Abstract
본 발명은 굽은 샤프트를 갖는 최소 침습 수술 기구에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 샤프트의 적어도 일부에 있어서 곡부를 포함하는 최소 침습 수술 기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 태양에 따르면, 최소 침습 수술 기구로서, 샤프트, 상기 샤프트의 일단에 연결되는 엔드 이펙터, 상기 샤프트와 상기 엔드 이펙터 사이에 개입되는 관절부, 및 상기 관절부에 연결되어 있는, 상기 엔드 이펙터를 관절 운동시키기 위한 다수의 와이어를 포함하고, 상기 샤프트는 적어도 하나의 곡부를 포함하며, 상기 적어도 하나의 곡부는, 상기 샤프트로부터 독립적으로, 상기 엔드 이펙터를 롤 방향으로 동작시키기 위한 힘을 그 내부에서 전달할 수 있는 최소 침습 수술 기구가 제공된다.
