履带式起重机是一种高层建筑施工用的自行式起重机和一种利用履带行走的动臂旋 转起重机, 履带接地面积大, 通过性好, 适应性强, 可带载行走, 适用于建筑工地的吊装 作业。 目前, 国内外履带起重机都是采用固定的后配重或者加装超起配重来完成吊重物时 的整机稳定, 固定配重的缺点是吊装载荷相对较小,而加装超起配重虽说可以大大提高起 重机的吊载能力, 但成本也相应大增。 实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种履带起重机可移动式后配重装置,可以实现最大限度地 利用起重机本身配重达到整机的最大吊载,提高了起重机的起重能力和整机稳定性,且不 增加额外成本。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种履带起重机可移动式后配重装置, 其中, 包括:
滑轨, 装配在履带起重机主机后部, 一端与主平台尾部相连, 另一端通过拉杆连接到 桅杆上; 以及,
驱动机构及受其驱动的小车,所述驱动机构一端与所述滑轨靠近所述主平台尾部的一 端相连, 另一端连接所述小车, 所述小车安装在所述滑轨上, 所述小车上带有配重。

( 1 ) 本装置实现了最大限度地利用起重机的本身配重达到整机的最大吊载和更加稳 定的目的, 使履带起重机的重心尽量靠近回转中心, 即通过油缸和连杆机构驱动小车, 小 车负载配重并沿着装配在主机后部的轨道进行远离或靠近整车重心的双向运动,以此来提 高起重机的起重能力和整机稳定性;
(2 ) 本装置便于安装、 拆卸和运输。 附图说明

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明, 但不作为本实用新型的限 定。
请参看图 1和图 2所示, 本实用新型履带起重机可移动式后配重装置包括滑轨 1、 驱 动机构 2及受其驱动的小车 3, 滑轨 1装配在履带起重机主机后部, 一端与主平台尾部 4 相连, 另一端通过拉杆 5连接到桅杆上。驱动机构 2—端与滑轨 1靠近主平台尾部 4的一 端相连, 另一端连接小车 3, 小车 3安装在滑轨 1上并带有配重。 驱动机构 2包括通过铰 点 21相互连接的油缸 22和连杆 23, 连杆 23为四连杆结构, 与小车 3连接, 油缸 22为 双作用油缸。 小车 3上挂有配重托盘 6, 配重块 7安置在配重托盘 6的两端, 配重块 7的 重量根据实际需要进行预设。 小车 3内侧设有锁紧机构 31, 滑轨 1上铺设有带孔 111的 孔板 11, 孔 111的大小形状相同, 孔心位于同一直线上且相邻为等同间距, 锁紧机构 31 包括锁销 311, 将锁销 311插入孔板 11上的孔 111内, 以此来实现固定小车 3的目的。
此处小车 3具体为 2台, 并排装设在滑轨 1的两边侧, 孔板 11两侧沿着滑轨 1的轨 道方向分别设有若干孔 111, 锁销 311插入位于同侧的孔板 11上的孔 111内。 上述同侧 的若干孔 111均为大小形状相同, 孔心位于同一直线上且相邻为等同间距。
工作时,两台小车 3负载配重并沿着装配在主机后部的轨道 1进行远离或靠近整车重 心的双向运动, 当油缸 22伸长或缩短时, 通过油缸 22推或拉连杆 23上部的铰点 21, 使 连杆 23伸出或缩回, 带动小车 3沿着与滑轨 1平行的方向进行水平移动, 即实现了配重 托盘 5和配重块 7位于主机后方位置的不同远近。 当配重移动到所需位置后, 位于小车 3 内侧的锁紧机构 31将锁销 311插入轨道 1上的孔板 11内,使小车 3固定,提高了后配重 的稳定性和安全性。

1、 一种履带起重机可移动式后配重装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
滑轨, 装配在履带起重机主机后部, 一端与主平台尾部相连, 另一端通过拉杆连接到 桅杆上; 以及,
驱动机构及受其驱动的小车,所述驱动机构一端与所述滑轨靠近所述主平台尾部的一 端相连, 另一端连接所述小车, 所述小车安装在所述滑轨上, 所述小车上带有配重。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的履带起重机可移动式后配重装置, 其特征在于, 所述驱动 机构包括相互连接的油缸和连杆,所述连杆与所述小车连接,所述油缸与所述滑轨靠近所 述主平台尾部的一端相连。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的履带起重机可移动式后配重装置, 其特征在于, 所述连杆 为四连杆结构, 所述油缸为双作用油缸。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的履带起重机可移动式后配重装置, 其特征在于, 所述小车 上挂有配重托盘, 配重块安置在所述配重托盘的两端。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的履带起重机可移动式后配重装置, 其特征在于, 所述小车 内侧设有锁紧机构,所述滑轨上铺设有一孔板,所述孔板两侧沿着所述滑轨的轨道方向分 别设有若干孔, 所述若干孔大小形状相同, 孔心位于同一直线上且相邻为等同间距。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的履带起重机可移动式后配重装置, 其特征在于, 所述锁紧 机构包括锁销, 所述锁销插入所述孔板上的孔内。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的履带起重机可移动式后配重装置, 其特征在于, 所述小车 为两台, 并排装设于所述滑轨的两边侧, 所述锁销插入位于同侧的所述孔板上的孔内。
