Definitions
- the present invention can improve the mutual coupling force of the mandible fixing stationary and the maxillary fixing station, as well as the mandible model and the maxillary model can be easily adjusted according to the size of the mandible fixing the left and right turn radius It relates to an articulator that can more easily prevent the possibility of an error occurring during the check of the occlusal state.
- the articulator is a device used to measure the occlusal state of teeth and gums and to manufacture and diagnose dentures, crown restorations, and prostheses.
- the occlusal model i.e., the maxilla and the mandibular model (5 in FIG. 1), is obtained from a patient. It is a mechanism that mimics the movement of the mandible, that is, the lower jaw after attaching.
- Such articulators are not only mainly used for diagnosing and planning treatments for diseases that may occur due to occlusal problems, but also for various dental treatments such as implants and orthodontics.
- the current articulator and mandibular fixation and the mandible model (5) is mounted;
- the maxillary fixture on which the maxillary bone model is mounted is used to be folded up and down by the shaft, the spring, which is one of the connecting components connecting the mandibular fixture and the maxillary fixture, is deteriorated over time. Due to this, there is a problem in that the coupling force of the lower jaw fixing band and the upper jaw fixing group is greatly reduced.
- the left and right rotation radius of the maxillary model can not be adjusted according to the size of the jaw (5) of the mandibular model (5) mounted on the mandibular fixation to the occlusal state of the mandible model (5) and the maxillary model There is a problem that an error occurs during the verification process.
- the present invention was created in order to solve the above problems, the mutual coupling force between the mandibular and upper jaw can be significantly improved, as well as the left and right rotation radius of the upper jaw fixed according to the size of the mandible model It is an object of the present invention to provide an articulator that can more easily prevent the possibility of an error during the process of confirming the occlusal state of the mandible model and the maxillary model because it can be easily adjusted.
