In addition, the adhesive 16 separated from the upper side is applied to the lower surface of the glazing gasket molding material 1410 discharged from the upper discharge port 44 (specifically, discharged from the bottom side portion 4402 of the upper discharge port 44). It is discharged from the upper discharge port 44.
- the glazing gasket molding material 1410 is discharged from the upper discharge port 44 in a fixed shape, and the adhesive 16 separated on the upper side is applied to the lower surface of the glazing gasket molding material 1410. Then, the adhesive 16 applied on the surface of the multilayer glass panel 12 is positioned such that the adhesive 16 separated on the upper side is positioned on the adhesive 16 applied on the surface of the multilayer glass panel 12. On top, the glazing gasket molding material 1410 and the adhesive 16 cut off on the upper side are applied. Then, the glazing gasket molding material 1410 is cured to become the glazing gasket 14, the adhesive 16 is cured to become the adhesive layer 1602, and the glazing gasket 14 is adhered and attached to the surface of the multilayer glass panel 12 with high accuracy.
- the adhesive 16 between the adhesive 16 applied on the surface of the multilayer glass panel 12 and the adhesive 16 applied on the lower surface of the glazing gasket molding material 1410 is bonded.
- the glazing gasket 14 is more securely bonded and attached to the surface of the multilayer glass panel 12 by the adhesive 16. Therefore, there is a difference in viscosity between the glazing gasket molding material 1410 and the adhesive 16, and even when the application nozzle 22 is moved at a high speed, variation in the mounting strength of the glazing gasket 14 is suppressed, and the glazing gasket 14 is not lifted up.
- the mounting strength of the glazing gasket 14 can be increased, and the multilayer glass panel 10 with a high-quality glazing gasket can be manufactured at low cost.
- the present invention is naturally applicable to the case where the glazing gasket molding material 1410 is attached to a single glass panel. It is. Further, in the present embodiment, the case where the molding material is the glazing gasket molding material 1410 and the member is the multi-layer glass panel 12 has been described. However, the present invention applies to a member such as a sealing material applied to various members. On the other hand, it is widely applied to molding materials applied together with an adhesive using an application nozzle.
