电连接器及电连接器组合 本申请要求于 2011年 7月 15日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201110199119.2、 发明名称为 "电连接器及电连接器组合" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部内 容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及电子技术领域, 特别涉及一种电连接器及电连接器组合。
背景技术
现有的电源电连接器在比较恶劣的环境的使用时, 由于环境比较恶劣,对 安规要求较高,现有的电源电连接器容易出现满足不了安规要求, 出现烧板等 事故。
发明内容
为了满足较高的安规要求, 本发明提出了一种电连接器, 电连接器组合, 以及电路板组合。
本发明提供的电连接器, 包括: 塑胶本体, 第一端子, 以及第二端子; 所 述第一端子包括第一连接部, 以及自所述第一连接部两端延伸的第一接触部, 及第一配合部,所述第一接触部和所述第一配合部分别位于所述第一连接部的 两侧, 所述第一接触部的延伸方向偏离所述第一配合部的延伸方向所在的直 线; 所述第二端子包括第二连接部, 以及自所述第二连接部两端延伸的第二接 触部, 及第二配合部; 所述塑胶本体开设有多个通孔, 所述第一端子及第二端 子分别穿设于所述塑胶本体的通孔中,所述第一端子的所述第一接触部和第一 配合部分别突出于所穿设的所述通孔之外;所述第二端子的所述第二接触部和 第二配合部分别突出于所穿设的所述通孔之外;所述第一配合部与第二配合部 之间的间距大于所述第一接触部与第二接触部之间的间距。

所述电连接器组合中的第一电连接器的第一配合部和第二配合部分别插 设或焊接于所述第一电路板, 与所述第一电路板实现电连接; 所述电连接器组 合中的第二电连接器的导电端子突出于第二通孔外的一端插设或焊接于所述 第二电路板, 与所述第二电路板实现电连接。
发明实施例中, 由于所述第一接触部, 以及第二接触部的间距较小, 密度 较高, 能够与另一电连接器的端子实现高密度的配合, 所述第一配合部与第二 配合部之间的间距较大, 密度较低, 从而满足较大的爬电距离, 可以满足较高 的安规要求, 从而不容易出现由于达不到较高的安规要求而造成器件的损坏。 附图说明 为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例或现有技术中的技术方案,下面将对实施 例或现有技术描述中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍,显而易见地, 下面描述 中的附图仅仅是本发明的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付 出创造性劳动性的前提下, 还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。 图 1为本发明一种电连接器实施例的示意图;

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。 如图 1-5所示, 本发明一种电连接器 1的实施例, 包括: 塑胶本体 14, 第 一端子 11 , 以及第二端子 12; 所述第一端子 11包括第一连接部 112, 以及自 所述第一连接部两端延伸的第一接触部 111 , 及第一配合部 113 , 所述第一接 触部 111和所述第一配合部 113分别位于所述第一连接部 112的两侧,所述第 一接触部 111的延伸方向偏离所述第一配合部 113的延伸方向所在的直线;所 述第二端子 12包括第二连接部 122, 以及自所述第二连接部 122两端延伸的 第二接触部 121 , 及第二配合部 123; 所述塑胶本体 14开设有多个通孔 141 , 所述第一端子 11及第二端子 12分别穿设于所述塑胶本体 14的通孔 141中, 所述第一端子 11的所述第一接触部 111和第一配合部分 113别突出于所穿设 的所述通孔 141之外; 所述第二端子 12的所述第二接触部 121和第二配合部 123分别突出于所穿设的所述通孔 141之外; 所述第一配合部 113与第二配合 部 123之间的间距大于所述第一接触部 111与第二接触部 121之间的间距。
该电连接在使用时, 可以安装于器件 A (例如: 电路板, 或者线缆)上, 通过与另一安装于器件 B (例如: 电路板, 或者线缆)的电连接器配合, 从而 实现器件 A和器件 B的电连接。
本发明所提供的电连接器安装于器件 A上时, 所述第一端子的第一配合 部,以及第二端子的第二配合部插入所述器件 A,所述第一端子的第一接触部, 以及第二端子的第二接触部与另一电连接器的端子接触, 并实现电连接。
