电水壶是常用的小家电之一,用于对水进行加热,同时又可作为水的容器,具有使用方便的特点。电水壶的壶底设有电加热装置,较早以前,该加热装置为一电热管,自容器底部向上凸伸于容器内,以对容器内的水进行加热,由于作为发热部件的电热管完全裸露于水中,容易因受到腐蚀而生锈,最后损坏而无法使用,并且影响卫生。
针对上述问题,业内的设计者设计出了加热面为平面状的电加热装置,其平面状的加热面形成加热容器的底部,直接与水接触对其进行加热。因此,电加热装置和容器之间的密封性为体现电水壶性能的关键因素之一。现有技术中一般在加热装置周缘顶面与该凸环底面之间设一密封圈,并于轴向上设置一个可压缩的弹簧装置,该弹簧装置在轴向上施加一个由下向上使密封圈压缩以达到密封的作用力。在煮水过程中可能会出现弹簧受水重力被压缩,造成密封不紧出现漏水情况,同时该结构的装配难度大,成本偏高。有必要作进一步改进和完善。
发明内容

参见图6-图8,硅胶密封圈3上设置有开口向上的镶嵌部,或者硅胶密封圈3设有由上至下渐大或等大的接触面与大身开口2.1相配合。大身2上的大身开口2.1插入镶嵌部内,大身开口2.1的横截面呈直线形、弯折形或倾斜形。硅胶密封圈3包裹于大身2的下部,实现大身2和发热元件5双层密封效果,进一步提高密封性能。其它未述部分同第一实施例。

  1. 一种电热水壶的密封结构,包括带有把手(13)的大身(2)及其底盖(8),大身内设置有发热元件(5),其特征是所述大身对应发热元件设置有大身开口(2.1),该大身开口与发热元件相连处设置有密封部件,密封部件或大身外侧设置有扣环,扣环固定发热元件与大身为密封连接;或者密封部件或大身外侧设置有收缩带(61)、或金属扎丝(62)固定发热元件与大身为密封连接;密封部件设置有开口向上的镶嵌部、或者硅胶密封圈的内壁与发热元件(5)的外壁形成一开口向上的镶嵌部、或密封部件接触面与大身开口的横截面挤压变形相配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述电热水壶的密封结构,其特征是所述密封部件包括硅胶密封圈(3),硅胶密封圈上设置有斜边(3.1),发热元件(5)对应硅胶密封圈设置有可弯折开合的固定边(5.1),该固定边环绕设置于发热元件的下部;硅胶密封圈套设于发热元件上,且与固定边配合固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述电热水壶的密封结构,其特征是所述大身(2)上的大身开口(2.1)插入镶嵌部内,硅胶密封圈包裹或覆盖于大身的下部;硅胶密封圈的外壁与扣环相互抵靠,大身开口的横截面呈直线形、弯折形或倾斜形。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述电热水壶的密封结构,其特征是所述扣环(6)包括第一扣环(6.1)和第二扣环(6.2),第一扣环和第二扣环相互扣合固定或卡接固定,且共同围成一圆环形、圆形或椭圆形,或者扣环(6)为设置有开口的圆环形;硅胶密封圈(3)、发热元件(5)和大身(2)夹持固定于第一扣环及第二扣环之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述电热水壶的密封结构,其特征是所述扣环(6)与底盖(8)相连处设置有一个以上的凸起(6.3),该凸起呈锯齿状,其环绕设置于扣环的上部;扣环的下部设置有顶圈(7),发热元件(5)与顶圈的上表面相抵靠,该发热元件为发热盘。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述电热水壶的密封结构,其特征是所述收缩带(61)、或金属扎丝(62)呈带有开口的圆环状,收缩带或金属扎丝的两端收紧且共同围成一封闭的圆环形、圆形或椭圆形;硅胶密封圈(3)、发热元件(5)和大身(2)夹持固定于收缩带、或金属扎丝之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述电热水壶的密封结构,其特征是所述底盖(8)上设置有与发热元件(5)电连接的温控器组件(4)、开关按键(14)和电源连接组件;电源连接组件与底盖活动连接;电源连接组件包括电源上盖(9)和电源下盖(11),电源上盖与电源下盖之间设置有耦合器(10)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述电热水壶的密封结构,其特征是所述把手(13)与大身(2)为一体设置或分体设置,把手与大身之间设置有蒸汽通道(12),蒸汽通道与大身的内腔相连通,大身的材质为玻璃制件或陶瓷制件;把手上设置有与之铰接固定的盖体(1)。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述电热水壶的密封结构,其特征是所述收缩带(61)、或金属扎丝(62)、或扣环(6)与顶圈(7)固定密封部件向上提升,密封部件设有由上至下渐大或等大的接触面与大身开口的相配合,组成一个底部加热的防漏大身。
