Claims (8)
- 슬라이딩 창짝(3)의 개방 시 창틀프레임(1)의 개구부(S)에 설치되는 유리난간 조립체에 있어서,상기 개구부(S)에 결합되는 외곽프레임부(100);상기 외곽프레임부(100)의 실외측에 구비되어 개구부(S)의 적어도 하부를 막아주는 유리난간부(200); 및상기 외곽프레임부(100)의 실내측에 구비되며, 펼침 조작 시 개구부(S) 전체를 막아주는 롤방충망부(300);를 포함하는 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외곽프레임부(100)는,상기 개구부(S)의 내부 양측에 대칭으로 설치되는 한 쌍의 메인프레임(110);상기 메인프레임(110)의 내주면 실외측에 대향되게 결합되며, 대향면에 상기 유리난간부(200)가 결합될 수 있도록 결합홈(123a)이 구비되는 난간대 고정프레임(120); 및상기 메인프레임(110)의 내주면 실내측에 대향되게 결합되고, 대향면에 롤방충망 가이드홈(131)이 구비되며, 상부에는 롤방충망 권취롤(133)이 수납될 수 있도록 롤하우징(135)이 구비되는 롤방충망 프레임(130);을 포함하는 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 메인프레임(110)은,상기 개구부(S)의 내주면 전체 높이에 대응되는 길이로 결합되는 제1면(111); 및상기 제1면(111)에서 창틀프레임(1)의 실외측면에 'ㄴ'자 형상으로 절곡되어, 상기 창틀프레임(1)을 실외측에서 보았을 때 유리난간부(200)와 롤방충망부(300)의 양측단을 은폐시켜주는 제2면(113);을 포함하는 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 난간대 고정프레임(120)은,상기 유리난간부(200)의 유리난간(210) 저면을 소정높이 들어올려 유리난간부(200)의 하부에 통공(S1)을 마련해주는 하부고정부재(121);상기 하부고정부재(121)의 상부에 끼움 결합되며, 상기 유리난간(210)의 양측을 고정해주는 결합홈(123a))이 구비되는 난간대고정부재(123);상기 난간대고정부재(123)의 상부에 끼움 결합되어 유리난간(210)의 상단 양측을 마감 고정해주는 상부고정부재(125); 및상기 상부고정부재(125) 직상부의 나머지 공간에 일렬로 배치되어 일체감을 부여해줄 수 있도록 상기 메인프레임(110)에 결합되는 마감커버부재(127);를 포함하는 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 유리난간부(200)의 상, 하단에는,모서리부를 감싸주는 보호커버(220);를 더 포함하는 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 마감커버부재(127)는,상기 메인프레임(110)의 내주면에 구비된 끼움부(115)에 스냅핏(snap-fit) 방식으로 끼움 결합되는 것인 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 롤방충망 프레임(130)의 가이드홈(131) 일측에는,상기 롤방충망 권취롤(133)에 권취된 롤방충망(310)의 펼침 시 롤방충망(310)의 양단을 슬라이딩 가능하게 지지해주는 가이드레일(131a);이 구비되고,상기 롤방충망(310)의 양단에는 가이드레일(131a) 내에 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되는 'T'자 형상의 결합부재(311);가 구비된 것을 더 포함하는 롤방충망 일체형 유리난간 조립체.
- 적어도 한 쌍의 창짝(3)이 슬라이딩 개폐 가능하게 설치되는 창틀프레임(1); 및상기 창짝(3)의 개방 시 노출되는 개구부(S)에 설치되는 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 유리난간 조립체;를 포함하는 창호.
