Definitions
- the present invention relates to a structure manufacturing method and a structure manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a structure by assembling a pair of members.
- this positioning method a method using a so-called downward swing in which a weight is attached to one end of a thread has been conventionally used.
- this downward swing first, positioning holes are formed at locations where the positions of both members are to be aligned.
- the members are arranged apart from each other in the vertical direction, and a thread for swinging down is inserted through the hole of the member positioned above, so that the weight is suspended vertically downward.
- one member is lowered toward the other member or the other member is raised toward the one member while keeping the weight so as to match the position of the hole of the member located below.
- a pair of member can be positioned correctly by making the hole of one member and the hole of the other member correspond.
- the positioning using this downward swing is used as a positioning means that is particularly effective when the surface of each member is a curved surface. This is because when the positioning holes are formed orthogonally to the curved surface, the axial direction of the hole does not match between one member and the other member vertically below, and the other member passes through the hole of one member. This is because the hole of the member cannot be seen.
- an example of a structure is an aircraft structure such as an aircraft main wing.
- the present applicant has conventionally proposed an aircraft structure manufacturing apparatus that can raise or lower one member toward the other member with high accuracy (see Patent Document 1).
- both the members are not accurately positioned and the positioning work is re-executed. More specifically, when using a downward swing, one of the members is lowered or raised in a state where the weight is located between the one member and the other member. Therefore, in order to prevent the weight from interfering with each member, it is necessary to remove the downward swing from between both members immediately before the two members come in contact with each other. Will be raised. As a result, an error may occur in the positioning of both members depending on the skill of the operator, and in this case, the positioning operation will be redone.
- the present invention has been made in consideration of such circumstances, and its purpose is to position the pair of members with high accuracy by a simple operation when the structure is manufactured by assembling the pair of members.
- the object is to provide a method for manufacturing a structure.
- the structure manufacturing method is a structure manufacturing method for manufacturing a structure by assembling so that the members in which holes are respectively formed are relatively moved to match the holes.
- the members are relatively moved while aligning the image of the hole acquired by the imaging means and displayed on the monitor screen with the marking on the monitor screen.