本发明实施例所提供的电连接器, 由于所述第一接触部, 以及第二接触部 的间距较小, 密度较高, 能够与另一电连接器的端子实现高密度的配合, 所述 第一配合部与第二配合部之间的间距较大, 密度较低,从而满足较大的爬电距 离, 可以满足较高的安规要求,从而不容易出现由于达不到较高的安规要求而 造成器件的损坏。例如: 本发明实施例所提供的电连接器可以在第一接触部和 第二接触部的间距小于 2mm的前提下, 所述第一配合部与第二配合部之间的 间距大于或等于 2mm, 所述第一配合部与第二配合部之间的爬电距离也大于 或等于 2mm„
在器件 A为电路板的情况下, 所述电路板设置有安装孔或焊盘, 所述第 一配合部和第二配合部插设于所述安装孔中或者与所述焊盘焊接,实现与所述 电路板的电气连接。由于所述第一配合部与第二配合部之间的间距大于或等于 2mm, 所述电路板上面的安装孔或焊盘的间距也大于或等于 2mm, 可以达到 较高的安规要求, 从而不容易出现电路板烧板的情况。
进一步地, 本发明实施例所提供的电连接器, 可以根据另一电连接器的 端子密度,设置所述第一接触部与第二接触部之间的间距,从而实现与另一电 连接器的配合。 另一方面, 本发明实施例所提供的电连接器的第一配合部与第 二配合部之间的间距较大, 仍可以实现较远的安规距离。 这样, 本发明实施例 提供的电连接器实现了与密度较高的电连接器兼容。
如图 2所示, 在本发明实施例所提供的电连接器中, 所述第一端子 11的 第一接触部 111和第一配合部 113 , 可以分别自所述第一连接部 112的上下两 端延伸,并且所述第一接触部 111和所述第一配合部 113分别位于所述第一连 接部 112的左右两侧,所述第一接触部 111的延伸方向偏离所述第一配合部 113 的延伸方向所在的直线。 具体地, 所述第一接触部 111和所述第一配合部 113 的延伸方向所在的直线可以大致平行。例如: 所述第一端子 11大致呈 "Z"形。
本发明实施例所提供的电连接器中,所述第二端子的设置方式可以为以下 两种:
如图 4所示, 第一种: 所述第二接触部 121和所述第二配合部 123分别位 于所述第二连接部 122的两侧,所述第二接触部 121的延伸方向偏离所述第二 配合部 123的延伸方向所在的直线。具体地, 所述第二接触部 121和所述第二 配合部 123的延伸方向所在的直线大致平行。 例如: 所述第二端子 12大致呈 "Z" 如图 5所示, 第二种: 所述第二接触部 121和所述第二配合部 123的延伸 方向所在的直线大致重合。 例如: 所述第二端子 12大致呈 "1" 形。 如图 1所示, 所述第一端子 11可以为一个或多个, 所述一个或多个第一 端子 11排成一排, 所述第二端子 12也可以为一个或多个, 所述一个或多个第 二端子 12排成一排。一排第一端子 11与一排第二端子 12可以为平行的两排。
如图 7所示, 所述第二端子 12在为第一种设置形式时, 所述第一端子 11 与第二端子 12可以面对面设置, 并且, 所述第一配合部 113与所述第二配合 部 123之间的间距大于所述第一接触部 111与所述第二接触部 121之间的间 距。
另外, 所述第二端子在为第二种设置形式时, 所述第一端子面向所述第二 端子设置, 并且, 所述第一配合部与所述第二配合部之间的间距大于所述第一 接触部与所述第二接触部之间的间距。
进一步地, 如图 3所示, 为了满足更高的安规要求, 所述塑胶本体 14在 朝向所述第一接触部和所述第二接触部的表面开设有连续或间断的凹槽 142, 或凸设有连续或间断的凸条(图中未示出), 所述凹槽 142或凸条位于所述第 一接触部和第二接触部之间。这样可以增加第一端子和第二端子之间的表面绝 缘距离, 进一步增加第一端子和第二端子之间的爬电距离。
如图 6 所示, 本发明实施例所提供的电连接器中, 还可以设置第三端子 13 , 所述第三端子 13包括第三连接部 132, 以及自所述第三连接部 132两端 延伸的第三接触部 131 , 及第三配合部 133 , 所述第三接触部 131和所述第三 配合部 133的延伸方向所在的直线大致重合, 所述第三端子 13穿设于所述塑 胶本体的通孔中,并且所述第三接触部 131和第三配合部 133分别突出于所述 通孔之外。 具体地, 所述第三端子 13可以大致呈 "1" 形。
如图 1所示, 所述第三端子 13可以为 1个或多个, 1个或多个所述第三 端子 13可以排列为一排,一排所述第三端子 13可以位于靠近一排所述第一端 子 11的一侧; 或者, 一排所述第三端子 13位于靠近一排所述第二端子 12的 一侧; 或者, 所述第三端子 13设置为两排, 一排所述第三端子 13位于靠近一 排所述第一端子 11的一侧,另一排所述第三端子 13位于靠近一排所述第二端 子 12的一侧。
