Abstract
La présente invention concerne un matériau de pulvérisation thermique susceptible de réduire une irrégularité d'une dureté d'un film de revêtement dans un film de revêtement de pulvérisation thermique, ce qui augmente la dureté du film de revêtement et permet d'obtenir une excellente résistance à la séparation ; un film de revêtement de pulvérisation thermique formé en utilisant le matériau de pulvérisation thermique ; et une structure pourvue du film de revêtement de pulvérisation thermique.
Le matériau de pulvérisation thermique contient au moins 50 % en masse de fer, de 0,20 à 0,33 % en masse de carbone et de 0,28 à 1,2 % en masse de cuivre.
Le film de revêtement de pulvérisation thermique est formé en utilisant un matériau de pulvérisation thermique qui contient au moins 50 % en masse de fer, de 0,20 à 0,33 % en masse de carbone et de 0,28 à 1,2 % en masse de cuivre.
La structure est pourvue d'une base et d'un film de revêtement de pulvérisation thermique formé sur la base en utilisant un matériau de pulvérisation thermique qui contient au moins 50 % en masse de fer, de 0,20 à 0,33 % en masse de carbone et de 0,28 à 1,2 % en masse de cuivre.
