Abstract
본 발명은 이방 도전성 필름 및 이를 포함하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 기재필름 위에 제 1 절연성 접착층, 도전성 접착층 및 제 2 절연성 접착층이 순차적으로 적층된 이방 도전성 필름에서 상기 제 1 절연성 접착층에 대한 제 2 절연성 접착층의 점착력의 비율이 1.1-20 이 되도록 함으로써,가압착성이 우수한 이방 도전성 필름 및 이를 포함하는 장치에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 이방 도전성 필름 및 이를 포함하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 기재필름 위에 제 1 절연성 접착층, 도전성 접착층 및 제 2 절연성 접착층이 순차적으로 적층된 이방 도전성 필름에서 상기 제 1 절연성 접착층에 대한 제 2 절연성 접착층의 점착력의 비율이 1.1-20 이 되도록 함으로써, 가압착성이 우수한 이방 도전성 필름 및 이를 포함하는 장치에 관한 것이다.
【배경기술】
이방 도전성 필름은 금속 입자 또는 금속 코팅된 플라스틱 입자 등의 도전성 입자를 분산시킨 필름 상의 접착제로서 평판 디스플레이 분야의 모들 회로 접속, 반도체 분야의 부품 실장 등에 널리 이용되고 있다. 이방 도전성 필름을 접속시키고자 하는 회로 기판 사이에 위치시킨 후 일정 조건의 열 압착 공정을 거치면, 회로 단자들 사이는 도전성 입자에 의해 전기적으로 접속되고, 인접 회로 단자간 스페이스 (space)에는 절연성 접착 수지가 층진되어 도전성 입자가 서로 독립하여 존재하게 되기 때문에 절연성을 부여하게 된다.
최근 액정 디스플레이 산업의 성장과 발전에 따라 이방 도전성 필름은 모들 연속 제조에서의 공정성과 회로 접속 성능의 고기능화가 요구되어지고 있다. 따라서, 이방 도전성 필름은 다양화되는 회로 부재에 대한 고접착력, 미세화되는 회로에 대한 고 신뢰성 뿐만 아니라 공정에 적합한 특성을 갖추어야 한다.
이러한 요구 특성을 만족시키기 위해서는 단층 또는 2 층 구조의 이방 도전성 필름으로는 한계가 있으며, 이방 도전성 필름의 본연의 역할과 공정 적합성을 만족시키기 위해서는 3 층 구조의 이방 도전성 필름이 요구되어 진다. 더욱이, 이방 도전성 필름의 가압 공정에서의 공정 적합성을 위해서는 각 층의 점착력의 제어가 중요하다.
종래 3 층 구조의 이방 도전성 필름 기술로는 인접 회로 단자간의 절연성과 접속 회로 단자간의 도전성을 확보할 수 있으나, 이방 도전성 필름의 가압 공정 적합성을 부여할 수는 없었다.
【기술적 과제】
본 발명의 목적은 3 층 구조의 이방 도전성 필름으로서 가압착성이 좋은
이방 도전성 필름을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 상기 이방 도전성 필름을 포함하는 장치를 제공하는 것이다. 【기술적 해결방법】
본 발명의 일 관점인 이방 도전성 필름은 기재 필름 위에 제 1절연성 접착층, 도전성 접착층 및 제 2 절연성 접착층이 순차적으로 적층되어 있고, 상기 계 1 절연성 접착층에 대한 제 2 절연성 접착층의 점착력의 비율이 1.1-20 이 될 수 있다.
일 구체예에서 , 상기 점착력의 비율은 1.3-5가 될 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 관점인 이방 전도성 필름을 포함하는 장치는 상기 이방 전도성 필름을 포함할 수 있다.
【유리한 효과]
본 발명은 인접 회로 단자간의 절연성과 접속 회로 단자간의 도전성을 확보하면서, 가압착성을 개선한 이방 도전성 필름 및 이를 포함하는 장치를 제공하였다.

【발명의 실시를 위한 구체적인 내용】
본 발명의 이방 도전성 필름은 기재필름 위에 제 1 절연성 접착층, 도전성 접착층 및 제 2 절연성 접착층이 순차적으로 적층되어 있고, 제 1 절연성 접착층에 대한 제 2절연성 접착층의 점착력의 비율이 1.1-20이 될 수 있다.
