选用一种支付模块, 将该支付模块与持卡人移动终端唯一指定的标识、 持卡人在一家或多家第三方支付系统的账户信息进行关联, 其中一家或多 家第三方支付系统的账户信息通过支付系统服务器对支付模块关联账户进 行预授权或实时交易;
每间隔一定时间所述的持卡人移动终端将支付模块的位置信息和持卡 人移动终端唯一指定的标识传送至支付系统服务器;
支付终端每间隔一定时间向支付模块系统发送动态更新持卡人账户信 息的请求,所述更新请求包括支付终端标识、终端所归属的商户标识信息; 所述的支付系统服务器在收到支付终端更新持卡人信息请求后, 根据 支付终端位置和账户受理规则, 获取该支付终端所处位置周边指定范围内 的所有持卡人移动终端唯一指定的标识、 与该标识对应的支付模块信息、 以及与该标识对应的一家或多家第三方支付系统中的账户信息; 以及

本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。 前述的基于异步通讯技术的动态支付方法, 该方法进一步包括, 在支 付终端完成支付后, 所述的支付系统服务器接收到所述支付终端传递的支 付信息后, 将支付模块的账户信息的变化传送至所述的一家或多家第三方 支付系统。
前述的基于异步通讯技术的动态支付方法, 该方法进一步包括, 在所 述支付模块进行支付时, 如果所述支付终端发现所述支付模块的余额不足, 则根据所述支付模块关联的所述的一家或多家第三方支付系统的账户信息 由持卡人选择与该支付模块关联的所述的一家或多家第三方支付系统的账 户进行支付。

本发明提出一种基于异步通讯技术的移动动态支付系统和方法, 其解 决了以下技术问题:
( 1 ) 通过在 P0S机上预存账号、 余额等信息实现本地化支付预授权;
(2 ) 通过异步通讯方式完成任意 IC/ID卡刷卡支付, 缩短支付时间;
(3) 通过基站、 GPS等定位方式识别有效距离内用户, 确保安全性; 以及
(4)通过支付模块集成多个第三支付系统的账户信息, 从而解决了携 带多张 IC/ID卡所带来的不便。
在一实施例中, 实现本发明的基本技术方案是这样的: 每隔一段时间(通常为 5s )向 IC卡系统服务器请求下载位于 M-P0S (移 动支付终端) 有效服务半径内的 IC/ID持卡人预授权账户的持卡人标识和 账户余额信息。 实时调度 M-P0S 终端有效服务半径内持卡人账户信息的动 态算法由 IC卡系统服务器执行, 主要依据是 IC卡系统服务器记录的持卡 人随身携带移动终端的实时位置信息。 移动终端位置信息的获取有多种方 法, 例如: 由移动终端内的应用程序获取手机所在通讯基站位置后发送至 IC卡系统服务器、 由电信运营商向 IC卡系统服务器开放定位服务等。
账户在线充值方法: 当 IC/ID卡持有人在刷卡消费时遇到预授权账户 可用余额不足时, M-P0S将 IC/ID卡标识信息和充值金额联机发送至 IC卡 系统服务器, 服务器根据 IC/ID卡标识提取用户手机号码和支付网关对应 关系, 将充值请求通过支付网关发送至银行业务系统, 银行业务系统收到 扣款请求后, 通过 M-P0S提示持卡人输入银行卡账户的支付密码完成充值, 充值后持卡人可继续刷卡消费。
经由上述可知, 本发明提出的一种基于异步通讯技术的移动动态支付 系统和方法。 该系统包括支付模块, 持卡人移动终端, 支付终端, 支付系 统服务器, 以及一家或多家第三方支付系统。 该系统实现了一卡集成多卡 和脱机支付。 本发明公开的方法通过支付模块、 移动终端之间的关联, 并 进一步和持卡人的其他账户进行绑定, 从而方便了持卡人根据不同的支付 场景选择不同的账户, 增强了支付的安全性和可选择性。
借由上述技术方案, 本发明基于异步通讯技术的移动动态支付系统和 方法至少具有下列优点:
