在现有技术的基础上, 本发明所提供的臂架装置, 处于折叠状态时其 第一节臂架设于所述转台靠近所述混凝土泵车的驾驶室的一侧, 其第二节 臂架进一步铰接于所述第一节臂架的上方, 因而该第一节臂架和第二节臂 架可以同时展开, 避免了两者先后展开所带来的时间延长问题, 从而能够 减少臂架装置展开所需的时间, 进而能够保证混凝土泵车的施工效率。
此外, 由于第二节臂架与第一节臂架可以同时展开, 并且随着展开, 第二节臂架距离上车平台越来越远, 因而随着第二节臂架一起运动的最后 两节臂架可以做得较长, 而不必担心第一节臂架与第二节臂架展开时, 最 后两节臂架碰到上车平台的问题,因而能够提高臂架装置展开的最大长度。
再者, 由于第一节臂架设于所述转台靠近所述混凝土泵车的驾驶室的 一侧, 并且第二节臂架以及最后两节臂架也部分设于所述转台靠近所述混 凝土泵车的驾驶室的一侧, 从而可以使得整车重心前移, 充分利用混凝土 泵车的前桥桥荷, 使得重心的位置合理。
需要说明的是, 本发明所提供的包括上述臂架装置的混凝土泵车, 其 技术效果与上述臂架装置的技术效果相同, 在此不再赘述。 附图说明

具体实施方式
本发明的核心为提供一种臂架装置, 该臂架装置的结构设计一方面能 够使得第一节臂架和第二节臂架同时展开, 从而能够减少臂架装置展开所 需的时间; 另一方面能够使得整车重心前移, 从而充分利用前桥桥荷; 再 一方面能够延长臂架装置的最后两节臂架,从而提高臂架装置的最大长度。 此外, 本发明另一个核心为提供一种包括上述臂架装置的混凝土泵车。
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案, 下面结合附 图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参考图 1和图 2, 图 1为本发明一种实施例中臂架装置处于折叠状 态时的结构示意图; 图 2为图 1中的臂架装置的第一节臂架与第二节臂架 展开时的结构示意图。 在一种实施例中, 本发明所提供的臂架装置, 用于混凝土泵车, 包括 多节臂架, 该多节臂架包括与混凝土泵车的转台 1 铰接的第一节臂架 21 及与该第一节臂架 21铰接的第二节臂架 22; 在此基础上, 如图 1 , 处于折 叠状态时,第一节臂架 21向所述混凝土泵车的驾驶室 3—侧的方向延伸, , 并第二节臂架 22进一步置于第一节臂架 21的上方。 需要说明的是, 上述 "第二节臂架 22进一步置第一节臂架 21的上方" 的具体含义包括, 第二 节臂架 22既可以置于第一节臂架 21的正上方, 又可以置于第一节臂架 21 的侧上方, 本发明对此不作限制。
需要说明的是, 本发明对于所述多节臂架的数量不作限制, 无论是四 节臂架、 五节臂架、 六节臂架或更多节臂架, 只要采用上述第一节臂架 21 和第二节臂架 22的结构设计, 就均应该在本发明的保护范围之内。
在现有技术的基础上, 本发明所提供的臂架装置, 处于折叠状态时其 第一节臂架 21设于转台 1靠近混凝土泵车的驾驶室 3的一侧,其第二节臂 架 22进一步置于第一节臂架 21的上方,因而该第一节臂架 21和第二节臂 架 22可以同时展开,避免了两者先后展开所带来的时间延长问题,从而能 够减少臂架装置展开所需的时间, 进而能够保证混凝土泵车的施工效率。
此外, 由于第二节臂架 22与第一节臂架 21可以同时展开, 并且随着 展开, 第二节臂架 22距离上车平台越来越远, 因而随着第二节臂架 22— 起运动的最后两节臂架可以做得较长,而不必担心第一节臂架 21与第二节 臂架 22展开时, 最后两节臂架碰到上车平台的问题, 因而能够提高臂架装 置展开的最大长度。
再者,由于第一节臂架 21设于转台 1靠近混凝土泵车的驾驶室 3的一 侧,并且第二节臂架 22以及最后两节臂架也部分设于转台 1靠近混凝土泵 车的驾驶室 3的一侧, 从而可以使得整车重心前移, 充分利用混凝土泵车 的前桥桥荷, 使得重心的位置合理。
具体地, 如图 1所示, 第一节臂架 21进一步延伸至驾驶室 3的上方; 毫无疑问,该结构的具体含义也包括第一节臂架 21的末端在驾驶室 3的上 方超过驾驶室 3 而伸出。 该种结构设计使得臂架装置充分利用了驾驶室 3 上方的空间, 从而能够最大限度地提高臂架装置展开时的最大长度。
进一步地, 为再进一步提高臂架装置展开时的最大长度,如图 1所示, 第二节臂架 22远离第一节臂架 21的末端可以延伸至混凝土泵车的车尾 4 或进一步超过车尾 4。
需要说明的是,在上述任一种技术方案中,可以做出进一步具体设计。 比如,如图 1所示,所述多节臂架还包括与第二节臂架 22的末端铰接的第 三节臂架 23; 处于折叠状态时该第三节臂架 23设于转台 1靠近混凝土泵 车的车尾 4的一侧,并设于第二节臂架 22的下方。该种结构设计能够充分 利用转台 1靠近混凝土泵车的车尾 4的一侧并第二节臂架 22下方的空间。
