Abstract
Description
電磁継電器を、
接離可能な一対の接点からなる接点組を有する接点開閉部と、
前記接点開閉部を駆動して接点を開閉させる電磁石ブロックと、
前記接点の接離方向とは直交する方向に配置される対向壁を、中間部を介して連続させてなる接続部材と、前記対向壁の対向部分に配置される永久磁石とからなるアーク消弧部材と、
を備えた構成としたものである。
前記ベースブロックに取り付けられ、前記接点開閉部と前記電磁石ブロックとを覆うケースを備え、
前記ケースは、前記アーク消弧部材の対向壁及び永久磁石を配置可能な凹部を備えるのが好ましい。
前記可動接触片の一方と、前記固定接触片の一方とを電気接続する接続端子を備えるのが好ましい。
図1から図4は、本実施形態に係る電磁継電器を示す。この電磁継電器は、大略、ベースブロック1に、電磁石ブロック2、接点開閉部3、及び、可動鉄片4を設け、ケース5を被せたものである。
ベースブロック1は、図2に示すように、第1ベース部6と、第2ベース部7とで構成されている。(以下、長辺に沿って長手方向に延びる方向をX軸、短辺に沿って短手方向に延びる方向をY軸、高さ方向に延びる方向をZ軸として説明する)。
電磁石ブロック2は、図9及び図10に示すように、鉄心51にスプール52を介してコイル53を巻回したものである。
ヨーク55は、磁性材料を略L字形となるように折り曲げたものである。ヨーク55の一端部には、前記鉄心51の一端部を挿通して加締固定するための開口部55aが形成されている。ヨーク55の他端部は幅広となって、その下端部両側には突出部72がそれぞれ形成されている。両突出部72の間には、後述する可動鉄片4が位置し、一方の角部が可動鉄片4を回動可能に支持する支点として機能する。
接点開閉部3は、図4及び図8に示すように、銅等の導電性材料を板状にプレス加工した、固定接触片78と可動接触片79とで構成されている。
可動鉄片4は、図9及び図10に示すように、板状の磁性材料をプレス加工により略L字形に形成したものである。可動鉄片4の一端側は、鉄心51の磁極部54に吸引される被吸引部88である。被吸引部88の先端部及び基部は幅狭となっており、スプール52の底面に形成したガイド突部66と、ヨーク55の下端部に形成した突出部72との干渉がそれぞれ回避されている。可動鉄片4の他端側には開口部89が形成されている。可動鉄片4の他端部には、開口部89の上方部分の2箇所に貫通孔90が形成され、そこにはカード部材65の突起93aが熱加締されることにより一体化される。なお、熱加締位置の両側にはスリット91が形成され、熱加締する際に樹脂がはみ出さないようにするための凹部92を形成する際、その部分での側方への変形を許容するための空間を提供している。
ケース5は、図2に示すように、合成樹脂材料を下面が開口する箱状としたものである。ケース5の上面角部には樹脂封止孔99が形成されている。樹脂封止孔99は、ベースブロック1とケース5の嵌合部分のシール後に熱封止される。ケース5の上面縁部(樹脂封止孔99と反対側)には、両側にスリット状の凹部100がそれぞれ形成されている。各凹部100の間には、上面よりも窪んだ凹所101が形成されており、その上面中央部には突起102がそれぞれ形成されている。なお、5aは、電磁継電器をネジ止め固定するための取付部である。
続いて、前記構成からなる電磁継電器の組立方法について説明する。
電磁石ブロック2の装着では、カード部材65を一体化した可動鉄片4及びヒンジバネ44と共に、第1ベース部6の第1装着部8に取り付ける。すなわち、ヒンジバネ44の係止部77を第1ベース部6の突起18及び凹部19に位置決めする。そして、ヒンジバネ44の上方に可動鉄片4を配置し、さらにその上方に電磁石ブロック2を配置する。電磁石ブロック2は、ガイド突部66を位置決め凹部12に位置させ、ヨーク55の両端部をガイド溝17に挿入し、コイル端子67をコイル端子孔13に圧入することにより第1ベース部6に固定する。これにより、可動鉄片4は、ヨーク55の下端角部に回動可能に支持される。
接点開閉部3の装着では、可動接触片79の端子部79dを第1端子孔22a、22bに挿入し、圧入部79cを圧入して固定する。可動接触片79の上端部は、先に装着したカード部材65の突起96の間に挟持され、連結部73に圧接する。これにより、可動接触片79の弾性力が可動鉄片4に作用し、可動鉄片4は、被吸引部88が鉄心51の磁極部54から離間した初期位置に位置決めされる。
タブ端子41、42、45、46の固定では、第2ベース部7の各圧入孔29a~29cに、各タブ端子41、42、45、46の圧入部41b、42b、45b、46bをそれぞれ圧入する。これにより、各タブ端子41、42、45、46の接続部41c、42c、45c、46cが、第1ベース部6の底面に形成した各凹部31、32、34、35に配置され、各接続部41c、42c、45c、46cの貫通孔41d、42d、45c、46eが第2ベース部7の各貫通孔28a~28dの位置と合致する。
アーク消弧部材103の取付では、接続部材105の対向壁106に永久磁石104a、104bを取り付けた状態で、ケース5に形成した各凹部100に、接続部材105の対向壁106及び永久磁石104a、104bをそれぞれ挿通する。そして、接続部材105をケース5に熱加締により固定する。続いて、アーク消弧部材103を取り付けたケース5をベースブロック1に被せ、両者の嵌合部分をシールする。

Claims (5)
- 接離可能な一対の接点からなる接点組を有する接点開閉部と、
前記接点開閉部を駆動して接点を開閉させる電磁石ブロックと、
前記接点の接離方向とは直交する方向に配置される対向壁を、中間部を介して連続させてなる接続部材と、前記対向壁の対向部分に配置される永久磁石とからなるアーク消弧部材と、
を備えたことを特徴とする電磁継電器。 - 前記接点開閉部と前記電磁石ブロックが載置されるベースブロックと、
前記ベースブロックに取り付けられ、前記接点開閉部と前記電磁石ブロックとを覆うケースを備え、
前記ケースは、前記アーク消弧部材の対向壁及び永久磁石を配置可能な凹部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁継電器。 - 前記各永久磁石の対向面の極性と、接点開閉時に発生するアーク電流が流れる方向とを、前記アーク電流に前記接続部材の中間部側へと変位する力を発生させることができるように決定したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電磁継電器。
- 前記接点開閉部は、一対の可動接触片と、各可動接触片の可動接点が接離可能に対向する固定接点を備えた一対の固定接触片とを備え、
前記可動接触片の一方と、前記固定接触片の一方とを電気接続する接続端子を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電磁継電器。 - 前記ベースブロックは、前記各接触片及び前記電磁石ブロックを有する第1ベース部と、前記各接触片及び前記電磁石ブロックのコイル端子にそれぞれ接続されるタブ端子を有する第2ベースとで構成したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電磁継電器。
