Abstract

A shape-maintaining device for an open end of a tubular material package, used in a pillow-type automatic packaging machine for tubular materials, comprising inner support depressions (21) provided on inner support seats (20). The openings of the inner support depressions (21) face upwards. Each inner support depression has a channel (22). Each of the tubular materials (40) rolled into a ring threads out of the bottom of a channel until it is above the inner support depressions. An inner support (10) is provided inside a tubular material, and each inner support (10) rests in an inner support depression in such a manner that the top thereof faces upwards. A magnet (23) is provided in the lower part of the inner support (10). The contour of the lower part of the inner support (10) is irregular; and the shape of the inner support depression (21) is irregular. A magnet (23) is provided in the inner support depression. A detector (31) is used for detecting the indicator (42) on the tubular material (40). A regulator (30) can move the tubular material (40). The device can always extend the open ends of a roll of tubular material according to a designated shape and maintain the shape of the open ends.

AN OPEN-END SHAPE RETAINING DEVICE OF TUBULAR MATERIAL

PACKAGING

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a pillow-type packaging machine, more particularly relates to a packaging method of tubular material.

Background

[0002] Pillow-type packaging methods of prior art is to seal both sides of a flat material along with the longitudinal direction to form a cavity, while putting packaging object into the cavity. The shape of the well packaged material looks like a pillow, so named as a pillow-type packaging. The entire packaging process has a high degree of automation at a fast speed; which is suitable for bulk, granular, powder, liquid objects, such as biscuits, pie, chocolate, bread, instant noodles, Chinese traditional food "moon cake", soybean milk, milk, soybean sauce, cooking wine, arrowroot flour and the like; and which also is for all kinds of daily necessities, industrial parts, medical devices and the like. A number of patents and conventional technologies associated with the pillow-type packaging machine have been disclosed.

[0003] To this end, such an expected pillow-type packaging intends to seal flaky material to form a cavity-like structure, while putting the packaging material into the cavity for packaging, however, this kind of packaging also bring out the following disadvantages of: 1. wasting materials, such as a conventional pillow-type packaging machine is provided to package the staffs after sewing both sides of a flaky material, the sewn part needs a considerable number of packaging materials; 2. influencing the appearance, such as the seams remained and stacked outside the packaging bags impact the appearance of the packaging bags; 3. being expensive cost, such as in a forming process, multilayer composite materials are required for making a packaging such that the cost is increased; 4. adding extra procedures, such as processing steps for making a pillow-type flaky material packaging are increased, energy

consumption and labor costs are increased as well, relative to tubular material packaging.

[0004] Comparing with the flaky material packaging process, the packaging process using a tubular material does not need multilayer composite materials, and does not generate an intermediate suture portion, accordingly, having advantages of being beautiful appearance, saving energy and lowering cost.

[0005] Furthermore, there are considerable differences in packaging procedure if comparing tubular material packaging with flaky material packaging: 1. for feeding process of a flaky packaging, the packaging object is involved into the flaky material therein so that it is not necessary to think of creating an open-end; for feeding process of a tubular material packaging, packaging object has to be put into the tubular material from the open-end newly formed which has to be retained in a opened state; meanwhile, regarding packaging shape capable of being irregular special-shaped, the opened open-end shape have to be matched with the shape of packaging object, for example, matching the round shape to the round shape, the square shape to the square shape, the rectangular shape to the rectangular shape, the irregular special-shaped to the irregular special-shaped.

[0006] Furthermore, there are considerable differences in feeding procedure if comparing tubular material packaging with flaky material packaging: 1. for feeding process of a flaky packaging, the packaging object is involved into the flaky material therein so that it is not necessary to think of creating an open-end; for feeding process of a tubular material packaging, since a root of tubular material has one open-end since packaging object has to be put into the tubular material from the open-end, before the completion of the previous one packaging, the open-end of next one packaging has to be formed and has to be retained in a opened state. Considering of a flaky packaging material type, as long as just moving one piece of which, the packaging speed is capable of being satisfied as requested. Whereas, for a tubular material packaging type, which needs that at least four of packaging material are formed simultaneously so as to meet the requirements for packaging speed. It troubles some problems that how to

complete multiple packaging bags and form multiple new open-end simultaneously.

[0007] Although a method using a A pneumatic claw support is proposed in the Chinese patent application (CN200820162608) which disclosed "an orifice opening device of packing bag of automatic packaging machine for a disposable injector", It troubles some problems that there is no explanation convinced of how to ensure that the opened open-end is always retained being an irregular special-shaped shape.

[0008] There is not the relatively matured technology in prior art, which makes the open-end of tubular material newly formed to be opened, retaining the specified shape. Accordingly, it is impossible to make an automated production assembly-line, such that manual operation process is used for opening the orifice of tubular material packaging, the working efficiency is poor, it also impossible to meet the packaging requirements of items with high hygiene requirement.

Summary of the invention

[0009] The present invention is to provide an open-end shape retaining device of tubular material packaging in which the open-end is always being opened with a specified shape in a tubular material packaging.

[0010] To this end, a solution is proposed according to the present invention of that, preparing an object with a diameter no greater than the inner diameter of the opened tubular material, making the top-end shape of the object to be a specified shape, placing the object into the tubular material with a vertical shape. Because tubular material and its open-end are soft and malleable, as long as the open-end position is retained at top part of the object, the shape of the open-end is bound to be a specified shape as inquired.

