Claims (7)
- 電気アークワイヤ溶射のためのワイヤ状の溶射材料(4)であり、
前記溶射材料(4)は、該溶射材料の固化時に摩擦損失を低減する機能層(2)が生じるように、少なくとも炭素と一緒にマイクロ合金として形成されており、それぞれ全重量に関して、以下の合金成分、
- 炭素0.7重量%〜1.2重量%、
- クロム12重量%〜20重量%、
- マンガン0.8重量%〜2重量%、
- モリブデン0.4〜1.3重量%、
- ニッケル0.01重量%〜1重量%、
- 硫黄0.01重量%〜0.035重量%、
- 銅0.01重量%〜0.4重量%、
並びに任意でシリコン、バナジウム、リン及びアルミニウムのうち1つ又は複数の選択成分を有し、該当する場合、以下の合金成分、
‐ シリコン0.01重量%〜1重量%、
‐ バナジウム0.01重量%〜0.3重量%、
‐ リン0.01重量%〜0.045重量%、
‐ アルミニウム最大0.01重量%、
並びに残りの鉄及び不可避な不純物が含まれていることを特徴とする、ワイヤ状の溶射材料(4)。 - 摩擦損失を低減した、電気アークワイヤ溶射による機能層(2)であり、請求項1による溶射材料から生成され、それぞれ全重量に関して、以下の合金成分、
- 炭素0.45重量%〜0.8重量%、
- マンガン0.8重量%〜2重量%、
- モリブデン0.4〜1.3重量%、
- クロム > 10重量%
- ニッケル0.01重量%〜1重量%、
- 硫黄0.01重量%〜0.035重量%、
- 銅0.01重量%〜0.35重量%、
並びに任意でシリコン、バナジウム、リン及びアルミニウムのうち1つ又は複数の選択成分を有し、該当する場合、以下の合金成分、
‐ シリコン0.01重量%〜1重量%の、
‐ バナジウム0.01重量%〜0.3重量%、
‐ リン0.01重量%〜0.045重量%、
‐ アルミニウム最大0.01重量%、
並びに残りの鉄及び不可避な不純物が含まれている、機能層(2)。 - 前記機能層(2)が、侵入型に溶解する鉄窒化物及びクロム窒化物を有し、前記合金中の窒素含有量は、全重量に関して、0.01〜2重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の機能層(2)。
- 基板(1)のコーティング方法であり、請求項1に記載のワイヤ状の溶射材料(4)がアーク(5)の中で溶融し、請求項3に記載の機能層(2)として前記基板(1)上に分離され、プロセスガスとして窒素が用いられる、方法。
- 前記ワイヤ状の溶射材料(4)が、少なくとも9000Wの溶融速度で、最低電流250A又は最低電圧36Vで、前記アーク内で溶融されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記ワイヤ状の溶射材料(4)が最大速度12m/sで送られ、溶融した粒子のビームは最大速度20m/sで吸引されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 炉内の温度調整又は局所的な誘導加熱によって前記機能層(2)の内部圧縮応力を発生させることを特徴とする、請求項4〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
