- the entire outer diameter of the wound winder wound on the wound winder because it is placed on the folded blind paper, and one end of the blind paper is fixed to the frame and the other end to the winding rod. This increase not only increases the overall size of the frame, but also makes it impossible to quickly open the window.
- the height of the floor ( ⁇ ) is high, this problem is further exacerbated when applied to the windows of the concert hall, church, gymnasium, hotel lobby, airport, etc., where the height of the window is long.
- the height and brightness adjustment type blind of Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0365028 is a type that opens or closes the window as the weight of the roof rises or falls, so the blind can only be applied as a single type of integrated type. Since the thickness and color of the blind paper located at the rear cannot be changed, there is a limit to creating an indoor atmosphere in various forms.
- the present invention has been made in order to solve such a conventional problem, when weaving the loop-forming fabric, the loop loop is fitted at a predetermined interval along the transverse direction and longitudinal direction at the back of the loop-forming fabric weaving integrally
- the purpose of the present invention is to maximize the productivity of the blind paper, which is a loop forming fabric.
- Another object of the present invention is to position roll up fabrics independently of loop forming fabrics having multiple strands of loops, and at the same time, having a weight to secure the bottom of these fabrics to reduce loops of multiple strands. - An upper end of a string is fixed to the winding rod, and an upper end of the loop forming fabric is fixed to the frame, and a lower end of the loop forming fabric, a lower end of the plurality of loop strings, and a lower end of the rollup fabric are fixed to the weight.
- Blinds and blinds of the present invention is a conventional Roman shade type curtain or roll
- the loop line support is not exposed on the front surface of the loop forming fabric, and the appearance becomes beautiful.
- the roll-up fabric is located on one side of the loop-forming fabric where multiple strands of loops are inserted, so the loop strings of the multiple strands are not exposed to the outside, so that the loop strings due to mischief of children are broken or the loop string is inadvertently applied to the neck.
- the safety device according to this legislation can be overcome.
- the fabric is formed of the continuous light transmitting portion and the non-light transmitting portion has a certain amount of roll-up fabric wound around the winding rod has a merit that can be lighted and ventilated in the room even in a loop formed on the loop forming fabric. That is, even when a part of the window is open, the light and ventilation of the room can be made by crossing the transmissive and opaque sections of the roll-up fabric and the loop-forming fabric.
- the loop is formed on the loop-forming fabric having one end fixed to the frame when the roll-up fabric and the loop string wound on one end of the weight are wound on the take-up rod. Since the outer diameter of the rod can be reduced, the overall size of the frame can be reduced, and the winding amount of the roll-up fabric that winds up on the winding rod is reduced because the windows of concert halls, churches, gymnasiums, hotel lobbies and airports with long windows Quick opening is possible.
- the roll-up fabric, the loop forming fabric and the loop string are fixed at any one of the weights so that the windows are shielded by the roll-up fabric and the loop forming fabric, and the roof is not formed at the bottom of the loop forming fabric, Ventilation can be performed to create a more beautiful interior atmosphere.

- the distance between the loop-forming fabric 30 and the roll-up fabric 36 is as much as the outer diameter of the weight 42.
- This phenomenon is more severe when the loop forming fabric 30 and the rollup fabric 36 include transparent portions 30a and 36a and opaque portions 30b and 36b.
- This problem is more preferable because the housing 43 surrounds the outer circumferential surface of the weight 42 as shown in FIG. 19B so that the gap between the loop forming fabric 30 and the rollup fabric 36 can be maintained as close as possible.
- 20A and 20B are longitudinal cross-sectional views showing a fourth modified example of the weight according to the present invention, wherein the weight is applied to the case where the loop forming fabric 30 and the rollup fabric 36 are not integrated, but are formed separately. It is possible.
- the light-transmitting portions 30a and 36a and the light-transmitting portions 30b and 36b formed on the loop forming fabric 30 and the roll-up fabric 36 are not in a stripe type, but are inclined as shown in FIGS. 24A and 24B. This applies to the case where the wave form is formed.
- the loop forming fabric 30 and the roll-up fabric 36 are respectively formed and the end of the loop together with the loop string 31 passing through the loop 32 formed on the rear surface of the loop forming fabric 30 as shown in FIG. 20A. Placed in the mounting groove (42a) formed in the (42) and then fixed at the same time using a separate fixing piece (44).
