Abstract

본 발명은 장치에 의하여 형성된 진공 및 부압이 신속하게 해제될 수 있도록 설계된 퀵 릴리즈 진공펌프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 진공펌프는 펌프부 이외에 릴리즈부와 필터재료를 포함하여 구성된다. 상기 릴리즈부는 케이싱 흡입구의 상측에 형성된 지지관, 공기압으로 상하 유동하여 상기 지지관의 상측을 개폐하는 스커트형 첵 밸브, 상기 유입구에 연통하여 밸브 스커트를 지나는 통로 말단에 형성되는 압력챔버를 포함한다. 그리고, 상기 필터재료는 상기 흡입구와 지지관의 사이에 배치된다. 상기 필터재료는 펌프동작시 흡입되는 배기공기를 상측으로 통과시켜 여과하고, 펌프정지시 지지관을 경유하여 하측으로 통과하는 압력공기에 의해 청소된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 진공펌프가 전자적 메카니즘에 의존하는 종래의 설계에 비하여 단순하게 설계 및 구현될 수 있으며, 특히 진공의 해제가 신속하게 이루어지는 효과가 있다. 또한 따라서 별도로 청소하지 않아도 필터재료의 청소가 적적하게 이루어지는 효과가 있다.
