如果用户选择执行延时支付开关子菜单, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入支付开关密码, 如果密码输入不正确, 则提示密码错误, 用户按返回键后返回到上级菜单; 如果密码输入 正确, 则则移动电话终端提示用户输入支付开关打开的时间长度, 用户输入时间长度并确 认后, 移动电话终端发送延时支付开关指令到支付控制数据库服务器, 支付控制数据库服 务器对用户进行鉴权, 对于鉴权通过的用户, 则支付控制数据库服务器把所述用户的支付 账号设置为打开状态且把支付账号设置为超过所述时间长度之后自动关闭的状态后, 返回 应答消息, 移动电话终端给用户提示应答信息, 对于鉴权不通过的用户, 则支付控制数据 库服务器返回鉴权失败的应答消息, 移动电话终端给用户提示鉴权失败的信息; 所述支付 控制数据库服务器对于设置为超过所述时间长度之后自动关闭的支付账号, 当打开的时间 超过所述时间长度之后, 把所述支付账号设置为关闭状态;
如果用户选择执行手机钱包与充值子菜单, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入手机钱包密 码, 如果密码输入不正确, 则提示密码错误, 用户按返回键后返回到上级菜单; 如果密码 输入正确, 则移动电话终端展现包括钱包余额, 钱包开关和钱包充值的子菜单项目; 如果 用户选择执行钱包余额子菜单, 则移动电话终端给用户显示当前的手机钱包余额, 用户按 返回键后返回到上级菜单; 如果用户选择执行钱包开关子菜单, 则移动电话终端给用户显 示当前的手机钱包状态和手机钱包的状态选项, 用户改变状态选项, 并确认后, 移动电话 终端按照用户的选择设置手机钱包的激活或去活状态; 如果用户选择执行钱包充值子菜单, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入充值金额, 用户输入充值金额并确认后, 移动电话终端发送 钱包充值指令到支付控制数据库服务器, 支付控制数据库服务器对用户进行鉴权, 如果鉴 权通过并且用户的支付开关为打开状态, 支付控制数据库服务器从所述用户当前在用的银 行账号或所述用户的关联账号给用户的手机钱包充值后, 移动电话终端给用户显示充值结 果, 如果鉴权没通过或用户的支付开关为关闭状态, 则支付控制数据库服务器返回相应的 充值不成功的消息, 移动电话终端给用户显示充值不成功的消息;
如果用户选择执行个人电子支票子菜单, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入个人电子支票 密码, 如果密码输入不正确, 则提示密码错误, 用户按返回键后返回到上级菜单; 如果密 码输入正确, 则移动电话终端展现包括开出的个人电子支票清单和开个人电子支票的子菜 单项目; 如果用户选择执行开出的个人电子支票清单子菜单, 则移动电话终端从支付控制 数据库服务器获取用户开出且还没使用的个人电子支票清单, 如果获取成功, 则给用户显 示开出且还没使用的个人电子支票清单列表, 用户能够选择个人电子支票并通过支付控制 数据库服务器作废选择出的个人电子支票, 如果获取不成功, 则移动电话终端给用户显示 错误信息; 如果用户选择执行开个人电子支票子菜单, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入电子 支票金额, 用户输入电子支票金额并确认后, 移动电话终端提示用户输入有效期, 用户输 入有效期并确认后, 移动电话终端发送包括电子支票金额和有效期信息的开出个人电子支 票指令到支付控制数据库服务器, 支付控制数据库服务器对用户进行鉴权, 如果鉴权通过, 则支付控制数据库服务器创建所述用户的个人电子支票记录后, 返回应答消息, 移动电话 终端给用户显示所述应答消息, 如果鉴权没通过, 则支付控制数据库服务器返回鉴权失败 消息, 移动电话终端给用户显示鉴权失败消息;
如果用户选择执行银行账号选择子菜单, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入账号管理密码, 如果密码输入不正确, 则提示密码错误, 用户按返回键后返回到上级菜单; 如果密码输入 正确, 则移动电话终端从支付控制数据库服务器获取所述用户移动电话号码对应的所有银 行账号及其启用状态清单, 如果获取成功, 则给用户显示获取到的所有银行账号及其启用 状态清单列表, 用户能够选择银行账号并通过支付控制数据库服务器设置其为下次支付或 转账的银行账号, 移动电话终端给用户提示操作结果, 如果获取不成功, 则移动电话终端 给用户显示错误信息;