- the space between the loop-forming fabric 30 and the roll-up fabric 36 is as far as the outer diameter of the weight 42, so that the indoors can be seen from the outside, thus impervious to the height of the light transmitting parts 30a and 36a. Since the height of the miners 30b and 36b must be set to be large, as shown in FIG. 20B, when the housing 43 surrounds the outer circumferential surface of the weight 42, the loop forming fabric 30 and the rollup fabric 36 are as close as possible. It is more preferable because it can maintain.
- 21A and 21B are longitudinal cross-sectional views showing a fifth modified example of the weight according to the present invention, in which the loop forming fabric 30 and the roll-up fabric 36 are composed of only opaque portions, or are formed in a straight line in the horizontal direction. It is suitable for the type in which the light portions 30a and 36a and the opaque portions 30b and 36b are formed.
- 22A and 22B are longitudinal cross-sectional views showing a sixth modification of the weight according to the present invention, wherein the light transmitting portions 30a and 36a and the opaque portion 30b formed on the loop forming fabric 30 and the rollup fabric 36 are shown. It can be applied when 36b is not a stripe type but is inclined or wavy.
- the fifth and sixth modifications of the above-described weight are characterized in that the weight is fixed by using the fixing means 45 such as bonding or double-sided tape without forming the mounting groove 42a in the weight 42.
- 23A and 23B are longitudinal cross-sectional views showing a seventh modification of the weight according to the present invention, in which the loop forming fabric 30, the roll-up fabric 36 and the loop string 31 are fixed to the weight 42 to be adjusted.
- the loop forming fabric 30, the roll-up fabric 36, and the loop string 31 are weighted ( 42) It is configured to go up and down together.
- Figure 23a is configured to extend the lower portion of the loop forming fabric 30 located on the indoor side so that the loop forming fabric 30 surrounds the weight 42
- Figure 23b is in addition to the configuration of Figure 23a Extending downward to the rollup fabric 36, the loop forming fabric 30 is configured to cover the front surface of the weight 42 and the rollup fabric 36 to cover the back surface of the weight 42.
- the opaque portions 30b and 36b of the loop forming fabric 30 and the rollup fabric 36 may be non-shape, at least one inserting portion 30c as shown in FIG. 10 or various shapes as necessary. Forming the rod 38 can be inserted to form a more flat loop so that the shape of the loop forming fabric 30 and the roll-up fabric 36 is not particularly limited.
- the band 32 may be formed by passing the same as it is without being woven in the forming section of the ring 32.
- the loop string 31 is hooked to the weaving machine in the remaining parts except the forming portion of the loop 32 so that the weft yarn 33 is not woven together with the loop string 31 as shown in FIG. 8) can be simultaneously woven so that the loop string 31 is fitted to the loop 32 by allowing the weft yarn 33 to wrap and pass through the loop string 31 as shown in FIG. 8A only.
- the weight 42 is positioned at the bottom dead center in the state in which the roll-up fabric 36 and the loop string 31 are completely released from the winding rod 37.
- FIG. The fabric 30 and the roll-up fabric 36 are all composed of only the opaque portion to shield the window
- the loop forming fabric 30 and the roll-up fabric 36 completely shield the window in the state in which the weight 42 is located at the bottom dead center even in the case of FIG. 16A shown in the second embodiment.
- the weight 42 is raised by the roll-up fabric 36 and the loop string 31 wound on the winding rod 37 as shown in FIG. 12A shown in the first embodiment. Rather than doing so, the weight 42 is rotated.
- the housing 43 that surrounds the weight 42 slightly rises in proportion to the distance in which the weight 42 rotates without forming a loop 46 in the loop forming fabric 30 at the initial stage of the weight 42 rise. Done. Since the moving distance of the weight 42 that rises according to such an operation is extremely small, the loop forming fabric 30 and the roll-up fabric 36 keep the window covered. In other words, the lighting and ventilation of the room is possible even in a state in which the loop is formed to be straight so as not to form a loop at the bottom of the loop forming fabric 30.
- the light transmitting portions 30a and 36a and the opaque portion 30b formed on the loop forming fabric 30 and the rollup fabric 36 Light and ventilation can be controlled by matching 36b) with each other or by displacing them.
- the weight 42 that rises according to the rotation of the winding rod 37 is located on the rear surface of the loop 46 formed at the lowermost end as shown in FIG. 16B, thereby preventing the appearance of damage. .
- the loop forming fabric 30 is placed on the indoor side, and the roll-up fabric 36 is a window.
- the blind is installed so as to be positioned at the side, the loop forming fabric 30 and the roll-up fabric 36 may be reversely installed as necessary.
