次に、図14及び図15を参照して、本発明に係るスライドファスナー用スライダーの第2実施形態について説明する。なお、上記第1実施形態と同一又は同等部分については、図面に同一符号を付してその説明を省略或いは簡略化する。
その他の構成及び作用効果については、上記第1実施形態と同様である。
例えば、上記実施形態では、本発明を引手を胴体に着脱可能な自動停止機能付きスライダーに適用する場合を例示したが、これに限定されず、引手を胴体に着脱不可能な自動停止機能付きスライダーに本発明を適用してもよい。なお、この種のスライダーは、図16に示すようなロック部材240を備え、このロック部材240は、基部241と基部241から後方に延びる単一の腕部242とを有する本体部240aと、腕部242の先端部から下方に向けて突設される爪部245と、を備える。この爪部245の右側面に斜面46が形成され、左側面に段部47が形成されている。

- 胴体(20,120)と、
前記胴体の上面に立設される柱部(31,131)に揺動可能に支持されるロック部材(40,140)と、
前記柱部及び前記ロック部材を上方から覆うカバー部材(50,150)と、を備え、
前記ロック部材は、前記胴体の上面に配置される本体部(40a,140a)と、前記本体部から突設され、前記胴体のエレメント案内路(27,127)に入り込む爪部(45,145)と、を有するスライドファスナー用スライダー(10,110)であって、
前記爪部の一側面には、前記爪部の先端に向けて前記爪部を漸次先細状とする斜面(46)が形成され、
前記爪部の他側面には、前記爪部の板厚(W2)を前記本体部の板厚(W1)よりも薄くする段部(47)が形成されることを特徴とするスライドファスナー用スライダー。 - 前記爪部(45,145)の突設方向において、前記段部(47)の形成範囲(A1)が、前記斜面(46)の形成範囲(A2)よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスライドファスナー用スライダー(10,110)。
- 前記斜面(46)は、スライドファスナー(80)の開離嵌挿具(85)の蝶棒(88)と接触して前記爪部(45,145)が押し上げられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスライドファスナー用スライダー(10,110)。
- 胴体(20,120)と、
前記胴体の上面に立設される柱部(31,131)に揺動可能に支持されるロック部材(40,140)と、
前記柱部及び前記ロック部材を上方から覆うカバー部材(50,150)と、を備え、
前記ロック部材は、前記胴体のエレメント案内路(27,127)に入り込む爪部(45,145)を有するスライドファスナー用スライダー(10,110)であって、
前記爪部の一側面には、スライドファスナー(80)の開離嵌挿具(85)の蝶棒(88)と接触して前記爪部が押し上げられる斜面(46)が形成されることを特徴とするスライドファスナー用スライダー。