如果用户选择执行关联账号充值子菜单, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入支付密码, 如 果密码输入不正确, 则提示密码错误, 用户按返回键后返回到上级菜单; 如果密码输入正 确, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入充值金额, 用户输入充值金额并确认后, 移动电话终端 发送关联账号充值指令到支付控制数据库服务器, 支付控制数据库服务器对用户进行鉴权, 如果鉴权通过并且用户的支付开关为打开状态, 支付控制数据库服务器从所述用户当前在 用的银行账号给用户的关联账号充值, 移动电话终端给用户显示充值结果, 如果鉴权没通 过或用户的支付开关为关闭状态, 则支付控制数据库服务器返回相应的充值不成功的消息, 移动电话终端给用户显示充值不成功的提示消息;
如果用户选择执行关联账号返值子菜单, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入支付密码, 如 果密码输入不正确, 则提示密码错误, 用户按返回键后返回到上级菜单; 如果密码输入正 确, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入返回银行卡的金额, 用户输入金额并确认后, 移动电话 终端发送关联账号返值指令到支付控制数据库服务器, 支付控制数据库服务器对用户进行 鉴权, 如果鉴权通过并且用户的支付开关为打开状态, 支付控制数据库服务器从所述用户 关联账号转账所述金额的资金到所述用户当前在用的银行账号, 并返回操作结果, 移动电 话终端给用户显示操作结果, 如果鉴权没通过或用户的支付开关为关闭状态, 则支付控制 数据库服务器返回相应的操作不成功的消息, 移动电话终端给用户显示操作不成功的提示 消息;
如果用户选择手机收款子菜单, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入收款密码, 如果密码输 入不正确, 则提示密码错误, 用户按返回键后返回到上级菜单; 如果密码输入正确, 则移 动电话终端提示用户输入收款金额, 用户输入收款金额并确认后, 移动电话终端采集付款 用户的支付识别号, 按照两种扣款模式中的一种进行处理, 其中一种模式是直接从付款用 户的手机电子钱包中扣款, 并把扣款记录发送到支付控制数据库服务器, 支付控制数据库 服务器完成结算过程; 另一种模式是移动电话终端发送手机收款指令到支付控制数据库服 务器, 支付控制数据库服务器对用户进行鉴权, 如果鉴权通过, 且所述付款用户的支付识 别号对应的移动电话号码的支付开关是打开的, 支付控制数据库服务器与付款用户的移动 电话号码的移动电话终端进行信息交互后, 按照交互结果确定是否转账, 如果不转账或转 账不成功, 则返回扣款不成功消息给发起手机支付指令的移动电话终端, 如果扣款成功, 则返回扣款成功消息给发起手机支付指令的移动电话终端; 如果用户选择日交易金额限制子菜单, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入支付密码, 如果 密码输入不正确, 则提示密码错误, 用户按返回键后返回到上级菜单; 如果密码输入正确, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入日最大交易金额, 用户输入日最大交易金额并确认后, 由移 动电话终端发送日交易金额限制指令到支付控制数据库服务器, 支付控制数据库服务器对 用户进行鉴权, 如果鉴权通过, 则支付控制数据库服务器设置用户的日最大交易金额后, 返回应答消息, 移动电话终端给用户显示所述应答消息, 如果鉴权没通过, 则支付控制数 据库服务器返回鉴权失败消息, 移动电话终端给用户显示鉴权失败消息;
如果用户选择交易记录子菜单, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入查询密码, 如果密码输 入不正确, 则提示密码错误, 用户按返回键后返回到上级菜单; 如果密码输入正确, 则移 动电话终端显示不超出用户设置的最大交易存储数量的最新交易记录, 所述交易记录由支 付控制数据库服务器在用户每次账户交易发生后, 自动发送到所述用户的移动电话终端, 由移动电话终端存储在交易记录存储区;
如果用户选择执行账户余额子菜单, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入支付密码, 如果密 码输入不正确, 则提示密码错误, 用户按返回键后返回到上级菜单; 如果密码输入正确, 则移动电话终端发送账户余额查询指令到支付控制数据库服务器, 支付控制数据库服务器 对用户进行鉴权, 如果鉴权通过, 支付控制数据库服务器查询所述关联账号的余额和所述 用户许可查询的移动电话号码对应的银行账号的余额和所述用户关联账号的余额, 并返回 查询出的账号余额清单列表, 移动电话终端给用户显示查询出的各账号的余额清单列表, 如果鉴权没通过, 则支付控制数据库服务器返回查询不成功的消息, 移动电话终端给用户 显示查询不成功的提示消息;
