Abstract
Description
これに対してフィルムに粘接着剤を塗布等して隣接ゴム層と接着する技術が知られている。該フィルムと隣接ゴムとの接着には、従来は、「メタロックR-46」(東洋化学研究所(株)社製)や「ケムロック6250」(ロード・コーポレーション社製)などの市販接着剤が用いられているが、かかる市販接着剤は鉛やハロゲンを含んでいるため、環境負荷がより小さい接着剤の開発が望まれる。また、これら市販接着剤はタックが低くタイヤを安定して生産できないという問題があった。
エポキシ化天然ゴムのエポキシ化率や部数を増やすと、前記接着力やガスバリア性の向上した積層体は得られるが、該積層体は低温でのE’(動的弾性率)が高くなり、低温クラックが発生しやすくなる。また、エポキシ化天然ゴムのエポキシ化率や部数を低減させると、粘着性は向上するが、積層体における接着力が不充分で、該積層体は剥離しやすくなるという問題が生じる。
本発明は、このような状況下になされたもので、樹脂フィルム層とゴム状弾性体層とを強固に接合し得ると共に、得られる積層体が低温においてクラックを発生することのない粘接着剤組成物、並びに該粘接着剤組成物を用いた樹脂フィルムとゴム状弾性体との接着方法及びこの接着方法で形成された積層体をインナーライナー層として有する空気入りタイヤを提供することを目的とする。
さらに、上記極性官能基がエポキシ基である場合、それぞれのゴム成分のエポキシ化率を特定の範囲に設定することにより、低エポキシ化率のものはゴムの性質を保持して、低温E’(低温動的弾性率)の上昇を抑制して、クラックの発生を防止すると共に、ゴム状弾性体層との接着性及び粘着性を向上させることができ、高エポキシ化率のものは、エポキシ化ゴムの特性を生かして、樹脂フィルム中の官能基と作用して樹脂フィルムとの接着性及びガスバリア性を向上させることができる。
本発明は、かかる知見に基づいて完成したものである。

(2)前記(1)において、ゴム成分の80~100質量%を変性ゴムとすることにより、極性官能基の成分が増加するため、樹脂フィルム層との接着力及び接着層の耐久性がより一層向上する。
(3)前記(1)において、低変性率のゴムとして変性率5~30モル%のものを用いることにより、ゴムの性質を保持し、低温E’の上昇を抑制して、クラックの発生を防止することができ、高変性率のゴムとして変性率40~90モル%のものを用いることにより、変性ゴムの特性を生かして、樹脂フィルム中の官能基と作用し、得られる積層体のガスバリア性を向上させることができる。
(4)前記(1)における粘接着剤組成物に、さらに加硫剤、あるいは加硫剤と加硫促進剤を含有させることにより、該粘着剤組成物は加硫性が付与される。
(6)前記(5)における樹脂フィルム層が、特定の共重合体若しくは重合体を含むことにより、ガスバリア性に優れ、薄ゲージ化が可能な積層体を得ることができる。
(7)樹脂フィルム層とゴム状弾性体層との間に、前記(1)~(4)の効果を奏する粘接着剤層を介在させた状態で加硫処理することにより、樹脂フィルム層とゴム状弾性体層とを、高い接着力で接着させる方法が提供される。
(8)前記(7)において、粘接着剤層を介在させる方法としては、粘接着剤塗工液を、樹脂フィルム層及びゴム状弾性体層の少なくとも一方の相手部材と対面する側に塗布する方法、あるいは粘接着剤組成物のシートを介在させる方法が効果的である。
(9)前記(7)、(8)の効果を奏する接着方法を用いることにより、樹脂フィルム層とゴム状弾性体層が高い接着力で接合してなる加硫積層体を効率よく得ることができる。
(10)このようにして、前記(9)の加硫積層体をインナーライナー層として有する空気入りタイヤが得られる。
[粘接着剤組成物]
本発明の粘接着剤組成物は、ゴム成分として、極性官能基により変性され、変性率が互いに異なる変性ゴムを少なくとも2種含み、(A)樹脂フィルム層と(B)ゴム状弾性体層との接合に用いることを特徴とする。
上記極性官能基としては、エポキシ基、アミノ基、イミノ基、ニトリル基、アンモニウム基、イソシアネート基、イミド基、アミド基、ヒドラゾ基、アゾ基、ジアゾ基、ヒドロキシル基、カルボキシル基、カルボニル基、オキシカルボニル基、スルフィド基、ジスルフィド基、スルホニル基、スルフィニル基、チオカルボニル基、含窒素複素環基、含酸素複素環基、アルコキシシリル基及びスズ含有基が挙げられ、特にエポキシ基が好ましい。
