Abstract

本发明涉及一种阻燃剂、具有阻燃带的卷烟纸及该卷烟纸的制备方法,所述阻燃剂包括重量10~30%的成膜材料,重量10~30%的填充材料以及重量40~80%的溶剂。在所述卷烟纸的正面和/或反面至少设有一条通过印刷阻燃剂而形成的阻燃带,所述阻燃带的宽度为2~8mm。本发明属于阻燃带卷烟纸生产技术,通过在卷烟纸原纸上印刷具有一定间隔的带状涂层,降低带状涂层区域的透气性。当香烟自然燃烧到该阻燃带区域时,因阻燃带吸收热量并减少了氧气的进入而使香烟自熄灭;如果燃烧到阻燃带区域时抽吸,则香烟获得氧气可以继续燃烧。

1. 一种用于卷烟纸的阻燃剂, 其特征在于: 所述阻燃剂包 括重量 10 ~ 30 %的成膜材料,重量 10 ~ 30 %的填充材料以及重量 40 ~ 80 %的溶剂, 所述成膜材料选自阳离子淀粉、 阴离子淀粉、 氧化淀粉、 阿拉伯树胶、 甲基纤维素、 羧甲基纤维素、 聚乙烯醇、 海藻酸盐,或它们任意几种的混和物, 所述填充材料选自碳酸钙、 氧化镁、 氢氧化镁、 氢氧化铝、 滑石粉, 或它们任意几种的混和 物。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的用于卷烟纸的阻燃剂, 其特征在 于: 所述阻燃剂还包括占成膜材料、 填充材料和溶剂总重量 5 ~ 15 %的助剂, 所述助剂选自降粘剂、 消泡剂、 分散剂、 柔软剂, 或它们任意几种的混和物。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的用于卷烟纸的阻燃剂, 其特 征在于: 所述溶剂包括水、 乙醇、 乙酸乙酯、 氨水, 或它们任意 几种的混和物。
4. 一种具有阻燃带的卷烟纸, 其特征在于: 在所述卷烟纸 的正面和 /或反面至少设有一条通过印刷阻燃剂而形成的阻燃带, 所述阻燃带的宽度为 2 ~ 8mm, 所述阻燃剂是权利要求 1或 2所 述的用于卷烟纸的阻燃剂。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的具有阻燃带的卷烟纸, 其特征在 于: 所述卷烟纸设有至少两条阻燃带, 相邻两条阻燃带之间的间 距为 10 ~ 30mm。
6. 根据权利要求 3或 4所述的具有阻燃带的卷烟纸, 其特 征在于: 所述阻燃带为条形、 或波浪形、 或锯齿形、 或网孔形, 或它们之中任意几种的组合图形。
7. —种具有阻燃带的卷烟纸的制备方法, 其特征在于: 所 述的制备方法包括如下步骤:

修改页 (条约第 19条) 在高速分散条件下, 将选自阳离子淀粉、 阴离子淀粉、 氧化 淀粉、 阿拉伯树胶、 甲基纤维素、 羧甲基纤维素、 聚乙烯醇、 海 藻酸盐, 或它们任意几种的混和物的成膜材料溶入溶剂中, 制成 成膜材料溶液, 并搅袢使所述成膜材料溶液均匀;
在高速分散条件下, 向所述成膜材料溶液中加入选自碳酸 钙、 氧化镁、 氢氧化镁、 氢氧化铝、 滑石粉, 或它们任意几种的 混和物的填充材料, 并补充溶剂, 制成阻燃剂;
通过印刷机将所述阻燃剂印刷到卷烟纸原纸的正面和 /或反 面, 形成阻燃带。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的制备方法, 其特征在于: 还包括 在成膜材料溶液中加入助剂的步骤;且所述阻燃剂经由一次印刷、 二次套色印刷或三次套色印刷完成。