如果用户选择订单记录子菜单, 则移动电话终端显示不超出用户设置的最大交易存储 数量的最新订单记录列表, 所述订单记录是移动电话终端存储在订单记录存储区中的历史 订单消息, 如果用户选中列表中的订单并确认, 则移动电话终端显示是否对所述订单进行 支付确认的操作窗口, 如果用户选择否, 则返回到上级菜单, 如果用户选择是, 则移动电 话终端提示用户输入支付密码, 如果密码输入不正确, 则提示密码错误后, 返回到上级菜 单, 如果密码输入正确, 则移动电话终端发送支付指令到支付控制数据库服务器, 支付控 制数据库服务器对用户进行鉴权, 如果所述订单以前没有支付成功且鉴权通过并且用户的 支付开关为打开状态, 则支付控制数据库服务器从所述用户当前在用的银行账号转账所述 订单金额的资金到所述订单商户的银行账号, 并把转账结果返回给所述移动电话终端, 所 述移动电话终端给用户显示转账结果, 否则支付控制数据库服务器返回操作失败的提示消 息, 所述移动电话终端给用户显示操作失败的提示消息;
如果用户选择热销商品排行榜子菜单, 则移动电话终端显示存储的热销商品排行榜列 表, 用户能够选择商品并发送定购请求指令到支付控制数据库服务器; 所述商品排行榜记 录由支付控制数据库服务器在热销商品排行榜发生变化后, 自动发送到所述用户的移动电 话终端, 由移动电话终端存储在热销商品排行榜记录存储区;
如果用户选择执行参数设置子菜单, 则移动电话终端提示用户输入管理密码, 如果密码 输入不正确, 则提示密码错误, 用户按返回键后返回到上级菜单; 如果密码输入正确, 则 移动电话终端展现包括密码管理和设置最大交易存储数量的子菜单项目; 如果用户选择执 行设置最大交易存储数量子菜单, 则设置移动电话终端存储的最新交易记录的最大数目, 如果用户执行密码管理子菜单, 则移动电话终端展现包括修改管理密码, 修改支付开关密 码, 修改手机钱包密码, 修改个人电子支票密码, 修改账号管理密码, 修改支付密码, 修 改收款密码和修改查询密码的子菜单项目, 移动电话终端根据用户选择执行的子菜单项目, 采集用户的在用密码, 并校验, 如果密码输入不正确, 则提示密码错误, 用户按返回键后 返回到上级菜单, 如果密码输入正确, 则采集新密码两次, 对于两次密码一致的操作, 则 把所述在用密码更新为所述新密码并加密存储后, 提示密码修改成功, 用户按返回键后返 回到上级菜单。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的通过移动电话终端控制支付或转账的标准应用界面方法,其特 征在于, 所述移动电话终端与支付控制数据库服务器之间交互的信息以加密方式传输。
4.移动电话终端的银行账户控制菜单的标准应用界面管理方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下 步骤:
a. 业务运营者在支付控制数据库服务器中改变控制支付或转账的菜单项目;
b. 支付控制数据库服务器把最新的菜单项目列表加密后, 发送到各用户的移动电话终端; c 移动电话终端接收到菜单项目列表后,进行认证与解密,对于认证通过的菜单项目列表, 则更新移动电话终端控制支付或转账的菜单界面, 对于认证不通过的菜单项目列表, 则 不做任何操作。
5.移动电话终端的银行账户控制客户端程序的标准应用界面管理方法, 其特征在于, 包 括以下步骤:
(A) 用户在移动电话终端上打开银行账户控制客户端程序;
( B ) 银行账户控制客户端程序检查支付控制数据库服务器中的控制支付或转账的菜单 项目是否有更新, 如果否, 则直接进入应用界面, 如果是, 则银行账户控制客户端程 序从支付控制数据库服务器中获取最新的控制支付或转账的菜单项目列表并存储后, 进入新的应用界面。
6.通过移动电话终端控制支付或转账的订单处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: A. 支付控制数据库服务器接收到与用户识别码关联的订单支付请求;
B. 支付控制数据库服务器发送订单支付消息到所述用户识别码关联的移动电话号码所在 的移动电话终端;
C. 所述移动电话终端给用户提示是否或延迟对所述订单进行支付确认;
D. 如果用户选择否或延迟, 则执行步骤 E; 如果用户选择是, 则移动电话终端提示用户输 入支付密码, 如果密码输入不正确, 则提示密码错误后, 执行步骤 E, 如果密码输入正 确, 则移动电话终端发送支付指令到支付控制数据库服务器, 支付控制数据库服务器对 用户进行鉴权, 如果鉴权通过并且用户的支付开关为打开状态, 支付控制数据库服务器 从所述用户当前在用的银行账号转账所述订单金额的资金到所述订单商户的银行账号, 并把转账结果返回给所述移动电话终端, 所述移动电话终端给用户显示转账结果, 否则 支付控制数据库服务器返回操作失败的提示消息, 所述移动电话终端给用户显示操作失 败的提示消息;
E. 所述移动电话终端存储所述订单支付消息之后, 订单处理过程结束。