本発明の粘接着剤組成物におけるゴム成分としては、変性天然ゴム及び/又は変性合成ゴムが挙げられ、変性天然ゴムがより好ましい。変性合成ゴムとしては、変性ポリイソプレンゴム(IR)、変性ポリブタジエンゴム(BR)、変性スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体(SBR)、変性スチレン-イソプレン共重合体(SIR)などが挙げられる。
本発明の粘接着剤組成物におけるゴム成分としてはエポキシ化率が互いに異なるエポキシ化天然ゴム(以下、「ENR」と略記することがある。)を少なくとも2種含有するものが好ましく用いられる。
前記エポキシ化天然ゴムは天然ゴムラテックスと過酢酸との反応により得られる。この反応により天然ゴムの分子中に存在する二重結合がエポキシ化し、この構造はプロトン核磁気共鳴スペクトル(NMR)や赤外吸収スペクトル(IR)から明らかにされる。また、IRと元素分析からエポキシ基の含有量が測定される。
ここで、エポキシ化率Aモル%とは、天然ゴムにおける二重結合のA%がエポキシ化されていることを云う。なお、前記エポキシ化率は、オキシランに転化されたゴム中にもともと存在するオレフィン不飽和位置のモル%を意味し、「オキシラン酵素濃度」と呼ばれることもある。例えば、自動滴定装置(商品名:GT-200、三菱化学アナリテック製)を用いて、臭化水素の酢酸溶液を用いて滴定することによって測定することができ、以下同様である。
エポキシ化天然ゴム(ENR)は、市販のエポキシ化天然ゴムを用いてもよいし、天然ゴムをエポキシ化して用いてもよい。天然ゴムをエポキシ化する方法としては、とくに限定されるものではないが、クロルヒドリン法、直接酸化法、過酸化水素法、アルキルヒドロペルオキシド法、過酸法などの方法を用いて行うことができる。過酸法としてはたとえば、天然ゴムに過酢酸や過蟻酸などの有機過酸を反応させる方法などがあげられる。
このエポキシ化天然ゴムは天然ゴムよりも空気透過性が少なく、これをブレンドすることにより空気透過率が大幅に減少する傾向にある。
本発明の粘接着剤組成物において、エポキシ化率の異なるENRを少なくとも2種含有することにより、樹脂フィルム層とゴム状弾性体層との接合において、エポキシ化度の低いENRでゴム状弾性体層との接着性、エポキシ化率の高いENRで樹脂フィルム層との接着性を向上させることができる。
本発明の粘接着剤組成物においては、エポキシ化率の異なるENRとして、(a)エポキシ化率5~30モル%のENRと、(b)エポキシ化率40~90モル%のENRの少なくとも2種の組み合わせが好ましく、またゴム成分中の前記ENR組み合わせの含有量は、80~100質量%であることが好ましい。
また、低エポキシ化率のENRとして、エポキシ化率5~30モル%のENRを用いることにより、天然ゴムの性質を保持し、低温E’の上昇を抑制して、クラックの発生を防止することができ、高エポキシ化率の天然ゴムとしてエポキシ化率40~90モル%のENRを用いることにより、ENRの特性を生かして、樹脂フィルム中の官能基と作用し、得られる積層体のガスバリア性を向上させることができる。
本発明においては、前記の低エポキシ化率のENRと、前記の高エポキシ化率のENRとの含有割合は、前記したそれぞれの効果のバランスの観点から、質量比で20:80~80:20の範囲であることが好ましい。
本発明の粘接着剤組成物においては、ゴム成分中に、前記ENR以外に、好ましくは20質量%以下、より好ましくは10質量%以下の割合で高ジエン系エラストマーを含有することができるが、含有しないことが最も好ましい。
高ジエン系エラストマーとしては、例えば天然ゴム、合成イソプレンゴム(IR)、シス1,4-ポリブタジエンゴム(BR)、シンジオタクチック-1,2-ポリブタジエンゴム(1,2BR)、スチレン-ブタジエンゴム(SBR)、アクリロニトリル-ブタジエンゴム(NBR)、クロロプレンゴム(CR)などが挙げられる。
これらの高ジエン系エラストマーは、一種を単独で用いてもよく、二種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよいが、これらの中で天然ゴム、合成イソプレンゴム(IR)及びシス1,4-ポリブタジエンゴム(BR)が好適である。
本発明の粘接着剤組成物においては、加硫性を付与するために、加硫剤、あるいは加硫剤と加硫促進剤を含有することができる。
上記加硫剤としては、硫黄等が挙げられ、その使用量は、全ゴム成分100質量部に対し、硫黄分として0.1~10.0質量部が好ましく、さらに好ましくは1.0~5.0質量部である。
