のバッテリパック31は、車室25の外部に配置される。
 図3および図4に示すように、バッテリパック31は、金属製のバッテリトレー38と、バッテリトレー38に上方から重ね合わされた合成樹脂製のバッテリカバー39とを備える。バッテリトレー38の周縁部とバッテリカバー39の周縁部とは、シール部材40(図3参照)を挟んで多数のボルト41…で締結されており、従ってバッテリパック31の内部は基本的に密閉された空間となる。バッテリトレー38の上面には、複数のバッテリセルを直列に積層したバッテリモジュール42…が複数個搭載される。バッテリトレー38およびバッテリカバー39は、本発明のバッテリケース24を構成する。
 バッテリトレー38は、アッパープレート43とロアプレート44とを結合したもので(図5および図6参照)、それらの間に冷却空気が流れる冷却通路が形成されており、アッパープレート43の上面に接触するバッテリモジュール42…との間で熱交換を行い、充放電により発熱するバッテリモジュール42…を冷却する。
 バッテリパック31の後部に設けられた冷却装置46は、車幅方向中央部に配置された吸入ダクト48と、吸入ダクト48の車幅方向両側に配置された左右一対の排出ダクト49,49とを備える。吸入ダクト48から吸入された冷却空気は、バッテリトレー38の内部の車幅方向中央部に配置された上流側冷却通路45A(図3参照)を後方から前方に流れた後に左右にUターンし、バッテリトレー38の内部の車幅方向両側部に配置された左右の下流側冷却通路45B,45B(図3参照)を前方から後方に流れた後に、左右の排出ダクト49,49から外部に排出される。
 吸入ダクト48の上部前面には、その内部にバッテリパック31の外部の空気を冷却空気として吸入するための冷却空気吸入口48aが前向きに開口する。また排出ダクト49,49の内部にはそれぞれ電動の冷却ファン47,47が収納されており、熱交換後の冷却空気を排出するための冷却空気排出口49a,49aが、各冷却ファン47,47の外周に臨むように形成される。左右の冷却空気排出口49a,49aは、後向きかつ車幅方向外向きに開口する(図3、図4、図7の矢印A参照)。
 従って、冷却ファン47,47を駆動すると、吸入ダクト48の冷却空気吸入口48aから吸入された冷却空気はバッテリトレー38の内部に供給され、バッテリトレー38の内部の上流側冷却通路45Aおよび下流側冷却通路45B,45Bを流れる間にバッテリモジュール42…との間で熱交換を行った後、排出ダクト49,49の冷却ファン47,47を通過して冷却空気排出口49a,49aから排出される。
 次に、図4~図8を参照して冷却装置46の構造を詳細に説明する。
 図7および図8に示すように、冷却装置46の吸入ダクト48は、バッテリカバー39の後部から上向きに突出する凸部39a(図8参照)の後方に設けられるもので、バッテリカバー39の上面に4本のボルト51…で固定されるロア部材52と、ロア部材52の上端開口部を覆うように結合されるアッパー部材53とを備えており、アッパー部材53の前面に冷却空気吸入口48aが開口する。冷却空気吸入口48aの位置は、バッテリパック31の後部上方に位置するとともに、バッテリカバー39の凸部39aの後方に位置しており、凸部39aの上端の高さは冷却空気吸入口48aの上端の高さよりも高く設定される。
 バッテリカバー39の凸部39aは中空に形成されており、その前側部分には他のバッテリモジュール42…よりも一段高い位置に2個のバッテリモジュール42,42が車幅方向に並置される。前記2個のバッテリモジュール42,42を支持するバッテリ支持部材27は中空に形成されており、その内部を冷却空気が流通する。バッテリカバー39の凸部39aの後側部分には、コンタクタやヒューズのような電気部品を支持するジャンクションボード28が収納される。
 バッテリカバー39の上面における前記凸部39aの前方には、車幅方向に延びる溝状の凹部39bが形成される。バッテリパック31を車体フレーム11に搭載した状態で、そのミドルクロスメンバ20がバッテリカバー39の凹部39bに上方から嵌合する(図8参照)。バッテリカバー39の凹部39bの後方には、バッテリカバー39の上面およびフロアパネル26の下面に挟まれた空間部30が形成され、この空間部30の後方に吸入ダクト48の冷却空気吸入口48aが開口する。
 吸入ダクト48の内部は、冷却空気吸入口48aから後方に延びる上流側吸入通路54と、上流側吸入通路54の後端から下向きに延びてバッテリトレー38の上流側冷却通路45Aに連なる下流側吸入通路55とを備える。上流側吸入通路54はアッパー部材53の内部に区画され、下流側吸入通路55はロア部材52の内部に区画される。