[0011] In order to adjust the open-end to reach to its top-end position, the object has to be upward parked at a position where the tubular material is capable of downward moving, it is possible to satisfy with the requirement for adjusting the open-end position.

[0012] Taking into account of that the opening end needs to be always retained the same irregular special-shaped shape, it is possible to design the lower

portion of the object to be a special-shaped shape, while the parked position is also designed to be the same special-shaped shape, so that the object is always being a unique posture parked at the position, such that it is possible to satisfy with the requirement and achieve the purpose of always retaining the same posture of the open-end.

[0013] In a aspect of the present invention, a row of the inner supports are arranged on the vacant inner support seat, the shape of inner support with a upward orifice is special-shaped shape, there is a magnetic object in inner support pit, each of the inner support pit has a channel where the tubular material may pass through.

[0014] Coiled-shaped tubular material, regulator and detector are under inner support. Each of coiled-shaped tubular material is under the control of the regulator, of which is capable of being pulled backward; a label which may be recognized by a detector is printed on the tubular material, the operation of the regulator is under the instruction of the detector. Each of tubular material with an upward open-end penetrates from a channel of the inner support pit through the upper inner support pit.

[0015] All of the top-end of inner support are made of a specified shape in accordance with the requirements of the packaging, the shape of the lower part of the inner support pit is a special-shaped shape contrary to that of inner support pit. There is a magnetic object in lower part of the inner support, of which the polarity is opposite to the polarity of inner support pit. Each of the inner supports with upward top-end is within a tubular material, being parked in a inner support pit.

[0016] During operating, since the lower portion of inner support and inner support pit are contrary special-shaped shape and the constraints of the magnetic objects, each inner support may only be parked throughout in inner support pit by the same posture; meanwhile, the detector may instruct regulator to pull tubular material backward according to the label on the tubular material. Since the inner cross-sectional area is greater than that of the channel, when the tubular material is moved backward the inner support is not capable of moving. the top-end position of the inner support, that is, the open-end will always be remained into the same specified shape.

[0017] Such that, the present invention is implemented by providing an open-end shape retaining device of tubular material packaging, comprising: an inner support (10), an inner support seat (20), an inner support pit (21), a regulator (30), a detector (31), a tubular material (40); a label 42 printed on said tubular material (40) for detection, said tubular material (40) is coil-shaped, said detector (31) is capable of detecting said label (42) on said tubular material (40), said regulator (30) is capable of removing said tubular material (40), said detector (31) is connected with said regulator (30), the detector (31) is capable of instructing said regulator (30) to move or stop; the transverse cross-sectional shape of said inner support top (11) is similar to the shape of packaging object;

[0023] Accordingly, the advantages obtained by the invention are such that an open-end opened by inner support is placed into tubular material which is in a flat and closed state. The method according to the present invention is simple and reliable, the cost for making inner support is rather low. Inner support can be made at anytime based on different packaging objects, but the shape of the open-end opened by the inner support is the same.

[0032] The tubular material 40 printed with a detectable label 42 thereon is coil-shaped, the coil-shaped tubular material 43 is below an inner support pit 21, all of the distances between the two adjacent labels 42 are equal, the exact length of the distance between the two adjacent labels 42 is determined by the length of packaging object accordingly. The open-end 41 of the tubular material 40 is horizontally pulled out from coil-shaped tubular material 43. The detector 31 is beside the pulled out of tubular material 40, capable of detecting the label 42 on the tubular material 40. The detector 31 is connected with the regulator 30 and downward moves the tubular material 40. When the detector 31 detected the label 42, which instructs the regulator 30 to stop moving the tubular material 40.

Claims
1. An open-end shape retaining device of tubular material packaging, comprising: an inner support (10), an inner support seat (20), an inner support pit (21), a regulator (30), a detector (31), a tubular material (40); a label (42) printed on said tubular material (40) for detection, said tubular material (40) is a coil-shaped, said detector (31) is capable of detecting said label (42) on said tubular material (40), said regulator (30) is capable of moving said tubular material (40), said detector (31) is connected with said regulator (30), the detector (31) is capable of instructing said regulator (30) to move or stop; the transverse cross-sectional shape of said inner support top (11) is similar to the shape of packaging object; characterized in that said regulator (30), said detector (31), said coil-shaped tubular material (43) situated below said inner support pit (21), all of said inner support pits (21) situated on said inner support seat (20), with an upward opening orifice respectively, one channel is configured in each bottom of said inner support pits (21), each open-end (41) of said tubular material (40) situated over said inner support pit (21), one of said inner support (10) is within one of said tubular material (40), each of said inner support (10) stays in a said inner support pit (21) with an upward top-end of the inner support (11), each inner support (10) is located in said the top of the inner support (11) and upward stays into said inner support pit (21), the lower part of said inner support (10) has a magnetic object (23) and the external shape of the lower part of the inner support (10) is special-shaped; the shape of said inner support pits (21) are special-shaped and a magnetic object (23) is configured therein.
2. The open-end shape retaining device of tubular material packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner support pits (21) are arranged in a column on said inner support seat.
3. The open-end shape retaining device of tubular material packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that the external shape of the lower part of said inner support (10) is the same as the shape of said inner support pit (21), the polarity of said magnetic object (23) of said inner support (10) is opposite to the polarity of said magnetic object (23) of said inner support pit (21).
