混凝土泵车常用的臂架装置由多节臂架和驱动臂架折叠的臂架油鈕组 成, 在液压油的驱动下臂架油缸动作, 使多节臂架折叠或展开。

可见, 通过本实施例中的技术方案, 可以实现至少六节臂架的折叠。 图 3 示出了根据本发明的第二个实施例的具有五节臂架的臂架装置的 折叠状态的俯视示意图。
本实施例中臂架装置可以以如下方式折叠, 如图 3所示, 在折叠状态, 第四节臂架 4折叠于第三节臂架 3的下方。
进一步,臂架装置还包括第五节臂架 5 , 第五节臂架 5位于第三纵向面 03上且折叠于第四节臂架 4的上方。
另外, 臂架装置还可以包括至少六节臂架, 其折叠方式优选为: 第五 节臂架 5之后的臂架位于第三纵向面 03上且折叠于第五节臂架 5的上方。 应当理解的是, 在产品设计需求及组装空间允许的条件下, 该实施例中的 第五节臂架 5之后的臂架也可以配置为位于第三纵向面 03上且折叠于第五 节臂架 5的下方。
可见, 通过本实施例中的技术方案, 也可以实现至少六节臂架的折叠, 具体的斤叠方式举例如下:
图 4示出了根据本发明的第二个实施例的具有六节臂架的臂架装置的 各臂架折叠过程示意图; 图 5 示出了根据本发明的第二个实施例的具有七 节臂架的臂架装置的各臂架折叠过程示意图; 图 6示出了根据本发明的第 二个实施例的具有八节臂架的臂架装置的各臂架第一种折叠过程示意图; 图 7 示出了根椐本发明的第二个实施例的具有八节臂架的臂架装置的各臂 架第二种折叠过.程示意图; 图 8示出了根据本发明的第二个实施例的具有 八节臂架的臂架装置的各臂架第三种折叠过程示意图; 图 9 示出了根 ^^本 发明的第二个实施例的具有八节臂架的臂架装置的各臂架第四种折叠过程 示意图
如图 4所示, 基于本实施例中前五节臂架的折叠方式, 可以将第六节
臂架 6折叠于第五节臂架 5的上方。
如图 5 所示, 臂架装置还可以包括第七节臂架, 基于本实施例中前五 节臂架的折叠方式, 可以将第六节臂架 6折叠于第五节臂架 5的下方, 并 将第七节臂架 7折叠于第六节臂架 6的下方。
如图 6所示, 臂架装置还可以包括第八节臂架, 基于本实施例中前五 节臂架的折叠方式, 可以将第六节臂架 6折叠于第五节臂架 5的上方, 并 将第七节臂架 7折叠于第六节臂架 6的上方, 第八节臂架 8折叠与第七节 臂架 7的上方。
如图 7所示, 基于本实施例中前五节臂架的折叠方式, 可以将第六节 臂架 6折叠于第五节臂架 5的上方,并将第七节臂架 7折叠于第六节臂架 6 的上方, 第八节臂架 8折叠于第七节臂架 7与第六节臂架 6之间。
如图 8所示, 基于本实施例中前五节臂架的折叠方式, 可以将第六节 臂架 6折叠于第五节臂架 5的下方,并将第七节臂架 7折叠于第六节臂架 6 与第五节臂架 5之间, 第八节臂架 8折叠于第七节臂架 7与第六节臂架 6 之间。
如图 9所示, 基于本实施例中前五节臂架的折叠方式, 可以将第六节 臂架 6折叠于第五节臂架 5的下方,并将第七节臂架 7折叠于第六节臂架 6 与第五节臂架 5之间, 第八节臂架 8折叠于第七节臂架 7与第五节臂架 5 之间。
需要说明的是, 根椐臂架设计的需要并且在组装空间允许的前提下, 本发明的第二个实施例中的第五节臂架之后的臂架的各种折叠方式同样适 用于第一个实施例中, 此处不再赘述。
将本发明提供的臂架装置应用于混凝土泵车, 即可获得本发明所述混 凝土泵车的实施例, 本发明提供的混凝土泵车也相应的具有上述臂架装置 的有益效果。
如图 2和图 3所示的臂架装置中, 转台位于混凝土泵车的前端, 例如 该转台可以与图 1 所示转台的安装位置相同, 多节臂架向泵车的车尾方向 折叠。 需要说明的是., 在本发明中, 对该转台的安装位置并不作限定。
图 10示出了根据本 明的第三个实施例的臂架装置的结构示意图。 可 以将转台 20固定安装在车体的中间部位, 臂架装置折叠后至少一节所述.臂 架的一端延伸至车头。
在该技术方案中, 转台 20固定安装在所述车体的中间部位, 使整个臂 架的重心更靠近车体的重心, 有利于泵车工作稳定, 臂架长度延伸至车头, —方面, 进一步加长了臂架的长度, 实现了运输总长更长的臂架以及可以 降低对车体长度的要求, 另一方面, 还可以尽可能地将臂架的重心更靠近 转台处, 即车体的中间部位, 有利于泵车工作时更稳定。
综上所述, 根据本发明的技术方案, 通过将第二节臂架折叠在第一节 臂架的上方, 这样可充分利用第一节臂架上方的空间, 同时可以使臂架展 开和折叠更加灵活, 有利于多节臂架的展开和折叠; 多节可折叠的臂架分 布于相互平行且间隔开的第一纵向面、 第二纵向面、 第三纵向面上, 可以 充分利用车体上的空间, 在不增加车身的长度和宽度的同时得以在车体上 设置更多的臂架, 增加了臂架装置的臂展长度, 满足了长距离混凝土等物 料输送的需求, 而且, 在臂架装置的臂展相同的情况下, 本发明提供的臂 架装置与现有技术中的臂架装置相比, 可以通过增加臂架的数量来减小单 节臂架的长度, 从而避免单臂架过长, 减小了整车的长度。
