本发明属于包装印刷机械技术领域, 涉及瓦楞纸箱生产的柔性水墨印刷设 备, 具体地说, 是用于瓦楞纸板印刷机控制陶瓷网紋辊水墨量的装置。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板水性油墨柔性印刷机是纸箱包装行业一种必备的用于瓦楞纸板印 刷的机械设备。 瓦楞纸板在印刷机印刷部进行印刷, 是一个水墨转移的过程。 工作过程是, 首先水墨转移到网紋辊上, 再由网紋辊转移到柔性印版上, 最后 由柔性印版转移到瓦楞纸板面上完成印刷。 在这一过程中, 对网紋辊转移墨量 的控制是非常重要的, 墨量的多少和均匀性直接影响印刷的效果。
现有的控制墨量的装置有三类: 一是胶辊匀墨, 二是双刮刀匀墨, 三 交 辊和单刮刀匀墨。 尽管双刮刀匀墨装置对墨量的控制非常精准, 但由于在使用 中容易出现漏墨现象, 造成瓦楞纸板印刷机的停机和对印品的污染, 限制了该 类装置的使用。 而胶辊匀墨装置在不同的印刷速度下, 墨量变化很大。 胶辊和 单刮刀勾墨装置是对上述两种装置的改进。
现有的胶辊和单刮刀匀墨装置结构如图 1和图 1-1所示,主要由刮刀架 3、 刮刀片 4、 压板 6、 连杆 2、 加压气缸 1等组成。 连杆 2通过铰链 9与加压气缸 1相连组成连杆机构,使用螺钉 7把刮刀架 3同连杆 1固定在一起,使用压板 6 把刮刀片 4压在刮刀架 3上。 其工作原理是利用压缩空气作为动力驱动加压气 缸 1动作, 通过连杆机构 2 , 把刮刀片 4压向并紧贴在网紋辊 8上, 网紋辊 8 在转动时通过刮刀片 4刮墨,实现对墨量的控制。该技术方案的主要缺点是, 1、 刮刀架长度一般都超过 1. 5米, 刮刀架仅是依靠气缸和连杆机构确定其与网紋 辊之间的距离, 刮刀架 3由于承受自身重量和刮刀片 4匀墨时产生的力导致变 形,因变形导致刮刀片 4与网紋辊 8的贴合程度在网紋辊 8的全长上^^紧不一, 严重影响了勾墨的效果。 可见, 该技术方案不能对刮刀架进行微量精度调整, 是匀墨效果不好的主要原因; 1、 由于未釆取减振措施,造成机器高速运转时刮 刀片 4振动加剧, 使匀墨效果进一步变差; 3、 维护性较差, 由于刮刀片 4是由 压板 6直接压紧, 更换刮刀片 4时需要将螺丝全部松开, 费时费力, 同时重新 安装时, 刮刀片 4也不容易准确就位。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种瓦楞纸板印刷机多点调整刮刀匀墨装置及瓦楞纸板印刷 机, 它可以解决现有技术存在的刮刀片与网紋辊的贴合程度在网紋辊的全长上 松紧不一, 影响匀墨的问题。
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的不足, 提供一种瓦楞纸板印刷机墨 量控制装置, 使瓦楞纸板印刷机的适应范围更广、 印品更加精美。
为了达到解决上述技术问题的目的, 本发明的技术方案是, 一种瓦楞纸板 印刷机多点调整刮刀匀墨装置, 包括气缸、 连杆机构、 刮刀架和刮刀片, 所述 气缸的气缸轴与所述连杆机构铰接, 其特征在于: 设有一支撑架, 在所述支撑 架上设有至少两套刮刀架调整装置, 所述刮刀架调整装置包括支撑架导向管、 支撑轴、 调整螺母和调整把手, 所述支撑架导向管穿过所述支撑架且与支撑架 固定, 所述支撑轴的一部分装在所述支撑架导向管内, 所述支撑轴的外露轴端 与所述刮刀架固定, 在支撑架导向管内的支撑轴另一端为调整螺母, 所述调整 螺母与支撑架导向管螺紋连接 ,所述调整把手穿过调整螺母与支撑轴螺紋连接。
