目前市面上最常见的提供汽车遮蔽用的物件即为罩体式的车罩,其由一布车缝成一似汽车状的罩体,且无其它配件或构造,因而只是纯粹做为罩护汽车,藉以达到防雨、遮蔽灰尘、防刮减少等目的。但传统式汽车罩在使用、收合时,往往需二人前后操作会比较方便,如为一人操作,使用者必需自行将车罩完全打开以套合于车体,而在不使用时,使用者还是得自行将其收折后再予以藏置,如此操作不易且麻烦耗时,殊不理想,且套设于车体外时容易遗失而无法即时得知,故传统式汽车罩尚有待改良之处。
发明内容
本发明所欲解决的技术问题
缘此,本发明的目的即是提供一种车罩装置,用以改善传统汽车罩或车棚所存有的缺点。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种隐藏式的车罩装置,藉由设置在车体的各部位而使车体保有原本外观的一致性。
本发明解决问题的技术手段
本发明为解决现有技术的问题所采用的技术手段是为一种车罩装置,包含一充气动力机构、一气体流通机构、一罩覆机构、及一卷线放收机构。充气动力机构设置于车体的车厢内,包括有一产生高流量气体的充气构件。气体流通机构设置于车体的车顶梁柱旁的衔侧空间中,气体流通机构的一气体导入端连通充气构件,且气体流通机构包括有一气体导出端。罩覆机构经收合而结合连动于车体的至少一个车顶天窗,罩覆机构包括有一气流通道,且气流通道的一端连通气体流通机构的气体导出端。卷线放收机构包括一卷线及一将卷线予以放线或收线的卷线放收构件,卷线设置于罩覆机构的一气线空间中,且卷线放收构件是由一卷线驱动构件所驱动。在车体的车顶天窗开启时,罩覆机构随着车顶天窗而隐藏于车顶天窗与车顶之间,而在车体的车顶天窗关闭且启动车罩装置而使罩覆机构为展开时,充气构件经由气体流通机构而对气流通道充气,使得罩覆机构依照气流通道的形状而自车顶向外充气而展开。在启动车罩装置而使罩覆机构为收合时,卷线放收构件将位于气线空间中的卷线予以收线,而使罩覆机构自外缘向车体方向收合。

如图 1 及图 2 所示,气体流通机构 2 是沿着车体 C 的车顶梁柱 C2 而设置在其与车顶 C3 所形成的衔侧空间 A 中,气体流通机构 2 在本实施例中为二组气体流通软管,当然,在其他实施例中亦可为一组气体流通软管,而本实施例中的气体流通机构 2 的气体导入端 21 、 22 分别连通与充气构件 11 相接的三向接头 13 。再者,气体流通机构还包括有气体导出端 23 、 24 ,其分别连通罩覆机构 3 的一气流通道 30 。
在本实施例中,罩覆机构 3 是经收合而结合连动于车体 C 的车顶天窗 C4 ,罩覆机构 3 包括有一上外罩层 31 及一下外罩层 32 ,且在上外罩层 31 与下外罩层 32 之间具有一气线空间 33 。上外罩层 31 与下外罩层 32 并不限于为一单一构件的上层及下层,上外罩层 31 与下外罩层 32 可分别为一独立构件。例如,在此一实施例中,罩覆机构 3 具有一为上外罩层 31 的第一罩体构件以及一为下外罩层 32 的第二罩体构件。而气线空间 33 则是形成在第一罩体构件与第二罩体构件之间。此外,为了减少罩覆机构 3 的厚度,在此一实施例中,罩覆机构 3 于气线空间 33 之外的部分,其上外罩层 31 与其下外罩层 32 相互贴合。
气流通道 30 以一弯曲蜿蜒的形状而被设置于气线空间 33 中,气流通道 30 连通气体流通机构 2 的气体导出端 23 、 24 ,且气流通道 30 具有一泄气口 301 。在此一实施例中,气流通道 30 为单一管路通道而以弯曲蜿蜒的方式自车顶向外延伸。
