Abstract

본 발명은 염기성 완충용액을 이용한 균일한 크기의 실리카 나노입자의 대량 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 본 발명은 (i) 유기 용매에 실리카 전구체를 녹인 용액을 염기성 완충용액에 첨가하여 가열하는 단계; 및 (ii) 상기 (i) 단계에서 생성된 실리카 나노입자를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 균일한 크기의 실리카 나노입자 제조 방법에 대한 것이다.
