Abstract

최소 침습 수술 기구로서, 샤프트, 및 상기 샤프트에 연결되는 엔드 이펙터를 포함하고, 상기 엔드 이펙터는 상기 샤프트를 통하여 전달되는 제1 와이어와 제2 와이어가 제1 양태로 협력하여 동작함에 따라 상기 샤프트에 대하여 피치 방향이나 요 방향으로 동작하고, 상기 엔드 이펙터는 상기 제1 와이어와 상기 제2 와이어가 제2 양태로 협력하여 동작함에 따라 상기 샤프트에 대하여 롤 방향으로 동작하며, 상기 제1 양태와 상기 제2 양태 중 하나의 양태의 협력 동작 시에, 상기 제1 와이어와 상기 제2 와이어는 같은 방향으로 동작하고, 상기 제1 양태와 상기 제2 양태 중 나머지 하나의 양태의 협력 동작 시에, 상기 제1 와이어와 상기 제2 와이어는 서로 반대 방향으로 동작하는 최소 침습 수술 기구가 제공된다.