점착력의 비율이 1.1 미만인 경우, 회로접속부재에 이방 도전성 필름을 가압착하고 기재필름을 제거시, 회로접속부재에 이방 도전성 필름이 부착되어 있지 못하고 들뜨게 되어, 가압착성이 떨어질 수 있다. 점착력의 비율이 20초과인 경우, 가압착 재작업시 이방 도전성 필름을 회로접속부재에서 제거하기가 어렵다. 바람직하게는, 점착력의 비율은 1.3-5가 될 수 있다.
제 1 절연성 접착층과 제 2 절연성 접착층의 점착력은 통상적인 방법으로 측정할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 점착성은 Probe Tack Tester (제조사: ChemiLAB, 모델: TopTack 2000A)를 사용하여 측정할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 30 °C 폴레이트에 각

절연성 접착층을 붙이고, Probe(Sus 재질로 3/8 인칠 지름의 구형 타입)로 20 초 동안 200gf 의 하중을 접착층에 가한후, 0.08mm/sec 의 속도로 상승하여 접착충과 Probe가 떨어질 때의 최대 하중으로 측정할 수 있다.
본 발명의 이방 도전성 필름에서 점착력은 제 1 절연성 접착층이 10— lOOgf, 제 2절연성 접착층이 50-150gf 가 될 수 있다. 바람직하게는, 점착력은 제 1절연성 접착층이 20— 60gf 가 될 수 있고, 제 2절연성 접착층은 50-90gf 가 될 수 있다.
본 발명의 이방 도전성 필름은 제 1 절연성 접착층에 대한 제 2 절연성 접착층의 40°C에서의 용융 점도의 비율이 0.01 내지 1.0 이 될 수 있다. 상기 범위 내에서, 가압착시 회로접속부재에 대한 제 2 절연성 접착층의 밀착이 잘 이루어지고 제 1 절연성 접착층과 기재필름의 분리가 원활하다. 바람직하게는, 본 발명의 이방 도전성 필름에서 용융 점도는 4(rc에서 제 1 절연성 접착층이 ι.οχιο5 ~
5.0xi05Pa.s 7} 될 수 있고, 제 2절연성 접착층은 1.0X104~ 1.5xi05Pa.s가 될 수 있다. 본 발명의 용융점도 측정은 승온속도 10°C/min, 스트레인 5%, 프리뭔시 lrad/s 의 조건으로 40°C의 점도를 측정하며, 패러럴 플레이트 및 알루미늄 디스포져블 플레이트 (직경 8mm)(모델명 ARES G2, 제조사 TA Instruments)를 사용한 것으로 정의한다.
본 발명의 이방 도전성 필름에서 도전성 접착층은 제 1 절연성 접착층 및 제 2 절연성 접착층에 비해 40°C에서의 용융 점도가 훨씬 높은데, 그 결과 가압착성이 좋게 할 수 있다.
본 발명의 이방 도전성 필름에서 도전성 접착층에 대한 제 1 절연성 접착층의 두께의 비율은 1.1-7.5 가 될 수 있고, 제 2 절연성 접착층에 대한 도전성 접착층의 두께의 비율은 1.3-150 이 될 수 있다. 바람직하게는, 본 발명의 이방 도전성 필름에서 제 1 절연성 접착층의 두께는 5~20 jm 도전성 접착층은 3~15 urn, 제 2절연성 접착층은 0.1— 10 / 가 될 수 있다. 이하, 본 발명의 이방 도전성 필름의 각 층의 구성 성분에 대해 상세히 설명한다. 본 발명에서 제 1 절연성 접착층과 제 2 절연성 접착층은 바인더부, 경화부 및 라디칼 개시제를 포함하고, 도전성 접착층은 바인더부, 경화부, 라디칼 개시제 및 도전성 입자를 포함한다.