( 1 )本发明将有限范围内的支付预授权信息下载到支付终端(如 M-P0S 机), 实现了本地预授权, 从而确保了交易的个性化和安全性;
( 2 )本发明通过支付模块集成了多个发卡机构和多种应用账户, 从而 方便了用户, 节约了成本, 并便于用户管理金融资产;
( 3 )本发明将刷卡产生的交易订单在本地做记录, 然后异步传输至服 务器, 可以避免网络通讯高峰时间引起的堵塞, 以及避免网络中断时导致 的交易中断, 不仅节约了支付时间, 更是增加了交易的安全和便捷;
( 4 ) 本发明无需安装任何外设装置, 只需安装一个客户端或程序, 因 此在具有多项功能、 解决多种技术问题的同时, 无需更多的成本来实现本 发明;
( 5 ) 本发明的方法对于预授权账户余额查询方便快捷; 以及
( 6 )本发明移动终端通过移动通讯的基站进行定位或移动通讯的开放 定位服务进行定位, 短时间获取位置周边环境信息和商户或机构信息, 极 大的方便了用户, 并且使得用户能够充分有效的利用和选择各种商家信息 和服务。
综上所述, 本发明特殊的基于异步通讯技术的移动动态支付系统和方 法, 其具有上述诸多的优点及实用价值, 并在同类系统和方法中未见有类 似的设计公开发表或使用而确属创新, 其不论在系统、 方法或功能上皆有 较大的改进, 在技术上有较大的进步, 并产生了好用及实用的效果, 且较 现有的动态支付系统和方法具有增进的多项功效, 从而更加适于实用, 而 具有产业的广泛利用价值, 成为一新颖、 进步、 实用的发明。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功 效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例, 对依据本发明提出的基于异步通讯技术的 移动动态支付系统和方法进行详细说明如后。
请参阅图 1 所示, 本发明较佳实施例的基于异步通讯技术的移动动态 支付系统主要由以下单元组成。
( 1 ) 支付模块 V (图 1中未示), 包括但不限于 IC/ID卡。
支付模块 V可以是任意一种 ISO-7810 标准卡,包括但不限于非接触式 IC卡、 ID卡。 而且, 支付用卡不受发卡机构限制, 只要能够通过 IC卡读 卡器获取标识信息即可。 当然可以理解的是, 该支付模块 V也可以为移动 终端, 该移动终端与支付终端之间通过无线传输协议传输信息。 例如无线 传输协议为 WiFi无线传输协议。
( 2 ) 支付终端 I, 包括但不限于移动支付终端 (M_P0S)。 支付终端 I 由以下功能模块组成:
a) 数据通讯模块, 即数据通讯单元。 该单元定期向支付模块服务器系 统请求下载账户信息和请求上传扣款请求;
b) 业务处理单元。 其包括: 输入输出设备 1 ( I/O设备), 包括供持卡 人输入支付密码、 授权码的数字键盘, 以及供持卡人查看余额、 支付结果 提示的显示屏; 存储模块, 该模块存储支付系统服务器传输的支付模块信 息和移动终端的位置信息; 支付模块读取器 2, 其用于读取支付模块的唯一 标识信息; 以及微处理器, 该微处理器进行支付模块账户的动态信息管理; 以及
c) 数据存储单元, 该单元将业务处理单元完成的全部交易行为进行记 录, 以日志文件形式进行存储, 并定期将日志文件通过数据通讯单元发送 至支付系统服务器 I I。
( 3 )支付系统服务器 I I, 包括但不限于 IC/ID卡系统服务器。 其主要 包括以下功能模块:
a) 账户管理模块, 记录以下信息:
i . 持卡人唯一标识、 手机号码、 IC/ID卡唯一标识、 预授权银行卡账 户唯一标识;
i i . IC/ID卡唯一标识、 手机号码、 预授权银行卡账户三者间的逻辑对 应关系;
i i i . 持卡人刷卡交易的日志信息;
iv. 持卡人预授权账户余额信息;
b) 支付网关;
