现有的枕式包装方法是先将片状的包装材料,从纵向将左右的两个边封合起来形成一个腔体,同时将要包装的物品放在腔体中,然后在要包装的物品的两端将腔体封合切断,因为包装好以后状如枕头故名枕式包装。整个包装过程具有自动化程度高,速度快,适用于块状、粒状、粉状、液状的物体,如饼干、蛋黄派、巧克力、面包、方便面、月饼、豆浆、牛奶、酱油、料酒、藕粉等食品,以及各种日用品、各种工业零件、各种医疗器械等各类物体的包装,围绕
枕式包装机已经产生了很多的专利和专门技术。
这种边将片状材料封合成为腔状结构,边将要包装的物品放入腔内进行包装,是一个理想的枕式包装的形式,可是,该形式的包装也就拌生了下列的缺点:1.费料,现有枕式包装机是将片状的包装材料的左右两边缝合后包装的,缝合部分要浪费相当多的包装材料。2.影响美观,缝合后的缝叠留在包装的外面影响包装的美观。3.
该形式的工艺,要求包装材料是多层复合的材料,多层复合的材料价格昂贵。4.相对管状材料的枕式包装而言,增加了一道工序、增加了劳动成本。
与上述片状材料的包装工艺相比,用管状材料进行包装的工艺,没有多层复合的材料要求,没有中间的缝合部分,具有省料、美观、节能、价廉的优点。
可是,管状的包装形式与片状的包装形式相比,在包装物的入料的工序上有很大的不同,片状的包装形式是将包装物裹挟到片状材料里面,没有开口端的概念,更没有固定开口端的要求;而管状的包装形式的包装物是从出料口进入开口端,而且每次进入的是新的开口端,这样就必然要求:a,每个开口端必须撑开成为相同的指定形状,不然包装物不能顺利进入到包装材料内。b,开口端要牢固地固定在出料口外,不然会因为包装物的进入使开口端脱落变形无法完成以后的工序。C,要同时完成多个开口端分别固定在各自对应的出料口下方。
在如何保持指定的形状牢固地固定在出料口的下方,没有相应的现有技术,不能形成自动化生产流水作业,所以管状的包装形式在开口、进料作业是采用人工操作的方式,工作效率不高,也不能满足卫生要求高的物品的包装要求。
中国专利200820162608一次性注射器的自动包装机的包装袋撑口装置,提出用气爪撑开、吸气固定的方法,其问题是如何在高速运行的时候确保新切断的开口端能够撑开成为指定的异形状态,如何确保撑开的开口端始终保持相同的形状,没有信服的说明。
发明内容:
发明的目的:提供一个将多个开口端同时固定在对应的出料口下方的管状材料包装的开口端固定装置。
发明的原理:在每一个管状材料的开口端内放入一个物体,所有的开口端在物体的顶端位置,这时候开口端必然是呈张开的状态;
在所有出料口的下方各设置一个物体,该物体底端的形状与前述在开口端内物体顶端的形状相同。
如果将管状材料的开口端内的物体顶端向上地、连同开口端一起向上移动,使开口端内物体的顶端与出料口下方物体的底端重合,使出料口下方物体的底端插入到开口端内的物体顶端内,开口端可以转移和套在出料口下方的物体上,在开口端套在出料口下面物体上以后,可以从外面将开口端固定在出料口下方的物体上,实现开口端固定在出料口的下面了。
发明的方案:在有若干个出料口的出料器的下方设置一个固口器,该固口器有若干个固口件和一个外夹紧,出料口的数量以及位置与固口件的数量以及位置相同,外夹紧由二个可以水平方向张开和闭合的夹棍构成,夹棍上设有若干个夹爪,夹棍闭合的时候,一个夹爪夹在一个固口件的外面。
固口件呈中空筒状,每一个固口件对应在一个出料口的下方形成上下联通的状态,每个固口件底端有一个以上向下的凸条。
在固口器的下方设置一个可以移动的夹具,夹具上有若干个夹件,每个夹件夹住一个放在管状材料开口端里的内撑,每个内撑顶端的四周上有一个以上的凹槽,内撑顶端的形状与固口件底端的形状相同。
夹件的数量以及位置与固口件相同,当夹件移动到固口件下端的时候,一个内撑的顶端对应在一个固口件的底端上,所述的凹槽对应在前述的凸条上,固口件的凸条插入对应内撑的凹槽内。
在固口件的凸条插入对应内撑的凹槽内的时候,内撑外面的开口端开始套到固口件的外面,在开口端套在固口件外面以后,外夹紧闭合,夹爪从开口端的外面夹在固口件上,也就是夹爪把开口端固定在固口件的外面了。
这时候松开夹具,因为开口端被分别固定在各自的固口件的上面,而开口端里面的内撑会从管状材料内向下退出固口件,这样,不仅所有的开口端被固定在固口件上,而且所有的开口端与各自的出料口相联通,包装物可以从出料口进入管状材料内。
本发明是这样实现的:管状材料包装的开口端固定装置,包括内撑、移动夹具、固口器、高度传感器、固口传感器和管状材料。
固口器包括若干个固口件和一个外夹紧,固口件的形状与要包装的物品的形状相似,外夹紧由二个可以张开或闭合的联动夹爪构成,联动夹爪上设有若干付夹爪。
移动夹具可以张开或闭合,移动夹具能够沿着导轨移动,移动夹具上有若干个夹件,移动夹具闭合的时候每一个夹件能够夹住一个内撑。
高度传感器在移动夹具到达设定的高度以后,发送高度信息,固口传感器在联动夹爪闭合以后,发送一个固口信息。
其特征是:所有的固口件保持相同的间隔排成一列纵队,固口件呈中空的筒状结构,每个固口件底端有一个以上向下的凸条;联动夹爪是水平方向张开或闭合,联动夹爪在固口件的两旁,一付夹爪对应一个固口件。
内撑在管状材料的开口端内,每个内撑顶端周边上有一个以上的凹槽,凹槽的口向外。
移动夹具在固口器的下面,夹件的数量以及位置与固口件的数量以及位置上下对应相同,移动夹具是上下方向来回移动。