(A)바인더부
열가소성 수지
본 발명의 이방 도전성 필름용 조성물의 조성으로서 필름을 형성시키는데 필요한 매트릭스 역할을 하는 바인더부로 열가소성 수지를 사용할 수 있다. 상기 열가소성 수지로는 아크릴로니트릴계 , 페녹시계, 부타디엔계, 아크릴계 , 우레탄계 , 폴리아미드계, 올레핀계, 실리콘계 및 NBR(Nitrile butadiene rubber)계 수지로
이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상을 사용할 수 있지만, 이들에 제한되는 것은 아니다. 바람직하게는 아크릴로니트릴부타디엔계를 사용할 수 있다.
열가소성 수지는 중량평균분자량이 1, 000-1, 000 ,000g/mol 인 것이 좋다. 상기 범위 내에서, 적절한 필름 강도를 가질 수 있고 상 분리가 일어나지 않으며 피착재와의 밀착성이 감소하지 않아 접착력이 저하되지 않는다. 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지
본 발명에서 사용가능한 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지는 이소시아네이트, 폴리올, 디올류 및 히드록시 아크릴레이트를 공중합한 수지일 수 있다.
본 명세서에서 '아크릴레이트'는 '아크릴레이트' 및 '메타아크릴레이트' 모두를 의미할 수 있다.
이소시아네이트는 방향족, 지방족 및 지환족 디이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상일 수 있다. 예를 들면, 를루엔 디이소시아네이트, 테트라메틸렌 -1 , 4-디이소시아네이트, 핵사메틸렌 -1, 6-디이소시아네이트, 시클로핵실렌 -1,4-디이소시아네이트, 메틸렌비스 (4-시클로핵실이소시아네이트), 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 및 4-4 메틸렌비스 (시클로핵실 디이소시아네이트)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상일 수 있다. 이소시아네이트는 이소시아네이트 단독 또는 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트 흔합물을 사용할 수 있다. 폴리올은 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 폴리에테르 폴리올 및 폴리카보네이트 폴리올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1 종 이상일 수 있다. 폴리올은 디카르복시산 화합물과 디을 화합물의 축합 반웅에 의해 수득된 것을 사용할 수 있다. 상기 디카르복시산의 예로는 숙신산, 글루타르산, 이소프탈산, 아디프산, 수베린산, 아젤란산, 세바스산, 도데칸디카르복시산, 핵사히드로프탈산, 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산, 오르토-프탈산, 테트라클로로프탈산, 1,5- 나프탈렌디카르복시산, 푸마르산, 말레인산, 이타콘산, 시트라콘산, 메사콘산, 테트라히드로프탈산 등이 있지만, 이들에 제한되는 것은 아니다. 상기 디올 화합물은 에틸렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 1,3-프로판디올, 1,3-부탄디올, 1,4- 부탄디올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 1,6-핵산디올, 네오펜틸글리콜, 디에틸렌글리콜, 디프로필렌글리콜, 트리에틸렌글리콜, 디부틸렌글리콜, 2-메틸 -1,3-펜탄디올, 2,2,4-트리메틸 -1,3-펜탄디올, 1,4-시클로핵산디메탄올 등이 있지만, 이들에 제한되는 것은 아니다. 또한, 적절한 폴리에테르 폴리올은 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜, 폴리테트라에틸렌글리콜 둥이 있지만, 이들에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
디을류의 예로는 1,3-프로판디올, 1,3-부탄디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,5- 펜탄디올, 1,6—핵산디을, 네오펜틸글리콜, 디에틸렌글리콜, 디프로필렌글리콜,
트리에틸렌글리콜, 테트라에틸렌글리콜, 디부틸렌글리콜, 2-메틸 -1,3-펜탄디올, 2,2,4-트리메틸 -1,3 펜탄디올, 및 1,4-시클로핵산디메탄올로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종을 들 수 있으나, 반드시 이들로 제한되는 것은 아니다.
마지막 구성 성분으로는 히드록시 아크릴레이트가 사용된다. 히드록시 아크릴레이트의 예로는 히드록시기를 갖는 C1-C20 의 아크릴레이트가 사용될 수 있으며 특별히 한정되지 않는다.
