Description
本发明是一种热风加热面包机,特别是一种采用隐藏发热元件的具有热风加热功能的全自动面包机,属于面包机的改造技术。
面包机在国外以面食为主的国家和地区已普遍进入家庭,一般面包机可以实现搅面、发酵、烘烤、保温,完成面包制作的全过程,如图1、2所示,其结构主要包括传动系统1.1、外壳1.2、电机1.3、烘烤室1.4、发热管1.5、电源板1.6、面包桶1.7、控制器1.8、上盖1.9等。通过控制器控制电机1.3传动实现搅面,控制发热管1.5加热,烘烤面包桶1.7内的面包。其中发热管1.5是放置在烤箱1.4内,发热管的热量直接辐射到面包桶上,达到烤熟面包的目的,该结构存在的缺点是受发热管冷端及发热管安装位置的影响,面包总是烤得表皮较厚,表面上色不是很均匀。
中国专利申请号为200720175963.0中公开了另外一种隐藏发热管式面包机,其发热管是隐藏在烘烤室的底部,并且只是用简单的单层金属隔板遮挡住发热管。其发热部份在底部,同样受发热体位置影响,面包表皮烤色不均匀。
中国专利申请号为200820125449.0中公开了另外一种可隐藏加热元件的面包机,其隐藏加热元件的方案只是将发热元件安装在烘烤室的侧面的内凹的槽内,发热元件还是环绕在烘烤室的底部,同样受发热体位置影响,面包表皮烤色不均匀。
中国专利申请号为97245821.2中公开了另外一种热风循环加热式面包机,其发热部份为一种由发热丝缠绕面成的发热组件,其不具备防干烧功能。风扇电机一旦失效,发热丝会很快烧断。
中国专利申请号为200520119612.9中公开了另外一种热风加热的面包机。其发热室内的风扇和发热管的布置为并列式,即发热管在风扇的一侧。
本发明的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种采用隐藏式发热管和热风加热方式,不仅提高面包机的使用安全性,而且可达到更好的面包烘烤效果的热风加热面包机。本发明的热风加热面包机烤制的面包表皮薄,表面上色均匀。是一种方便实用的热风加热面包机。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的热风加热面包机,包括有外壳、烘烤室、发热管、面包桶、控制器、上盖,
其中烘烤室设置在外壳所设的中空腔体内,面包桶设置在烘烤室内,面包桶的顶部装设有上盖,控制器与发热管电连接,其中烘烤室的外侧设有加热室,发热管安置在加热室内,且发热管的旁侧装设有离心式驱动风扇,离心式驱动风扇装设在驱动电机的输出轴上,控制器与驱动电机电连接,烘烤室与加热室连接的侧壁上设有彼此相通的加热室进风孔及加热室出风孔。
上述加热室除与烘烤室连接的侧壁外,其它侧壁为包括至少2层材料的多层结构。
上述加热室为包括有内层和外层的双层金属层,且外层的外表面包裹一层由保温材料制成的隔热层。
上述外层上设有用熔断器固定片固定有用绝缘套管套好的温度熔断器。
上述外层上设有用熔断器固定片固定有至少2个用绝缘套管套好的温度熔断器。
上述发热管为具有干烧能力的金属管状发热体。
上述发热管环绕在离心式驱动风扇的周围。
上述加热室的背部装有干烧保护的温度保险丝;上述离心风扇驱动电机的输出轴上还装有一个自身散热风扇。
上述烘烤室与加热室连接的侧壁上设有的彼此相通的加热室进风孔设在与离心式驱动风扇的几何中心对应的位置处。
上述烘烤室与加热室连接的侧壁上设有的彼此相通的加热室出风孔的出风方向与烘烤室之间具有避免热风直接吹到面包桶上的出风角度。
本发明由于采用在烘烤室的外侧设有加热室,发热管安置在加热室内,且发热管的旁侧装设有离心式驱动风扇,离心式驱动风扇装设在驱动电机的输出轴上的结构,本发明发热管固定在发热室内,在面包机的烘烤室内用户无法看到发热管,确保用户在操作面包桶的过程中不会触碰到发热体,提高其安全性。本发明采用隐藏式发热管和热风加热方式,不仅提高面包机的使用安全性,而且可达到更好的面包烘烤效果。本发明的热风加热面包机烤制的面包表皮薄,表面上色均匀。是一种方便实用的热风加热面包机。本发明是一种设计巧妙,性能优良,方便实用的热风加热面包机。

实施例:
本发明的结构示意图如图3、4、5、6所示,本发明的热风加热面包机,包括有外壳1.2、烘烤室1.4、发热管1.5、面包桶1.7、控制器1.8、上盖1.9,
其中烘烤室1.4设置在外壳1.2所设的中空腔体内,面包桶1.7设置在烘烤室1.4内,面包桶1.7的顶部装设有上盖1.9,控制器1.8与发热管1.5电连接,其中烘烤室1.4的外侧设有加热室2.3,发热管1.5安置在加热室2.3内,且发热管1.5的旁侧装设有离心式驱动风扇2.4,离心式驱动风扇2.4装设在驱动电机2.6的输出轴上,控制器1.8与驱动电机2.6电连接,烘烤室1.4与加热室2.3连接的侧壁上设有彼此相通的加热室进风孔2.1及加热室出风孔2.2。此外,本发明也包括传动系统1.1、电机1.3、电源板1.6等。通过控制器(1.8)控制电机1.3带动传动系统1.1运动,实现搅面。通过电源板1.6给发热管1.5、驱动电机2.6、电机1.3等供电。
考虑到加热室2.3较小的空间内温度上升较快,会导致加热室2.3的外壁温度过高。上述加热室2.3除与烘烤室1.4连接的侧壁外,其它侧壁为包括至少2层材料的多层结构。本实施例中,上述加热室2.3为包括有内层2.5和外层2.8的双层金属层,且外层2.8的外表面包裹一层由保温材料制成的隔热层2.9。内层2.5和外层2.8形成的空间层初步隔热。再由保温材料制成的隔热层2.9再次降低发热室外层的温度,以减小对控制部份的环境温度的影响。
