Claims (6)
- 불투과성 원단으로 이루어진 두 차폐부(110); 및상기 두 차폐부(110) 사이에 위치하고, 상기 차폐부(110)와 길이 방향을 따라 포개진 형태로 부착되는 투과부(120);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차광원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투과부(120)는 상기 차폐부(110)의 어느 한 면의 절반 이상의 위치에 길이 방향을 따라 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차광원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차폐부(110)와 투과부(120)는 핫멜트 또는 접착제로 부착할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차광원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차폐부(110)와 투과부(120)는 미싱 또는 초음파 융착으로 부착할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차광원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차폐부(110)와 투과부(120)가 길이 방향을 따라 부착되는 위치는 1개 이상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차광원단.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 차광원단을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 롤(roll) 형식으로 권취된 두 차폐부 원단을 풀어 직물가공장치에 투입하는 제1투입단계;(b) 상기 두 차폐부 원단이 상기 직물가공장치의 가이드부를 따라 이동하며 상기 두 차폐부 원단의 어느 한 면의 절반 이상의 위치에 길이 방향을 따라 접착제를 도포하는 도포단계;(c) 상기 도포단계에서 접착제가 도포된 두 차폐부 원단의 사이에 포개지도록 롤(roll) 형식으로 권취된 메쉬 직물을 풀어 직물가공장치에 수평 배열하여 투입하는 제2투입단계;(d) 상기 직물가공장치의 가이드부를 따라 상기 도포단계에서 접착제가 도포된 두 차폐부 원단과 상기 제2투입단계에서 투입된 메쉬 직물을 부착하여 차광원단을 제조하는 제조단계; 및(e) 상기 제조단계에서 제조된 차광원단을 롤(roll) 형식으로 권취시키는 권취단계;를 포함하는 차광원단 제조방법.