 図4~図7に示すように、冷却装置46の排出ダクト49,49は、バッテリトレー38の下流側冷却通路45B,45Bの下流端から上向きに立ち上がる上流側排出通路56,56と、上流側排出通路56,56の上端から車幅方向内側に連なる下流側排出通路57,57とを備えており、下流側排出通路57,57の直下に冷却ファン47,47が配置される。冷却ファン47,47の外周を渦巻き形のファンケーシング58,58が取り囲んでおり、その外端に冷却空気排出口49a,49aが開口する。
 左右の冷却ファン47,47のファンケーシング58,58には互換可能な同一部材が使用されており、従って平面視(図7参照)で、左右のファンケーシング58,58は車体中心線に対して非対称になっている。前述したように、左右の冷却ファン47,47の冷却空気排出口49a,49aは、矢印Aで示すように共に後向きかつ車幅方向外向きに冷却空気を排出するため、冷却空気排出口49a,49aに直交する法線Nは、ファンケーシング58,58の接線Tに対して角度θだけ傾斜している。
 冷却空気は、冷却空気排出口49a,49aが成す面に対して直角に流出するため、冷却空気排出口49a,49aに直交する法線Nをファンケーシング58,58の接線Tに対して角度θだけ傾斜させたことにより、左右のファンケーシング58,58に互換可能な同一部材を使用して部品の種類の削減を図りながら。左右の冷却空気排出口49a,49aから略左右対称な方向に冷却空気を排出することができる。
 後輪を懸架するサスペンション装置59,59(図4参照)は、例えばH型トーションビーム式サスペンションで構成されており、左右のトレーリングアーム部60,60と、それらを車幅方向に接続するトーションビーム部61と、トレーリングアーム部60,60の後端をリヤサイドフレーム14,14の下面に支持する左右のサスペンションスプリング62,62および左右のサスペンションダンパー63,63とを備える。
 左右のファンケーシング58,58の冷却空気排出口49a,49aからの冷却空気の排出方向(矢印A参照)は、平面視でサスペンション装置59,59の一部(実施の形態ではサスペンションダンパー63,63)とオーバーラップしている。冷却空気排出口49a,49aからの冷却空気の排出方向Aを上述した方向に設定することで、冷却空気を車体との干渉を最小限に抑えながらサスペンション装置59,59の空間を通して車外にスムーズに排出することができる。
 バッテリケース24の後部上面に排出ダクト49,49を冷却ファン47,47と共に支持する支持フレーム64は、パイプ材を逆U字状に屈曲して両端をバッテリカバー39の左右上面に立設した第1フレーム64aと、第1フレーム64aの右端側に接続されて後方および左方に延びるL字状の第2フレーム64bと、第2フレーム64bの左端側と第1フレーム64aの中間部とを前後方向に接続するI字状の第3フレーム64cとを備える。
 支持フレーム64は、第1フレーム64aに固定された4個の取付ブラケット65a~65dと、第2フレーム64bに固定された3個の取付ブラケット65e~65gと、第3フレーム64cに固定された1個の取付ブラケット65hとを備える(図7参照)。左側の排出ダクト49は、第1フレーム64aの2個の取付ブラケット65a,65bにそれぞれボルト66,66で締結され、左側の排出ダクト49および左側の冷却ファン47は、第2フレーム64bの取付ブラケット65gおよび第3フレーム64cの取付ブラケット65hにそれぞれボルト67,67で共締めされる。
 また右側の排出ダクト49は、第1フレーム64aの取付ブラケット65dおよび第2フレーム64bの取付ブラケット65eにそれぞれボルト68,68で締結され、右側の排出ダクト49および右側の冷却ファン47は、第1フレーム64aの取付ブラケット65cおよび第2フレーム64bの取付ブラケット65fにそれぞれボルト69,69で共締めされる。
 このように、排出ダクト49,49および冷却ファン47,47を共通のボルト67,67,69,69で支持フレームに共締めしたので、冷却装置46の小型化および部品点数の削減が可能になる。
 次に、上記構成を備えた本発明の実施の形態の作用を説明する。