如图 2所示, 本发明实施例所提供的电连接器中, 所述第一端子 11的第 一配合部 113包括: 至少一个针脚 1131和卡持部 1132,所述针脚 1131与所述 第一连接部 112分别连接于所述卡持部 1132的相对两端。所述卡持部 1132用 于将所述第一端子 11固定于所述塑胶本体的通孔中。
如图 2所示, 本发明实施例所提供的电连接器中, 所述第一配合部 113还 可以包括凸柱 1133 , 所述凸柱 1133 自所述卡持部 1132—端的端面上突出形 成, 该端面为连接所述第一连接部 112的一端的端面。
在所述第一端子自下而上地插入所述塑胶本体的通孔中时,所述卡持部与 所述第一接触部分别抵接于所述通孔内两个相对的侧壁上,较好地保持第一端 子的平衡。
在所述第一端子与电路板电连接时, 所述电路板设置有安装孔,在将所述 第一端子压入所述电路板的安装孔中时, 可以在所述凸柱上面施加压力,使得 所述第一端子的受力位置与所述第一配合部在同一直线上,不容易造成所述第 一端子的变形和错位。
如图 1所示, 本发明实施例所提供的电连接器 1还可以包括: 在所述塑胶 本体 14的两端, 沿与所述第一接触部或第二接触部大致平行的方向延伸的侧 壁 15。
如图 1-5 , 及图 8-9所示, 本发明还提供一种电连接器组合, 包括第一电 连接器 1和第二电连接器 2, 所述第一电连接器 1包括: 第一塑胶本体 14, 第 一端子 11 ,第二端子 12, 以及侧壁 15;所述第一端子 11包括第一连接部 112, 以及自所述第一连接部两端延伸的第一接触部 111 , 及第一配合部 113 , 所述 第一接触部 111和所述第一配合部 113分别位于所述第一连接部 112的两侧, 所述第一接触部 111的延伸方向偏离所述第一配合部 113的延伸方向所在的直 线; 所述第二端子 12包括第二连接部 122, 以及自所述第二连接部 122两端 延伸的第二接触部 121 ,及第二配合部 123; 所述第一塑胶本体 14开设有多个 第一通孔 141 , 所述第一端子 11及第二端子 12分别穿设于所述第一塑胶本体 14的第一通孔 141中, 所述第一端子 11的所述第一接触部 111和第一配合部 113分别突出于所穿设的所述第一通孔 141之外, 所述第二端子 12的所述第 二接触部 121和第二配合部 123分别突出于所穿设的所述第一通孔 141之外; 所述第一配合部 113与第二配合部 123之间的间距大于所述第一接触部 111与 第二接触部 121之间的间距; 所述侧壁 15位于所述第一塑胶本体 14的两端, 沿与所述第一接触部或第二接触部大致平行的方向延伸;
所述第二电连接器 2包括呈纵长形且开设有第二通孔 211的第二塑胶本体 21 , 设置于所述第二塑胶本体 21的第二通孔 211中的导电端子 22, 以及于所 述第二塑胶本体的纵长方向的一端凸设的导向结构 23 , 所述导向结构 23覆盖 所述第二塑胶本体 21的整个宽度方向, 所述第二通孔 211的第一端位于所述 第二塑胶本 21体凸设有导向结构 23的一端的端面上, 所述导电端子 22自所 述第二通孔 211的第二端突出于所述第二通孔 211之外;
第二电连接器 2凸设有导向结构 23的一端插入所述第一电连接器 1的两 个侧壁 15之间, 并且, 所述第一电连接器 1的第一接触部 111和第二接触部 121 自所述第二通孔 211的第一端插入所述第二通孔 211中, 以便与第二电连 接器 2的导电端子 22电连接。
本发明实施例所提供的电连接器组合中, 由于所述第一接触部, 以及第二 接触部的间距较小, 密度较高, 能够与第二电连接器的导电端子实现高密度的 配合, 所述第一配合部与第二配合部之间的间距较大, 密度较低, 从而满足较 大的爬电距离, 可以满足较高的安规要求,从而不容易出现由于达不到较高的 安规要求而造成器件的损坏。例如: 本发明实施例所提供的第一电连接器可以 在第一接触部和第二接触部的间距小于 2mm的前提下 , 所述第一配合部与第 二配合部之间的间距大于或等于 2mm, 所述第一配合部与第二配合部之间的 爬电距离也大于或等于 2mm。
进一步地,由于所述第二电连接器的所述导向结构覆盖所述第二塑胶本体 的整个宽度方向, 强度较高, 所以第二电连接器在插入第一电连接器的两个侧 壁之间时, 所述导向结构不容易损坏。
本发明实施例所提供的电连接器组合中, 所述第二通孔 211 可以大致呈 "L"型, 这样, 所述第二通孔 211的第一端位于所述第二塑胶本 21体凸设有 导向结构 23的一端的端面上,所述导电端子 22自所述第二通孔 211的第二端 突出于所述第二通孔 211之外。
