Abstract

본 발명은 유리난간과 롤방충망이 하나의 외곽프레임에 일체화된 조립형태로 구비되어 사이 공간이 없는 말끔한 외관을 구현할 수 있도록 한 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체 및 이를 구비한 창호에 관한 것이다.

Description

롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체 및 이를 구비한 창호
본 발명은 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체 및 이를 구비한 창호에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 유리난간과 롤방충망이 하나의 외곽프레임에 일체화된 조립형태로 구비되어 사이 공간이 없는 말끔한 외관을 구현할 수 있는 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체 및 이를 구비한 창호에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 창호는 건물 내부를 외부와 차단하기 위해 창이나 출입구 등의 개구부(開口部)에 설치되는 것을 말한다.
이러한 창호에는 창짝의 개방 시 창틀 개구부를 통해 외부의 해충이 실내로 유입되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 방충망이 설치된다. 아울러 창호의 실외측에는 창짝 개방 시 노출되는 개구부의 적어도 하부를 막아 추락을 방지해주는 유리난간대가 구비되는 경우가 있다.
이와 같이 방충망과 유리난간이 구비된 창호에 대하여 종래 대한민국 공개특허 제10-2017-0019207호(공개일: 2017.02.21) 등으로 선 출원된 바 있다.
그러나 이와 같은 종래의 창호는, 유리난간이 설치되는 프레임과 별도로 방충망이 설치됨에 따라 유리난간과 방충망 사이에 사이 공간(틈새)이 발생하게 된다. 이러한 사이 공간은 해충의 유입경로가 될 수 있다.
또한 방충망과 유리난간이 별도의 제품으로 구성되어 디자인적으로 일체감이 떨어지게 되며, 이에 따라 제품의 상품성이 저하되는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하고자 안출된 것으로, 유리난간과 롤방충망이 하나의 외곽프레임에 일체화된 조립형태로 구비되어 사이 공간이 없는 말끔한 외관을 구현할 수 있도록 한 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체 및 이를 구비한 창호를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 목적을 구현하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체는, 슬라이딩 창짝의 개방 시 창틀프레임의 개구부에 설치되는 유리난간 조립체에 있어서, 상기 개구부에 결합되는 외곽프레임부; 상기 외곽프레임부의 실외측에 구비되어 개구부의 적어도 하부를 막아주는 유리난간부; 및 상기 외곽프레임부의 실내측에 구비되며, 펼침 조작 시 개구부 전체를 막아주는 롤방충망부;를 포함한다.
이상과 같은 구성에 따른 본 발명은, 외곽프레임에 유리난간과 롤방충망을 조립형태로 일체화시켜 하나의 제품화된 유리난간 조립체를 구성하고, 이와 같이 제품화된 유리난간 조립체를 창틀의 개구부에 간단하게 설치하여 창호를 구성함에 따라 유리난간과 롤방충망이 포함되는 창호의 제작성을 높일 수 있고, 창호의 전체적인 외관을 미려하게 할 수 있으며, 유리난간과 롤방충망 사이에서 발생되는 틈새의 차단을 통해 해충의 유입 등을 방지함으로써, 창호의 기능성을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대한 구성 및 작용을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
여기서, 각 도면의 구성요소들에 대해 참조부호를 부가함에 있어서 동일한 구성요소들에 한해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 부호로 표기되었음에 유의하여야 한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체가 구비된 창호의 실외측면을 보여주는 사시도이고, 도 2는 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체가 구비된 창호의 실외측 입면도이며, 도 3은 본 발명에 따른 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체의 사시도이다.
도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명은 슬라이딩 창짝(3)의 개방 시 노출되는 창틀프레임(1)의 개구부(S)에 설치되는 유리난간 조립체(10)에 관한 것으로, 이와 같은 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 유리난간 조립체(10)는, 외곽프레임부(100), 유리난간부(200), 롤방충망부(300)를 포함한다.
이러한 본 발명의 구성에 대해 구체적으로 설명하면 다음과 같다.
외곽프레임부(100)는 유리난간 조립체(10)의 주된 외곽틀을 구성하는 것으로, 창짝(3)의 개방 시 노출되는 창틀프레임(1)의 개구부(S)에 설치될 수 있도록 사각 형상으로 대응되게 형성된다.
도 3을 참조하여 구체적으로 설명해보면, 외곽프레임부(100)는 메인프레임(110), 난간대 고정프레임(120), 롤방충망 프레임(130)의 조합으로 세분화될 수 있다.
먼저, 상기 메인프레임(110)은 개구부(S)의 내부 양측에 한 쌍이 대칭으로 설치된다. 이러한 메인프레임(110)은 개구부(S)의 내주면 전체 높이에 대응되는 길이로 결합되는 제1면(111)과, 제1면(111)에서 창틀프레임(1)의 실외측면에 'ㄴ'자 형상으로 절곡되어 창틀프레임(1)을 실외측에서 보았을 때 유리난간부(200)와 롤방충망부(300)의 양측단을 은폐시켜주는 제2면(113)을 포함한다.