i . 接到通讯网关转发的账户扣款、 充值请求后转发至银行系统(即第 三方支付系统 πι) ;
i i . 接收银行系统发送的支付结果通知后, 转发给通讯网关; c) 无线通讯网关;
i . 接收 M-P0S(即支付终端 I )定期下载有效服务范围内持卡人信息 (持 卡人移动终端 IV唯一指定的标识、 关联的支付模块 V、 及其位置等信息) 的请求, 通知数据调度模块完成对应数据调度, 对数据打包并添加 IC卡系 统数字签名后发送给 M-P0S的通讯模块;
ϋ. 接收 M-P0S定期上传持卡人预授权账户变动信息的请求, 通知支 付网关向第三方支付系统 ΠΙ (如银行业务系统)转发扣款请求; 当支付网 关返回交易结果通知后, 将结果通知发送给 M-P0S ;
d) 数据通讯网关;
i . 接收持卡人移动终端 IV位置信息后, 当 M-P0S发出下载有效服务 范围内持卡人信息的请求时, 以 M-P0S所在位置为中心在预先设定服务半 径内匹配移动终端位置, 匹配成功的持卡人信息通过通讯网关发送至 M-P0S;
e) 安全保障机制;
当 IC/ID卡在 M-P0S刷卡时未找到对应预授权账户信息, 则分为两种 情况:
i . 其一是首次使用, 此时直接将支付模块信息(IC/ID卡信息)、 预授 权账户唯一验证码 (即持卡人移动终端唯一指定的标识) 一同发送至支付 系统服务器 Π (如 IC卡业务系统), 如验证码匹配成功则视为首次开卡及 充值成功;
ϋ. 其二是非合法持卡人获得 IC/ID卡后直接刷卡, 此时由于真实持 卡人不在 M-P0S有效服务范围内, 如不能提供由真实持卡人保管的验证码, 则 M-P0S拒绝进行支付服务。
( 4 )移动终端 IV, 其主要功能是实时传送所处通讯基站位置或经纬度 等定位信息至 IC/ID卡系统服务器, 用于数据调度。 由于位置信息仅用于 在现场支付时辅助确认持卡人身份, 全部调度由支付系统服务器程序自动 完成, 不会将手机用户隐私暴露给第三方。
基于本发明提出的移动动态支付系统, 本发明提出的基于异步通讯技 术的支付方法的一个较佳实施例是按照以下步骤和方式实现的。
首先, 实现账户间的关联和对支付模块 V的充值, 按照如下步骤实现: 持有任意机构发行的通用 IC/ID卡(及支付模块 V )的持卡人, 通过支 付系统服务器 Π ,将第三方支付系统 III的账户与移动终端 IV唯一指定的 标识 (如手机号码) 绑定, 然后将移动终端 IV唯一指定的标识与支付模块 V进行绑定; 移动终端 IV唯一指定的标识发出指令, 通过第三方支付系统 I I I的账户对支付模块 V进行充值;
成功充值后, 由 IC 卡系统服务器的支付网关产生一个唯一的随机码 (6-8位数), 发送给用户(通过短信, WAP或者电话语音, 或者 Web页面), 即持卡人移动终端 IV, 同时 IC卡系统服务器 (及支付系统服务器 I I)创建 唯一的用户身份识别标识, 同时记录移动终端唯一指定的标识, 如手机号 码;
持卡人首次刷卡时任选一张符合 IS07810标准的 IC/ID卡作为支付模 块 V, 在 MP0S终端刷卡读取 IC/ID卡号;
M-P0S (支付终端 V ) 在已下载的持卡人记录中无法匹配该卡信息时, 提示持卡人输入和服务端查询对应的用户身份识别标识;
提示用户通过 M-P0S 终端输入随机码、 手机后四位 (辅助码, 防止重 码), 由 M-P0S通讯模块发送至 IC卡系统服务器, 系统创建 IC卡识别标识 与用户身份识别标识间的逻辑对应关系;
支付网关系统确认注册码, 手机号后四位正确后, 记录用户支付用 IC/ID卡号, 建立支付模块 V和持卡人移动终端 IV指定的唯一标识的绑定 关系, 同时将唯一随机码对应充值金额记入用户预付费账户, 随机码作废。
现进一步举例说明支付模块 V和第三方支付系统 I I I之间首次使用时 是如何实现关联的。 在本实施例中第三方支付系统 in采用的是银行发放 的银行卡。 具体关联步骤如下:
