- 제13항에 있어서,상기 구조물를 형성하는 단계는;상기 제1덮개층을 이루는 경질층과, 상기 제2덮개층을 이루며 상기 경질층에 적층되어서 상기 경질층과 일체화되어 있는 연질층를 포함하는 복층시트를 연화시키는 단계와,상기 코어 프레임이 배치되어 있는 상기 치아 모형의 형상이 상기 복층시트에 음각으로 전사되도록, 상기 복층시트를 상기 코어 프레임이 배치되어 있는 상기 치아 모형에 밀착시켜서 상기 코어 프레임과 상기 복층시트를 일체화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가철식 덴탈기구의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 구조물을 형성하는 단계는;상기 코어 프레임이 배치되어 있는 상기 치아 모형의 형상이 상기 제2덮개층을 형성하는 연질의 시트에 음각으로 전사되도록, 상기 코어 프레임이 배치되어 있는 상기 치아 모형에 상기 연질의 시트를 밀착시켜서 상기 코어 프레임과 상기 연질의 시트를 일체화하는 단계와,상기 코어 프레임과 연질의 시트로 덮여 있는 상기 치아 모형의 형상이 상기 제1덮개층을 형성하는 단단한 경질의 시트에 음각으로 전사되도록, 상기 코어 프레임과 연질의 시트로 덮여 있는 상기 치아 모형에 상기 경질의 시트를 밀착시켜서 상기 연질의 시트의 외부에 상기 경질의 시트를 일체화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가철식 덴탈기구의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 치아 모형상에 상기 코어 프레임를 덮는 상기 층상 구조의 구조물이 형성된 상태로, 상기 치아의 상대치와 동일한 구조를 갖는 상대치 모형을 상기 상악과 하악의 교합관계에 대응되도록 상기 구조물의 외부 표면에 찍어서 상기 덮개 베이스의 외부 표면에 상기 상대치가 찍힌 형상의 물림홈을 형성하는 (c)단계를 더 포함하는 가철식 덴탈기구의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 층상 구조물을 마감해서 상기 덮개 프레임의 외관을 완성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 가철식 덴탈기구의 제조방법.
- 치열궁을 이루는 상악 또는 하악의 치아(Teeth)에 피착되어서 상기 치아를 보호하도록, 상기 치아가 끼워지는 치아홈이 형성된 가철식 덴탈기구로서:상기 치아의 설측면에 접촉되도록 상기 치아홈의 일측벽을 이루며 상기 치아의 설측면을 두르는 가드 내벽과; 상기 치아의 외측면에 접촉되도록 상기 치아홈의 타측벽을 이루며 상기 치아의 외측면에 두르는 가드 외벽과; 상기 치아의 끝 부분을 이루는 전치부의 절단면과 양측 구치부의 교합면을 덮도록 상기 치열궁을 따라 형성되며, 상기 가드 내벽과 상기 가드 외벽 사이에 상기 치아가 끼워지도록 상기 가드 내벽과 가드 외벽을 연결하는 가드 베이스를 포함하여 구성되며:상기 가드 베이스는; 상기 치아에 가해지는 충격을 완화시키는 연질의 완충층과, 상기 완충층을 기준으로 상기 완충층의 내측에 구비되는 경질의 내부 베이스층과, 상기 완충층을 기준으로 상기 완충층의 외측에 구비되는 경질의 외부 베이스층을 포함하여 구성되는 가철식 덴탈기구.
- 상악 또는 하악의 치아들에 피착되어서 상기 치아들을 보호하며, 상기 치아들 중 구치부를 덮는 구치 가드를 포함하는 가철식 덴탈기구로서:상기 구치 가드는, 상기 구치부의 교합면을 커버해서 상기 구치부의 교합면과 상기 구치부의 대합치 사이를 차단하는 가드 베이스와, 상기 가드 베이스와 일체로 형성되며 상기 구치부의 측면을 커버하는 가드 측벽을 포함하여 구성되며;상기 가드 베이스는, 상기 구치부와 상기 대합치 사이에서 교합력에 의한 충격을 흡수하는 완충층과 상기 완충층에 구비되어서 상기 가드 베이스의 강도를 보강하는 단단한 재질의 경질층을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 가철식 덴탈기구.