进一步地, 如图 1和图 2所示, 所述多节臂架还包括与第三节臂架 23 的末端铰接的第四节臂架 24, 处于折叠状态时该第四节臂架 24设于第二 节臂架 22与第三节臂架 23之间,并该第四节臂架 24的末端偏置于第二节 臂架 22。 该种结构设计使得第四节臂架 24充分利用第二节臂架 22与第三 节臂架 23之间的间隙空间, 使得结构更为紧凑, 并该第四节臂架 24的末 端由该间隙中向一侧伸出, 从而为连接第五节臂架 25创造了条件。
进一步地, 如 1和图 2所示, 所述多节臂架还包括与第四节臂架 24 的末端铰接的第五节臂架 25 , 处于折叠状态时该第五节臂架 25与第四节 臂架 24的末端处于第二节臂架 22的同侧,并该第五节臂架 25的末端进一 步延伸至驾驶室 3的上方。 由于该第五节臂架 25设于第二节臂架 22的一 侧, 并其位置高出转台 1 , 因而其可以延伸至驾驶室 3的上方, 从而进一 步提高了臂架装置展开时的最大长度。
此外,如图 1所示,所述多节臂架还包括与第五节臂架 25的末端铰接 的第六节臂架 26, 处于折叠状态时该第六节臂架 26可以设于第五节臂架 25的上方, 并其末端进一步延伸至车尾 4或超过车尾 4。 显然, 该种结构 设计能够进一步提高臂架装置展开时的最大长度。
需要说明的是,该第六节臂架 26的末端还可以铰接第七节臂架,处于 折叠状态时,该第七节臂架的末端可以延伸至驾驶室 3的上方; 进一步地, 该第七节臂架的末端还可以铰接第八节臂架, 处于折叠状态时, 该第八节 臂架的末端可以延伸至车尾 4或超过车尾 4; 当然, 第八节臂架之后还可 以铰接第九节臂架或更多节臂架, 本发明对此不作限制。
在上述任一种技术方案的基础上, 还可以做出进一步设计。 具体地, 请参考图 3、 图 4和图 5 , 图 3为本发明的第一种实施例中臂架装置的变幅 油的安装结构示意图; 图 4为本发明的第二种实施例中臂架装置的变幅油 缸的安装结构示意图; 图 5为本发明的第三种实施例中臂架装置的变幅油 缸的安装结构示意图。
如图 3、 图 4和图 5所示, 转台 1上进一步设有铰接板 5 , 第一节臂架 21铰接于铰接板 5上, 并第一节臂架 21与铰接板 5之间进一步铰接有变 幅油缸 6。 该种结构设计可以实现第一节臂架 21的展开和折叠。
在上述结构的基础上, 可以做出进一步改进。 比如, 如图 3所示, 铰 接板 5设有靠近车尾 4一侧的高铰点 51及靠近驾驶室 3—侧的低铰点 52, 需要说明的是, 该高铰点 51在竖直方向上的高度高于低铰点 52; 第一节 臂架 21铰接于低铰点 52上, 变幅油缸 6的一端铰接于第一节臂架 21上, 其另一端铰接于高铰点 51上。 如图 1所示, 随着变幅油缸 6伸长, 第一节 臂架 21实现水平折叠, 随着变幅油缸 6伸缩, 第一节臂架 21实现竖直展 开; 并且当第一节臂架 21竖直展开时, 变幅油缸 6受到第一节臂架 21的 压力载荷, 因而能够较为稳定支撑第一节臂架 21。
在上述结构的基础上, 可以做出进一步改进。 比如, 如图 4所示, 铰 接板 5包括主铰接板 53和辅铰接板 54,第一节臂架 21铰接于主铰接板 53 上, 并该第一节臂架 21的底端铰接有辅铰接板 54, 变幅油缸 6—端铰接 于第一节臂架 21上,其另一端铰接于辅铰接板 54上, 并辅铰接板 54与主 铰接板 53之间进一步铰接有连杆 61。 具体地, 如图 4所示, 该辅铰接板 54具体为三角弧形板, 其一个角端的铰点铰接于第一节臂架 21上, 其另 两个角上的铰点分别铰接于连杆 61和变幅油缸 6上。如图 4所示,该种结 构设计能够实现第一节臂架 21进行 180。 旋转,从而增大臂架在水平范围 的延伸长度。
具体地, 还可以提供变幅油缸 6的另一种安装结构。 如图 5所示, 变 幅油缸 6的一端铰接于铰接板 5靠近驾驶室 3—侧的铰点上, 其另一端铰 接于第一节臂架 21上; 铰接板 5靠近驾驶室 3的一侧与第一节臂架 21之 间还铰接有在第一节臂架 21竖直设置时承受其拉力载荷的限位拉杆 7。 该 限位拉杆 7包括两节杆件, 并且二者相互铰接。 如图 5所示, 当第一节臂 架 21折叠时, 限位拉杆 7弯曲, 当第一节臂架 21竖直展开时, 限位拉杆 7拉直, 从而承受第一节臂架 21的拉力载荷将其拉住。 该种结构设计可以 防止变幅油缸 6受到第一节臂架 21 的拉力载荷, 从而避免该变幅油缸 6 受到破坏。
此外, 本发明还提供一种混凝土泵车, 如图 1所示, 包括转台 1; 并 且, 混凝土泵车还包括上述任一种技术方案中的臂架装置, 如图 1所示, 第一节臂架 21铰接于转台 1上。该混凝土泵车的其他部分,可以参照现有 技术, 本文不再展开。