如图 9所示,在本发明的实施例中, 所述导向结构可以包括多个沿所述第 二塑胶本体纵长方向延伸的凸肋 (未图示), 进一步地, 所述导向结构还可以 包括至少一个位于所述多个凸肋一端,并且沿所述第二塑胶本体宽度方向延伸 的凸肋 (未图示)。
另外, 在本发明的实施例中, 所述导向结构可以为实心结构, 或者横截面 为网格状结构。
在本实施例中,所述第一电连接器可以采用前述电连接器实施例中的各种 实现方式。
如图 1-5 , 及图 8-9所示, 本发明还提供一种电路板组合, 包括第一电路 板 3 , 第二电路板 4, 第一电连接器 1 , 以及第二电连接器 2;
所述第一电连接器 1包括: 第一塑胶本体 14, 第一端子 11 , 第二端子 12, 以及侧壁 15; 所述第一端子 11 包括第一连接部 112, 以及自所述第一连接部 两端延伸的第一接触部 111 , 及第一配合部 113 , 所述第一接触部 111和所述 第一配合部 113分别位于所述第一连接部 112的两侧 ,所述第一接触部 111的 延伸方向偏离所述第一配合部 113 的延伸方向所在的直线; 所述第二端子 12 包括第二连接部 122,以及自所述第二连接部 122两端延伸的第二接触部 121 , 及第二配合部 123; 所述第一塑胶本体 14开设有多个第一通孔 141 , 所述第一 端子 11及第二端子 12分别穿设于所述第一塑胶本体 14的第一通孔 141中, 所述第一端子 11的所述第一接触部 111和第一配合部 113分别突出于所穿设 的所述第一通孔 141之外, 所述第二端子 12的所述第二接触部 121和第二配 合部 123分别突出于所穿设的所述第一通孔 141之外;所述第一配合部 113与 第二配合部 123之间的间距大于所述第一接触部 111与第二接触部 121之间的 间距; 所述侧壁 15位于所述第一塑胶本体 14的两端, 沿与所述第一接触部 111或第二接触部 121大致平行的方向延伸;

第二电连接器 2凸设有导向结构 23的一端插入所述第一电连接器 1的两 个侧壁 15之间, 并且, 所述第一电连接器 1的第一接触部 111和第二接触部 121 自所述第二通孔 211的第一端插入所述第二通孔 211中, 以便与第二电连 接器 2的导电端子 22电连接;
所述第一电连接器 1的第一配合部 113和第二配合部 123分别插设或焊接 于所述第一电路板 3 , 与所述第一电路板 3实现电连接; 所述第二电连接器 2 的导电端子 22突出于第二通孔 211外的一端插设或焊接于所述第二电路板 4, 与所述第二电路板 4实现电连接。
本发明实施例所提供的电路板组合中, 由于所述第一接触部, 以及第二接 触部的间距较小, 密度较高, 能够与第二电连接器的导电端子实现高密度的配 合, 所述第一配合部与第二配合部之间的间距较大, 密度较低, 从而满足较大 的爬电距离, 可以满足较高的安规要求,从而不容易出现由于达不到较高的安 规要求而造成器件的损坏。例如: 本发明实施例所提供的第一电连接器可以在 第一接触部和第二接触部的间距小于 2mm的前提下, 所述第一配合部与第二 配合部之间的间距大于或等于 2mm, 所述第一配合部与第二配合部之间的爬 电距离也大于或等于 2mm。
在所述第一配合部与第二配合部与所述第一电路板电连接时 ,所述电路板 设置有安装孔或焊盘,所述第一配合部和第二配合部插设于所述安装孔中或者 与所述焊盘焊接, 实现与所述电路板的电气连接。 由于所述第一配合部与第二 配合部之间的间距大于或等于 2mm, 所述电路板上面的安装孔或焊盘的间距 也大于或等于 2mm, 可以达到较高的安规要求, 从而不容易出现电路板烧板 的情况。

如图 9所示,在本发明的实施例中, 所述导向结构可以包括多个沿所述第 二塑胶本体纵长方向延伸的凸肋, 进一步地, 所述导向结构还可以包括至少一 个位于所述多个凸肋一端, 并且沿所述第二塑胶本体宽度方向延伸的凸肋。
另外, 在本发明的实施例中, 所述导向结构可以为实心结构, 或者横截面 为网格状结构。
在本实施例中,所述第一电连接器可以采用前述电连接器实施例中的各种 实现方式。
