- the present invention relates to a preferably flat abrasive body, comprising a carrier material and an abrasive applied to the carrier material abrasive.
- Such abrasive articles are known, for example, as grinding wheels or blisters on the market and can be applied to a variety of surfaces on eccentric grinders, orbital sanders, rubber blocks or the like. In particular, they are used, e.g. used in the automotive industry, for the refinement of defects in paint surfaces.
- grinding wheels are used with abrasives of different grain size, which remove height differences by a plane-parallel, mechanically or manually executed movement on the surface.