以上对本发明所提供的混凝土泵车及其臂架装置进行了详细介绍。 本 的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。 应当指出, 对于本 技术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以对 本发明进行若干改进和修饰, 这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保 护范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种臂架装置, 用于混凝土泵车, 包括多节臂架, 所述多节臂架包 括与所述混凝土泵车的转台 ( 1 )铰接的第一节臂架( 21 )及与该第一节臂 架(21)铰接的第二节臂架(22); 其特征在于, 处于折叠状态时, 所述第 一节臂架( 21 )向所述混凝土泵车的驾驶室( 3 )一侧的方向延伸, 并所述 第二节臂架(22)进一步置于所述第一节臂架(21) 的上方。
2、如权利要求 1所述的臂架装置,其特征在于,所述第一节臂架(21 ) 进一步延伸至所述驾驶室 (3) 的上方。
3、如权利要求 1所述的臂架装置,其特征在于,所述第二节臂架(22) 从所述第一节臂架(21 )的末端延伸至所述混凝土泵车的车尾(4)或进一 步超过车尾( 4 )。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 所述多节 臂架还包括与所述第二节臂架(22)的末端铰接的第三节臂架(23); 处于 折叠状态时该第三节臂架( 23 )设于所述转台 ( 1 )靠近所述混凝土泵车的 车尾(4) 的一侧, 并设于所述第二节臂架(22) 的下方。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 所述多节臂架还包括 与所述第三节臂架(23)的末端铰接的第四节臂架(24), 处于折叠状态时 该第四节臂架(24)设于所述第二节臂架(22)与所述第三节臂架(23) 之间, 并该第四节臂架(24) 的末端偏置于所述第二节臂架(22)。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 所述多节臂架还包括 与所述第四节臂架(24)的末端铰接的第五节臂架(25), 处于折叠状态时 该第五节臂架(25)与所述第四节臂架(24) 的末端处于所述第二节臂架 (22)的同侧, 并该第五节臂架(25)的末端进一步延伸至所述驾驶室(3) 的上方。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 所述多节臂架还包括 与所述第五节臂架(25)的末端铰接的第六节臂架(26), 处于折叠状态时 该第六节臂架(26) 的末端进一步延伸至车尾(4)或超过车尾(4)。
8、 如权利要求 1至 7任一项所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 所述转台 ( 1 )上进一步设有铰接板 ( 5 ), 所述第一节臂架( 21 )铰接于所述铰接板 ( 5 )上, 并所述第一节臂架( 21 )与所述铰接板 ( 5 )之间进一步铰接有 变幅油缸(6)。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 所述铰接板(5)设 有靠近所述车尾(4)一侧的高铰点 (51)及靠近所述驾驶室 (3)—侧的 低铰点(52); 所述第一节臂架(21)铰接于所述低铰点(52)上, 所述变 幅油缸(6)的一端铰接于所述第一节臂架(21 )上, 其另一端铰接于所述 高铰点 (51 )上。
10、 如权利要求 8所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 所述铰接板(5)包 括主铰接板 ( 53 )和辅铰接板 ( 54 ), 所述第一节臂架( 21 )铰接于所述主 铰接板( 53 )上, 并该第一节臂架( 21 )的底端铰接有所述辅铰接板 ( 54 ), 所述变幅油缸(6)—端铰接于所述第一节臂架(21 )上, 其另一端铰接于 所述辅铰接板(54)上, 并所述辅铰接板(54)与所述主铰接板(53)之 间进一步铰接有连杆 ( 61 ), 以便所述第一节臂架( 21 )可进行 180。 旋转。
11、 如权利要求 8所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 所述变幅油缸(6) 的一端铰接于所述铰接板(5) 靠近所述驾驶室 (3)—侧的铰点上, 其另 一端铰接于所述第一节臂架( 21 )上; 所述铰接板 ( 5 )靠近所述驾驶室( 3 ) 的一侧与所述第一节臂架(21 )之间还铰接有在所述第一节臂架(21) 竖 直设置时承受其拉力载荷的限位拉杆(7)。
12、 一种混凝土泵车, 包括转台 (1); 其特征在于, 所述混凝土泵车 还包括如权利要求 1至 11任一项所述的臂架装置, 所述第一节臂架( 21 ) 铰接于所述转台 (1)上。