이 4 가지 구성 성분 중 히드록시 아크릴레이트를 제외한 3 성분 전체에서,이소시아네이트기 (NC0)/히드록시기 (0H) 몰비는 1.04 내지 1.6 이다. 상기 3 가지 구성 성분 중 폴리올의 함량은 70%이하이다. 합성된 폴리우레탄의 말단 관능기인 디이소시아네이트기와 히드록시 아크릴레이트를 0.1 내지 2.1 의 몰비로 반응시킨 이후 잔류 이소시아네이트기를 알콜류를 사용하여 반응 종결시켜서 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트를 제조한다.
- 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지를 제조하는 중합 방법은 특별히 제한되지는 않지만, 중부가 중합 반응이 일반적으로 사용될 수 있다. 중합 반응에는 디부틸틴디라우레이트 등의 촉매가 사용될 수도 있고, 중합 온도는 8o-i(xrc에서
4-6시간 동안 수행될 수 있다. (B)경화부
경화 반응이 일어나 접속층 간의 접착력 및 접속 신뢰성을 보장해주는 경화부는 (메타)아크릴레이트 올리고머 및 (메타)아크릴레이트 모노머 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 라디칼 경화성 단위체를 사용할 수 있다.
메타 (아크릴레이트) 을리고머
(메타)아크릴레이트 올리고머는 특별히 제한되지 않지만, 에폭시 (메타)아크릴레이트계로서 중간의 분자구조가 2-브로모히드로퀴논, 레졸시놀, 카테콜, 비스페놀 A, 비스페놀 F, 비스페놀 AD, 비스페놀 S 등의 비스페놀류, 4,4'-디히드록시비페닐, 비스 (4-히드록시페닐)에테르 등의 골격으로 된 것과, 알킬기, 아릴기, 메틸올기, 알릴기, 환상 지방족기, 할로겐 (테트라브로모비스페놀 A), 니트로기 등으로 이루어진 (메타)아크릴레이트 올리고머를 사용할 수 있다. (메타)아크릴레이트 모노머

(C)라디칼 개시제
라디칼 개시제로 광중합형 개시제 또는 열경화형 개시제 중 1 종 이상을 조합하여 사용할 수 있다.
광중합형 개시제로는 벤조페논, 0-벤조일안식향산메틸, 4-벤조일 -4- 메틸디페닐황화물, 이소프로필티오크산톤, 디에틸티오크산톤, 4- 디에틸안식향산에틸, 벤조인에테르, 벤조일프로필에테르, 2-히드록시 -2-메틸— 1 페닐프로판 -1—온, 디에톡시아세토페논 등이 사용될 수 있지만, 이들에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
열경화형 개시제로는 퍼옥시드계와 아조계를 사용할 수 있는데, 이들에 제한되는 것은 아니다. 퍼옥시드계로는 벤조일퍼옥시드, 라우릴퍼옥시드, t- 부틸터옥시라우레이트, nn- 메틸부틸퍼옥시 -2-에틸핵사노에이트 등을 사용할 수 있다.
(D)도전성 입자
도전성 입자는 이방 도전성 필름 중 도전성 접착층에서 도전 성능을
부여해주기 위한 필러로 사용된다.
도전성 입자로는 금, 은, 니켈, 구리, 주석, 땜납 등을 포함하는 금속 입자; 탄소; 벤조구아닌, PMMA, 아크릴 코폴리머, 폴리스티렌 등을 포함하는 수지 및 그 변성 수지를 입자로 하여 금, 은, 니켈, 구리, 주석, 땜납 등을 포함하는 금속으로 코팅된 것; 및 그 위에 절연입자 또는 절연막을 추가하여 코팅한 절연화 처리된 도전성 입자 등을 사용할 수 있지만, 이들에 제한되는 것은 아니다.