本発明で使用できる加硫促進剤は、特に限定されるものではないが、例えば、M(2-メルカプトベンゾチアゾール)、DM(ジベンゾチアゾリルジスルフィド)、CZ(N-シクロヘキシル-2-ベンゾチアゾリルスルフェンアミド)等のチアゾール系、あるいはDPG(ジフェニルグアニジン)等のグアニジン系の加硫促進剤等を挙げることができ、その使用量は、ゴム成分100質量部に対し、0.1~5.0質量部が好ましく、さらに好ましくは0.2~3.0質量部である。
本発明の粘接着剤組成物においては、前記の成分以外に、必要に応じ、充填材、粘着付与樹脂、ステアリン酸、亜鉛華、老化防止剤などを含有させることができる。
<充填材>
充填材としては、無機フィラー及び/ 又はカーボンブラックが用いられる。無機フィラーとしては特に制限はないが、例えば湿式法によるシリカ、水酸化アルミニウム、酸化アルミニウム、酸化マグネシウム、モンモリロナイト、マイカ、スメクタイト、有機化モンモリロナイト、有機化マイカ及び有機化スメクタイトなどを好ましく挙げることができる。これらは一種を単独で用いてもよく、二種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
一方、カーボンブラックとしては、従来ゴムの補強用充填材などとして慣用されているものの中から任意のものを適宣選択して用いることができ、例えばFEF、SRF、HAF、ISAF、SAF、GPFなどが挙げられる。
本発明の粘接着剤組成物においては、この充填材の含有量は、ゴム成分100質量部当たり、タック性及び剥離抗力などの点から、カーボンブラックと共に、無機フィラー5質量部以上含むことが好ましい。
本発明の粘接着剤組成物に粘着性を付与する機能をもつ粘着付与樹脂としては、例えばフェノール系樹脂、テルペン系樹脂、変性テルペン系樹脂、水添テルペン系樹脂、ロジン系樹脂、C5 、C9 石油樹脂、キシレン樹脂、クマロン-インデン樹脂、ジシクロペンタジエン樹脂、スチレン系樹脂などが挙げられるが、これらの中で、フェノール系樹脂、テルペン系樹脂、変性テルペン系樹脂、水添テルペン樹脂及びロジン系樹脂が好適である。
フェノール系樹脂としては、例えばp-t-ブチルフェノールとアセチレンを触媒の存在下で縮合させた樹脂、アルキルフェノールとホルムアルデヒドとの縮合物などを挙げることができる。また、テルペン系樹脂、変性テルペン系樹脂、水添テルペン系樹脂としては、例えばβ-ピネン樹脂やα-ピネン樹脂などのテルペン系樹脂、これらを水素添加してなる水添テルペン系樹脂、テルペンとフェノールをフリーデルクラフト型触媒で反応させたり、あるいはホルムアルデヒドと縮合させた変性テルペン系樹脂を挙げることができる。ロジン系樹脂としては、例えば天然樹脂ロジン、それを水素添加、不均化、二量化、エステル化、ライム化などで変性したロジン誘導体などを挙げることができる。
これらの樹脂は一種を単独で用いてもよく、二種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよいが、これらの中で、特にフェノール系樹脂が好ましい。
本発明においては、この粘着付与樹脂は前記ゴム成分100質量部に対し、5質量部以上用いることが好ましく、より好ましくは5~40質量部、さらに好ましくは5~30 質量部の割合で用いられる。
特に、該粘着付与樹脂としてフェノール系樹脂を用い、かつ前記無機フィラーとして酸化マグネシウムを用いる場合、得られる粘接着剤組成物は、優れたタック性を示すことから好ましい。
このようにして得られた本発明の粘接着剤組成物は、(A)樹脂フィルム層と(B)ゴム状弾性体層との接合に用いられる。
なお、前記(A)樹脂フィルム層及び(B)ゴム状弾性体層については、以下に示す本発明の積層体の説明において詳述する。
[積層体]
本発明の積層体は、(A)樹脂フィルム層と(B)ゴム状弾性体層とが、(C)前述した本発明の粘接着剤組成物の層を介して接合されてなることを特徴とする。