以上所述仅为本发明的几个实施例,本领域的技术人员依据申请文件公开 的可以对本发明进行各种改动或变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种电连接器, 其特征在于, 包括: 塑胶本体, 第一端子, 以及第 二端子; 所述第一端子包括第一连接部, 以及自所述第一连接部两端延伸的第 一接触部,及第一配合部, 所述第一接触部和所述第一配合部分别位于所述第 一连接部的两侧 ,所述第一接触部的延伸方向偏离所述第一配合部的延伸方向 所在的直线; 所述第二端子包括第二连接部, 以及自所述第二连接部两端延伸 的第二接触部, 及第二配合部; 所述塑胶本体开设有多个通孔, 所述第一端子 及第二端子分别穿设于所述塑胶本体的通孔中,所述第一端子的所述第一接触 部和第一配合部分别突出于所穿设的所述通孔之外;所述第二端子的所述第二 接触部和第二配合部分别突出于所穿设的所述通孔之外;所述第一配合部与第 二配合部之间的间距大于所述第一接触部与第二接触部之间的间距。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一接触部和所述 第一配合部的延伸方向所在的直线大致平行。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述第一端子大致呈 "Z" 形。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一端子的第一配 合部包括: 至少一个针脚和卡持部, 所述针脚与所述第一连接部分别连接于所 述卡持部的相对两端,所述卡持部用于将所述第一端子固定于所述塑胶本体的 所述通孔中。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一配合部还包括 凸柱, 所述凸柱自所述卡持部一端的端面上突出形成, 该端面为连接所述第一 连接部的一端的端面。
6. 如权利要求 1所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第二接触部和所述 第二配合部分别位于所述第二连接部的两侧,所述第二接触部的延伸方向偏离 所述第二配合部的延伸方向所在的直线。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一端子与第二端 子面对面设置,以使得所述第一配合部与第二配合部之间的间距大于所述第一 接触部与第二接触部之间的间距。
8. 如权利要求 6所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第二接触部和所述 第二配合部的延伸方向所在的直线大致平行。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的电连接器,其特征在于,所述第二端子大致呈 "Z" 形。
10. 如权利要求 1-7任一项所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第二接触 部和所述第二配合部的延伸方向所在的直线大致重合。
11. 如权利要求 1 0所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一端子面向所 述第二端子设置 ,以使得所述第一配合部与第二配合部之间的间距大于所述第 一接触部与第二接触部之间的间距。
12. 如权利要求 1 0所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第二端子大致呈 "1 " 形。
1 3. 如权利要求 1所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述塑胶本体在朝向所 述第一接触部和所述第二接触部的表面开设有连续或间断的凹槽,或凸设有连 续或间断的凸条, 所述凹槽或凸条位于所述第一接触部和第二接触部之间。
14. 如权利要求 1所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述电连接器还包括: 在所述塑胶本体的两端,沿与所述第一接触部或第二接触部大致平行的方向延 伸的侧壁。
15.—种电连接器组合, 其特征在于, 所述电连接器组合包括: 第一电连 接器和第二电连接器;
所述第一电连接器包括: 第一塑胶本体, 第一端子,第二端子, 以及侧壁; 所述第一端子包括第一连接部, 以及自所述第一连接部两端延伸的第一接触 部,及第一配合部, 所述第一接触部和所述第一配合部分别位于所述第一连接 部的两侧,所述第一接触部的延伸方向偏离所述第一配合部的延伸方向所在的 直线; 所述第二端子包括第二连接部, 以及自所述第二连接部两端延伸的第二 接触部, 及第二配合部; 所述第一塑胶本体开设有多个第一通孔, 所述第一端 子及第二端子分别穿设于所述第一塑胶本体的第一通孔中,所述第一端子的所 述第一接触部和第一配合部分别突出于所穿设的所述第一通孔之外,所述第二 端子的所述第二接触部和第二配合部分别突出于所穿设的所述第一通孔之夕卜; 所述第一配合部与第二配合部之间的间距大于所述第一接触部与第二接触部 之间的间距; 所述侧壁位于所述第一塑胶本体的两端, 沿与所述第一接触部或 第二接触部大致平行的方向延伸;