도전성 입자의 평균 입경 (D50)은 O.l-10 mi가 될 수 있다. 본 발명의 제 1 절연성 접착층은 바인더부, 경화부 및 라디칼 개시제를 포함한다. 바인더부로는 상기 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지를 1 종 이상 포함할 수 있고, 경화부로는 에폭시 (메타)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 (메타)아크릴레이트 올리고머와 (메타)아크릴레이트 모노머를 포함할 수 있다. 제 1 절연성 접착층에서 고형분 기준으로 바인더부는 55-80 중량 ¾, 경화부는 9-40 중량 % 및 라디칼 개시제는 1-5 중량 %로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 범위 내에서, 제 1 절연성 접착층의 용융 점도와 점착성이 나올 수 있다. 바람직하게는, 바인더부는 60-75 중량 %, 경화부는 24- 36 중량 % 및 라디칼 개시제는 1-4 중량 %로 포함될 수 있다. 바인더부에서 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지로는 상술한 폴리올, 히드록시 아크릴레이트, 디올류 및 이소시아네이트를 중합하여 사용한 것을 사용할 수 있다. 히드록시 (메타)아크릴레이트 /이소시아네이트의 몰비가 0.4-0.9, 및 1.0-1.2 인 것을 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 도전성 접착층은 바인더부, 경화부, 라디칼 개시제 및 도전성 입자를 포함한다. 바인더부로는 아크릴로니트릴계를 포함하는 열가소성 수지, 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지 및 페녹시 수지 중 1 종 이상을 포함할 수 있다. 경화부로는 에폭시 (메타)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 (메타)아크릴레이트 올리고머와 (메타)아크릴레이트 모노머를 포함할 수 있다. 도전성 접착층에서 고형분 기준으로 바인더부는 35-68중량 ¾>, 경화부는 30-50중량 %, 라디칼 개시제는 1-5중량 ¾, 도전성 입자는 1-10 중량 %로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 범위 내에서, 적절한 접착력과 접속저항 신뢰성을 발현할 수 있다. 바람직하게는, 바인더부는 40-60 중량 %, 경화부는 35- 45 중량 %, 라디칼 개시제는 2-5 중량 %, 및 도전성 입자는 3-10 중량 %로 포함될 수 있다. 바인더부는 아크릴로니트릴계 및 페녹시계 열가소성 수지 및 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지를 포함할 수 있는데, 이런 경우, 바인더부 전체 고형분 기준으로 아크릴로니트릴계 열가소성 수지는 10-40 중량 %, 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지는 40-70중량 % 및 페녹시계 열가소성 수지는 10-35중량 ¾로 포함될 수 있다. 본 발명의 제 2 절연성 접착층은 바인더부, 경화부 및 라디칼 개시제를 포함한다. 바인더부로는 상기 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지를 1 종 이상 포함할 수
있고, 경화부로는 에폭시 (메타)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 (메타)아크릴레이트 을리고머와 (메타)아크릴레이트 모노머를 포함할 수 있다. 제 2 절연성 접착층에서 고형분 기준으로 바인더부는 55-80 중량? fc, 경화부는 9-40 중량 % 및 라디칼 개시제는 1-5 중량 ¾>로 포함될 수 있다. 상기 범위 내에서, 제 2 절연성 접착충의 용융 점도와 점착성이 나을 수 있다. 바람직하게는, 바인더부는 60-75 중량 %, 경화부는 24- 36 중량 % 및 라디칼 개시제는 1—4 중량 %로 포함될 수 있다. 바인더부에서 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지로는 상술한 폴리올, 히드록시 (메타)아크릴레이트 및 이소시아네이트를 중합하여 사용한 것을 사용할 수 있다. 히드록시 (메타)아크릴레이트 /이소시아네이트의 몰비가 0.4-0.9, 및 1.0-1.2 인 것을 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 이방 도전성 필름에서 기재필름은 특별히 제한되지 않는데, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌 /프로필렌 공중합체, 폴리부텐 -1, 에틸렌 /초산비닐 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌 /스티렌부타디엔 고무의 흔합물, 폴리비닐클로라이드 등의 폴리올레핀계 필름이 주로 사용될 수 있다. 또한, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리 (메틸메타크릴레이트) 등의 고분자나 폴리우레탄, 폴리아미드-폴리올 공중합체 등의 열가소성 엘라스토머 및 이들의 흔합물을 사용할 수 있다.
기재필름의 두께는 적절한 범위에서 선택할 수 있는데, 예를 들면 20- 80 mi가 될 수 있다.