本発明の積層体における(A)樹脂フィルム層を構成する樹脂フィルムとしては、ガスバリア性が良好で、適度の機械的強度を有するものであればよく、特に制限されずに、様々な樹脂フィルムを用いることができる。このような樹脂フィルムの素材としては、例えばポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリニトリル、ポリメタクリレート、ポリビニル、セルロース、エチレン-ビニルアルコール系共重合体、ウレタン系重合体、オレフィン系重合体及びジエン系重合体の中から選ばれるいずれかを含むものを挙げることができる。中でもエチレン-ビニルアルコール系共重合体は、空気透過量が極めて低く、ガスバリア性に優れており、好ましい素材である。これらは一種を単独で用いてもよく、二種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。また、これらの素材を用いて作製された樹脂フィルム層は単層であっても良く、二層以上の多層であっても良い。
エチレン-ビニルアルコール系共重合体としては、特にエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体にエポキシ化合物を反応させて得られた変性エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体が好ましい。このように変性することにより、未変性のエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体の弾性率を大幅に下げることができ、屈曲時の破断性、クラックの発生度合いを改良することができる。
さらに、前記エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体のケン化度は好ましくは90モル%以上であり、より好ましくは95モル%以上であり、さらに好ましくは98モル%以上であり、最適には99モル%以上である。ケン化度が90モル%以上であると、十分なガスバリア性及び積層体作製時の熱安定性が得られる。
変性処理は、前記の未変性エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体100質量部に対して、エポキシ化合物を、好ましくは1~50質量部、より好ましくは2~40質量部、さらに好ましくは5~35質量部を反応させることにより行うことができる。この際、適当な溶媒を用いて、溶液中で反応させるのが有利である。
本発明の積層体における(A)樹脂フィルム層は、上記変性エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体などの樹脂フィルムからなる単層フィルムであってもよいし、該樹脂フィルム層として変性エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体などの樹脂フィルム層を有するとともに、他の層をも有する多層フィルムであってもよい。
他の層としては、耐水性とゴムに対する接着性の点から、熱可塑性ウレタン系エラストマーからなる層が好ましく、特に前記樹脂フィルム層を挟持する形で外層部分に熱可塑性ウレタン系エラストマー層を配置することが好ましい。
このような多層フィルムの具体例としては、前記の変性エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体からなる樹脂フィルムの両面に、それぞれ熱可塑性ウレタン系エラストマーフィルムが積層された三層構造の多層フィルムを挙げることができる。
種類としては、(イ)カプロラクトン型(カプロラクトンを開環して得られるポリラクトンエステルポリオール)、(ロ)アジピン酸型又はアジペート型(アジピン酸とグリコールとのアジピン酸エステルポリオール)、(ハ)PTMG(ポリテトラメチレングリコール)型又はエーテル型(テトラヒドロフランの開環重合で得られたポリテトラメチレングリコール)などがある。
ここで、変性エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体の架橋方法としては、特に限定されないが、エネルギー線を照射する方法が挙げられる。そして、該エネルギー線としては、紫外線、電子線、X線、α線、γ線等の電離放射線が挙げられ、これらの中でも電子線が特に好ましい。
上記酸化法としては、例えばコロナ放電処理、プラズマ放電処理、クロム酸処理(湿式) 、火炎処理、熱風処理、オゾン・紫外線照射処理などが挙げられ、また凹凸化法としては、例えばサンドブラスト法、溶剤処理法などが挙げられる。これらの表面処理法は基材フィルムの種類に応じて適宜選ばれるが、一般にはコロナ放電処理法が効果及び操作性などの面から、好ましく用いられる。