 バッテリパック31のバッテリケース24内に収納したバッテリモジュール42…は充放電により発熱するため、冷却装置46によりバッテリトレー38の内部に供給される冷却空気で冷却される。即ち、冷却ファン47,47を駆動すると、バッテリケース24の上面およびフロアパネル26の下面間の空気が冷却空気として吸入ダクト48の冷却空気吸入口48aから吸入され、吸入ダクト48の上流側吸入通路54および下流側吸入通路55を経てバッテリトレー38の内部に供給される。
 図3に示すように、バッテリトレー38の内部に供給された冷却空気は、バッテリトレー38の内部の上流側冷却通路45Aおよび下流側冷却通路45B,45Bを流れる間に、バッテリトレー38のアッパープレート43とバッテリモジュール42…の底面との間で熱交換を行うことで、バッテリモジュール42…を冷却する。下流側冷却通路45B,45Bから排出ダクト49,49に流入した冷却空気は、上流側排出通路56,56、下流側排出通路57,57、冷却ファン47,47を通過し、ファンケーシング58,58の冷却空気排出口49a,49aから排出される。
 バッテリケース24のバッテリカバー39の上面に車幅方向に延びる凹部39bを形成し、この凹部39bに上方からミドルクロスメンバ20を嵌合させたのでバッテリパック31をミドルクロスメンバ20と干渉することなく車体フレーム11に搭載することが可能となるだけでなく、ミドルクロスメンバ20の位置を高くしたりミドルクロスメンバ20に切欠きを形成したりする必要がないため、バッテリパック31の最低地上高を充分に確保してバッテリモジュール42…の被水を防止しながら、車室25の容積の確保とミドルクロスメンバ20の強度の確保とを両立させることができる。また凹部39bはバッテリカバー39の上面に形成されるので、バッテリケース24の下部に配置された上流側冷却通路45Aおよび下流側冷却通路45B,45Bが凹部39bによって狭められることがなく、従って上流側冷却通路45Aおよび下流側冷却通路45B,45Bによるバッテリモジュール42…の冷却性能が確保される。
 しかもミドルクロスメンバ20はフロントシート29Aの下方に配置されるので(図8参照)、ミドルクロスメンバ20の上方のフロアパネル26の高さが若干高くなったとしても、その部分がフロントシート29Aの下方の空間に納まってしまうので、リヤシート29Bに着座した乗員の足元のスペースがミドルクロスメンバ20によって圧迫されるのを防止することができる。
 またバッテリパック31を車室25の下方に搭載し、吸入ダクト48および排出ダクト49,49をバッテリケース24および車室25間に挟まれる位置に配置したので、吸入ダクト48の冷却空気吸入口48aおよび排出ダクト49,49の冷却空気排出口49a,49aをバッテリパック31の比較的に高い位置に形成するとともに、冷却空気吸入口48aおよび冷却空気排出口49a,49aをフロアパネル26およびバッテリケース24で上下から覆い、上方から落下する埃や水、あるいは路面や車輪から撥ね上げられた埃や水が冷却空気吸入口48aおよび冷却空気排出口49a,49aから侵入し難くすることができる。
 また吸入ダクト48をバッテリカバー39の後端上部に配置するとともに、バッテリカバー39に車室25側に向かって上向きに突出する凸部39aを設け、吸入ダクト48をバッテリカバー39の凸部39aの後方に配置したので、車両の走行中に車体前方側から飛散して来る埃や水をバッテリカバー39の凸部39aで遮り、冷却空気吸入口48aからバッテリカバー39の内部に吸い込まれ難くすることができる。このとき、凸部39aの上端の高さは冷却空気吸入口48aの上端の高さよりも高い位置にあるため、凸部39aで冷却空気を確実に遮って埃や水を捕獲する効果を高めることができる。
 また冷却空気吸入口48aに冷却空気を導入する空間部30を、フロアパネル26およびバッテリケース24間に形成したので、冷却空気が冷却空気吸入口48aに達するまでにフロアパネル26およびバッテリケース24の両方に接触することで、冷却空気に含まれる塵や水を更に効果的に除去することができる。
 またバッテリケース24の凸部39aをリヤシート29Bの下方に配置したので、凸部39aを設けたことによる車室空間の圧迫を回避することができる。
 また下流側冷却通路45B,45は、クロスメンバ20の前方において上流側冷却通路45Aに接続され、クロスメンバ20の後方において排出ダクト49に接続されるので、上流側冷却通路45Aおよび下流側冷却通路45B,45Bの長さを最大限に確保してバッテリの冷却性能を高めることができる。
 また吸入ダクト48および排出ダクト49は、車幅方向に沿う直線上に配置されるので、吸入ダクト48および排出ダクト49を設けたことによるバッテリパック31の前後方向寸法の増加を最小限に抑えることができる。
