Description

空心金属板加工工艺 技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属板加工工艺, 尤其涉及一种工序简单、 成本低的空心 金属板加工工艺, 且加工出来的金属板节省材料。 背景技术
金属板是机械、 建筑、 五金等领域中常用的材料, 尤其是重量轻、 强度高 的金属板是现有技术人员研究的重要方向, 为此, 现有技术人员釆用了一种复 合金属板, 该金属板由两侧的金属层和中间的蜂窝式填充物组成, 然而这种金 属板不但结构强度不够, 应用领域受限, 而且结构复杂, 生产工序多, 成本高。
因此, 急需一种可以解决上述问题的新型金属板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工序简单、 成本低的空心金属板加工工艺, 且 加工出来的金属板节省材料。
为了实现上有目的, 本发明提供了一种空心金属板加工工艺, 包括以下步 骤: (1 )提供一金属胚料; (2 )将所述金属胚料压制成金属板半成品, 所述金 属板半成品的一面上具有若干凹坑 /沟槽和分隔所述凹坑 /沟槽的间隔墙; (3 )挤 压所述金属板半成品的间隔墙, 使间隔墙处的材料向凹坑 /沟槽的开口流动直至 相邻所述间隔墙处的材料在所述凹坑 /沟槽上方相接合并覆盖所述凹坑 /沟槽为 止, 从而形成具有若干小空腔的空心金属板。
较佳地,在所述步骤 ( 3 )之前进一步包括对所述金属板半成品加热的步骤, 可使用热轧工艺将加热后的金属板半成品放入双辊式轧机内滚扎, 便于相邻间 隔墙的材料接合, 使得制成的空心金属板中间的小空腔完全封闭。 较佳地, 所述步骤(2 ) 中所述间隔墙为相互交错在一起的若干凸棱, 使所 述金属板半成品的所述面呈网状, 使得所述若干小空腔由交错分布的间隔墙支 撑, 结构稳固, 制成的空心金属板的强度足够。
另一个优选方案中, 所述步骤(2 ) 中所述间隔墙为并行排列的若干长棱。 较佳地, 所述步骤(2 ) 中所述凹坑 /沟槽呈均匀分布。
较佳地, 所述步骤(3 )中覆盖所述凹坑 /沟槽的所述空心金属板的表面为平 面。
与现有技术相比, 本发明先加工出一面呈平面状, 一面呈凹凸状(由凹坑 / 沟槽和间隔墙构成)的金属板半成品, 再通过滚扎的方式挤压间隔墙处的材料, 使间隔墙处的材料向凹坑 /沟槽的开口流动直至相邻所述间隔墙处的材料在所述 凹坑 /沟槽上方接合并形成封闭所述凹坑 /沟槽的上封面, 从而制成中间具有若干 小空腔的空心金属板, 制造工序简单, 且制成的金属板节省材料, 成本低。 附图说明

为详细说明本发明的技术内容、 构造特征、 所实现目的及效果, 以下结合 实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
参考图 5 ,本发明提供了一种空心金属板加工工艺 100,包括以下步骤: ( 11 ) 提供一金属胚料; ( 12 )将所述金属胚料压制成金属板半成品, 所述金属板半成 品的一面上具有若干凹坑 /沟槽和分隔所述凹坑 /沟槽的间隔墙; (14 )挤压所述 金属板半成品的间隔墙, 使间隔墙处的材料向凹坑 /沟槽的开口流动直至相邻所 述间隔墙处的材料在所述凹坑 /沟槽上方相接合并覆盖所述凹坑 /沟槽为止, 从而 形成具有若干小空腔的空心金属板。 具体地, 参考图 3-图 4, 步骤(14 )中覆盖 所述凹坑 /沟槽的所述空心金属板的表面为平面。 其中, 步骤(12 )可通过轧机 或者模具加工, 步骤(14 ) 中釆用双辊式滚扎机挤压间隔墙的顶端。
较佳者, 在步骤 ( 14 )前还包括步骤 ( 13 ), 对所述金属板半成品进行加热。 这一技术特征由具体操作人员根据实际情况判断是否加热, 其加热温度由金属 胚料的材质决定。
参考图 1-图 2, 描述本发明空心金属板加工工艺 100中步骤( 12 )制成的金 属板半成品 300的的具体结构, 所述金属板半成品 300的上表面上设有若干凹 坑 31和分隔所述凹坑的间隔墙 32, 此时, 所述金属板半成品 300的上表面呈网 状或蜂窝状。 具体地, 所述间隔墙 32为相互交错在一起的若干凸棱, 以使所述 金属板半成品的所述面呈网状。 更具体地, 所述凹坑 31的开口呈正方形, 所述 金属板半成品 300的上表面呈网格状。 其中, 所述凹坑 31均匀分布于所述金属 板半成品 300的上表面。
在另一个实施例中, 所述金属板半成品 300 的上表面上设有若干沟槽(图 中未示)和分隔所述沟槽的间隔墙。 具体地, 所述间隔墙为并行排列的若干长 棱。 更具体地, 所述沟槽均勾分布于所述金属板半成品 300的上表面上。
参考图 3-图 4, 描述本发明空心金属板加工工艺 100制成的空心金属板 200 的具体结构,所述空心金属板 200为一体式结构,其包括上封面 21和下封面 22, 以及位于所述上封面 21和下封面 22之间的的间隔部 23 ,所述间隔部 23包括支 撑所述上封面 21和下封面 22的间隔墙 231以及形成于若干间隔墙 231之间的 小空腔 232。 具体地, 在本实施例中, 所述间隔墙 231呈条状且相互交错, 使得 空心金属板 200的结构稳固, 强度高。 其中, 所述上封面 21和下封面 22的外 侧均为平面状。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的优选实施例, 不能以此来限定本发明之权利范 围, 因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种空心金属板加工工艺, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤:
( 1 )提供一金属胚料;
( 2 )将所述金属胚料压制成金属板半成品, 所述金属板半成品的一面上具 有若干凹坑 /沟槽和分隔所述凹坑 /沟槽的间隔墙;
( 3 )挤压所述金属板半成品的间隔墙, 使间隔墙处的材料向凹坑 /沟槽的开 口流动直至相邻所述间隔墙处的材料在所述凹坑 /沟槽上方相接合并覆盖所述凹 坑 /沟槽为止, 从而形成具有若干小空腔的空心金属板。
2、如权利要求 1所述的空心金属板加工工艺,其特征在于,在所述步骤(3 ) 之前进一步包括对所述金属板半成品加热的步骤。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的空心金属板加工工艺, 其特征在于, 所述步骤(2 ) 中所述间隔墙为相互交错在一起的若干凸棱。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的空心金属板加工工艺, 其特征在于: 所述步骤(2 ) 中所述间隔墙为并行排列的若干长棱。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的空心金属板加工工艺, 其特征在于: 所述步骤(2 ) 中所述 坑 /沟槽呈均匀分布。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的空心金属板加工工艺, 其特征在于: 所述步骤(3 ) 中覆盖所述凹坑 /沟槽的所述空心金属板的表面为平面。