所述第二电连接器包括呈纵长形且开设有第二通孔的第二塑胶本体,设置 于所述第二塑胶本体的第二通孔中的导电端子,以及于所述第二塑胶本体的纵 长方向的一端凸设的导向结构,所述导向结构覆盖所述第二塑胶本体的整个宽 度方向,所述第二通孔的第一端位于所述第二塑胶本体凸设有导向结构的一端 的端面上, 所述导电端子自所述第二通孔的第二端突出于所述第二通孔之外; 第二电连接器凸设有导向结构的一端插入所述第一电连接器的两个侧壁 之间, 并且, 所述第一电连接器的第一接触部和第二接触部自所述第二通孔的 第一端插入所述第二通孔中, 以便与第二电连接器的导电端子电连接。
16. 如权利要求 15所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述导向结构包括多 个沿所述第二塑胶本体纵长方向延伸的凸肋。
17. 如权利要求 16所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述导向结构还包括 至少一个位于所述多个凸肋一端,并且沿所述第二塑胶本体宽度方向延伸的凸 肋。
18. 如权利要求 15所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述导向结构为实心 结构, 或者横截面为网格状结构。
19. 如权利要求 1 5所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一接触部和所 述第一配合部的延伸方向所在的直线大致平行。
20. 如权利要求 1 9所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一端子大致呈 "Z" 形。
21. 如权利要求 1 5所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一端子的第一 配合部包括: 至少一个针脚和卡持部, 所述针脚与所述第一连接部分别连接于 所述卡持部的相对两端,所述卡持部用于将所述第一端子固定于所述第一塑胶 本体的所述第一通孔中。
22. 如权利要求 21所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一配合部还包 括凸柱, 所述凸柱自所述卡持部一端的端面上突出形成, 该端面为连接所述第 一连接部的一端的端面。
23. 如权利要求 1 5所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第二接触部和所 述第二配合部分别位于所述第二连接部的两侧,所述第二接触部的延伸方向偏 离所述第二配合部的延伸方向所在的直线。
24. 如权利要求 2 3所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一端子与所述 第二端子面对面设置,以使得所述第一配合部与第二配合部之间的间距大于所 述第一接触部与第二接触部之间的间距。
25. 如权利要求 2 3所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第二接触部和所 述第二配合部的延伸方向所在的直线大致平行。
26. 如权利要求 25所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第二端子大致呈
"Z" 形。
27. 如权利要求 15所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第二接触部和所 述第二配合部的延伸方向所在的直线大致重合。
28. 如权利要求 27所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一端子面向所 述第二端子设置,以使得所述第一配合部与第二配合部之间的间距大于所述第 一接触部与第二接触部之间的间距。
29. 如权利要求 27所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第二端子大致呈 " 1 " 形。
30. 如权利要求 1 5所述的电连接器, 其特征在于, 所述第一塑胶本体在 朝向所述第一接触部和所述第二接触部的表面开设有连续或间断的凹槽,或凸 设有连续或间断的凸条,所述凹槽或凸条位于所述第一接触部和第二接触部之 间。
31. 一种电路板组合, 其特征在于, 所述电路板组合包括第一电路板, 第 二电路板, 以及权利要求 17至 32中的任一项中所述的电连接器组合; 所述电连接器组合中的第一电连接器的第一配合部和第二配合部分别插 设或焊接于所述第一电路板, 与所述第一电路板实现电连接; 所述电连接器组 合中的第二电连接器的导电端子突出于第二通孔外的一端插设或焊接于所述 第二电路板, 与所述第二电路板实现电连接。
