中国专利2006100527142给袋式包装机的撑袋机构、2008100634552一次性注射器的自动包装机的包装袋的送料装置等专利提出的解决方案均采用吸气的方法,其问题包装物如何能够顺利进入、入料以后包装袋不掉落、包装袋如何能够排出空气等问题没有信服的说明。
发明内容:
发明的目的:提供一种同时向一排开口端固定在出料口下面的包装袋入料和封口的管状材料包装装置。
解决的方案:在出料器上设置一排口向下的出料口,进料器在出料器的上面,进料器能够向每个出料口送入包装物;在出料器的下面设置一个可以上下移动的固口器,固口器上有数量以及位置与出料口相同的固口件,每个固口件能够夹紧或松开一个包装袋的开口端;固口器的下面设置一个长条形的封口器,封口器能够水平方向的张开或闭合,闭合的时候能够对所有的包装袋同时进行横向的封口;封口器的下面设置一个可以张开或闭合以及倾斜的握持器,握持器上有数量以及位置与固口件相同的握持件,在握持器闭合的时候,每个握持件能够握持一个包装袋。在握持器的下面设置一个可以启闭的托板,托板的位置在包装袋的底部。
当包装袋是开口端向上固定在固口件的下面的时候,封口器是呈张开的状态在包装袋的上端的两旁,握持器呈张开的状态在包装袋的两旁,托板是闭合的状态在包装袋的底部,固口器与出料器保持一段相应的距离。

实施例中各个部件的动作的完成可以选择电动或气动元件来完成,为了说明的简洁,图中和下文中不对电源以及动力进行说明和交待。
具体实施方式:
参照 附图1,附图1是 实践例的初始状态时侧 视示意图。
因为侧视的关系,图中只能显示一个 状态 的图形。
图中显示:出料器11在进料器10的下面,固口器20在出料器11的下面,封口器30在固口器20的下方, 握持器40在封口器30的下方,托板42在握持器40的下方。
图中,一个固口件21对应在一个出料口12的下方, 包装袋60是开口端61已经固定在固口件21的下面了, 一个握持件41对应在一个固口件21的下方,握持件41是水平的方向张开在包装袋60的两旁,握持件41闭合的时候一个握持件41握持住一个包装袋60。
托板42闭合的时候,包装袋60的底部在托板42上,托板42是水平方向张开或闭合,现在,托板42是张开的状态 。
固口器20与伸缩件22连接,可以做上下方向的移动。 因为托板42闭合的时候包装袋60的底部在托板42上,托板42的作用是如果包装物62有相当重量的话,托板42能够承受住该重量,避免开口端61脱落下来。
从该侧面图可以看到:封口器30在包装袋60的开口端61的两旁,封口器30 是水平方向的张开 在包装袋60的开口端61的两旁,而开口端61固定在固口件21的上面,只有包装袋60被握持住和托住,并且固口件21向上离开开口端61,封口器30才能闭合对包装袋60进行封口。
传感器51分别设置在进料器10、固口器20、伸缩件22、封口器30、握持器40、托板42上,所有的传感器51与控制器50连接;在图中,传感器51的连接和运行将只进行文字的说明,不在图中另外的图示和标注。
进料器10、固口器20、伸缩件22、封口器30、握持器40、托板42均与控制器50连接。在图中,上述部件与控制器50的连接不进行图示和标注。
参照 附图2,附图2是 实践例的初始状态时俯 视示意图。
图中显示的是 呈一列纵队状 排列的5个出料口12和5个进料器10,该个数仅表示本发明实施例的包装单元可以是多个的,其它实施例可以大于或小于5个包装单元。
参照 附图3,附图3是 装置运行的第1步,托板42闭合,包装物62开始进入包装袋60的示意图 。
托板42按箭头指示的方向闭合,因为托板42闭合的时候包装袋60的底部在托板42上,托板42的作用是如果包装物62有相当重量的话,在进入包装袋60的时候可以避免使开口端61从固口件21上脱落下来。
在托板42闭合后a传感器52发出进料信息,在a传感器52发出进料信息后, 进料器10按箭头指示的方向,开始将包装物62从出料口12放入到包装袋60中。
参照 附图4,附图4是 装置运行的第2步,包装物62进入包装袋60后的示意图 。
包装物62进入到包装袋60以后,b传感器53发出握持信息,在b传感器53发出握持信息后,握持器40开始闭合 ,握持件41按箭头指示的方向闭合 。
参照 附图5,附图5是 装置运行的第3步,握持件41握持住包装袋60以后的示意图 。
在包装物62进入到包装袋60以后,握持件41将包装物62进入后的包装袋60握持住,握持包装袋60的作用有二个,一个是可避免包装袋60倾斜歪倒,另一个是挤掉包装袋60中多余的空气。
在握持件41闭合后c传感器54发出松口信息,在c传感器54发出松口信息后,固口件21开始松开;
在固口件21松开后d传感器55发出脱口信息,在d传感器55发出脱口信息后,固口器20开始上升。
因为所有的包装袋60被托板42托住和被握持件41握持住,即使固口件21松开开口端61,整个固口器20开始向上升起,所有的包装袋60是不能倾斜和跟随移动的,结果是:在固口件21松开包装袋60的开口端61,固口器20整体向上移动的时候,所有的固口件21将从开口端61中脱离出来 。
在固口器20上升后e传感器56发出封口信息,在e传感器56发出封口信息后,封口器30开始闭合。。
参照 附图6,附图6是 装置运行的第4步,封口器30开始闭合对包装袋60的开口端61封口的示意图。
图中显示:因为所有的包装袋60被托板42托住和被握持件41握持住,所有的固口件21从开口端61中脱离出来 。
封口器30按箭头指示的方向闭合,封口器30同时对所有包装袋60的开口端61部位进行横向的封口。
在封口器30闭合后f传感器57发出完成信息,在f传感器57发出完成信息后,封口器30、托板42和握持器40将松开。
参照 附图7,附图7是 装置运行的第5步,封口器30、托板42和握持器40松开的示意图。
在封口器30实施了封口以后,封口器30、托板42和握持器40马上松开。
参照 附图8,附图8是 装置运行的第6步,包装袋60完成封口的示意图 。
在封口器30、托板42和握持器40松开后,g传感器58发出完成信息;在g传感器58发出完成信息后,发出新循环开始的信息。

