Abstract
본 발명은 제 1 승강유닛에 구비되며, 제 1 피스톤(110)을 통해 제 1 오일챔버(A)와 제 2 오일챔버(B)로 구획되고, 유압유 유입구(170)를 통해 제 1 오일챔버(A)로 제 1 유체가 유입됨에 따라 상기 제 1 피스톤(110)이 이동되어 제 1 피스톤(110)에 결합된 제 1 피스톤로드(120)가 신장되는 복동실린더(100)와, 제 2 승강유닛에 구비되며, 제 2 오일챔버(B)에 연결된 가압챔버(C)와 에어챔버(D)로 제 2 피스톤(210)을 통해 구획되고, 제 1 피스톤(110)의 이동에 따라 제 2 오일챔버(B)에 적재된 제 2 유체가 가압챔버(C)로 유입되되 제 2 오일챔버(B)의 잔류 유체량과 가압챔버(C)에 유입된 유입 유체량이 동일하게 되도록 유입되며, 가압챔버(C)에 제 2 유체가 유입됨에 따라 제 2 피스톤(210)이 이동되어 제 2 피스톤(210)에 결합된 제 2 피스톤로드(220)가 제 1 피스톤로드(120)와 동일한 길이로 신장되는 단동실린더(200)와, 제 1 오일챔버(A)에 제 1 유체를 유입시키는 유압펌프(300)와, 제 1 피스톤(110)에 결합되어 제 1 오일챔버(A) 및 제 2 오일챔버(B)를 연결하며, 제 1 피스톤(110)이 복동실린더(100)의 바닥면에 위치할 경우 오픈되어 제 1 피스톤(110)의 내부 유로(113)를 통해 유입된 제 1 유압유가 제 2 오일챔버(B)로 유입되고, 바닥면에서 이격될 경우 클로우즈되어 제 2 오일챔버(B)로의 유입이 차단되는 동조조정밸브(400)를 포함하는 차량 리프팅용 유압실린더 동조 장치에 관한 것이다.
