Abstract
Description
図1を参照して本発明の第1の実施形態について説明する。同図1に示すように、自動車などの車両の本体をなす車両ボディ10には、その側部に形成された乗降口10aの上縁及び下縁に沿って車両前後方向に延在するアッパレール11及びレール部としてのロアレール12がそれぞれ設置されている。また、車両ボディ10には、乗降口10aの後方のクォータパネル10bにおいて車両前後方向に延在するセンターレール13が設置されている。そして、これらアッパレール11、ロアレール12及びセンターレール13には、ガイドローラユニット14,15,16をそれぞれ介してスライドドア20が車両前後方向に移動可能に支持されている。ガイドローラユニット15は、ガイド部材を構成する。スライドドア20は、車両前後方向への移動に伴って乗降口10aを開閉する。
図8を参照して本発明の第2の実施形態について説明する。なお、第2の実施形態は、第1の実施形態のレールユニットの構造を変更するとともにこれに合わせて駆動ユニット50の配置を変更した構成であるため、同様の部分についてはその詳細な説明は省略する。なお、第2の実施形態では、第1の実施形態の掛止部38及び嵌入凸部39が省略されている。
Claims (14)
- 車両ボディの側面に形成された乗降口を開閉するスライドドアを駆動するスライドドア開閉装置であって、
前記車両ボディに取付けられるように構成されたレールユニットと、
前記レールユニットに取り付けられる駆動ユニットとを備え、
前記レールユニットは、
前記スライドドアに連結されるガイド部材の移動を案内するレール部と、
該レール部に設けられ前記車両ボディに固定される取付部と、
該取付部に配設された駆動回転体及び複数の従動回転体と、
前記駆動回転体及び複数の従動回転体に巻き掛けられて前記ガイド部材に固定されるロープ部材とを備え、前記レールユニットは、前記乗降口の下側で前記車両ボディに設けられたロアパネルの下側で前記車両ボディに形成された車両幅方向外側に開口する第1挿入穴に挿入され、
前記ロアパネルには車両上側に開口する第2挿入穴が形成され、前記駆動ユニットは、前記第2挿入穴に挿入されるとともに、前記駆動回転体の上側に重ねられて該駆動回転体を回転させる、スライドドア開閉装置。 - 請求項1に記載のスライドドア開閉装置において、
前記取付部は、前記レール部に一体形成されているスライドドア開閉装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のスライドドア開閉装置において、

前記レールユニットは、
前記スライドドアに連結されるガイド部材の移動を案内するレール部と、
該レール部に固定された取付部と、
該取付部に配設された駆動回転体及び複数の従動回転体と、
前記駆動回転体及び複数の従動回転体に巻き掛けられて前記ガイド部材に固定されるロープ部材を備えるレールユニットと、
前記駆動回転体の上側に重ねられて該駆動回転体を回転駆動する駆動ユニットとを備え、
前記組付け方法は、
前記乗降口の下側で前記車両ボディに設けられたロアパネルの下側で前記車両ボディに形成された車両幅方向外側に開口する第1挿入穴に前記レールユニットを挿入する第1工程と、
前記ロアパネルに形成された車両上側に開口する第2挿入穴に前記駆動ユニットを挿入するとともに、該駆動ユニットを前記駆動回転体に連結する第2工程とを備えるスライドドア開閉装置の組付け方法。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のスライドドア開閉装置において、
前記レール部は、車両前後方向中間部に配置された変曲部を有するとともに、前記変曲部よりも後側の後端部が車両後方に向かって直線状に延びるとともに、前記変曲部よりも前側の前端部が車両前方に向かうに従い車両幅方向内側に向かうように斜めに延びており、
前記複数の従動回転体のうちの2つは、前記レール部の前端及び後端にそれぞれ配置されて前記ロープ部材の進行方向を転向しており、
前記駆動回転体は、前記レール部の前記変曲部に対応して配置され、前記レール部から離隔する側で前記2つの従動回転体間に渡された前記ロープ部材に巻き掛けられているスライドドア開閉装置。 - 請求項6に記載のスライドドア開閉装置において、
前記取付部に固定され、該取付部との間で前記駆動回転体を収容するハウジングを備えるスライドドア開閉装置。 - 請求項7に記載のスライドドア開閉装置において、

前記ハウジングに突設され、前記取付部に形成された嵌入凹部に嵌入して前記ハウジングに加わる荷重を受ける嵌入凸部を備えるスライドドア開閉装置。 - 請求項6~9のいずれか一項に記載のスライドドア開閉装置において、
前記取付部は、
前記レール部の前端に対応して配置された前記従動回転体の設けられる前側取付部と、
前記レール部の後端に対応して配置された前記従動回転体の設けられる後側取付部と、
前記駆動回転体の設けられる中間取付部とを有し、
前記前側取付部、前記後側取付部及び前記中間取付部はそれぞれ別体であるか、あるいは前記中間取付部が前記前側取付部又は前記後側取付部と一体であるスライドドア開閉装置。 - 請求項3に記載のスライドドア開閉装置において、