卷线放收机构 4 包括有数个卷线 41a 、 41b 、 41c 、 41d 、 41e 、 41f 及将卷线 41a 、 41b 、 41c 、 41d 、 41e 、 41f 予以放线或收线的卷线放收构件 42 、以及用以驱动卷线放收构件 42 的卷线驱动构件 43 ,且卷线驱动构件 43 为一高压马达,而在本实施例中,卷线 41a 、 41b 、 41c 、 41d 、 41e 、 41f 设置于罩覆机构 3 的气线空间 33 中,且线的一端固设于卷线放收构件 42 上,而线的另一端分别通过收纳盒体 5 上的侧孔 51 而沿着气体流通机构 2 通过气线空间 33 而与罩覆机构 3 的对应的部分结合。
再者,卷线放收机构 4 还包括有一卷线导引构件 44 。卷线导引构件 44 的功用在于使卷线 41a 、 41b 、 41c 、 41d 、 41e 、 41f 经卷线导引构件 44 的导引而在收线或放线时,于气线空间 33 中不会与气流通道 30 碰撞或摩擦。详细而言,卷线导引构件 44 如图所示为一具有孔槽 441 的连接件,连接件连接于上外罩层 31 或下外罩层 32 的内表面上 ( 此一实施例中,连接件连接于下外罩层 32) 。并且,气流通道 30 则受一固定件 B 而固定于上外罩层 31 的内表面而使卷线 41a 通过下外罩层 32 的内表面与气流通道 30 之间,或是固定于下外罩层 32 的内表面而使卷线 41a 、 41b 、 41c 、 41d 、 41e 、 41f 通过上外罩层 31 的内表面与气流通道 30 之间 ( 图未示 ) 。
请再同时参阅图 6A 及图 6B 所示,图 6A 显示本发明的车罩装置于展开状态中的立体图,图 6B 显示本发明的车罩装置于完全展开状态下的立体图。在本发明中,于车体 C 的车顶天窗 C4( 全景式天窗 ) 开启时,罩覆机构 3 随着车顶天窗 C4 而隐藏于车顶天窗 C4 与车顶 C3 之间。而在车体 C 的车顶天窗 C4 关闭且启动本发明的车罩装置 100 而使罩覆机构 3 为展开时,充气构件 11 运转而将空气打入至连通的气流通道 30 中,将气流通道 30 充气。
此时,罩覆机构 3 在充气构件 11 的充气下,因充气构件 11 所排出的高流量气体的量大于气流通道 30 的泄气口 301 所泄出气体的量,故罩覆机构 3 的罩覆体结构会依照气流通道 30 的弯曲蜿蜒的形状而自车顶向外充气而展开。具体而言,罩覆机构 3 分别沿着一车体延伸方向 D1 、一车体延伸方向 D2 、一车体延伸方向 D3 、一车体延伸方向 D4 向外延展并带动各个卷线 41a 、 41b 、 41c 、 41d 、 41e 、 41f 伸长而逐渐地将罩覆机构 3 套覆在车体 C 。
在本发明中,罩覆机构 3 的尺寸是依据车身尺寸大小而订制,故当本发明的罩覆装置 100 执行展开动作时,罩覆机构 3 能如图所示般套覆住车体 C 。在罩覆机构 3 套覆住车体 C 之后,充气构件 11 停止运转。此时,气流通道 30 中的气体则逐渐由泄气口 301 泄出,而使罩覆机构 3 贴覆住车体 C 表面。
当执行车罩装置 100 的收合动作时,藉由操作而控制卷线放收机构 4 通过卷线放收构件 42 将位于气线空间 33 中的卷线 41a 、 41b 、 41c 、 41d 、 41e 、 41f 予以收线,而使罩覆机构 3 自罩覆机构 3 的外缘向车体方向而收合。
详细而言,在卷线放收机构 4 的卷线放收构件 42 的卷动下,各个卷线 41a 、 41b 、 41c 、 41d 、 41e 、 41f 分别沿着相反于车体延伸方向 D1 、车体延伸方向 D2 、车体延伸方向 D3 、车体延伸方向 D4 的方向缩回并带动罩覆机构 3 收合而使得本发明的车罩装置 100 完成整个收合动作。
参阅图 7A 及图 7B 所示,图 7A 显示本发明的车罩装置的罩覆机构于一不同车顶天窗的应用示意图,图 7B 显示本发明的车罩装置的罩覆机构于另一不同车顶天窗的应用示意图。此二个实施例的组成元件与上述实施例大致相同,故相同的元件乃标示以相同的元件编号以资对应。其差异在于本实施例的车罩装置 100a 、 100b 可分别设置在具有不同天窗结构的车体。
