Definitions
- the present invention relates to a formwork used for placing concrete, and a wall structure of a concrete structure constructed using this formwork. More specifically, the present invention does not remove it after placing and curing concrete.
- the remaining formwork that is made to remain as a part of the concrete structure
- the remaining formwork for decoration that has the effect of decorating the wall surface of the finished concrete structure
- the construction using the remaining formwork for decoration It is related with the wall surface structure of the made concrete structure.
- foundations and structures of various structures such as retaining walls, piers, sabo dams, houses and buildings are made of concrete
- foundations and structures are constructed by placing concrete in the space surrounded by the formwork. This is done by placing, thereby obtaining a concrete structure of a desired shape.
- a plywood plate material called a concrete panel (compane) or a form made of a metal plate is used.
- a typical formwork is casted with concrete and removed from the surface of the concrete structure after a necessary period for curing, and is again used as a concrete formwork at another construction site.
- metal formwork or formwork made of concrete is generally used.
- the concrete structure to be constructed is a retaining wall or a sabo dam.
- the texture of natural stone or wood on the surface opposite to the concrete placement surface of the remaining formwork is also used.
- a decoration aiming at a decorative effect by attaching a log of thinned wood as a decorative material on the surface of the residual formwork body made of lightweight concrete opposite to the concrete placement surface
- the wood chip and urethane powder are used as an adhesive instead of the above-mentioned lightweight concrete. It has been proposed that a thin panel is attached as a decorative material on the surface opposite to the concrete placement surface of the remaining formwork body, which is formed by a panel formed by joining together in a plate shape (Patent Document) 3).
- the conventional decorative residual formwork configured as described above is composed of a residual formwork body that functions as a formwork and a decorative material made of thinned logs attached to one side of the residual formwork body. Therefore, as the decorative material is attached, the thickness increases and becomes bulky as compared with the conventional general formwork, and the weight also increases.
- the residual formwork may be peeled off from the surface of the concrete structure due to its own weight and dropped after construction.
- the conventional decorative residual mold has a structure in which the residual mold body is formed in a rectangular shape, and a decorative material formed in the same rectangular shape is attached to one side of the residual mold body formed in this rectangular shape.
- the wall surface of the finished concrete structure can only be decorated as a continuous rectangle. For this reason, in such a decorative residual formwork, a thinned log is attached as a decorative material, and the natural material of the decorative material itself has.
- the present invention has been made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, and has a relatively simple structure. Therefore, it is light and thin, and easy to handle during transportation and construction, but more complicated. And it aims at providing the wall surface structure of the concrete structure formed using the residual mold for decoration which can express abundant designs, and the said residual mold for decoration.
- the decorative residual mold 1 of the present invention includes horizontal sides 10a and 20a and inclined sides 10b and 20b at least one side inclined with respect to the horizontal sides 10a and 20a.
- the cross-sectional shape in the width direction of the back plate 30 is formed in a shape (see FIG. 6) that expands from the contact surface 31 side with the frame plate single body 10, 20 toward the facing surface 32 with respect to the contact surface 31. (Claim 1).
- the decorative residual mold 1 having the above-described configuration has two frame plates 10 having a predetermined shape, each of which has a predetermined shape by arranging the inclined sides 10b and 20b in parallel with the predetermined gap ⁇ .
- 20 having a basic unit U composed of 20 combinations The basic unit U can be continuously arranged in a predetermined direction, or the basic unit U can have a pattern expressed by continuously arranging the basic unit U by reversing and / or rotating in a predetermined pattern ( Claim 2).
- the shape of the two frame plates 10 and 20 constituting the basic unit U is a basic shape

- the decorative residual mold 1 may be formed by mixing the frame plates 10 and 20 having different colors (three colors of white, light gray, and dark gray in the example of FIG. 1) ( Claim 4).
- unit 10,20 and / or the back board 30 can form this with the wooden synthetic board obtained by shape
- the wall surface structure of the concrete structure of the present invention is a concrete structure formed by using any one of the above-mentioned decorative residual molds 1, The surface is covered with the decorative residual mold 1 and the back plate 30 of the decorative residual mold 1 is embedded in hardened concrete (Claim 8).
- the decorative residual form 1 can be fixed to one end 70a of the separator 70 embedded in the concrete of the concrete structure (claim 9).
- the decorative residual mold 1 is fixed to the separator 70 at one end 70a of the separator 70 protruding through the frame plates 10 and 20 after the home tie 50 (see FIGS. 8 and 9) is removed. This can be done by screwing a nut (not shown) to the shaft screw 41 of the attached frame plate interval regulating body (P-con) 40 (claim 10).
- the residual mold 1 is formed by combining a plurality of frame plates 10 and 20 each having a horizontal side 10a and 20a and at least one side of the inclined side 10b and 20b inclined with respect to the horizontal side 10a and 20a.
- This residual form 1 is left without being removed after the concrete is placed and cured, so that it can be expressed by a conventional residual form by the pattern expressed by the combination of the frame plates 10 and 20. It was possible to decorate with complicated patterns that could not be done.
- the decorative residual mold 1 of the present invention since the pattern is exposed by the combination of the frame plates 10 and 20 described above, like the decorative residual mold described as the prior art, There is no need to attach decorative materials such as thinned wood of logs to the surface opposite to the concrete placement surface (outside surface), and the structure is simple and lightweight, making it easy to transport and construct.
- the cross-sectional shape in the width direction of the back plate 30 connecting the frame plates 10 and 20 is changed from the contact surface 31 to the frame plate 10 and 20 to the opposing surface. Since the shape expanded toward 32, for example, a trapezoidal shape as shown in FIG. 6, the back plate 30 cannot be removed from the concrete by curing the concrete with the back plate 30 embedded. Thus, the decorative residual mold 1 of the present invention can be suitably prevented from falling off from the surface of the concrete structure after construction.
- each frame plate unit 10, 20 is fixed to the back plate 30

- the shape of the concrete structure to be constructed can be obtained without impairing the continuity of the pattern.
- a corresponding decorative residual form 1 could be formed.
- the pattern appearing on the wall surface of the concrete structure must be expressed not only by the pattern expressed by the outline shape of the frame plate but also by the color difference. We were able to provide the remaining formwork for decoration with higher design.
- the pattern can be expressed by a combination of adjacent frame plates 10 and 20 of the same color, and a complicated pattern can be expressed relatively easily. We were able to.
- the said frame board single-pieces 10 and 20 are made into the wooden synthetic board obtained by shape
- the synthetic wood board thus formed was resistant to corrosion and pests, unlike natural wood, and was able to be made relatively lightweight while having the necessary strength.
- the texture of the wood is given to the outer wall of the house by adding flame retardant to the molding material, etc. Although it can be held, there is no risk of fire spread as in the case of using flammable wood as an outer wall, and any color can be added by adding pigments to the molding material. It is relatively easy to color, and there is no color fading due to peeling of the coating film as in the case of painting.

Abstract
