蒸汽烫发器
技术领域
本发明涉及美容美发器具,具体涉及一种蒸汽烫发器。
背景技术
烫发器通常包括一对夹持部件,夹持部件设置有加热块,并且在一个端部铰接,其中至少有一个夹持部件具有蒸汽喷射装置。头发被夹持在所述一对夹持部件的相对的表面之间,从而能够通过加热和蒸汽作用,将头发定型为人们想要的发型。
烫发器在加热之前,需要对头发进行加湿处理,而以往的烫发器通常采用蒸汽发生器产生蒸汽喷洒于头发上来实现,这操作比较麻烦,而且蒸汽和烫发不能同步,烫发效果不理想,并容易使头发受损。
现有的蒸汽式烫发器直接采用加热块对夹持部件内的液体容器进行加热,使液体蒸发形成水蒸汽,从蒸汽输出口排出,对头发进行加湿,而水蒸汽的产生需要加热到100℃以上,而头发的热度与头发的性质有密切的关系,一般加热到100度,头发开始有极端变化,最后碳化溶解,烫发时总是需要将头发固定在夹持部之间,并与夹持部直接接触,因此头发容易受到超过100度的温度的伤害,使发质受损,且水蒸汽直接从蒸汽输出口排出,容易在使用时对头发周围的皮肤受到高温伤害。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种蒸汽烫发器,其解决了以往蒸汽烫发器温度过高使发质受损的不足。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种蒸汽烫发器,其包括一对夹持部件,所述夹持部件的尾端铰接,其中每个夹持部件具有至少一个蒸汽喷射装置,夹持部件内表面形成夹持表面,所述夹持部件上设有蒸汽孔,所述蒸汽喷射装置使蒸汽从蒸汽孔排出,当夹持部件夹紧时,上、下夹持表面之间形成密闭的蒸汽容腔。
优选的,至少一个夹持部件的内侧四周凸起形成凸块,当夹持部件夹紧时,所述凸块与上下夹持表面之间形成一个密闭的蒸汽容腔。
优选的,所述凸块为固定在夹持部件内侧的密封件。
优选的,所述密封件采用软性耐高温材料制成。
优选的,所述密封件包围蒸汽孔。
优选的,所述蒸汽喷射装置包括加热块和液体容器,所述加热块与液体容器接触。
本发明的有益效果是,通过密封件将蒸汽孔包围,在夹持部件夹紧的时候,设置在上下夹持部件上的密封件对应贴牢,并与上下夹持部件形成密封腔,使蒸汽储存在密封腔内,避免蒸汽在使用时泄漏,对皮肤造成伤害,而且采用密封件夹持头发,避免了发热块直接与头发接触,保护头发不会由于高温变质受损。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明:
参见图1、图2、图3和图5,本发明包括一对夹持部件1,所述夹持部件1的尾端铰接,其中每个夹持部件1具有至少一个蒸汽喷射装置,夹持部件1内表面形成夹持表面4,所述夹持部件1上设有蒸汽孔3,所述蒸汽喷射装置使蒸汽从蒸汽孔3排出,当夹持部件1夹紧时,上、下夹持表面之间形成密闭的蒸汽容腔。
通过蒸汽喷射装置从蒸汽孔3中喷射蒸汽,并在蒸汽容腔内储存,使夹持在夹持表面4之间的头发通过蒸汽进行定型加工。
所述蒸汽喷射装置包括加热块和液体容器,所述加热块与液体容器接触。当液体容器中的液体被加热块加热时,蒸汽孔3从夹持表面4喷射蒸汽,所述蒸汽是当从液体容器中液体通过加热块加热产生的,其中头发被夹持在所述一对夹持部件1的夹持表面4上的密封件2之间,并且在从蒸汽孔3喷射的蒸汽的作用下将发型固定。当一对夹持部件1被夹紧时,蒸汽孔3喷射出来的蒸汽存储在夹持部件1与密封件2形成的蒸汽容腔内,头发被夹持在密封件2之间,加大与蒸汽的接触面积,使头发更容易定型,且存储在蒸汽容腔内的蒸汽不会因为泄漏对头发处的皮肤造成高温伤害。
如图6和图7所示,至少一个夹持部件的内侧四周凸起形成凸块,当夹持部件1夹紧时,所述凸块与上下夹持表面之间形成一个密闭的蒸汽容腔;所述凸块为固定在夹持部件内侧的密封件2;所述密封件2包围蒸汽孔3,使蒸汽直接排入密封件2与上下夹持部件构成的蒸汽容腔内。
如图6和图7所示,所述密封件2高于夹持表面4。夹持头发的时候,由于密封件2高于夹持表面4,头发直接与密封件2接触,而不会与夹持表面4接触,由于夹持部件1内设有加热块,且其需要达到使液体蒸发形成蒸汽的温度,故头发直接与夹持表面4接触,有可能因为接触温度过高,使发质受损。而密封件2高于夹持表面的设计,头发直接采用密封件2压紧夹持,通过密封件2的隔热夹持,能够降低头发接触时的温度,避免头发由于温度过高导致的发质受损的问题。
参见图4、图6和图7,本发明所采用的密封件2两侧成斜面,所述夹持部件1内表面开有梯形槽,所述梯形槽与密封件2相适配,密封件2嵌在梯形槽内,并且其表面高于夹持部件1的内表面,当上下夹持部件夹紧时,高于夹持部件1内表面的密封件2与另一个夹持部件1的内表面相贴紧,形成密封的蒸汽容腔。
所述密封件2采用软性耐高温材料制成,采用软性耐高温材料,使其在高温状态下的使用寿命加长,并且软性能提高其由于上下夹持部件压紧时受力的均匀度,使密封件2与上、下夹持部之间形成的蒸汽容腔更加密封,确保蒸汽不会泄漏。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种蒸汽烫发器,其包括一对夹持部件(1),所述夹持部件(1)的尾端铰接,其中每个夹持部件(1)具有至少一个蒸汽喷射装置,夹持部件(1)内表面形成夹持表面(4),所述夹持部件(1)上设有蒸汽孔(3),所述蒸汽喷射装置使蒸汽从蒸汽孔(3)排出,其特征在于:当夹持部件(1)夹紧时,上、下夹持表面之间形成密闭的蒸汽容腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽烫发器,其特征在于,至少一个夹持部件的内侧四周凸起形成凸块,当夹持部件(1)夹紧时,所述凸块与上下夹持表面之间形成一个密闭的蒸汽容腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的蒸汽烫发器,其特征在于,所述凸块为固定在夹持部件内侧的密封件(2)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的蒸汽烫发器,其特征在于,所述密封件(2)采用软性耐高温材料制成。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的蒸汽烫发器,其特征在于,所述密封件(2)包围蒸汽孔(3)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽烫发器,其特征在于,所述蒸汽喷射装置包括加热块和液体容器,所述加热块与液体容器接触。
