Abstract
Description
図1及び図2に示すように、第1の実施の形態におけるプリンタ付き端末装置111は、上ケース112と下ケース113で構成される筐体114を備えている。筐体114の表面(おもて面)には、上半部に表示部115が、下半部に操作部116が設けられている。筐体114の表面(上面)は、表示部115が配置された表示面と呼ぶこともできる。表示部115は、例えば液晶パネルで構成されており、操作部116は例えば入力キーで構成されている。筐体114の側面には、磁気カードの情報を読み取るための磁気カード読取デバイス117が設けられている。
図5は、第2の実施の形態におけるプリンタ付き端末装置の斜視図であり、図6は、第2の実施の形態におけるプリンタ付き端末装置の分解斜視図である。また、図7~図9は、第2の実施の形態におけるプリンタ付き端末装置の側面図である。
視で同じ位置)に配置することにより、プリンタユニット210を表示部205の上部(筐体204の上端部)に配置する場合に比べて、端末装置の縦サイズ(上下方向のサイズ)を小さくすることができる。また、この場合、プリンタユニット210のペーパーカバー214を開くことにより、記録紙ロール216の取付けや取外しを容易に行うことができる。

Claims (15)
- 表示部が配置された表示面を備える筐体と、
前記筐体の内部において前記表示面と対向して設けられ、記録紙ロールから引き出された記録紙に印字するためのプリンタヘッドと、
前記プリンタヘッドを挟んで前記表示面と反対側に、前記プリンタヘッドと対向して設けられる前記記録紙ロールの収納部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする端末装置。 - 前記表示面、前記プリンタヘッドにおいて前記表示面と対向する面および前記記録紙ロールの仮想中心軸は、互いに平行であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の端末装置。
- 前記プリンタヘッドおよび前記記録紙ロールの収納部は、前記筐体の一端部側に偏らせて設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の端末装置。
- 前記筐体は、前記記録紙ロールの取付けまたは取外しを行うために、カバー用ヒンジ部を介して開閉可能に取り付けられるペーパーカバーを、さらに備え、
前記ペーパーカバーは前記記録紙ロールの収納部の一部分を構成し、前記記録紙ロールを保持し、
前記カバー用ヒンジ部は、前記記録紙ロールの収納部を挟んで前記プリンタヘッドと反対側に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の端末装置。 - 前記筐体の内部において前記記録紙ロールの収納部の一部分を構成し前記記録紙ロールを保持するペーパーホルダを、さらに備え、
前記ペーパーホルダは、前記ペーパーカバーが開かれると、前記カバー用ヒンジ部がある側の端部に配置されたホルダ用ヒンジを中心として前記ペーパーカバーから離れる方向に開かれるよう、前記ペーパーカバーに取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の端末装置。 - 前記記録紙ロールから引き出された記録紙を前記収納部から排出するための排紙口と、
前記引き出された記録紙を切断するカッターと、
をさらに備え、
前記カッターは、前記筐体の内部において、前記プリンタヘッドと前記排紙口との間であって、かつ前記表示面の側に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の端末装置。 - 前記ペーパーカバーは、前記カバー用ヒンジ部とは反対側の端部において、前記排紙口の一部分を構成したことを特徴とする請求項6記載の端末装置。
- 前記ペーパーカバーの前記カバー用ヒンジ部とは反対側の端部において、前記記録紙ロールの幅とほぼ同一の間隔で設けられた一対の第1ガイド部が前記排紙口の一部分を構成したことを特徴とする請求項6記載の端末装置。
- 前記記録紙ロールから引き出され前記収納部から前記排紙口へと排出される記録紙を検出するセンサをさらに備え、
前記ペーパーカバーには、前記カバー用ヒンジ部とは反対側の端部において、前記記録紙の排出路を挟んで前記センサと反対側に相対して位置する第2ガイド部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項6記載の端末装置。 - 前記筐体は、
前記記録紙ロールの取付けまたは取外しを行うために、カバー用ヒンジ部を介して開閉可能に取り付けられるペーパーカバーと、
前記記録紙ロールから引き出された記録紙を前記収納部から排出するための排紙口と、
をさらに備え、
前記ペーパーカバーは、前記記録紙ロールの収納部および前記排紙口のそれぞれ一部分を構成し、
前記カバー用ヒンジ部は、前記ペーパーカバーが前記排紙口の一部分を構成する端部とは反対側の端部に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の端末装置。 - 前記筐体の内部において前記記録紙ロールの収納部の一部分を構成し前記記録紙ロールを保持するペーパーホルダを、さらに備え、
前記ペーパーホルダは、前記ペーパーカバーが開かれると、前記カバー用ヒンジ部がある側の端部に配置されたホルダ用ヒンジを中心として前記ペーパーカバーから離れる方向に開かれるよう、前記ペーパーカバーに取り付けられたことを特徴とする請求項10記載の端末装置。 - 前記引き出された記録紙を切断するカッターを、さらに備え、
前記カッターは、前記筐体の内部において、前記プリンタヘッドと前記排紙口との間であって、かつ前記表示面の側に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項10記載の端末装置。 - 前記記録紙ロールの幅とほぼ同一の間隔で設けられた一対の第1ガイド部が前記排紙口の一部分を構成したことを特徴とする請求項12記載の端末装置。
- 前記記録紙ロールから引き出され前記収納部から前記排紙口へと排出される記録紙を検出するセンサをさらに備え、
前記ペーパーカバーには、前記記録紙の排出路を挟んで前記センサと反対側に相対して位置する第2ガイド部が設けられたことを特徴とする請求項12記載の端末装置。 - 前記筐体は、
前記記録紙ロールから引き出された記録紙を前記収納部から排出するための排紙口と、
前記収納部にある前記記録紙ロールを視認するための窓部と、をさらに備え、
前記窓部は、前記筐体において前記排紙口が設けられた排紙面および前記表示面のいずれにも交わる面に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の端末装置。