① 首次使用时, 用手机 (持卡人移动终端 IV)将欲关联银行卡的持卡 人信息经由 IC卡支付系统服务器 (即支付系统服务器 I I ) 转发至 开户银行业务系统(即第三方支付系统 I I I) , 信息校验成功后通知 IC卡支付系统服务器;
② IC 卡支付系统服务器收到成功验证通知后, 以发送欲关联银行卡 信息的手机号作为用户的唯一识别标识 (即持卡人移动终端唯一指 定的标识), 并与通过持卡人验证的银行卡关联;
③手机号与银行卡成功建立关联后,关联关系被保存在 IC卡动态支付 系统中, 同时生成与该持卡人移动终端唯一指定的标识唯一对应的 关联验证码, 通知到用户手机;
④当用户持已经与银行卡关联的手机进入支付终端 I 有效服务范围 时, 支付终端 I异步下载包括持卡人移动终端唯一指定的标识 (即 手机号) 在内的信息; ⑤用户在支付终端 I上刷卡, 并输入关联验证码, 由本专利系统将 IC 卡的唯一标识 ID和关联验证码一起发送到 IC卡支付系统服务器;
⑥ IC卡支付系统服务器验证关联码, 成功后将 IC卡唯一标识的 ID添 加到对应账户中, 完成手机号 (持卡人支付终端唯一指定的标识)、 银行卡 (即第三方支付系统的账户信息)、 IC 卡 (支付模块) 三者 关系。
完成对支付模块 V的关联和充值后, 就可以通过支付模块 V实现异步 支付或同步支付了, 现举例说明支付过程如下:
1. 定时下载账户信息:
a) M-POS通讯模块每隔一段时间定时 (通常为 5秒) 向 IC卡系统服务 器通讯网关发出批量下载账户数据请求;
b) IC卡系统数据调度模块将 M-P0S有效服务半径内的持卡人预授权账 户信息打包并添加 IC卡系统数字签名后发送至 M-POS, M-P0S验证签名成 功后将数据存入存储介质:
1. 下载范围: 在该时间点位于 MP0S服务半径范围内的用户;
ϋ. 下载内容: 用户唯一识别标识、 用户手机 IMEI号码、 用户电子现 金 IC卡识别标识、 用户电子现金账户余额信息。
2. 无密码支付, 采用异步通讯方式
a) 持卡人将支付用 IC/ID卡贴近 M-P0S的 IC卡读卡器, 卡读卡器读 取该 IC卡的唯一识别标识后发送至 M-P0S的微处理器;
b) M-POS微处理器从存储介质中提取最近一次定时下载的持卡人预授 权账户数据, 根据读入的 IC卡识别标识进行匹配, 找到当次支付对应的预 授权账户;
c) M-POS微处理器根据刷卡金额, 生成一项在预授权账户中扣款的请 求, 同时对下载到 M-P0S 的预授权账户余额数据进行操作, 扣除对应金额 后将剩余金额通过显示屏显示给持卡人, 此时持卡人已经完成刷卡过程; d) M-POS通讯模块每隔一段时间定时 (通常为 10秒) 向 IC卡系统服 务器通讯网关发送在持卡人预授权账户中扣款的请求;
e) IC卡系统服务器收到 M-POS上传的预付费账户扣款请求后, 根据用 户唯一识别标识和支付网关的对应关系将扣款请求转发至银行或第三方支 付系统进行处理;
f)银行或第三方支付系统完成预授权账户扣款后, 通过支付网关通知 IC卡业务系统, IC卡业务系统的账户管理模块根据支付结果更新预授权账 户余额信息。
3. 有密码支付, 采用实时传输信息方式
a) 当次支付金额超过金额上限时, M-P0S实时将扣款请求发送至 IC卡 业务系统的通讯网关, 并由系统支付网关转发至银行或第三方支付系统; b) 银行或第三方支付系统通过 IC卡业务系统向 M-P0S发送输入密码 通知, M-P0S通过显示器提示持卡人输入支付密码;
c) 持卡人在 M-P0S数字键盘输入支付密码并确认后, 通过 IC卡业务 系统转发至银行或第三方支付系统, 由银行或第三方支付系统完成凭密码 扣款;
