Claims (8)
- 被クリーニング材の表面に接触しつつ回転しながら相対移動するクリーニングローラと、このクリーニングローラの表面に接触しながら回転する転写ローラと、該転写ローラ上の異物を取り除くブラシローラと、該ブラシローラから前記異物を取り除く金属ローラとを備え、前記被クリーニング材の表面上に付着する塵挨などの異物を前記クリーニングローラによって静電気力を利用して取り除くクリーニング装置であって、
前記クリーニングローラが回転可能に取り付けられているメインフレームと、
前記転写ローラ、前記ブラシローラおよび前記金属ローラが軸受を介して回転可能に一体的に取り付けられているサブフレームとを備え、
前記クリーニングローラの上方に前記転写ローラが位置する状態で、前記サブフレームが前記メインフレームに回転可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とするクリーニング装置。
- 前記メインフレームに着脱可能な軸受部材が設けられ、
該軸受部材に前記金属ローラの回転軸が回転可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクリーニング装置。
- 前記転写ローラ、前記ブラシローラおよび前記金属ローラの軸受が絶縁体を介して前記サブフレームに設けられ、前記転写ローラおよび前記ブラシローラの軸受の外輪を通じて電荷を与える構成とされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクリーニング装置。
- 前記クリーニングローラの軸受が、絶縁体のハウジングに固定され、
該ハウジングが上下方向移動可能に係合するガイド溝部が前記メインフレームに形成され、
該メインフレームに前記サブフレームが取り付けられた状態で、前記ハウジングがバネ手段の付勢力により持ち上げられることにより、前記クリーニングローラが前記転写ローラに接触するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクリーニング装置。
- 前記クリーニングローラによって回収された異物を収集する異物回収ケースが、前記メインフレームの下部であって前記ブラシローラおよび前記金属ローラの下方に着脱可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクリーニング装置。
- 前記金属ローラの表面上に付着する異物を掻き取るクリーニングブレードが前記メインフレームに取り外し可能に設けられ、
前記クリーニングブレードの取付部分が前記異物回収ケースの一部で覆われていることを特徴とする請求項5記載のクリーニング装置。
- 前記金属ローラの回転軸が、絶縁体からなるカップリングを介して、駆動手段に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクリーニング装置。
- 前記転写ローラ、前記ブラシローラおよび前記金属ローラの軸受を固定するハウジングが、絶縁性を有する同形状のものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のクリーニング装置。