还可以将本发明提供的臂架装置应用于其他的机械设备当中, 在此无 法穷举, 不再赘述。 但其应用均应在本发明的保护范围之内。
以上所述仅为本发明的可选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于 本领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精 神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明
的保护范围之内。 工业实用性
本发明提供的臂架装置及混凝土泵车, 通过将第二节臂架 #叠在第一 节臂架的上方, 通过将第二节臂架折叠在第一节臂架的上方, 这样可充分 利用第一节臂架上方的空间, 同时可以使臂架展开和折叠更加灵活, 有利 于多节臂架的展开和折叠; 多节可拆叠的臂架分布于相互平行且间隔开的 第一纵向面、 第二纵向面、 第三纵向面上, 可以充分利用车体上的空间, 在不增加车身的长度和宽度的同时得以在车体上设置更多的臂架, 增加了 臂架装置的臂展长度, 满足了超长臂架泵车进行长距离混凝土等物料输送 的需求, 而且, 在臂架装置的臂展相同的情况下, 本发明提供的臂架装置 与现有技术中的臂架装置相比, 可以通过增加臂架的数量来减小单节臂架 的长度, 从而避免单节臂架过长, 减小了整车的长度。 因此, 本发明具有 工业实用性。
Claims
1. 一种臂架装置, 包括至少三节依次首尾铰接的臂架, 其特征在于, 在所述臂架装置处于折叠状态, 第二节臂架 (2) #叠在第一节臂架(Π 的上方, 且各节臂架分布于相互平行且间隔开的第一纵向面 (01)、 第二纵 向面(02 )、 第三纵向面( 03 )上, 第二纵向面( 02 )位于第一纵向面(01 ) 和第三纵向面 (03)之间, 其中, 至少有两节臂架分别在第一纵向面 (01 ) 与第二纵向面 ( 02 )之间、 第二纵向面 ( 02 ) 与第三纵向面 ( 03 )之间延 伸 。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 所述^ f架装置包括 至少四节臂架, 所述第一节臂架( I )从第二纵向面 (02)延伸至第一纵向 面 (01 ) 上, 第二节臂架(2)位于第一纵向面 (01 )上, 第三节臂架(3) 从第一纵向面 (01 )延伸至第二纵向面 (02)上, 第四节臂架 (4)从第二 纵向面 (02)延仲至第三纵向面 (03)上。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 在所述.臂架装置处 于拆叠状态, 第三节臂架(3)折叠于第二节臂架(2)与第一节臂架 (!) 之间。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 在所述臂架装置处 于折叠状态, 所述第四节臂架(4)折叠于第三节臂架(3) 的上方。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第五节臂架(5), 第五节臂架(5)位于所述第三纵向面 (03)上且折 叠于所述第四节臂架(4) 的下方。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 包括至少六节臂架, 第五节臂架(5)之后的臂架位于所述第三纵向面 (03)上且折叠于所述第 五节臂架(5) 的下方或上方。
7. 根据权利要求 3所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 在所述臂架装置处 于#叠状态, 所述第四节臂架 (4)折叠于第三节臂架(3) 的下方。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第五节臂架(5), 第五节臂架(5)位于所述第三纵向面 (03)上且折 叠于所述第四节臂架(4) 的上方。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的臂架装置, 其特征在于, 包括至少六节臂架, 第五节臂架(5)之后的臂架位于所述第三纵向面 (03)上且折叠于所述第 五节臂架(5) 的上方或下方。
10. —种混凝土泵车, 其特征在于, 设置有如权利要求 1至 9中任一 项所述的臂架装置, 所述第一节臂架(1 )与所述混凝土泵车的转台 (20) 相铰接。
11. 根据权利要求 10所述的混凝土泵车, 其特征在于, 所述转台(20) 安装在所述车体的中间部位, 所述臂架装置处于折叠状态, 至少一节臂架 的一端延伸至所述混凝土泵车的车头 。