d) 银行或第三方支付系统完成预授权账户扣款后, 通过支付网关通知 IC卡业务系统, IC卡业务系统的账户管理模块根据支付结果更新预授权账 户余额信息。
请参阅图 2所示, 其显示的是持卡人移动终端 IV、 支付终端 I、 支付 系统服务器 Π之间进行信息交换和更新的流程。 在完成支付模块 V (图 2 中未示) 和持卡人移动终端 IV、 支付系统服务器 II 以及第三方支付系统 ΠΙ之间完成信息交换和绑定后, 获得持卡人的授权, 然后定期将持卡人移 动终端 IV和支付模块 V的位置信息和账户信息间隔 5-10秒传递给支付系 统服务器 Π , 支付终端 I间隔 5-10秒请求支付系统服务器 II传送符合账 户受理规则的用户的信息。
图 3所示的是本发明实施例中支付模块 V通过异步通讯技术完成异步 支付的流程。 支付模块 V在支付终端 I处完成卡的识别后, 支付终端 I根 据交易指令, 直接从支付模块 V 中扣去交易金额, 从而完成异步支付。 该 支付过程无需第三方支付系统 ΙΠ参与。 完成支付后, 支付终端 I将交易 信息及支付模块 V的账户信息间隔一定时间后传送给支付模块服务器 Π。
图 4所示的是本发明实施例中支付模块 V通过支付终端 I、支付系统服 务器 II和第三方支付系统 III进行同步支付的流程。 图 3所是的异步支付 过程中, 如果支付模块 V的余额不足, 则支付终端 I将该交易信息传递给 支付系统服务器 Π ,支付系统服务器 II根据订单信息及支付模块 V的关联 账户的信息, 选择并请求最合适的第三方支付系统 ΠΙ对该订单进行处理。
上述流程图中涉及的术语 "拍卡", 指的是支付模块 V和支付终端 I之 间完成信息识别的过程。
本发明提出的基于异步通讯技术的移动动态支付系统和方法具有多种 用途。 现举例进行说明。 实例 h 基于位置支付
解决技术问题:
如何在不更换手机的 SIM卡和对手机硬件做任何改变的情况下, 通过 安装在手机上的应用程序将手机所在位置的无线通讯基站编号, 以及手机 自身标识信息发送到服务器, 在服务器端完成交易匹配并处理电子订单、 实现支付。
在订单生成依赖于交易双方地理位置的前提下, 基于位置的移动支付 包括以下核心环节:
1. 短时间内准确捕获一定地理范围内的潜在订购关系;
2. 根据双方的交易记录匹配成交概率最大的交易订单;
3. 在优化电子订单的驱动下, 通过手机实现安全支付。
实现上述功能的手机程序主要功能包括: 采集手机智能卡号、 手机所 在位置基站编号, 每次程序启动时通过手机数据通讯方式将手机智能卡编 号和基站编号发送到账单支付服务器, 通过基站编号建立收款方与付款手 机之间的逻辑联系, 当同一个位置有多个账单需要支付时, 由付款人自己 选择确定支付的账单。
该程序可通过:
1)无线通讯网络下载;
2)预先安装在手机上;
3)由电信运营商预先内置到手机智能卡上等多种方式到达交易双方。 为保证交易的安全性, 支付模块根据金融动态支付系统对数据输入和 传输的要求, 用非对称加密算法实现客户输入支付密码安全传送, 该账单 动态支付系统, 并不保留中间传送的账户和密码信息。 本系统也不直接保 存和操作, 任何与账户资金安全有关的信息。
实例 2: 特定场所支付
例如, 如果一人生病需要去医院看病, 打开手机的服务程序, 选择 '医 院挂号', 再选择需要挂号的类型, 系统根据病人所在位置最近且所选病类 型相对较好的医院提供给病人选择, 病人选择其中某一拟挂号类型后, 系 统根据位置和病人所选交通方式, 根据历史经验数据, 计算出病人到达医 院可能需要的时间, 推算出病人到达医院的时间, 完成挂号科室的时间, 病人通过手机支付挂号费后, 完成挂号; 如果病人选择的是乘出租车去医 院, 则系统将该病人的需求和位置发送到离该病人的位置最近的出租车司 机手机上, 出租车司机确认愿往接人后, 系统告知大概到达时间给病人。 