상기 난간대 고정프레임(120)은 메인프레임(110)이 내주면 실외측에 대향되게 결합되는 것으로, 대향면에 유리난간부(200)가 결합될 수 있도록 결합홈(123a)이 구비된다.
도 4를 참조하면, 상기 난간대 고정프레임(120)은, 유리난간부(200)의 유리난간(210) 저면을 소정높이 들어올려 유리난간(210)의 하부에 통공(S1)을 마련해주는 하부고정부재(121)와, 하부고정부재(121)의 상부에 끼움 결합되며 유리난간(210)의 양측을 고정해주는 결합홈(123a)이 구비되는 난간대고정부재(123)와, 난간대고정부재(123)의 상부에 끼움 결합되어 유리난간(210)의 상단 양측을 마감 고정해주는 상부고정부재(125)와, 상부고정부재(125) 직상부의 나머지 공간에 일렬로 배치되어 일체감을 부여해줄 수 있도록 메인프레임(110)에 결합되는 마감커버부재(127)를 포함한다.
도 5를 참조하면, 상기 하부고정부재(121)와 난간대고정부재(123)는 메인프레임(110)과 함께 개구부(S)의 내주면에 체결부재(미도시)를 매개로 고정 설치되는 것이 바람직하다.
도 6을 참조하면, 상기 마감커버부재(127)는 메인프레임(110)의 내주면에 구비된 끼움부(115)에 돌부(127a)가 스냅핏(snap-fit) 방식으로 끼움 결합된다.
즉 상기와 같은 구조의 난간대 고정프레임(120)은 전체 구성요소가 마치 하나의 프레임으로 이루어진 듯한 외관(도 1 참조)으로 결합되어 유리난간부(200)의 양측을 견고하게 고정해준다.
다시 말해, 난간대 고정프레임(120)은 유리난간부(200)를 고정해주기 위한 고정구조나 틈새가 외부로 드러나지 않으며, 이에 따라 일체화된 말끔한 외관을 구현할 수 있다.
상기 롤방충망 프레임(130)은 후술할 롤방충망부(300)를 설치할 수 있도록 마련된 것으로, 이러한 롤방충망 프레임(130)은 메인프레임(110)의 내주면 실내측에 대향되게 결합된다.
이 경우 롤방충망 프레임(130)은 메인프레임(110)의 내주면에 접착제나 체결부재 등을 매개로 고정될 수 있다.
아울러 롤방충망 프레임(130)의 대향면에는 롤방충망 가이드홈(131)이 구비되고, 롤방충망 프레임(130)의 상부에는 롤방충망 권취롤(133)이 수납될 수 있도록 롤하우징(135)(도 4 참조)이 구비된다.
다시 도 3 및 도 4를 참조하면, 유리난간부(200)는 외곽프레임부(100)의 실외측에 설치되어 개구부(S)의 적어도 하부를 막아주는 것으로, 유아나 어린이를 포함한 재실자가 부주의로 인해 개구부(S)를 통해 실외측으로 추락하는 것을 방지해준다.
이러한 유리난간부(200)는 외곽프레임부(100)의 결합홈(123a)에 유리난간(210)의 양측이 끼움 결합되는 방식으로 그 위치가 고정될 수 있다.
이 경우 유리난간부(200)의 상, 하단에는 유리난간(210)의 모서리부를 감싸주는 보호커버(220)가 구비될 수 있다.
즉 유리난간부(200)를 구성하는 유리난간(210)의 상하 모서리부분이 비교적 날카롭게 형성됨에 따라 자칫 사용자가 손을 다칠 우려가 있다. 따라서 유리난간부(200)의 상, 하단 모서리부에 보호커버(220)를 각각 결합해줌에 따라 부상을 예방할 수 있다.
아울러, 접합유리로 만들어지는 유리난간(210) 상,하단의 접합부위를 통해 수분이 반복적으로 침투하여 유리난간(210)의 접합부위가 박리되는 현상을 방지할 수 있으며, 유리난간(210) 상,하단의 오염이나 파손 또한 방지할 수 있다.
도 7을 참조하면, 롤방충망부(300)는 외곽프레임부(100)의 실내측에 구비된 롤방충망 프레임(130)에 설치된다. 이러한 롤방충망부(300)는 롤하우징(135) 내에 권취 보관된 롤방충망(310)의 펼침 조작 시 롤방충망(310)의 양측이 가이드홈(131)을 따라 이동하면서 개구부(S) 전체를 막아주게 되며, 이에 따라 모기나 나방 등의 해충이 실내로 유입되는 것을 방지해줄 수 있다.
이 경우 롤방충망(310)의 펼침 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 롤방충망(310)의 하단을 고정하는 방식은 기존의 통상적인 방법을 적용하여 사용할 수 있음에 따라, 이에 대한 자세한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
다시 도 6을 참조하면, 롤방충망 프레임(130)의 가이드홈(131) 일측에는 롤방충망 권취롤(133)에 권취된 롤방충망(310)의 펼침 시 롤방충망(310)의 양단을 슬라이딩 가능하게 지지해주는 가이드레일(131a)이 구비된다.