 また上流側冷却通路45Aは車幅方向中央部に配置されるとともに、下流側冷却通路45B,45Bは上流側冷却通路45Aから分岐して車幅方向両側部に配置されるので、比較的高温になり易い車幅方向中央部のバッテリモジュール42…を上流側冷却通路45Aを流れる比較的低温の冷却空気で冷却するとともに、比較的低温になり易い車幅方向両側部のバッテリモジュール42…を下流側冷却通路45B,45Bを流れる比較的高温の冷却空気で冷却することで、全てのバッテリモジュール42…の温度を均一化することができる。
 以上、本発明の実施の形態を説明したが、本発明はその要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の設計変更を行うことが可能である。
 例えば、バッテリトレー38内の上流側冷却通路45Aおよび下流側冷却通路45B,45Bの配置は図3に示すものに限定されず、上流側冷却通路45Aは吸入ダクト48から前方に延びるものであれば良く、下流側冷却通路45B,45Bは後方に延びて排出ダクト49,49に連なるものであれば良い。
 また空間部30は、車体前後方向に延在するものに限らず、車幅方向に延在して車外に連通するものであっても良い。

Claims (8)

  1.  複数のバッテリ(42)を収納するバッテリケース(24)と、前記バッテリケース(24)の内部に形成された冷却通路(45A,45B)に冷却空気を吸入する冷却空気吸入部材(48)と、前記冷却通路(45A,45B)から冷却空気を排出する冷却空気排出部材(49)とを備えるバッテリパック(31)を、フロアパネル(26)および車幅方向に延びるクロスメンバ(20)の下方に配置するバッテリパックの車載構造であって、
     前記バッテリケース(24)の上面には車幅方向に延びて前記クロスメンバ(20)が嵌合する凹部(39b)が形成され、前記冷却空気吸入部材(48)は前記クロスメンバ(20)よりも後方に配置され、前記冷却空気吸入部材(48)の前方において前記フロアパネル(26)の下面および前記バッテリケース(24)の上面間には空間部(30)が形成され、前記複数のバッテリ(42)の下方に形成された前記冷却通路(45A,45B)は、前記冷却空気吸入部材(48)から前記クロスメンバ(20)の前方へと延びる上流側冷却通路(45A)と、前記上流側冷却通路(45A)の下流側から前記冷却空気排出部材(49)へと延びる下流側冷却通路(45B)とを備えることを特徴とするバッテリパックの車載構造。
  2.  前記冷却空気吸入部材(48)は前記冷却通路(45A,45B)よりも上側に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリパックの車載構造。
  3.  前記バッテリケース(24)は前記空間部(30)内に上向きに突出する凸部(39a)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のバッテリパックの車載構造。
  4.  前記クロスメンバ(20)はフロントシート(29A)の下方に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項3の何れか1項に記載のバッテリパックの車載構造。
  5.  前記凸部(39a)はリヤシート(29B)の下方に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリパックの車載構造。
  6.  前記下流側冷却通路(45B)は、前記クロスメンバ(20)の前方において前記上流側冷却通路(45A)に接続され、前記クロスメンバ(20)の後方において前記冷却空気排出部材(49)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1~請求項5の何れか1項に記載のバッテリパックの車載構造。
  7.  前記冷却空気吸入部材(48)および前記冷却空気排出部材(49)は、車幅方向に沿う直線上に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリパックの車載構造。
  8.  前記上流側冷却通路(45A)は車幅方向中央部に配置されるとともに、前記下流側冷却通路(45B)は前記上流側冷却通路(45A)から分岐して車幅方向両側部に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6または請求項7に記載のバッテリパックの車載構造。