如果路途中, 发生交通意外, 病人到达医院的时间可能延迟, 同时将该病 人的挂号时间向后延迟。 病人到达医院后, 可以直接到看病的科室看病, 看病中, 如果需要支付检查费用, 病人可以的手机会收到确认支付的提醒, 病人在现场发出确认支付信息后, 同时将需要去某个科室检查的信息发送 到预定科室医生的信息终端上, 其中计算出病人从当前位置到特定检查室 的时间, 如果需要检查时间需要延迟, 也会通知病人实际能够检查的时间, 不用让病人到门口排队。 拿药的情况也是类似。
上面看病的例子的系统, 同样可用在下面的例子中, 只是服务提供商 输入的服务参数不同。
当消费者在某个商业中心附近, 该消费者曾经在这里看过电影, 而这 个时候, 电影院有空位, 且很快就要开映, 系统将发送一个提示信息给消 费者, 可以用较低的折扣可以看某部片子, 如果愿意看, 只要发出确认支 付, 就可以获得电子电影票, 到电影院看电影。 这样电影院将本来可能浪 费的服务资源产生价值, 而消费者也获得了实惠。

1、 一种基于异步通讯技术的动态支付系统, 该系统包括: 支付模块, 持卡人移动终端, 支付终端, 支付系统服务器, 以及一家或多家第三方支 付系统;
所述支付模块通过持卡人移动终端分别与一家或多家第三方支付系统 的账户信息之间建立一一对应的关系;
所述持卡人移动终端将移动终端的位置信息和持卡人移动终端唯一指 定的标识每间隔一定时间传送至支付系统服务器;
所述支付终端间隔一定时间向支付系统服务器发送动态更新持卡人账 户信息的请求, 所述更新请求包括支付终端标识、 终端所归属的商户标识 信息;
所述的支付系统服务器在收到支付终端更新持卡人信息请求后, 根据 支付终端位置和账户受理规则, 获取该支付终端所处位置周边指定范围内 的所有持卡人移动终端唯一指定的标识、 与该标识对应的支付模块信息、 以及与该标识对应且能够被该支付终端受理的一家或多家第三方支付系统 中的账户信息, 并将上述信息发送至支付终端;
所述支付终端接收周边指定范围内的所有持卡人上述信息, 根据交易 指令读取支付模块关联的一家或多家第三方支付账户的账户信息, 并直接 从所述支付模块上实现现场支付, 以及每间隔一定时间将支付模块关联的 一家或多家第三方支付账户信息的变化发送至所述的支付系统服务器; 以 及
所述支付系统服务器将支付模块的账户信息的变化传送至所述的一家 或多家第三方支付系统;
其中,
所述的持卡人移动终端、所述的支付系统服务器和所述的一家或多 家第三方支付系统之间通过信息验证、交换和关联后,在所述持卡 人移动终端唯一指定的标识和所述的一家或多家第三方支付系统 的账户之间分别建立一一对应的关系,该对应关系保存在所述支付 系统服务器内;
所述的持卡人移动终端、支付模块和支付系统服务器之间通过信息 交换后,完成所述支付模块与所述持卡人移动终端唯一指定的标识 的身份验证和绑定,并将该持卡人移动终端的信息、支付模块的信 息、持卡人移动终端唯一指定的标识和所述支付模块之间的对应关 系信息储存在支付系统服务器内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的动态支付系统, 其中所述的支付终端根据预 先设定的交易受理规则, 确定支付终端所能受理的第三方支付账户, 以及 一家或多家支付系统账户在指定支付终端上的受理顺序。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的动态支付系统, 其中所述的支付模块为支付 终端可读取的任意一种 ISO-7810 标准卡。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的动态支付系统, 其中所述的支付模块为移动 终端, 所述移动终端与所述支付终端之间通过无线传输协议传输信息。