Abstract

본 발명은 유기전자소자용 기판, 그 제조 방법 및 유기전자장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 예시적인 기판은, 예를 들어, 그 기판의 상부에 유기발광소자를 형성하는 경우, 상기 소자가 대면적으로 구성되는 경우에도 전극의 표면 저항을 효율적으로 조절하여, 우수한 발광 휘도 및 발광 균일도가 확보되도록 할 수 있다.