그리고 상기 롤방충망(310)의 양단에는 가이드레일(131a) 내에 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되는 'Ｔ'자 형상의 결합부재(311)가 구비된다.
상기 결합부재(311)는 권취롤(133)의 외주면에 롤방충망(310)과 함께 원활하게 권취될 수 있도록 직물지, 연질의 고무, 합성수지 중 어느 하나의 재질로 형성될 수 있다.
이상과 같은 구성의 본 발명에 따른 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체(10)를 구비한 창호는, 유리난간부(200)와 롤방충망부(300)가 하나의 외곽프레임부(100)에 일체화된 조립형태로 구비되어, 유리난간부(200)와 롤방충망부(300)를 고정 설치해주는 각각의 프레임 간에 사이 공간이 발생하지 않음으로써 말끔한 외관을 구현할 수 있다.
이상에서는 본 발명을 특정의 바람직한 실시 예를 들어 도시하고 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기한 실시 예에 한정되지 않으며 본 발명의 기술사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 변경과 수정이 가능함은 물론이다.

  1. 슬라이딩 창짝(3)의 개방 시 창틀프레임(1)의 개구부(S)에 설치되는 유리난간 조립체에 있어서,
    상기 개구부(S)에 결합되는 외곽프레임부(100);
    상기 외곽프레임부(100)의 실외측에 구비되어 개구부(S)의 적어도 하부를 막아주는 유리난간부(200); 및
    상기 외곽프레임부(100)의 실내측에 구비되며, 펼침 조작 시 개구부(S) 전체를 막아주는 롤방충망부(300);를 포함하는 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 외곽프레임부(100)는,
    상기 개구부(S)의 내부 양측에 대칭으로 설치되는 한 쌍의 메인프레임(110);
    상기 메인프레임(110)의 내주면 실외측에 대향되게 결합되며, 대향면에 상기 유리난간부(200)가 결합될 수 있도록 결합홈(123a)이 구비되는 난간대 고정프레임(120); 및
    상기 메인프레임(110)의 내주면 실내측에 대향되게 결합되고, 대향면에 롤방충망 가이드홈(131)이 구비되며, 상부에는 롤방충망 권취롤(133)이 수납될 수 있도록 롤하우징(135)이 구비되는 롤방충망 프레임(130);을 포함하는 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 메인프레임(110)은,
    상기 개구부(S)의 내주면 전체 높이에 대응되는 길이로 결합되는 제1면(111); 및
    상기 제1면(111)에서 창틀프레임(1)의 실외측면에 'ㄴ'자 형상으로 절곡되어, 상기 창틀프레임(1)을 실외측에서 보았을 때 유리난간부(200)와 롤방충망부(300)의 양측단을 은폐시켜주는 제2면(113);을 포함하는 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 난간대 고정프레임(120)은,
    상기 유리난간부(200)의 유리난간(210) 저면을 소정높이 들어올려 유리난간부(200)의 하부에 통공(S1)을 마련해주는 하부고정부재(121);
    상기 하부고정부재(121)의 상부에 끼움 결합되며, 상기 유리난간(210)의 양측을 고정해주는 결합홈(123a))이 구비되는 난간대고정부재(123);
    상기 난간대고정부재(123)의 상부에 끼움 결합되어 유리난간(210)의 상단 양측을 마감 고정해주는 상부고정부재(125); 및
    상기 상부고정부재(125) 직상부의 나머지 공간에 일렬로 배치되어 일체감을 부여해줄 수 있도록 상기 메인프레임(110)에 결합되는 마감커버부재(127);를 포함하는 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 유리난간부(200)의 상, 하단에는,
    모서리부를 감싸주는 보호커버(220);를 더 포함하는 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체.
  6. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 마감커버부재(127)는,
    상기 메인프레임(110)의 내주면에 구비된 끼움부(115)에 스냅핏(snap-fit) 방식으로 끼움 결합되는 것인 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체.
  7. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 롤방충망 프레임(130)의 가이드홈(131) 일측에는,
    상기 롤방충망 권취롤(133)에 권취된 롤방충망(310)의 펼침 시 롤방충망(310)의 양단을 슬라이딩 가능하게 지지해주는 가이드레일(131a);이 구비되고,
    상기 롤방충망(310)의 양단에는 가이드레일(131a) 내에 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되는 'Ｔ'자 형상의 결합부재(311);가 구비된 것을 더 포함하는 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체.
  8. 적어도 한 쌍의 창짝(3)이 슬라이딩 개폐 가능하게 설치되는 창틀프레임(1); 및
    상기 창짝(3)의 개방 시 노출되는 개구부(S)에 설치되는 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 유리난간 조립체;를 포함하는 창호.
