Claims (26)
- 복수개의 판부재(11a,11b)가 서로 거리를 두고 설치되어 이송공간부(11c)를 형성된 본체(10)와;상기 본체(10)의 전방 하부에 설치되는 골프공공급부(20)와;상기 본체(10)의 일측면 상부 중앙에 설치된 모터(40)의 구동축(41)이 상기 이송공간부(11c)에 설치되고, 상기 구동축(41)에 설치되는 편심캠(50)과;상기 골프공공급부(20)에서 골프공(G)을 공급받고, 상기 구동축(41)의 전방하부에 설치된 제1회동축(61)에 삽입된 제1회동구에 연결되며, 후방은 상기 편심캠(50)의 구동으로 구동되도록 후방에서 전방으로 경사지게 형성되고, 승강부(62)를 전방에 갖는 구동바(64)로 구비된 골프승강부(60)와;상기 골프공승강부(60)의 전방과 스토퍼(30)의 후방에 설치되고, 상기 골프공승강부(60)에서 승강되는 상기 골프공(G)을 공급받는 경사면(71)을 갖는 경사안내부(70)와;상기 구동축(41)의 후방상부에 설치된 제2회동축(81)에 삽입된 제2회동구(82)의 전방에 설치되고, 상기 경사안내부(70)에 안내되는 상기 골프공(G)을 공급받도록 상기 경사안내부(70)와 마주하여 경사면(83a)을 형성한 승강바(83)로 구성된 경사승강부(80)와;상기 구동축(41)이 판부재(11b)를 관통하여 노출된 노출구동축(41a)에 일단이 설치된 링크(104)와, 상기 판부재(11b)의 후방상부에 설치된 기어(91a)와, 상기 링크(104)의 타단에 전방이 연결되고 상기 기어(91a)의 외주연에서 하부가 이동되며 그 후방이 승강부(103)에 연결설치된 체인(92a)으로 구비된 티업부(100)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공 자동공급장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 골프공공급부(20)는 상기 골프승강부(60)의 사이에 설치되고, 상기 골프공공급부(20)의 출구에서 골프공(G)이 상기 이송공간부(11c)의 하부로 입출을 개폐하도록 상기 본체(10)의 전방하부에 힌지(31)로 회동되게 설치되고, 일측에 형성된 하부고정돌기(32a)는 상기 본체(10)의 일측면에 형성된 고정돌기(32)와 서로 연결되게 제1리턴스프링(33)으로 설치된 스토퍼(30)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공 자동공급장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 골프공승강부(60)는 상기 제1회동구(62)의 일측에 설치되고, 일측 상기 판부재(11a)의 내측면에 맞닿아 구동되고, 후방은 상기 편심캠(50)의 하부면과 맞닿아 경사지게 설치되며, 전방은 타측으로 절곡되어 상기 골프공(G)을 승강시키는 승강부(63)로 구비되는 구동바(64)와, 상기 구동바(64)의 전방일측에 형성된 걸림턱이 상기 스토퍼(30)의 상부전방을 압박하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공 자동공급장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 받침판(11d)은 받침판에 설치된 복수개의 승강봉(102)과, 상기 승강봉(102)에서 승강되는 상기 승강부(103)의 내측면에 연결된 승강판재(105)와, 상기 승강판재(105)의 후방내측에 설치되어 상기 경사승강부(80)에서 상기 골프공(G)을 공급받는 승강티(106)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공 자동공급장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 골프공승강부(60)는 골프공승강부의 후방에 상기 구동축(41)과 연접되어 상기 본체(10)의 일측면에 형성된 승강공(66)을 관통하여 노출되도록 연장설치된 고정돌기(67)와, 상기 승강공(66)의 하부에 형성된 하부고정돌기(68)를 서로 연결해주는 제2리턴스프링(69)이 설치되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공 자동공급장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 골프공공급부(20)는 통체로 형성되고, 상기 통체 내로 다수개의 상기 골프공(G)이 입출되게 형성되며, 상기 본체(10)의 전방에서 경사지게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공 자동공급장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 승강판재(105)는 승강판재를 관통하는 회동축(107)과, 상기 회동축(107)의 전방이 고정되도록 후방에 고정공(108)을 형성한 고정부(109)와, 상기 고정부(109)의 상부와 상기 고정부(109)의 전방이 서로 연결되어 형성된 고정홈(110)과, 상기 고정홈(110)에 승강티(106)의 하부가 고정설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공 자동공급장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 고정부(109)는 고정부의 타측에 위치한 타측 상기 판부재(11b)에 안내홈(111)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공 자동공급장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 승강판재(105)는 승강판재의 후방에 노출설치된 회동축(107)의 외주연에 설치된 회동부(112)와, 상기 승강판재(105)의 일측에 구동모터(113)와 연동되는 구동축부(114)을 갖는 구동부(114a)와, 상기 구동축부(114)와 상기 회동부(112)의 하부에 형성된 하부고정구(115)를 서로 연결해주는 제3리턴스프링(116)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공 자동공급장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 구동부(114a)는 구동부의 상부와 상기 회동부(112)의 상부에 형성된 상부고정구(115a)를 서로 연결해주는 제4리턴스프링(117)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공 자동공급장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 본체(10)는 타측부에 아이언샷 타격부(200)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공 자동공급장치
