Abstract

一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模。该滑模的支架(1)由两榀支架单元左右对拼成接近半圆形,支架(1)底部通过支承螺杆(2)支撑,两块弧形面板(4)分别紧贴每榀支架单元安装。其中,每榀支架单元为桁架结构且与多根外弦杆(5)连接,外弦杆(5)的上端与水平支撑件(3)连接,另一端则位于弧形面板(4)内侧所设的多个限位滑槽(8)内并与限位滑槽(8)形成滑动配合;弧形面板(4)的上口端与牵引装置(7)连接,牵引装置(7)则与锚桩(11)连接。该滑模的外弦杆(5)作为弧形面板(4)滑升的轨道实现了一次立模即可完成引水洞、引水渠等建筑物底板的浇筑。

Description

管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模 技术领域
本发明涉及混凝土建筑施工用模板,特别是适用于水平段和斜直段管、槽圆混凝土施工的一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模。
背景技术
引水洞、引水渠等混凝土建筑物底板一般为半圆形,常规的施工方法是分两次浇筑,先采用挂样架抹面的方式浇筑最底层90°弧度范围内的混凝土底板,然后再采用立模的方式浇筑剩余的两侧各45°弧度范围的混凝土,模板通常是采用由钢模台车支撑固定的定型模板,存在的问题是施工周期长,模板整体结构复杂,制作成本高,且周转周期长。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,可以以较低的成本实现管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板一次施工成形,且装拆方便、结构简单、操作简便。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,支架由两榀支架单元对拼成接近半圆形,每榀支架单元为桁架结构;
支架底部通过支承螺杆支撑,每榀支架单元与多根外弦杆连接,外弦杆的上端与水平支撑件连接,两块弧形面板分别紧贴每榀支架单元安装;
弧形面板内侧设有多个限位滑槽,外弦杆相应地位于限位滑槽内,并与限位滑槽成滑动配合;
弧形面板的上口端与牵引装置连接,牵引装置与锚桩连接。
所述的外弦杆圆弧弧度为90±1°。
所述的弧形面板上口为斜坡形。
所述的支架上还设有多根拉条,拉条另一端通过锚桩固定。
所述的多个限位滑槽平行设置。
所述的牵引装置为手动葫芦。
本发明提供的一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,实现了一次立模即可完成引水洞、引水渠等混凝土建筑物底板的浇筑,即一次施工成形。

实施方式
如图1、图3、图4中,一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,支架1由两榀支架单元左右对拼成接近半圆形,每榀支架单元加工成桁架结构;
支架1底部通过支承螺杆2支撑,每榀支架单元与多根外弦杆5连接,外弦杆5的上端与水平支撑件3连接,两块弧形面板4分别紧贴每榀支架单元安装;
弧形面板4内侧设有多个限位滑槽8,外弦杆5相应地位于限位滑槽8内,并与限位滑槽8成滑动配合;即在施工时,通过牵引装置7的牵引,弧形面板4沿着外弦杆5向上滑动。
弧形面板4的上口端与牵引装置7连接,牵引装置7与锚桩11连接。
所述的外弦杆5圆弧弧度为90±1°。
如图2中,弧形面板4下口为直线,这样在刚开始浇筑仓底时,两块弧形面板4之间处于闭合状态。所述的弧形面板4上口为斜坡形,这样在浇筑斜直段管时,将弧形面板4的斜坡形较高的一端放置在斜直段管的低处,从而使弧形面板4上口尽可能的处于水平状态,以利于混凝土浇筑。
所述的支架1上还设有多根拉条6,拉条6另一端通过锚桩11固定。
所述的多个限位滑槽8平行设置。
所述的牵引装置7为手动葫芦。实际施工中也可以用滑轮组、电动葫芦或卷扬机替代。
本装置在使用时,先安装支承螺杆2,再将两榀支架单元左、右对拼成半圆状安装固定在支承螺杆2上。
然后在组合成的支架1上口设置水平支撑件3,完成支架1的安装。
支架1安装好后,将两块弧形面板4内侧贴靠支架的外弦杆5安装,外弦杆5嵌入限位滑槽8凹槽内。
首先浇筑底仓,此时两块弧形面板4之间紧贴,浇筑的混凝土4—8h初凝后,采用牵引装置7牵引弧形面板4沿支架外弦杆5徐徐向上滑升,浇筑下一仓,同时由人工及时对脱模后的混凝土进行抹面收光,直至完成整个圆弧型底板混凝土施工,即最终达到图1中所示的混凝土收仓面9,形成混凝土结构面10;为克服混凝土的侧压力,在高度方向设置两、三道拉条6,弧形面板4上口滑升至拉条6处时,将相应高程处的拉条6拆除即可;当弧形面板4提升后,也要随之移动牵引装置7的位置。
工业实用性
本发明提供的一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,通过将支架的外弦杆设于弧形面板的限位滑槽内,外弦杆作为弧形面板滑升的轨道,从而实现了一次立模即可完成引水洞、引水渠等混凝土建筑物底板的浇筑,即一次施工成形,提高了工作效率。通过将支架分解为两个四分之一圆周的支架单元进行加工,这样立模和拆卸方便快捷,提高了立模效率。将弧形面板上口设置为斜坡形,使弧形面板也可以适用于斜直段管、槽圆的底板施工;本发明与现有技术相比,以较低的成本实现了水平段和斜直段管、槽圆混凝土底板一次施工成形,与钢模台车相比降低了施工成本;本发明不仅实现了半圆形底板混凝土一次浇筑成形,加快了施工进度,而且结构更为简单,操作更为简便。

Claims (6)

  1. 一 种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,其特征在于:支架(1)由两榀支架单元对拼成接近半圆形,每榀支架单元为桁架结构;
    支架(1)底部通过支承螺杆(2)支撑,每榀支架单元与多根外弦杆(5)连接,外弦杆(5)的上端与水平支撑件(3)连接,两块弧形面板(4)分别紧贴每榀支架单元安装;
    弧形面板(4)内侧设有多个限位滑槽(8),外弦杆(5)相应地位于限位滑槽(8)内,并与限位滑槽(8)成滑动配合;
    弧形面板(4)的上口端与牵引装置(7)连接,牵引装置(7)与锚桩(11)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,其特征在于:所述的外弦杆(5)圆弧弧度为90±1°。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,其特征在于:所述的弧形面板(4)上口为斜坡形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,其特征在于:所述的支架(1)上还设有多根拉条(6),拉条(6)另一端通过锚桩(11)固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,其特征在于:所述的多个限位滑槽(8)平行设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,其特征在于:所述的牵引装置(7)为手动葫芦。