在图 7A 中,车体 C' 的车顶天窗 C4' 为单一天窗而非上述实施例中的全景式天窗,同样地,罩覆机构 3 经收合而结合连动于车体 C' 的车顶天窗 C4' ,且本实施例的罩覆机构 3a 亦随着车顶天窗 C4' 而隐藏于车顶天窗 C4' 与车顶 C3' 之间,由于其作动原理与上述实施例相同,故在此不多加赘述。
在图 7B 中,车体 C'' 的车顶天窗 C4'' 为前后二组天窗,罩覆机构 3 经收合而结合连动于车体 C'' 的车顶天窗 C4'' ,而本实施例的罩覆机构 3b 亦随着后车顶天窗 C4'' 而隐藏于后车顶天窗 C4'' 与车顶 C3'' 之间,由于其作动原理与上述实施例相同,故在此不多加赘述。
当然,本发明以上述实施例作为专利说明及附图陈述,仅为众多实施例的其中一种,举凡熟悉此技艺者皆能轻易得知,利用本发明的可隐藏于车体中的车罩装置为本发明的主要技术特征,而罩覆机构隐藏于车顶天窗与车顶的位置并不局限于上述各个实施例,凡利用本发明的原理所作的变化以及罩覆机构随着车顶天窗而隐藏于车顶天窗与车顶之间,皆属于本发明的请求范畴。
由以上的实施例可知,本发明所提供的车罩装置确具产业上的利用价值,故本发明业已符合于专利的要件。惟以上的叙述仅为本发明的较佳实施例说明,凡本领域普通技术人员当可依据上述的说明而作其它种种的改良,而不脱离本发明的发明精神及的范围。

Claims (1)

1 、一种车罩装置,包含:
一充气动力机构,设置于一车体的一车厢内,包括有一产生高流量气体的充气构件;
一气体流通机构,设置于该车体的车顶梁柱旁的衔侧空间中,该气体流通机构的一气体导入端连通该充气构件,且该气体流通机构包括有一气体导出端;
一罩覆机构,是经收合而结合连动于该车体的至少一个车顶天窗,该罩覆机构包括有一气流通道,且该气流通道的一端连通该气体流通机构的气体导出端;
一卷线放收机构,包括一卷线及一将该卷线予以放线或收线的卷线放收构件,该卷线设置于该罩覆机构的一气线空间中,且该卷线放收构件是由一卷线驱动构件所驱动,
其中在该车体的车顶天窗开启时,该罩覆机构随着该车顶天窗而隐藏于该车顶天窗与车顶之间,
其中在该车体的车顶天窗关闭且启动该车罩装置而使该罩覆机构为展开时,该充气构件经由该气体流通机构而对该气流通道充气,使得该罩覆机构依照该气流通道的形状而自车顶向外充气而展开,
其中在启动该车罩装置而使该罩覆机构为收合时,该卷线放收构件将位于该气线空间中的卷线予以收线,而使该罩覆机构自外缘向车体方向收合。
2 、根据权利要求 1 所述的车罩装置,其中该卷线放收机构还包括一卷线导引构件,用以导引该卷线在收线或放线时,该卷线在该气线空间中不会与该气流通道碰撞或摩擦。
3 、根据权利要求 2 所述的车罩装置,其中该罩覆机构还包括有一上外罩层及一下外罩层,该气线空间位于该上外罩层及该下外罩层之间,而该卷线导引构件为一具有孔槽的连接件,该连接件连接于该上外罩层或该下外罩层的内表面上。
4 、根据权利要求 3 所述的车罩装置,其中该气流通道是受一固定件而固定于该上外罩层的内表面而使该卷线通过该下外罩层的内表面与该气流通道之间,或是固定于该下外罩层的内表面而使该卷线通过该上外罩层的内表面与该气流通道之间。
5 、根据权利要求 3 所述的车罩装置,其中该罩覆机构于该气线空间之外的部分,该上外罩层与该下外罩层相互贴合。
6 、根据权利要求 1 所述的车罩装置,其中用以设置该充气动力机构的该车厢为该车体的一后行李厢。
7 、根据权利要求 1 所述的车罩装置,其中该充气构件为一高压帮浦。
8 、根据权利要求 1 所述的车罩装置,其中该卷线驱动构件为一高压马达。
9 、根据权利要求 1 所述的车罩装置,其中该气流通道为一弯曲蜿蜒的单一管路通道。
10 、根据权利要求 1 所述的车罩装置,其中该气流通道具有一泄气口,当该充气构件对该气流通道充气时,该充气构件的该高流量气体排出的量大于该气流通道的该泄气口所泄出气体的量。