본 발명의 이방 도전성 필름은 제 2 절연성 접착층과 제 1 회로 단자부 예를 들면 PCB 단자가 접하도록 이방 도전성 필름을 가압착한 후, 기재 필름을 제거하고, 제 1 절연성 접착층과 제 2 회로 단자부 예를 들면 C0F 단자가 접하도록 가열 및 압착함으로써, 제 1 회로 단자부와 제 2 회로 단자부를 접속할 수 있다. 본 발명의 또 다른 관점은 상기 이방 전도성 필름을 포함하는 장치를 제공한다. 상기 장치로는 이방 전도성 필름을 모들 간의 접속 재료로 사용하는 액정 표시 장치를 비롯한 각종 디스플레이 장치 및 반도체 장치를 포함할 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 통해 본 발명의 구성 및 작용을 더욱 상세히 설명하기로 한다. 다만, 이는 본 발명의 바람직한 예시로 제시된 것이며 어떠한 의미로도 이에 의해 본 발명이 제한되는 것으로 해석될 수는 없다.
여기에 기재되지 않은 내용은 이 기술 분야에서 숙련된 자이면 층분히 기술적으로 유추할 수 있는 것이므로 그 설명을 생략하기로 한다.
제조예 1:폴리우레탄아크릴레이트 수지 1제조
폴리올로 폴리테트라메틸렌글리콜 60 중량 %, 1,4-부탄디올, 를루엔 디이소시아네이트, 및 히드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트의 흔합물 39.97 중량 %, 및 촉매로서 디부틸틴 디라우레이트 0.03 중량 %를 사용하였다. 먼저, 폴리올, 1,4- 부탄디올, 및 를루엔 디이소시아네이트를 반웅시켜, 이소시아네이트 말단을 갖는 프리폴리머를 합성하였다. 그런 다음, 이소시아네이트 말단을 갖는 프리폴리머를 히드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트와 반응시켜, 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지를 제조하였다. 히드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 /프리폴리머의 이소시아네이트의 몰 비는 0.5 이었다. 제조된 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지 1 의 중량평균분자량은 27,000g/n )l이었다. 제조예 2:폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지 2제조

2-메타아크릴로일톡시에틸 포스페이트
펜타에리트리를 트리 (메타)아크릴레이트
2-히드록시에틸 (메타)아크릴레이트
3.라디칼 개시제
벤조일 퍼옥사이드와 라우릴 퍼옥사이드
4.도전성 입자
평균입경 (D50)이 4.5 /m인 니켈 입자 실시예 1:이방도전성 필름의 제조
(1)제 1절연성 접착층 (N1)의 제조
제조예 1 에서 제조한 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지 1 25 중량 %, 제조예
2 에서 제조한 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지 2 43 중량 %, 에폭시 (메타)아크릴레이트 을리고머 20 중량 %, 2-메타아크릴로일록시에틸 포스페이트 2 중량 %, 펜타에리트리를 트리 (메타)아크릴레이트 5 중량 ¾, 2-히드록시에틸 (메타)아크릴레이트 3 중량 %, 벤조일 퍼옥사이드 2 중량 %를 배합하여 제 1 절연성 접착층 조성물을 제조하였다. 상기 제조한 제 1 절연성 접착 조성물을 이형 필름인 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 필름에 코팅하고 70°C에서 5 분 동안 열풍 건조시켜 두께 19 이고 점착성이 22gf 인 제 1절연성 접착층을 제조하였다.
(2)도전성 접착층 (A)의 제조
아크릴로니트릴부타디엔 수지 25 중량 %, 제조예 1 에서 제조한 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지 10 중량 %, 페녹시 수지 15 중량 %, 에폭시 (메타)아크릴레이트 올리고머 30 중량 %, 2-메타아크릴로일록시에틸 포스페이트 2 중량 %, 펜타에리트리를 트리 (메타)아크릴레이트 8 중량 %, 라우로일 퍼옥사이드 2 중량 %, 니켈 입자 8 중량 ¾를 배합하여 도전성 접착층 조성물을 제조하였다. 상기 제조한 도전성 접착층 조성물을 이형 필름인 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 필름에 코팅하고 70°C에서
5분 동안 열풍 건조시켜 두께 10 인 도전성 접착층을 제조하였다.