本発明の積層体における(B)ゴム状弾性体層は、ゴム成分としてブチルゴム、ハロゲン化ブチルゴムを含むことが好ましい。ここで、上記ハロゲン化ブチルゴムとしては、塩素化ブチルゴム、臭素化ブチルゴム及びそれらの変性ゴム等が挙げられる。また、上記ハロゲン化ブチルゴムは、市販品を利用することができ、市販品としては、例えば、「Enjay Butyl HT10-66」(登録商標)[エンジェイケミカル社製,塩素化ブチルゴム]、「Bromobutyl 2255」(登録商標)[JSR(株)製,臭素化ブチルゴム]、「Bromobutyl 2244」(登録商標)[JSR(株)製,臭素化ブチルゴム]を挙げることができる。また、塩素化又は臭素化した変性ゴムの例としては、「Expro50」(登録商標)[エクソン社製]が挙げられる。
このような有機短繊維の含有量は、ゴム成分100質量部当たり、0.3~15質量部が好ましい。有機短繊維の材質には特に制限はなく、例えばナイロン6、ナイロン66などのポリアミド、シンジオタクチック-1,2-ポリブタジエン、アイソタクチックポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンなどを挙げることができるが、これらの中ではポリアミドが好ましい。
また、有機短繊維配合ゴムのモデュラスを増大させるためにはヘキサメチレンテトラミンやレゾルシンなどのゴムと繊維との接着向上剤をさらに配合することができる。
また、加硫積層体を製造する場合には、前記未加硫積層体を、通常120℃以上、好ましくは125~200℃、より好ましくは130~180℃の温度で加熱・加硫処理することにより、加硫積層体が得られる。この加熱・加硫処理は、通常タイヤの加硫時に行われる。
このように、タイヤの加硫時に当該積層体を加熱・加硫処理する場合には、当該積層体のゴム状弾性体層側を、カーカスプライのコーティングゴム層に当接させて、加熱・加硫処理を行い、前記コーティングゴムに接合したインナーライナーを形成させることができる。
[樹脂フィルム層とゴム状弾性体層の接着方法]
本発明の樹脂フィルム層とゴム状弾性体層との接着方法は、(A)樹脂フィルム層と(B)ゴム状弾性体層との間に、(C)前述した本発明の粘接着剤組成物の層を介在させた状態で加硫処理することを特徴とする。
前記の(A)樹脂フィルム層、(B)ゴム状弾性体層及び(C)粘接着剤組成物の層については前述で説明したとおりである。
前記良溶媒としては、ゴム成分の良溶媒であるヒルデブランド(Hilderand) 溶解性パラメーターδ値が14~20MPa1/2 の範囲にある有機溶剤が好ましく用いられる。このような有機溶剤としては、例えば、トルエン、キシレン、n-へキサン、シクロヘキサン、クロロホルム、メチルエチルケトンなどを挙げることができる。これらは一種を単独で用いてもよく、二種以上を混合して用いてもよい。
このようにして調製された塗工液の固形分濃度は、塗工性や取り扱い性などを考慮して適宣選択されるが、通常5~50質量%、好ましくは10~30質量%の範囲である。
また、粘接着剤組成物をシート状にして、樹脂フィルム層とゴム状弾性体層との間に介在させる方法も採用することができる。
図1は、本発明の加硫積層体をインナーライナー層に用いてなる空気入りタイヤの一例を示す部分断面図であって、該タイヤはビードコア1の周りに巻回されてコード方向がラジアル方向に向くカーカスプライを含むカーカス層2と、カーカス層のタイヤ半径方向内側に配設された本発明の加硫積層体からなるインナーライナー層3と、該カーカス層のクラウン部のタイヤ半径方向外側に配設された2枚のベルト層を有するベルト部4と、ベルト部の上部に配設されたトレッド部5と、トレッド部の左右に配置されたサイドウォール部6から構成されている。
なお、当該加硫積層体は、前述したように、未加硫積層体を、タイヤ成形機上でのタイヤ加硫時に加熱・加硫処理が行われ、前記粘接着剤組成物の層及びゴム状弾性体層が共に加硫され、樹脂フィルム層13と加硫ゴム状弾性体層14とが高い接着力でもって接合されると共に、該加硫ゴム状弾性体層14の樹脂フィルム層13との反対側が図1におけるカーカス層2と接合される。
さらに、スチールコードにこの粘接着剤組成物からなる被覆層を形成させたのち、これをゴムマトリックス中に導入して共加硫させることにより、スチールコードとゴムマトリックスを強固に接着させるのに用いることもできる。
なお、各例で作製した積層体について、JIS K 6854-3:1999の「接着剤-はく離接着強さ試験方法-第3部:T形はく離」に準拠して、23℃で、T形はく離試験を行い、接着力(N/25mm)を測定した。