Claims (1)

  1. 1 ,管状材料包装的上封口装置,包括进料器(10)、出料器(11)、固口器(20)、伸缩件(22)、封口器(30)、握持器(40)、托板(42)传感器(51)、控制器(50)、包装袋(60)、包装物(62);
    出料器(11)上有一排出料口(12),进料器(10)能够向每个出料口(12)送入包装物(62);
    固口器(20)与伸缩件(22)相连接,固口器(20)能够伸出或收缩地移动,固口器(20)上有若干个固口件(21),每个固口件(21)能够夹紧或松开一个包装袋(60)的开口端(62);
    封口器(30)能够张开或闭合,闭合的时候能够对所有的包装袋(60)同时进行横向的封口;
    握持器(40)上有若干个握持件(41),握持器(40)能够张开或闭合,闭合的时候每个握持件(41)能够握持一个包装袋(60);
    托板(42)能够张开或闭合;
    传感器(51)设置在进料器(10)、固口器(20)、伸缩件(22)、封口器(30)、握持器(40)、托板(42)上,所有的传感器(51)与控制器(50)连接;
    进料器(10)、固口器(20)、伸缩件(22)、封口器(30)、握持器(40)、托板(42)均与控制器()连接;
    其特征是:出料口(12)呈一列纵队状排列,出料口(12)的口向下,一个固口件(21)对应在一个出料口(12)的下方,固口器(20)是上下方向移动,封口器(30)是水平方向的张开或闭合,封口器(30)在固口件(21)的两旁,握持器(40)在封口器(30)的下方,握持件(41)是水平的方向张开或闭合,一个握持件(41)对应在一个固口件(21)的下方,托板(42)在握持件(41)的下方,托板(42)闭合的时候包装袋(60)的底部在托板(42)上,托板(42)是水平方向张开或闭合的;
    在托板(42)闭合后a传感器(52)发出进料信息,在进料器(10)放入包装物(62)后b传感器(53)发出握持信息,在握持器(40)闭合后c传感器(54)发出松口信息,在固口件(21)松开后d传感器(55)发出脱口信息,在固口器(20)上升后e传感器(56)发出封口信息,在封口器(30)闭合后f传感器(57)发出完成信息,在封口器(30)、握持器(40)、托板(42)松开后g传感器(58)发出新循环开始的信息。
    2 ,根据权利要求1 所述的管状材料包装的上封口装置,其特征是:在a传感器(52)发出进料信息后,进料器(10)放入包装物;在b传感器(53)发出握持信息后,握持器(40)闭合;在c传感器(54)发出松口信息后,固口件(21)松开;在d传感器(55)发出脱口信息后,固口器(20)上升;在e传感器(56)发出封口信息后,封口器(30)闭合;在f传感器(57)发出完成信息后,封口器(30)、托板(42)和握持器(40)松开;在g传感器(58)发出信息后,开始新一轮的循环。