为确保使用的安全性,上述外层2.8上设有用熔断器固定片2.10固定有用绝缘套管2.12套好的温度熔断器2.11。本实施例中,上述外层2.8上设有用熔断器固定片2.10固定有至少2个用绝缘套管2.12套好的温度熔断器2.11。以防止风扇电机失效后,加热室2.3温度快速升高而引起的安全事故。这种温度熔断器靠近发热管的安装结构,其安全保护作用的反应更为迅速。
本实施例中,上述发热管1.5为具有干烧能力的金属管状发热体。
为进一步提高发热管表面与空气的热交换率,上述发热管1.5环绕在离心式驱动风扇2.4的周围。
此外,为确保使用的安全性,上述加热室2.3的背部装有干烧保护的温度保险丝;上述离心风扇驱动电机的输出轴上还装有一个自身散热风扇。
本实施例中,上述烘烤室1.4与加热室2.3连接的侧壁上设有的彼此相通的加热室进风孔2.1设在与离心式驱动风扇2.4的几何中心对应的位置处。
本实施例中,上述烘烤室1.4与加热室2.3连接的侧壁上设有的彼此相通的加热室出风孔2.2的出风方向与烘烤室1.4之间设有避免热风直接吹到面包桶1.7上的出风角度。加热室出风孔2.2的出风方向按一定的角度吹入烘烤室1.4、避免热风直接吹到面包桶1.7的位置上。
本发明的工作原理如下:本发明的面包制作的前期过程,如搅面、发酵,与普通自动面包机一样,但其加热过程与普通自动面包机不一样,具体加热过程如下:控制器1.8发出信号,发热系统的发热管1.5开始工作,控制器1.8也同步向热风驱动电机2.6发出工作信号,驱动离心式热风驱动风扇2.4高速旋转,在其中心位置产生负压带。加热室进风孔2.1正好处在此位置上,在负气压的作用下,烘烤室1.4内的空气经过加热室进风孔2.1流入发热室2.3。并沿风扇的离心方向流向环绕在风扇周围的发热管1.5,带走已同步由控制器启动工作的发热管加热的管身周围的热空气,流向加热室出风孔2.2,经加热室出风孔2.2的导向结构将热风吹向烘烤室1.4内面包桶1.7与烘烤室1.4的侧壁之间,环绕面包桶1.7,热空气热量被面包桶1.7吸收,面包被加热。之后到达离心式热风驱动风扇2.4的负压区,即加热室进风孔2.1,再次经加热室进风孔2.1进入发热室2.3。同时,风扇电机同时驱动散热风扇2.7给电机自身降温。
Claims (10)
- 一种热风加热面包机,包括有外壳(1.2)、烘烤室(1.4)、发热管(1.5)、面包桶(1.7)、控制器(1.8)、上盖(1.9), 其中烘烤室(1.4)设置在外壳(1.2)所设的中空腔体内,面包桶(1.7)设置在烘烤室(1.4)内,面包桶(1.7)的顶部装设有上盖(1.9),控制器(1.8)与发热管(1.5)电连接,其特征在于烘烤室(1.4)的外侧设有加热室(2.3),发热管(1.5)安置在加热室(2.3)内,且发热管(1.5)的旁侧装设有离心式驱动风扇(2.4),离心式驱动风扇(2.4)装设在驱动电机(2.6)的输出轴上,控制器(1.8)与驱动电机(2.6)电连接,烘烤室(1.4)与加热室(2.3)连接的侧壁上设有彼此相通的加热室进风孔(2.1)及加热室出风孔(2.2)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的热风加热面包机,其特征在于上述加热室(2.3)除与烘烤室(1.4)连接的侧壁外,其它侧壁为包括至少2层材料的多层结构。
- 根据权利要求2所述的热风加热面包机,其特征在于上述加热室(2.3)为包括有内层(2.5)和外层(2.8)的双层金属层,且外层(2.8)的外表面包裹一层由保温材料制成的隔热层(2.9)。
- 根据权利要求3所述的热风加热面包机,其特征在于上述外层(2.8)上设有用熔断器固定片(2.10)固定有用绝缘套管(2.12)套好的温度熔断器(2.11)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的热风加热面包机,其特征在于上述外层(2.8)上设有用熔断器固定片(2.10)固定有至少2个用绝缘套管(2.12)套好的温度熔断器(2.11)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的热风加热面包机,其特征在于上述发热管(1.5)为具有干烧能力的金属管状发热体。
- 根据权利要求6所述的热风加热面包机,其特征在于上述发热管(1.5)环绕在离心式驱动风扇(2.4)的周围。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的热风加热面包机,其特征在于上述加热室(2.3)的背部装有干烧保护的温度保险丝;上述离心风扇驱动电机的输出轴上还装有一个自身散热风扇(2.7)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的热风加热面包机,其特征在于上述烘烤室(1.4)与加热室(2.3)连接的侧壁上设有的彼此相通的加热室进风孔(2.1)设在与离心式驱动风扇(2.4)的几何中心对应的位置处。
- 根据权利要求9所述的热风加热面包机,其特征在于上述烘烤室(1.4)与加热室(2.3)连接的侧壁上设有的彼此相通的加热室出风孔(2.2)的出风方向与烘烤室(1.4)之间具有避免热风直接吹到面包桶(1.7)上的出风角度。