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的动态支付系统,其中所述无线传输协议为 WiFi 无线传输协议。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的动态支付系统, 其中所述的持卡人移动终端 为具有定位和信息传递功能的电子产品。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的动态支付系统, 其中所述的电子产品为个人 智能通讯工具。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的动态支付系统, 其中所述的支付终端包括: 数据通讯单元, 该单元间隔一定时间从支付系统服务器获取支付模块 的账户信息和支付模块的位置信息, 以及将支付模块的账户信息的变化传 送至支付系统服务器;
业务处理单元, 该单元接受数据通讯模块单元的指令, 读取和辨识支 付模块, 并动态管理、 存储支付模块的信息变化, 并将该变化传至数据通 讯单元; 以及
数据存储单元, 该单元将业务处理单元完成的全部交易行为进行记录, 以日志文件形式进行存储, 并定期将日志文件通过数据通讯单元发送至支 付系统服务器。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的动态支付系统, 其中所述的业务处理单元包 括:
输入输出设备, 包括供持卡人输入支付密码、 授权码的数字键盘, 以 及供持卡人查看余额、 支付结果提示的显示屏;
存储模块, 该模块存储支付系统服务器传输的支付模块信息和移动终 端的位置信息;
支付模块读取器, 其用于读取支付模块的唯一标识信息; 以及 微处理器, 该微处理器进行支付模块账户的动态信息管理。
10、根据权利要求 1所述的动态支付系统, 其中所述的支付终端是 P0S 机、 可移动的 P0S机、 或具有信息传递功能的电子产品。
11、 根据权利要求 1 所述的动态支付系统, 其中所述的支付系统服务 器包括:
账户管理模块, 管理和记录持卡人移动终端唯一指定的标识、 支付模 块的标识、 一家或多家第三方支付系统的标识、 以及支付模块的标识、 移 动终端唯一指定的标识和一家或多家第三方支付系统的标识的三者间的逻 辑对应关系、 支付模块交易的日志信息和一家或多家第三方支付系统的信 息;
数据通讯网关, 所述数据通讯网关执行支付终端和支付系统服务器之 间的通讯和数据传输, 以及所述数据通讯网关和支付网关之间的通讯和数 据传输;
支付网关, 其将所述数据通讯网关转发的账户扣款、 充值请求转发至 一家或多家第三方支付系统, 并将一家或多家第三方支付系统发送的支付 结果转发给通讯网关; 以及
无线通讯网关, 其通过无线网络, 将支付模块、 移动终端的位置信息 传送至支付系统服务器。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的动态支付系统, 其中所述的支付系统服务 器进一步包括安全保障模块, 该模块完成支付模块信息、 一家或多家第三 方支付系统的信息和移动终端的信息的匹配。
13、 根据权利要求 1 所述的动态支付系统, 其中所述的一家或多家第 三方支付系统为金融机构和第三方支付平台。
14、 根据权利要求 1-13中任一权利要求所述的动态支付系统, 其中所 述的移动终端通过移动通讯的基站进行定位或移动通讯的开放定位服务进 行定位。
15、 根据权利要求 1-13中任一权利要求所述的动态支付系统, 其中所 述的持卡人移动终端、 一家或多家第三方支付系统、 支付系统服务器和支 付模块之间的信息交换、 关联、 验证或绑定通过短信, WAP或者电话语音, 或者 Web页面实现。
