Abstract
본 발명은 실리카 합성 펩타이드 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 상온, 상압, 중성 부근의 약염기 조건의 수용액 하에서 실리카 전구체로부터 실리카를 중합할 수 있는 실리카 합성 펩타이드를 제공한다. 상기 실리카 합성 펩타이드는 실리카 합성 시 자기조립 구조체를 형성할 수 있어 실리카 기반의 단백질 고정화, 바이오센서, 약물전달체 등 다양한 바이오소재로 사용할 수 있다.