构成5个包装单元,该包装单元的个数仅表示本发明实施例的包装单元可以是多个的,其它实施例可以大于或小于5个包装单元。
在固口器30上,固口件31保持相同的间隔排成一列纵队,5个固口件31的位置与5个夹件22的位置相同。
外夹紧34由二个联动夹爪35构成,联动夹爪35上设有若干付夹爪36,联动夹爪35可以张开或闭合,联动夹爪35在固口件31的两旁,一付夹爪36对应一个固口件31。图中,所有的夹爪36是张开的状态,没有压在固口件31的上面。
参照 附图3,附图3是 装置运行的第1步,移动夹具20开始沿着导轨23向上移动的示意图 。
向内闭合以后的移动夹具20夹住了所有的内撑坑15上的内撑10,开始向上移动,在移动夹具20向上移动的时候,因为开口端41向上移动,管状材料40也同时跟着向上移动。

装置运行的第2步,移动夹具20移动到固口件31,固口件31固定开口端41的示意图。
因为夹件22的数量以及位置与固口件31的数量以及位置上下对应相同,在夹件22上升到固口件底端32的时候,所有的内撑顶端11与固口件底端32重合,因为内撑顶端11的形状与固口件底端32的形状相同,凸条33与凹槽12的数量以及位置是相同的,所有固口件底端32的凸条33对应在内撑顶端11的凹槽12内。
因为开口端41在凹槽12所在的内撑顶端11的位置,当固口件底端32的凸条33进入到凹槽12的时候,开口端41已经开始套在固口件31的上面了。
高度传感器24在移动夹具20到达设定的高度以后,发送高度信息,高度传感器24与固口器30连接,在高度传感器24发送高度信息以后,固口器30的联动夹爪35按箭头指示的方向开始闭合,所有的夹爪36压在对应的固口件31的上面夹住开口端41,开口端41被固定在固口件31的上面。
参照 附图5,附图5是 装置运行的第3步,内撑10和移动夹具20开始回复的示意图。
在联动夹爪35闭合夹住了开口端41以后,固口传感器37发送一个固口信息,固口传感器37与移动夹具20连接,固口传感器37发送固口信息以后,夹件22开始松开夹住的内撑10。
当移动夹具20按箭头指示的方向张开的时候,内撑10因为重量的关系,开始向下坠落,而因为每一个开口端41被固定在固口件31的上面的缘故,管状材料40是不会掉下来的,内撑10只能在管状材料40内向下落在内撑坑15的上面。
在移动夹具20张开以后,移动夹具20开始在管状材料40的外面按箭头指示的方向向下移动。

参照 附图7,附图7是 装置运行的第5步,管状材料40的开口端41固定在固口器30的示意图。
现在,所有的管状材料40的开口端41分别固定在固口件31的上面,因为固口件31是一列纵队的形式排列的,所有的管状材料40也是一列纵队的形式排列在固口件31的下面。
Claims (1)
- 1,管状材料包装的开口端固定装置,包括内撑(10)、移动夹具(20)、固口器(30)、高度传感器(24)、固口传感器(37)和管状材料(40);固口器(30)包括若干个固口件(31)和一个外夹紧(34),固口件(31)的形状与要包装的物品的形状相似,外夹紧(34)由二个可以张开或闭合的联动夹爪(35)构成,联动夹爪(35)上设有若干付夹爪(36);移动夹具(20)可以张开或闭合,移动夹具(20)能够沿着导轨(23)移动,移动夹具(20)上有若干个夹件(22),移动夹具(20)闭合的时候一个夹件(22)能够夹住一个内撑(10);高度传感器(24)在移动夹具(20)到达设定的高度以后,发送高度信息;固口传感器(37)在联动夹爪(35)闭合以后,发送一个固口信息;其特征是:所有的固口件(31)保持相同的间隔排成一列纵队,固口件(31)呈中空的筒状结构,每个固口件底端(32)有一个以上向下的凸条(33);联动夹爪(35)是水平方向的张开或闭合,联动夹爪(33)在固口件(31)的两旁,一付夹爪(36)对应一个固口件(31);内撑(10)在管状材料(40)的开口端(41)内,每个内撑顶端(11)周边上有一个以上的凹槽(12),凹槽(12)的口向外;移动夹具(20)在固口器(30)的下面,夹件(22)的数量以及位置与固口件(31)的数量以及位置上下对应相同,移动夹具(20)是上下方向来回移动。2,根据权利要求1所述的管状材料包装的开口端固定装置,其特征是:开口端(41)在内撑顶端(11)的位置。3,根据权利要求1所述的管状材料包装的开口端固定装置,其特征是:所述内撑顶端(11)的形状与固口件底端(32)的形状相同。4,根据权利要求1所述的管状材料包装的开口端固定装置,其特征是:所述凸条(33)与凹槽(12)的数量以及位置是相同的,一个凸条(33)对应在一个凹槽(12)内。5,根据权利要求1所述的管状材料包装的开口端固定装置,其特征是:内撑顶端(11)有可以收缩的弹件(13)。6 ,根据权利要求1所述的管状材料包装的开口端固定装置,其特征是:在高度传感器(24)发送高度信息以后,联动夹爪(35)闭合。7 ,根据权利要求1所述的管状材料包装的开口端固定装置,其特征是:在所述固口传感器(37)发送固口信息以后,夹件(22)松开,移动夹具(20)下降。