16、 一种基于异步通讯技术的动态支付方法, 该方法包括如下步骤: 将持卡人移动终端唯一指定的标识、 持卡人在一家或多家第三方支付 系统的账户信息通过支付系统服务器进行验证、 交换和关联, 并保存在所 述的支付系统服务器内; 选用一种支付模块, 将该支付模块与持卡人移动终端唯一指定的标识、 持卡人在一家或多家第三方支付系统的账户信息进行关联, 其中一家或多 家第三方支付系统的账户信息通过支付系统服务器对支付模块关联账户进 行预授权或实时交易;
每间隔一定时间所述的持卡人移动终端将支付模块的位置信息和持卡 人移动终端唯一指定的标识传送至支付系统服务器;
支付终端每间隔一定时间向支付模块系统发送动态更新持卡人账户信 息的请求,所述更新请求包括支付终端标识、终端所归属的商户标识信息; 所述的支付系统服务器在收到支付终端更新持卡人信息请求后, 根据 支付终端位置和账户受理规则, 获取该支付终端所处位置周边指定范围内 的所有持卡人移动终端唯一指定的标识、 与该标识对应的支付模块信息、 以及与该标识对应的一家或多家第三方支付系统中的账户信息; 以及
所述的支付终端接收周边指定范围内的所有持卡人上述信息, 根据交 易指令读取支付模块关联的一家或多家第三方支付系统的账户信息, 并直 接从所述的支付模块上实现同步现场支付, 以及每间隔一定时间将支付模 块关联的一家或多家第三方支付系统的账户信息的变化发送至所述的支付 系统服务器。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的动态支付方法, 该方法进一步包括, 在支 付终端完成支付后, 所述的支付系统服务器接收到所述支付终端传递的支 付信息后, 将的账户信息的变化传送至所述的一家或多家第三方支付系统。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的动态支付方法, 该方法进一步包括, 在所 述支付模块进行支付时, 如果所述支付终端发现所述支付模块的余额不足, 则根据所述支付模块关联的所述的一家或多家第三方支付系统的账户信息 由持卡人选择与该支付模块关联的所述的一家或多家第三方支付系统的账 户进行支付。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的动态支付方法, 该方法进一步包括安全验 证步骤和绑定步骤,, 所述的安全验证和绑定步骤通过短信, WAP或者电话 语音, 或者 Web页面实现。
20、 根据权利要求 16-19 中任一权利要求所述的动态支付方法, 其中 所述支付模块为支付终端可读取的任意一种 ISO-7810 标准卡。
21、 根据权利要求 16所述的动态支付方法, 其中所述的支付模块为移 动终端, 所述移动终端与所述支付终端之间通过无线传输协议传输信息。
22、 根据权利要求 21所述的动态支付方法, 其中所述无线传输协议为 WiFi无线传输协议。
23、 根据权利要求 16-19 中任一权利要求所述的支付方法, 其中所述 的持卡人移动终端为具有定定位和信息传递功能的电子产品。
24、 根据权利要求 16-19 中任一权利要求所述的动态支付方法, 其中 所述的电子产品为个人智能通讯工具。
25、 根据权利要求 16-19 中任一权利要求所述的动态支付方法, 其中 所述的一家或多家第三方支付方法为金融机构和第三方支付平台。
26、 根据权利要求 16-19 中任一权利要求所述的动态支付方法, 其中 所述的移动终端通过移动通讯的基站进行定位或移动通讯的开放定位服务 进行定位。
27、 根据权利要求 16-19 中任一权利要求所述的动态支付方法, 其中 所述的持卡人移动终端、 一家或多家第三方支付系统、 支付系统服务器和 支付模块之间的信息交换、关联、验证或绑定通过短信, WAP或者电话语音, 或者 Web页面实现。
