Abstract
本发明公开了一种卷烟纸用阻燃涂料,所述阻燃涂料包含增胶液、增稠剂无机颜料和水溶剂,基于阻燃涂料,所述增稠剂的质量百分比浓度为0.3%~15.0%,胶液的质量百分比浓度为1.0%~35.0%,无机颜料的质量百分比浓度为0~40%。本发明还公开了使用上述阻燃涂料形成阻燃带的低引燃倾向卷烟纸及其制备方法。阻燃涂料中增稠剂和胶液能够在卷烟纸表面形成透气度低的薄膜,无机颜料具有阻燃特性,增稠剂、胶液和无机颜料协同作用,可减少氧气透过,达到阻燃目的。采用该卷烟纸卷制成烟支并点燃,燃烧至阻燃带位置继续抽吸烟支保持燃烧,不抽吸时在阻燃带位置自行熄灭,同时烟支的整体外观、抽吸风格、烟灰颜色、包灰性能未受明显影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于烟草行业的卷烟纸加工技术领域,具体涉及一种卷烟纸用阻燃涂料、低引燃倾向卷烟纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
由吸烟引起的火灾危害人们的人身安全和财产安全,因此受到全球的重视和关注,可自行熄灭的安全型低引燃倾向卷烟纸应运而生且势在必行,这对减少吸烟引起的火灾具有重要意义,美国、加拿大和欧洲一些国家和地区相继颁布相关法律条文,规定在本国生产和销售的卷烟必须为低引燃倾向卷烟。
卷烟可以通过某些特定的设计实现低引燃倾向,例如,使用透气度较低的卷烟纸卷烟,利用双层卷烟纸卷烟,通过内衬金属箔、金属丝等耐火辅助材料,表面涂布阻燃带等方式,目前采用较多的是涂布阻燃带方式,即在卷烟纸特定区域涂布一定宽度的阻燃涂料形成阻燃带,当卷烟燃烧至阻燃带时,继续抽吸卷烟将保持燃烧,若不抽吸则卷烟自动熄灭,从而降低着火倾向。
涂布阻燃带的低引燃倾向卷烟在满足低引燃倾向或自动熄灭的同时,不能影响卷烟本身的吸味,不能使吸食者在抽吸时感到困难,甚至在抽吸时烟支自动熄灭,同时还要满足燃烧后不影响卷烟纸烟灰颜色和包灰性能等特性。开发一种不影响卷烟吸味及烟灰状态且工艺简单、易于操作、可实现大规模工业化生产的低引燃倾向卷烟纸是本发明的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种卷烟纸用阻燃涂料、低引燃倾向卷烟纸及其制备方法。
一种以水为溶剂的卷烟纸用阻燃涂料,所述阻燃涂料包含胶液、增稠剂和无机颜料,基于所述阻燃涂料,所述增稠剂的质量百分比浓度为0.3%~15.0%,胶液的质量百分比浓度为1.0%~35.0%,无机颜料的质量百分比为0~40%。
优选的,在所述阻燃涂料中,所述胶液为乙酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚物、乙酸乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、聚丙烯酸、水性聚氨酯中的一种或几种,所述的增稠剂为瓜尔胶、阳离子瓜尔胶、黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、羧甲基纤维素、海藻酸盐、黄蜀葵胶中的一种或几种,所述的无机颜料为氢氧化镁、碳酸镁、碳酸钙、氧化镁、滑石粉中的一种或几种。
一种低引燃倾向卷烟纸,其包括卷烟纸基纸,在所述卷烟纸基纸表面形成有如上所述的阻燃涂料组成的阻燃带。
优选的,所述的阻燃涂料涂覆在所述卷烟纸的内侧和/或外侧,在所述低引燃倾向卷烟纸中,所述阻燃涂料的用量为所述卷烟纸原纸的1%~40%。
优选的,所述阻燃带的宽度为4~8mm,两条阻燃带之间的间距为18~25mm。
一种低引燃倾向卷烟纸的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)提供如权利要求1~3任一项所述的阻燃涂料;
(2)将所述的阻燃涂料通过印刷、涂布或施胶的方式涂覆在所述的卷烟纸基纸上形成阻燃带,再经烘干处理,得到低引燃倾向卷烟纸。
优选的,所述阻燃涂料的用量为所述卷烟纸原纸的1%~40%。
优选的,所述阻燃涂料涂覆在所述卷烟纸的内侧和/或外侧,所述阻燃带的宽度为4~8mm,两条阻燃带之间的间距为20~25mm。
基于上述技术方案,本发明提供的卷烟纸用阻燃涂料、低引燃倾向卷烟纸及其制备方法,具有如下效果:
阻燃涂料中的胶液具有较好的成膜性能,增稠剂溶于水后具有较高的粘度,本发明创造性的将胶液与增稠剂二者协同作用,能够高效的在卷烟纸上形成透气度低的薄膜,减缓卷烟的燃烧速率,降低氧气从卷烟纸外侧到内侧的扩散,具有阻燃特性的无机颜料的加入,进一步保证低引燃倾向卷烟纸的阻燃效果。
本发明所用增稠剂材料有利于卷烟纸燃烧凝灰,利于改善包灰性能,增稠剂和胶液均为有机类物质,卷烟纸在抽吸燃烧时,在高温状态下阻燃带处的阻燃涂料分解并逸出,不会影响烟灰颜色,且无机颜料也有利于改善阻燃带燃烧后的灰分颜色,不会出现烟灰发黑现象。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述,本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限定本发明的范围。实施例中未注明具体技术或条件者,按照本领域内的文献所描述的技术或条件或者按照产品说明书进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过购买获得的常规产品。