(3)제 2절연성 접착층 (N2)의 제조
제조예 1 에서 제조한 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지 1 30 중량 %, 제조예 2 에서 제조한 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지 2 33 중량 %, 에폭시 (메타)아크릴레이트 폴리머 20 중량 %, 2-메타아크릴로일록시에틸 포스페이트 2 중량 %, 펜타에리트리를 트리 (메타)아크릴레이트 5 중량 %, 2-히드록시에틸 (메타)아크릴레이트 8 중량 ¾>, 벤조일 퍼옥사이드 2 중량 %를 배합하여 제 2 절연성 접착층 조성물을 제조하였다. 상기 제조한 제 2 절연성 접착 조성물을 이형 필름인 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 필름에 코팅하고 70°C에서 5 분 동안 열풍 건조시켜 두께
6 이고 점착성이 54gf 인 제 2절연성 접착층을 제조하였다.
(4)이방 도전성 필름의 제조
기재 필름인 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 필름에 상기 제조한 제 1 절연성 접착층 (N1), 도전성 접착층 (A) 및 제 2 절연성 접착층 (N2)을 적층하여, 이방 도전성
필름올 제조하였다. 실시예 2:이방도전성 필름의 제조
상기 실시예 1 에서 각 성분의 함량을 하기 표 1(단위:중량 %)과 같이 변경한 것을 제외하고는 동일한 방법을 사용하여, 이방 도전성 필름을 제조하였다. 비교예 1-2:이방도전성 필름의 제조
상기 실시예 1 에서 각 성분의 함량을 하기 표 2(단위:중량 %)와 같이 변경한 것을 제외하고는 동일한 방법을 사용하여, 이방 도전성 필름을 제조하였다.

두께 ( ) 19 10 6 19 10 6 점착성 (gf) 56 - 20 88 - 54 상기 실시예와 비교예에서 절연성 접착층의 점착성은 Probe Tack Tester (제조사: ChemiLAB, 모델: TopTack 2000A)를 사용하여 측정하였다. 30 °C 플레이트 (plate)에 양면 접착 테이프 (double sided tape) 및 절연성 접착층 (insulating adhesive layer)을 붙이고, Probe(Sus 재질로 3/8 인칠 지름의 구형 타입)로 20초동안 200gf 의 하중을 접착층에 가한후, 0.08隱 /sec 의 속도로 상승하여 접착층과 Probe 가 떨어질 때의 최대 하증을 측정하였다. 이때 시료별로 위치를 옮겨 가며 7 회 측정하고, 최대값과 최소값을 뺀 나머지의 평균값으로 점착성을구하였다. 도 2는 점착성 측정 방법을 나타낸 것이다. 실험예:이방도전성 필름의 물성 측정
상기 실시예와 비교예에서 제조한 이방 도전성 필름에 대하여 하기 표 3 에 기재된 물성을 측정하고그 결과를 하기 표 3에 나타내었다.
<물상측정 방법 >
1.접속저항 및 신뢰성 측정:피치 200 PCB (단자폭 100 (M, 단자간 거리
100 μπ, 재질 FR-4)와 C0F (단자폭 100 /an, 단자간거리 100 皿)를사용하였다. 상기 실入ᅵ예와 비교예에서 제조된 이방 도전성 필름을 PCB 회로 단자부에 60°^ 1 초 IMPa로 가압착한후 이형 필름을 제거하였고, 이어서 C0F회로 단자를 대치시킨 후 180 °C , 5 초 3MPa 로 본압착하였다. 이에 대하여 접속 저항을 측정하였다. 또한, 85T:, 상대습도 85%에서 500시간보관한후 접속저항의 신뢰성을측정하였다.
13 정정용지 (규칙제 91조) ISAKR
2.가압착성: 23 인치 모니터용 PCB 자재 (PCB 전체 길이 50cm, 회로 단자부 피치 300 /加)에 상기 실시예와 비교예에서 제조된 이방 도전성 필름을 60°C, 1 초 IMPa 로 가압착한 후 이형 필름을 제거하였고, 이방 도전성 필름이 PCB 회로 단자부에 부착되어 있는 형태를 하기 평가 기준에 의해 관능 평가하였다. 도 3 은 가압착성 평가 기준을 나타낸 것이다.