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 아이언샷 타격부(200)는 하부에 설치되는 제1안착판(210))과, 상기 제1안착판(210)의 상부에 안착되는 제2안착판(220)과, 상기 제2안착판(220)에 안착되는 고정판(230)과, 상기 고정판의 상부에 설치되는 잔듸부(240)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공 자동공급장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 제1안착판(210)은 제1안착판의 상부둘레에 다수개의 스프링(211)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공자동공급장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 제2안착판(220)은 제2안착판의 상부둘레에 다수개의 안내홈부(221)가 설치되고, 상기 제2안착판(220)의 중앙에는 다수개의 감지홈부(222)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공자동공급장치.
- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 안내홈부(221)는 안내홈부내에 이송롤러(223)가 설치되고, 상기 감지홈부(222)내에는 센서(224)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공자동공급장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 고정판(230)과 잔듸부(240)는 중앙에 노출공(231)이 형성되어 상기 제2안착판(220)의 감지홈부(222)들이 노출되게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공자동공급장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 모터(40)는 구동모터(113)를 제어하는 제어부(250)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공자동공급장치.
- 제 15항에 있어서,상기 센서(224)는 제어부(250)로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공자동공급장치.
- 제 18항에 있어서,상기 제어부(250)는 디스플레이부(260)와 연결되어 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공자동공급장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 승강티(106)는 승강티의 내부에 형성된 공간부(106a)와, 상기 공간부(106a)와 연통되게 상기 공간부(106a)의 하부에 형성된 통공(106b)과, 상기 통공(106b)에 삽입되어 상기 공간부(106a)에 삽입되고, 상기 통공(106b)의 하부에 노출되는 와이어(106c)와, 상기 와이어(106c)의 상부 및 하부에 각각 고정되는 상,하부고정링(106d,106e)과, 상기 와이어(106c)가 관통삽입되고 상기 공간부(106a) 하부면에 위치되어 설치되는 내부유동링(106f)과, 상기 와이어(106c)에 관통삽입되어 상기 승강티(106)의 하부면에 위치되어 설치되는 외부유동링(106g)과, 상기 상부고정링(106d)과 상기 내부유동링(106f)의 사이에 위치하여 상기 와이어(106c)에 삽입되는 내부스프링(106h)과, 상기 외부유동링(106g)과 상기 하부고정링(106e)의 사이에 위치하여 상기 와이어(106c)에 삽입되는 외부스프링(106i)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는는 골프공자동공급장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 잔듸부(240)는 하부에 지지판(241)과, 상기 지지판(241)의 상부에 탄성부재(242)가 설치되고, 상기 탄성부재(242)의 상부에는 다수개의 잔듸모(240a)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공자동공급장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 제2안착판(220)은 제2안착판의 사각둘레의 전방 내측에 압박센서(225) 및 리미트스위치(226)가 설치되고, 상기 압박센서(225)는 제어부(250)와 연결되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공자동공급장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 편심캠(50)은 편심캠의 외주연에 다수개의 베어링(51)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공자동공급장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스토퍼(30)는 스토퍼의 상부에 위치되어 상기 본체(10)의 전방에 설치되는 안내롤러(34)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공자동공급장치.
- 제 12항 또는 21항에 있어서,상기 잔듸부(240)는 다수개의 잔듸모(240a)로 형성되고, 상기 잔듸부(240)의 중앙 종방향으로 잔듸모(240a)보다 길게 돌출잔듸모(240b)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공자동공급장치.
- 제 25항에 있어서,상기 잔듸모(240a)와 상기 돌출잔듸모(240b)는 서로 다른색상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공자동공급장치.