实施例1
按如下配方配制阻燃涂料:以水为溶剂,阻燃涂料中乙酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚物质量百分比浓度16.8%,黄原胶质量百分比浓度1.8%,氢氧化镁质量百分比浓度为8.0%。
通过凹版印刷机将上述涂料印刷于卷烟纸基纸的内侧,经烘干后得到具有阻燃带的低引燃倾向卷烟纸,阻燃涂料的用量为卷烟纸原纸质量的7.0%,阻燃带的宽度为5mm,两条阻燃带的间距为20mm。
实际生产中,根据设备条件和环境因素,可对上述阻燃涂料配方进行微调,以适应印刷设备对粘度、涂料用量等指标的要求。
实施例2
按如下配方配制阻燃涂料:以水为溶剂,阻燃涂料中聚丙烯酸乳液质量百分比浓度25.7%,羧甲基纤维素质量百分比浓度5.2%,碳酸镁质量百分比浓度为17.0%。
通过凹版印刷机将上述涂料印刷于卷烟纸基纸的内侧,经烘干后得到具有阻燃带的低引燃倾向卷烟纸,阻燃涂料的用量为卷烟纸原纸质量的10.0%,阻燃带的宽度为5mm,两条阻燃带的间距为20mm。
实施例3
按如下配方配制阻燃涂料:以水为溶剂,阻燃涂料中乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物质量百分比浓度16.5%,瓜尔胶质量百分比浓度8.2%,碳酸钙质量百分比浓度15.0%。
通过丝网印刷设备将上述涂料印刷于卷烟纸基纸的外侧,经烘干后得到具有阻燃带的低引燃倾向卷烟纸,阻燃涂料的用量为卷烟纸原纸质量的8.0%,阻燃带的宽度为5mm,两条阻燃带的间距为20mm。
使用上述实施例方法制备的低引燃倾向卷烟纸分切成盘,在卷烟机上卷制成烟支。参照ASTM E2187-09规定的测试方法,分别取实施例1、实施例2、实施例3卷制成的烟支各20支,点燃后水平置于15层叠加的滤纸层上,自行燃烧,观察卷烟燃烧至阻燃带处的熄灭情况并记录自动熄灭率,当自动熄火率≥75%(或者完全燃烧卷烟比例<25%)时,则该卷烟满足低引燃倾向卷烟的要求。施例1、实施例2、实施例3卷烟自动熄灭率均>75%,继续抽吸阻燃带燃烧后不影响灰分颜色及包灰性能,且外观美观,阻燃带印记不明显。
Claims (10)
1.一种以水为溶剂的卷烟纸用阻燃涂料,其特征在于,所述阻燃涂料包含胶液、增稠剂和无机颜料,基于所述阻燃涂料,所述增稠剂的质量百分比浓度为0.3%~15.0%,胶液的质量百分比浓度为1.0%~35.0%,无机颜料的质量百分比为0~40%,所述胶液为乙酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚物、乙酸乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、聚丙烯酸、水性聚氨酯中的一种或几种。
2.如权利要求1所述的阻燃涂料,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为瓜尔胶、阳离子瓜尔胶、黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、羧甲基纤维素、海藻酸盐、黄蜀葵胶中的一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的阻燃涂料,其特征在于,所述的无机颜料为氢氧化镁、碳酸镁、碳酸钙、氧化镁、滑石粉中的一种或几种。
4.一种低引燃倾向卷烟纸,其包括卷烟纸基纸,其特征在于,在所述卷烟纸基纸表面含有如权利要求1~3任一项所述的阻燃涂料形成的阻燃带。
5.如权利要求4所述的低引燃倾向卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述的阻燃涂料涂覆在所述卷烟纸的内侧和/或外侧,在所述低引燃倾向卷烟纸中,所述阻燃涂料的用量为所述卷烟纸原纸的1%~40%。
6.如权利要求4所述的低引燃倾向卷烟纸,其特征在于,所述阻燃带的宽度为4~8mm,两条阻燃带之间的间距为18~25mm。
7.一种低引燃倾向卷烟纸的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
(1)提供如权利要求1~3任一项所述的阻燃涂料;
(2)将所述的阻燃涂料通过印刷、涂布或施胶的方式涂覆在所述的卷烟纸基纸上形成阻燃带,再经烘干处理,得到低引燃倾向卷烟纸。
8.如权利要求7所述的低引燃倾向卷烟纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃涂料的用量为所述卷烟纸质量的1%~40%。
9.如权利要求7所述的低引燃倾向卷烟纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃涂料涂覆在所述卷烟纸的内侧和/或外侧。
10.如权利要求7所述的低引燃倾向卷烟纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃带的宽度为4~8mm,两条阻燃带之间的间距为18~25mm。