加圧反応槽に、エチレン含量44モル%、ケン化度99.9%のエチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体(190℃、21.18N荷重下でのMFR:5.5g/10分)2質量部及びN-メチル-2-ピロリドン8質量部を仕込み、120℃で2時間加熱撹拌して、エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体を完全に溶解させた。これにエポキシ化合物としてエポキシプロパン0.4質量部を添加後、160℃で4時間加熱した。加熱終了後、蒸留水100質量部に析出させ、多量の蒸留水で充分にN-メチル-2-ピロリドン及び未反応のエポキシプロパンを洗浄し、変性エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体を得た。更に、得られた変性エチレン-ビニルアルコール共重合体を粉砕機で粒子径2mm程度に細かくした後、再度多量の蒸留水で十分に洗浄した。洗浄後の粒子を8時間室温で真空乾燥した後、二軸押出機を用いて200℃で溶融し、ペレット化した。
製造例1で得られた変性EVOHと、熱可塑性ポリウレタン(TPU)[(株)クラレ製「クラミロン3190」]とを使用し、2種三層共押出装置を用いて、下記共押出成形条件で三層構造のフィルム層(TPU層/変性EVOH層/TPU層)を作製した。各層の厚みは、TPU層、変性EVOH層ともに20μmである。

(1)粘接着剤塗工液の調製
第1表に示す種類と量の各成分を、常法に従って混練りした後、有機溶剤としてトルエン(δ値:18.2MPa1/2)1000質量部に加え、溶解又は分散して7種の粘接着剤塗工液を調製した。
(2)加硫積層体の作製
日新ハイボルテージ株式会社製電子線照射装置「生産用キュアトロンEBC200-100」を使用して、製造例2で得た三層フィルムに、加速電圧200kV、照射エネルギー30Mradの条件にて電子線照射し架橋処理を施したのち、その片面に前記の各粘接着剤塗工液を塗布、乾燥し、次いでその上に製造例3で得た未加硫ゴム状弾性体シートを貼合し、7種の未加硫積層体を作製した。
次に、各未加硫積層体を160℃ にて20分間加熱・加硫処理して、実施例1~10及び比較例1~4の加硫積層体を作製した。各加硫積層体について、前述した方法に従って接着力を測定した。その結果を第1表に示す。

- ゴム成分として、極性官能基により変性され、変性率が互いに異なる変性ゴムを少なくとも2種含むことを特徴とする粘接着剤組成物。
- 前記ゴム成分として、変性率が互いに異なる変性天然ゴムを少なくとも2種含む請求項1に記載の粘接着剤組成物。
- ゴム成分の80~100質量%が変性ゴムである請求項1又は2に記載の粘接着剤組成物。
- 変性ゴムが、(a)変性率5~30モル%の変性ゴムと、(b)変性率40~90モル%の変性ゴムの少なくとも2種の組み合わせである請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の粘接着剤組成物。
- さらに、加硫剤、あるいは加硫剤と加硫促進剤を含む請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の粘接着剤組成物。
- 前記極性官能基が、エポキシ基、アミノ基、イミノ基、ニトリル基、アンモニウム基、イソシアネート基、イミド基、アミド基、ヒドラゾ基、アゾ基、ジアゾ基、ヒドロキシル基、カルボキシル基、カルボニル基、オキシカルボニル基、スルフィド基、ジスルフィド基、スルホニル基、スルフィニル基、チオカルボニル基、含窒素複素環基、含酸素複素環基、アルコキシシリル基及びスズ含有基から選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の粘接着剤組成物。
- 前記変性ゴムが、変性天然ゴムである請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の粘接着剤組成物。
- (A)樹脂フィルム層と(B)ゴム状弾性体層とが、(C)請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の粘接着剤組成物の層を介して接合されてなることを特徴とする積層体。
- 請求項8に記載の積層体を、インナーライナー層として有することを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