进一步地, 所述连杆机构上装有转套, 所述转套与支撑架连接固定; 或者 所述连杆机构直接与所述支撑架连接。
又进一步地, 所述调整螺母与所述支撑轴端之间设有减振垫, 所述减振垫 是由橡胶或橡塑材料制成。
再进一步地, 所述刮刀架上的刮刀片由橡胶条压紧。
更一步地, 所述刮刀架的回墨槽中设有喷水管。
可选的, 所述刮刀架调整装置的数量范围为 2-6套。

本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点和积极效果:
①在长度超过 1. 5米的刮刀架上增设了多套刮刀架调整装置, 使安装后的 刮刀架可以微量调整它与网紋辊之间的距离, 提高了刮刀架的精度可调性, 避 免了由于加工误差和本身的挠性造成直线度的误差加大, 提高了匀墨效果。
②在调整螺母和支撑轴之间加设了柔性减振垫, 使整个装置具有良好的减 振性, 因具有一定弹性变形量, 可消除各调整装置之间的误差, 提高调整的均 衡一致性, 且可以实现吸振、 工作平稳, 提高了可靠性。
③釆用橡胶条压紧刮刀片, 拆卸和安装方便且可靠。
④在回墨槽中加设喷水系统, 使整个装置维护更加方便。
⑤整个装置在精度可调性、 吸振性和维护性等方面有了明显的提高。

参见图 2、 图 2-1、 图 2-2和图 2-3 , 刮刀架 4的长度超过 1. 5米, 由于刮 刀片 10很薄, 厚度约 0. 15mm。 为了提高刮刀片 1 0与网紋辊 12在整个长度上 接触的均衡一致性, 本发明的构思是: 气缸 1的气缸轴与连杆机构 2铰接, 连 杆机构 2上装有转套 3 ,转套 3端面上有一销轴 3-1 ,该销轴 3-1插装在连杆机 构 1结合面的轴孔内。支撑架 5套装在转套 3上并用定位螺钉 19锁紧固定。支 撑架 5为圓管体, 长度比刮刀架 4略长。 在支撑架 5上设有三套刮刀架调整装 置 T, 所述刮刀架调整装置 T包括支撑架导向管 16、 支撑轴 7、 调整螺母 15和 调整把手 1 3 , 支撑架导向管 16穿过支撑架 5且与支撑架 5焊接固定为一体, 支撑轴 7的部分轴体装在支撑架导向管 16内,支撑轴 7靠近刮刀架 4的一端与 刮刀架 4通过螺钉 18连接固定。 在支撑架导向管 16内的支撑轴 7另一端为调 整螺母 15 , 调整螺母 15与支撑架导向管 16通过螺紋连接, 调整螺母 15中间 有一通孔 17 , 调整把手 1 3穿过调整螺母 15的通孔 17与支撑轴 7通过螺紋连 接。 调整螺母 15与支撑轴 7之间设有减振垫 6 , 减振垫 6是由橡胶材料制成。 为了拆装方便, 刮刀架 4上的刮刀片 1 0由橡胶条 11压紧。 刮刀架 4的回墨槽 14中设有喷水管 8 , 便于清洗油墨。
本发明由气缸推动连杆组成曲柄滑块机构推动整个装置, 由调压阀调节压 缩空气的压力来控制气缸的输出力, 以达到控制刮刀片 1 0与网紋辊 12贴合程 度的目的。 连杆机构 2上装有转套 3 , 用来调整调节刮刀片 1 0与网紋辊 12的 切向角度。转套 3连接和支承支撑架 5 ,支撑架 5上装有三套刮刀架调整装置 T, 三处支撑轴 7 , 三点中任意一点都可自由微量调整, 可有效的对刮刀架的直线 度进行调整, 由于直线度的提高, 网紋辊 12的匀墨量更加均匀。 支撑轴 7与调 整螺母 15之间有减振垫 6 , 减振垫 6的厚度范围为 2-4mm, 使整个装置的关键 支承件一刮刀架 4具有良好的减振性, 因此也提升了匀墨的效果。 刮刀架 4上 装刮刀片 1 0 , 由橡胶条 11压紧, 固紧可靠,且可方便地进行刮刀片 1 0的更换。 刮刀架 4的回墨槽 14内装有清洗喷水铜管 8 , 管体上开有多个喷水小孔, 可以 清洗和维护。