평가기준 5:국부적으로 연속적 들뜸
평가기준 3:국부적으로 연속적 들뜸 부위 2곳 이상

상기 표 3 에서 살핀 바와 같이, 본 발명의 이방 도전성 필름은 접속 저항의 신뢰성이 높음을 알 수 있고, 특히 가압착성이 매우 개선되었음을 알 수 있다. 반면에, 제 1 절연성 접착층과 제 2 절연성 접착층이 본 발명의 구성과 반대가 되도톡 배치된 비교예 1 과 2 의 이방 도전성 필름은 신뢰성도 좋지 않고, 특히 가압착성이 본 발명에 비해 현저하게 낮음을 알 수 있다. 이상 첨부된 도면 및 표를 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예들을 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 제조될 수 있으며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징으로 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야 한다.
14 정정용지 (규칙제 91조) ISAKR
Claims
1. 기재 필름 위에 제 1 절연성 접착층, 도전성 접착층 및 제 2 절연성 접착층이 순차적으로 적층되어 있고, 상기 제 1 절연성 접착층에 대한 제 2 절연성 접착층의 점착력의 비율이 1.1 내지 20인 이방 도전성 필름.
2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점착력의 비율은 1.3 내지 5 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 필름.
3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 절연성 접착층의 점착력은 10-100gf 이고, 상기 제 2 절연성 접착층의 점착력은 50-150gf 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 필름.
4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 절연성 접착층의 점착력은 20-60gf 이고, 상기 제 2 절연성 접착층의 점착력은 50-90gf 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 필름.
5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 절연성 접착층에 대한 제 2 절연성 접착층의 40°C에서의 용융 점도의 비율은 0.01 내지 1.0 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 필름.
6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 절연성 접착층의 40°C에서 용융 점도는 1.0X105 - 5.0xl05Pa.s 이고, 상기 제 2 절연성 접착층의 40°C에서 용융 점도는 1.0X104 - 1.5X105Pa.s인 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 필름.
7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 접착층에 대한 제 1 절연성 접착층의 두께의 비율은 1.1-7.5 이고, 상기 제 2 절연성 접착층에 대한 도전성 접착층의 두께의 비율은 1.3-150인 것을 특징으로 이방 도전성 필름.
8. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1절연성 접착층은 바인더부, 경화부 및 라디칼 개시제를 포함하고, 상기 바인더부는 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지를 포함하고, 상기 경화부로는 에폭시 (메타)아크릴레이트 올리고머와 (메타)아크릴레이트 모노머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 필름.
9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 절연성 접착층은 고형분 기준으로 상기
바인더부 55-80 중량 %, 경화부 9-40 중량 % 및 라디칼 개시 제 1-5 중량 %를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 필름 .
10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 접 착층은 바인더부, 경화부, 라디칼 개시 제 및 도전성 입자를 포함하고, 상기 바인더부는 아크릴로니트릴계 열가소성 수지, 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지 및 페녹시 계 열가소성 수지를 포함하고, 상기 경화부는 에폭시 (메타)아크릴레이트 올리고머 와 (메타)아크릴레이트 모노머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 필름 .
11. 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 접 착층은 고형분 기준으로 상기 바인더부 35-68 중량 %, 경화부 30-50 중량 %, 라디칼 개시 제 1-5 중량 %, 및 도전성 입자 1-10 중량 ¾를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이 방 도전성 필름 .
12. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 절연성 접 착층은 바인더부, 경화부 및 라디칼 개시제를 포함하고, 상기 바인더부는 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지를 포함하고, 상기 경화부로는 에폭시 (메타)아크릴레이트 올리고머 와 (메타)아크릴레이트 모노머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이방 도전성 필름 .
13. 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 절연성 접 착층은 고형분 기준으로 상기 바인더부 55-80 중량 %, 경화부 9—40 중량 % 및 라디칼 개시 제 1-5 중량 %를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이 방 도전성 필름 .
14. 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항의 이방 전도성 필름을 포함하는 장치 .
