- 一 种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,其特征在于:支架(1)由两榀支架单元对拼成接近半圆形,每榀支架单元为桁架结构;支架(1)底部通过支承螺杆(2)支撑,每榀支架单元与多根外弦杆(5)连接,外弦杆(5)的上端与水平支撑件(3)连接,两块弧形面板(4)分别紧贴每榀支架单元安装;弧形面板(4)内侧设有多个限位滑槽(8),外弦杆(5)相应地位于限位滑槽(8)内,并与限位滑槽(8)成滑动配合;弧形面板(4)的上口端与牵引装置(7)连接,牵引装置(7)与锚桩(11)连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,其特征在于:所述的外弦杆(5)圆弧弧度为90±1°。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,其特征在于:所述的弧形面板(4)上口为斜坡形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,其特征在于:所述的支架(1)上还设有多根拉条(6),拉条(6)另一端通过锚桩(11)固定。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种管、槽圆弧形混凝土底板轻便滑模,其特征在于:所述的多个限位滑槽(8)平行设置。
